Best macaroni and cheese, I have ever had. It has changed for the better. Defintely returning.
Amazing service, such nice staff. High regards to the guy with glasses and man bun serving me my food, very very kind guy always asking how my food was. The food itself was very very nice thoroughly enjoyed my scran and service provided. Sitting in with the Christmas decorations provided a better atmosphere to my time spent at the red iron. If you’re ever in Uxbridge eat at the red iron! You will not regret it
Came in today around 3pm for a nice meal with a group of friends to celebrate a friends birthday and the place was completely empty to our luck! However once we had been seated and given our menus the lady serving us completely disappeared. We pressed the bell and to our shock she poked her head through the door from outside whilst holding a cigarette and told us to give her a few minutes. We were all left in shock, considering we were the only customers she felt it was okay to leave us to enjoy her cigarette and told us to wait with so much attitude. Never going here again for the poor service. After this incident occurred we left immediately and had to find another place to dine. This completely ruined the atmosphere and my friends birthday.
ordered through uber eats. they have the best mac & cheese i’ve ever had. their Ferrero Rocher milkshake was a 10/10. but i ordered a burger with no onions, and it came with 3 different kinds… caramelized, raw red onion, green onion. couldn’t eat it. update: got food poisoning.
Loved the atmosphere such a cute restaurant and had a homely feel. The food was amazing and the portions were a good size the mocktails were delicious I would definitely recommend and quite affordable too.
The best place in Uxbridge for burgers and wings. The dynamite wings are sensational. The portions are good and price is worth the product. I love this place and always take the kids here. Compliments to the chef. Please don't ever change the way you make those burgers and wings. I shall be back for more and more!
One of the best Burgers I have had in London. Its Halal too and nice dining place too. Have steaks also but not tried them. The burgers are 14-16£ but are worth it.
I visited this burger joint today in Uxbridge and to my surprise had one of the best burgers I'VE EVER HAD. The meat was perfect and juicy which made it more tempting and enjoyable. If you're planning to visit a burger place then you should definitely give Red Iron Burgers in Uxbridge a try. A place to spend some good time with your friends or family.
You guys need to stop cutting corners. Youve changed the garlic mayonnaise for cheap vinegary mayonnaise that taste absolutely disgusting. The beef you put in those hogies aka baguettes is chewy and nasty ... full of gristle and the chips or fries arent the same. Why cutting corners??? Food
Another visit. The place is classy. The food is delicious and the service is nice.
We went there to celebrate my daughters birthday, but our experience was disappointing. The beef burgers we ordered were dry and overcooked, despite requesting them to be cooked medium well. The burgers lacked flavor overall. However, the service was good, and the waitress was friendly.
Food sometimes good sometimes cold not fresh . Big burgers sometimes - sometimes medium size- Consistency issues . Dont use uber eats terrible service no support all through app rubbish ..
Dont like the new bun guys
Great, we were all completely satisfied
Amazing food. The signature Red Iron Burger is THE best burger in London. Have tried numerous places across London and the local area and nothing compares. They have also added beef ribs to the menu, which falls off the bone and paired with the house gravy, is melt in your mouth delicious!
We were super satisfied The burger met my expectations, the milkshake with peanut butter exceeded my expectations The service is friendly and quick, the atmosphere is pleasant and well-kept.
Great food and great service.
my favourite place ever. atmosphere is always on point and the food is always amazing! love their beef brisket burger. and love how it s all halal!
Always a reliable place when in the area. Good options and quality is on point.
Delicious burgers, sitting atmosphere, costumer service
teew good
Experience and interior was gorgeous got a lamb burger which was a bit dry for my liking bur sauces were very nice.
This is the third time having take-way order and there is no tissue paper! I had to use the bloody takeaway bag itself to wipe. I felt like a dirty homeless guy doing that. Paying 17 pounds for the food we should expect tissue paper. Stingy shop Food : 4/5
Very tasty food, we had burgers and chips, but what really blew us away was the wings absolutely delicious and finally a place that knows how to make loaded nachos 100% we will be back.
I reviewed this restaurant many years ago and, last week, visited for the first time since. The food was still top notch. I always go for the Red Iron burger and it didnt disappoint. The service was not great. Our waiter didnt read our order back to us, and came back later to do so. He also didnt listen as we had to correct him. Our starters arrived without any plates on the table, which forced us to use napkins until a waitress presented herself and we asked for some. Im not sure if theyve stopped doing this, but, they used to provide knives to cut the burger in half (its quite big), but we did not get any, which made the experience far more messy than it needed to be. Id only go here again for the burger. Nothing wrong with the fries but there was nothing that stood out about them.
Great food but very expensive
Food was delicious and atmosphere was really nice
Been here ample times, Ive only ever had 1 bad experience when I got delivery and the burger was totally not cooked inside but every other time has been good. Definitely a decent halal spot for my brothers and sisters out there
Wouldnt let us sit in the booth even though there were 3 free booths. By the time we left 45minutes later the booths were all still free Were both students and she would only take off 10% off 1 burger as only 1 of us had a student card. Couldnt get the order right...had to come and ask about it 3 times so by the time I got the burger it was cold. Service was awful. Forgot about the loaded cheese fries. When we asked nicely, she took the fries back and dumped cheese on them. Fires were too salty. Not worth the money we paid. No flavour.
Had a lovely dinner with family . Food was amazing so was the staff .
Great food
Food and everything was amazing superb
Lovely meal, good service. Thanks, we really enjoyed it.
The best burgers are surved here. This place I definitely worth vising. Good atmosphere and incredible burgers . Yummy Yummy.
The food was delicious, but the highlight was the exceptional service, especially thanks to Aishas excellent help.
Red Iron to me is the OG when it comes to gourmet style burgers. Theyve got the classic ceremony not too much tinkering with their formula. They did for a period about 6/7 years back try to become a high end steak house. Didnt work for me and I guess them as they reverted to what they are best known for. High quality burgers and chips. Sprinkle in good service with that and you get the makings of a good meal. Thank you Team Red Iron.
Host staff were quick to have us seated and were respectful and polite, me and the Mrs ordered our food and it arrived rather quickly which was a pleasant surprise , however as I ate my burger I noticed I couldn t chew it throughly and found a piece of plastic wrapper in the actual meat of the burger , I got up and went to speak directly with the chef and told him the issue away from any other people and to my surprise he proceeded to tell me that it was a piece of cheese. This sort of behaviour is ridiculous lying straight to your customers faces even though they re experiencing a problem with the food it s the perfect way to drive customers away.
It was nice food been going here for some time now Parking: Only bad thing is parking Food : 5/5 |
Food was okay but they made a mistake in my order. Service was good and vibe was good, seating is quite cramped.
Irresponsible Cowboy staff - I ordered the burger on phone and asked my wife to collect as she was in Uxbridge. When she collected, they didnt even ask for money and gave her the order. Now they are calling me that lady has collected the burger but hasnt paid. I have to make all these calls asking my wife to come from parking slot to pay for this burger. Its a mistake, I am not going to make again by ordering from them.
Its not good.... literally very bad service even for drinks I asked four time but still i am waiting long for my order... taste is so bad even i think its not fresh as well...prices are high and quality is below...
Burgers are good but service is very poor. We arrived just after 10pm and at closing time we were told to leave and didnt even get a chance to finish my drink because they said we had to leave immediately!
Best brisket mac and cheese I ve had
Food was delayed for over 30 minutes, we were not told that until we asked how long our food would be. Chips came out cold when we did get our food. The staff seemed to walking around aimlessly. They concentrated and prioritised online orders over dine in customers.
Went there with family and they were very help regarding allergies and stuff. Definitely recommend everyone who loves a good burger Food
Food taste is not good.don t waste your money
Zero peoples skills, they treat you like a product on a factory line: order your food, pay and leave asap. From the moment we stepped into the restaurant the attentiveness of staff was awful: huge lack of peoples skills, the waitress didn t even greet us, she immediately started walking expecting us to follow her, she then pointed at our table across the restaurant and said that s your table . After 5 minutes of trying to get a staff members attention, we asked the waitress to take our order which she didn t. We then asked the manager to take our order, for him to tell us to hold on using a hand gesture and proceeded to take another tables order, after which he stood around on his phone/doing nothing, the waitress the same. It was only until we were about to leave our table to approach a member of staff, that a waiter approached us and took our order. Please note that we were one of two tables present, the rest of the restaurant was empty. The Loaded Fries and Ceasar Salad were delicious, though we asked for our lamb burgers to be medium/well done and they were hella dry. Overall, we re in no rush to return to this joint - VERY overrated.
Average but decent. Atmosphere is good . But could do with better service. Staff where amazing over all . Brisket is best thing on the menu . I don t think the mac and cheese is nice had better .
The food was so amazing, though a little pricey. We all loved it.
What can I say walked in here after a long day at work , the place looks like a hookah lounge, felt like the music could improve ,staff where very shy but overall I would still hire them!, great service , the burgers and wings were nice delicious , however the fries where oily , selection of drinks was great! Overall it s a 4 from me
Lucas was amazing, provided great hospitality and superb service!
Lucas treated us very well best employee in Uxbridge
Lucas is potentially the best employee I ve come across in a very long time. Had to genuinely tip him a £100. Would advice anyone in Uxbridge to go there
I had the lunchtime deal at this restaurant, opting for the spicy chicken burger with chips. The flavors were truly impressive, and the chips were amazing. The quick service made the experience even better. The staff, particularly the person who served me, always brings a friendly vibe to the place.
Had the red iron burger with fries and bbq wings. Food was good nothing spectacular. Burger was big. They auto add a service charge of around 12.5%. That is cheeky given no plates given with food baskets where others have been provided and no eye contact or seen after to ask for condiments.
As a vegetarian this is possibly the best place to eat in London. Amazing food, great staff and lovely decor. Would recommend to anyone
The place is clean, the staff is friendly and the food is amazing
We went there because of great hype, however it was - Overpriced - dry beef - dry brisket - no sauce at all - dry chicken burger - ambience was good, but the taste wasnt worth it
- My mouth was BURNT! I ordered sweet potatoes fries, where they mixed cold chips with freshly cooked chips in my plate, thus leading to burning my mouth. Still day 2 and this is very painful. - When we sat for a table, we didn t receive a menu, we had to physically call someone after waiting for over 5 minutes to receive a menu/place an order. - Drink spilled by a different server on the table and on my sister in law s trousers. - Long wait for the card machine, like the server forgot ? it after we asked for it, so my partner has to physically (again) walk up to someone at the till for the card payment.
Great atmosphere, staff and most importantly taste, might not be your daily dine in for the prices. However, definitely a great treat every once in a while.
Looks as a 5 restaurant. The food is out of this world. Kid-friendliness: Have kids meals as well Food : 5/5 |
Their food is ok. For the price you would expect it to be decent, however it is hit and miss. But often their service is a bit rubbish. Staff have some sort of superiority complex thinking theyre working at a posh restaurant or something. Today the guy started taking orders from the people who arrived after us and came to us last, while we had been trying to get his attention for a while. Then I mentioned it to him and he started justifying himself by saying they were ready to order, to which I sed so were we but you didnt look at us or paid any attention while we have been trying to get your attention all this time. Should it be us chasing him to give the order or his job to come and ask for the order based on whos been there first and waiting? He still kept on going with his excuses and successfully ruined the meal experience and the day. Why would you go and spend money at a place where the staff doesn t follow the logical rules like queue sequences and be argumentative rather than apologetic when their mistake is mentioned?! All he had to say was sorry i didnt realise you were before others . The fact he couldn t say it was because he knew we were first and decided to ignore. Oh and we were also with 2 kids
Superb experience. Very welcoming. Attentive staff. Food was amazing. Probably the best burger i have had. Specially the fact that finding Halal beef done to perfection - is rare. UPDATE: Experience has been downhill since - to a point where my repeat visit is now contingent on insistence of my kids and as a last resort. The earlier manager (i think Yusuf) has not been seen since. Staff just chatting amongst themselves and inattentive to the levels of arrogance. Most of all ARGUING on where to sit. If my grown up child wants to sit in a cubicle with some privacy with mom and dad - NO - THATS ONLY FOR LARGER GROUPS. WTH - ALL the cubicles are empty. Whoever is managing is comfortably sitting in the courtyard busy on their phone. No one to check or follow up after service. Food being served literally cold. And this is not just once. Dietary restrictions: Halal food Kid-friendliness: A kids friendly environment
Only problem I have found recently is that the burgers dont reach the table as hot as they used to before- Please have a look
I love this place because of its beautiful unique interior design. They have very good beef burgers and mocktails. Its a halal restaurant and they have very friendly staff. Vegetarian options: They have a clear section on the menu for vegetarians and vegans. Parking: There is parking outside the restaurant but its constantly full. You could park in the Uxbridge Car Parking Lot and walk. Wheelchair accessibility: In the restaurant they have no stairs. They have ramps which will help those in wheelchairs.
Beautiful, comfortable and trendy place to eat. Great customer service. The food was well seasoned, fresh and absolutely delicious!! Would highly recommend!
Fabulous food, great ambience but the only thing I was unhappy is because of a wobbly table when we moved the table no server helped us move the food . We had to do that ourselves. Couple of them were standing and watching us do that.
Food presentation and taste was unreal, it comes in vast portions and totally worth the price. The food comes in good time. My new spot that I will always go to, have been there quite a few times. Personally I would recommend everyone, you get good quality food and portions for a good price.
Best burgers in town, the ambiance is so cozy. Quick service. Kids enjoyed their food. Overall 10 outa 10
Great tasting food and generous portions.
Their brisket burgers are the best, I dont usually eat Nachos, but theres are delicious. The dynamite shrimp are my favourite. Nice restaurant which accommodate large groups. Only thing is that their service charge puts the bill up quite a bit!
One of the best burgers you can have. The brisket one is simply amazing. There are also kids options and other items such as chicken and prawns. Parking: You can park in the intu mall parking lot which is a walking distance from it, most of the streets around it are for pedestrians only
Me and my other half went to this lovely burger house on Friday and can I just say the food and milkshakes are amazing well worth the money that we paid. It s not like any other burger restaurant they actually ask how you would like your burger cooked and it s piping hot when the food turns up. Definitely recommending this place to my friends
Great host, amazing food
The food here was really good. I visit alot of restaurants, the food here was good. The seats were comfortable, and overall atmosphere was good. Good quick service. This is premium dining, so your looking at roughly £20 per person for meal and a drink.
Just how I like my burgers; big and meaty!
Food on point fresh and hot spot on
Back again 19Jan2023 enjoying the food here, last visited Jan2020. Happy to see the outlet still serving to the public. This time, had the luxury of having dinner on my birthday (my wife foot the bill :)). Still enjoyed the same delicious food with the large portions. Yes, on the pricy side but hey, once a while serves no harm to the pound! Halal certified, will go again next trip. Dietary restrictions: Halal certified. Our Muslim friends can enjoy the meat.
Got the iron burger, came within 5 min very surprised but the bread was old too big. The meat had no flavour and full of fat. The chips was nice but the burger could be so much better.
Great Food, Friendly Service. A little over priced.
super delicious burger and tempura and super-friendly staff! luxurious but also cozy interior
Very friendly staff. Excellent food quality. Very nice vibe. Prices are on the higher side hence 4 out of 5 Otherwise everything is amazing Dietary restrictions: Halal
Table was dirty and grubby at 1pm. Small but OK. Food was OK. May give them another chance.
Recently visited Red Iron burgers after a long time. Their brisket burger is amazing!!
Ok, nothing special
The food was great and the service was quick (maybe a bit too quick). I thought portion sizes were decent too. The Strawberry Daiquiri was a 10/10! Red Iron has an interesting interior design - nightclub vibe. Would recommend it if youre in the Uxbridge area.
over hyped over priced and on top was a large service charge luke warm chips patties had too much fat pcs, was spitting them out all evening arrogant owner never again
A decent burger at a reasonable portion size. There seems to be a trend recently where it is ok to charge £15 for a burger which I think is a bit excessive but other than the price, nothing to complain about. Not visited in a while and they have sone the place up quite nicely. Worth a revisit if you also been in a few years.
I had a close encounter of the delicious kind with Red Iron Burgers in Uxbridge. I ordered their large lamb burger with double cooked chips, and I have to say, it was out of this world! The juicy lamb patty was so good that it nearly made me forget my ex, and the double cooked chips were crispy enough to make a fire alarm go off. But what really caught my eye was the pickle on top - it was like the cherry on top of a sundae, except better. I mean, who needs a cherry when you can have a pickle? The ordering process was smoother than a babys bottom, and the staff was friendlier than a golden retriever. They made sure that my burger was perfect, and it was ready for pickup in no time. I even got a chance to admire the burger in all its glory before I devoured it like a hungry T-rex. If youre looking for a burger joint thats better than a rom-com movie, then Red Iron Burgers is the place to be. The food is above average, and the experience is better than a hug from a fluffy cat. Ill definitely be back for more
Love this place..excellent staff & good food
Simply amazing. Best beef burgers ever.
Used to love this place don t know Will try again then make a final, everyone has off days
A big thanks to Red Iron. The delivery company were slow in picking up so they re-cooked and gave us fresh, hot food. Excellent service!
The burgers where very dry with little sauce. It was very hard to chew them. Also the wings where good however you have to be careful with the sauce you pick as the buffalo ones taste very sour/salty. Service was good and fast
Went there on a weekday with friends. Tried the beef brisket and signature burger, both were excellent. The service was generally good but food took a bit of time to arrive. There was also a cold draught, not sure where it was coming from since we were seated right at the back of the restaurant. Dietary restrictions: They serve halal meat. The waiter also told us the bacon was turkey bacon. A friend who had a wheat intolerance asked for the burger bun to be replaced by lettuce leaves however he instead got chopped lettuce on top of the patty. Maybe they can look into this and cater better for ppl with allergy/ intolerance.
Totally abysmal. Ordered for family. 72 pounds wasted. Food was ice cold. Funny sour taste as if gone off. Soggy. Big health and safety concern re food poisoning. Never again. Further update, as feared, some of us had upset stomachs immediately and through to next day.
I went today with my mum, service was amazing, staff was polite & attentive. They gave us dates and water to break fast and served our order right around that time we don t have to wait. We ordered two bulldozer burgers and were super yummy. We really enjoyed our dinner
Great decor, spacious with booths available, burgers and sides were really good. Service was good although did have to ask several times for our drinks because they forgot. All in all, a very up market and reasonably priced burger joint that makes good food.
Just one word! Aaa-maa-ziiiing!!! Best burgers and fries I have had till date. Flavors, freshness, service, cleanliness 5*. Vegetarian: Habanero bean burger(caution its super hot ) but grilled pineapple balances the spice factor. Meat burgers: Bacon cheese Smoked chipotle chicken Sweet potato and regular fries. Fries were crunchy and fresh.
Had a Red iron burger for iftar yesterday. Service was nice. But i have a bad stomach ache and diarrhoea. The patty was over cooked and dry i only had half burger. The fries had too much salt! I dont know what has happened to the quality.
One of the best burger joints in the South East but sadly the experience is ruined by inept staff who have no clue how treat a seated customer. Ive now had to walk out on 2 seperate occasions after begging the staff to take my order before seating more and more customers. The 2nd time i walked out the waiter actually found it amusing and laughed. A great restaurant, ruined by pathetic service. Having a regular customer walk out twice is nothing to be proud of! *** 13-April-2023 UPDATE *** I went back after 4 years and the restaurant is back on top. Phenomenal burgers, amazing service and its all halal too. Well done team, I wish you all the best. Vegetarian options: Large selection of vegetarian options.
Lovely people, amazing food and plush seating area out back. Great burgers I would definitely recommend
Amazing food & staff. My burger was a tad cold but it was warmed up straight away by the kitchen staff. It wasn t their fault the burger was cold as it was just my own preference. Would highly recommend this place!
Very nice burgers and excellent customer service
One of the most amazing burgers I have ever tasted.i had the bulldozer, beef with beef brisket BBQ sauce and cheese every bite was heavenly. We were sat down and served quickly and food did not take long at all to come out only 15-20 mins. And staff were brilliant.Cant wait to come again.
10/10, my go to. No one does burgers better.
The family and I (4 adults and 2 kids) ate here on Saturday, 22nd April 2023. My wife and I last visited 2017 and it has certainly seen an update in décor. The restaurant looked nice and was clean. The restaurant manager, Kam, and his entire team were great. Everyone was attentive and more than willing to help. We paid approx £24/pp and there was a 13% service charge added on. I thought this was a fair price and I did not mind paying the service charge as I feel it was justified. Before visiting, I rang to check how long the wait was to be seated as they do not reserve tables. I was given good information regarding how buys they were current and expecting to be. When we arrived, the restaurant was busy and we were seated in the front area. Due to the door opening and closing it was a little cold and we asked to be moved. The team were quick to assess the situation and made some changes and moved us into the back (main) part of the restaurant. We asked about items on the menu and were given good insight. Note, there are kid meal options but not listed on the menu. Once we had ordered, the food arrived promptly with good portions. The food was hot as expected, Ive seen some other reviews mentioning cold and small portions, we did not experience that. For starters we ordered, Dynamite Shrimp, Haloumi fries, slaw and the loaded Nachos. Everything tasted great but the Dynamite Shrimp are worth an additional mention, they were delicious! We ordered a variety of burgers (chicken and meat) which were all great. They are big burgers, even the kids burgers were decently sized. I will mention that we ordered the burgers to be cooked medium but they arrived a bit on the well done side. However, they still tasted great so we did not send them back. I did mention this to Kam on the way out who apologised who said hed mention it to the kitchen and that we should have sent them back. To drink, we orders soft drinks which were served in glass bottles and a couple of mint mojitos which were served in glasses. The mojitos were OK but could be improved. The kids received a large size fruit shoot. The restaurant does not serve alcohol which is a big plus for me. The family and I will certainly be back to enjoy the great food. Points of improvement: The music in the restaurant was a little on the loud side The bathrooms whilst ok, could be better cleaned and freshened up somewhat Vegetarian options: There are veggie and vegan options Kid-friendliness: Kid menu available and the staff were great with my kids.
I adore the food here but every time I order I receive cold food or missing items. When you pay £20 for a meal I don t want it to be cold
Burger is dry and tasteless and chips made from FROZEN CHIPS. They charge for service but they don t even provide salt in a shaker rather in paper sachets that you get from takeaway shops. Ketchup and mayo are in plastic sachets, too. It is not cheap either. File under fail.
No issue with the food at all it was really good was very happy with my order however a rude waiter at the beginning all because we sat at a seat which was for 4 people instead of 2 regardless if it was our fault or not I ve got no issue with being asked to move however the approach and how you speak to your customers is key and that initial waiter we came in contact with didn t have any customer service and seemed as if he wanted to argue which is something you don t do with customers so he could do with some training to put it lightly however the rest of the staff were great and knew how to give great service
Great Food, the price is on the high side but honestly worth it!
Very tasty red iron burger absolutely quality and nice portion sizes. Only downfall was the cost of the drinks. I m sorry but £5.60 for a bottle of coke is extortion even if it is in a glass bottle.
Nice food
Service 2/10 Burger - lamb uncooked, beef burger was okay but way too much going on. Way too saucy. You won t be able to hold it. Terrible chips and cheese. Dynamite shrimp is swimming in sauce.
Okyish, over hyped burgers not bad, though. Sevare parking issue.
we were at Red Iron Uxbridge but in last of our meal the salad we ordered was soily and muddy and we find that the lattus were not properly washed I spoke with manager he did not value our feedback I said if he wants I can write a feedback for him he was not much interested in his job and not valued us and he was slightly rude I felt taste of his bitterness as well we are frequently customer of them but cold response of them make slightly upset
Huge burger + very good portion of fries for only £14? Amazing deal, amazing food. The meat in the burger is so good. Fries are great. Service impeccable, staff are very nice, food comes out quickly. Anyone complaining about this is probably hard to impress in general. Atmosphere very nice. Keep it up, food has been solid here for a decade.
Amazing experience, the food is good, generous portions and family friendly. I would add a baby change mat in the bathroom to be more kids friendly. Definitely recommend Food : 5/5
Love this place. Great food! Burgers are always on point, lovely choice of sides, generous portions and absolutely lovely staff. The gentleman whos normally upfront (not sure if hes manager or owner) is one of the most pleasant Ive come across. This is a regular stop for my daughter and I.
The best, been going here for years and years. Best starters at the best prices. The burgers are sublime. Service is amazing always. You can tell I really love this place. It is where I take the family for a treat.
Not sure if management has changed or if they were just super busy but service was poor and food quality has slipped! Chicken burger my daughter order was like rubber and when asked to have a replacement thinking may be it s one off the server said they are all like this so pick something else!!! WHAT u can cook chicken on the grill correctly!! Or is it all precooked and then heated up later!!!! Very disappointing!
Vegetarian options: Good options Food
Came in for some food and was met with a very disrespectful and condescending manager. Not the service expected from an establishment of this calibre.
Lamb burger who? What? Honestly, I have been impressed by this place. Decor 10/10 Customer service 10/10 food 10/10. Tried lamb meat in a burger for the first time and I was impressed better than the beef meat. Starters were also great and so were the cold strawberry flavour drinks. Will definitely visit again
Delicious burgers and fries, but amazing shakes too. Great for takeaway or delivery anytime
Brisket burger is top tier
Ok. Im a burger fan. I have a long history going to all kinds of burger places! Firs of all they dont make burgers! Learn what a burger is and then call it a burger! What you selling is hardly food. I wont even give it to my dog! This was the most disgusting thing Ive ever tasted!!!! Nightmare!
I cannot give enough stars to this place! How did I not know about it!?! Fantastic service, speedy, efficient and friendly. Lovely foods: burgers were fresh, delicious, moorish and full of flavours! Drinks? What can I say about the drinks? Just simply the best. Go and pay them a visit. Did I mention the atmosphere and deco? Lovely.
Delicious food , burgers were so yummy Steak and cheese baguette was the best from our order Food
We ordered chicken wings (buffalo and BBQ), loaded nachos, brisket burger, bulldozer burger, guacamole bean burger and a chicken burger. Pros: 1) Beautifully decorated restaurant with a great ambience. 2) Great service that took care of us during our visit for Iftar. 3) A coherent menu with good options. 4) Prayer space also available. 5) The nachos were delicious loaded with sour cream, cheese sauce, salsa and guacamole. 6) The BBQ wings were generally liked. 7) The brisket burger and bulldozer burgers were complimented as was the bean burger. 8) Paper straws were good to see. 9) Price is as expected. Cons: 1) The buffalo wings were so salty we could not eat it. 2) The bean patty was over fried. 3) The burger buns were dry. We prefer a softer and more moist burger bun. 4) The grilled chicken in the burger was over grilled and soo became dry. 5) Was there really a need for small plastic wrapped mayonnaise? 6) The burgers are served in baskets covered with paper that got completely soaked and leaked on to the table. It also made picking the salad difficult as the paper kept coming up. Perhaps a plate? Conclusion: Instagrammable restaurant with great service and portion sizes but some changes could be made to elevate it.
Youcef , thank you very much all the food was lovely specially the atmosphere Mamia different league this spot Food
Youcef and his team all very good team , friendly very good service taste and Very nice food , I can t describe everything but is very recommended, nice one youcef and good luck for you career.
Food Second to none , fantastic environment friendly service managed by top professional Mr Yossef
I used to come here regularly, as I live close to the area, I been coming here since 2015 it used to be my favourite burger joint, and back then even up until 2021 I d recommend it to anyone and everyone.. however, I won t recommend it now. Up until 2019 it was excellent, after 2019 it started falling, it became a hit and miss for a few years, sometimes it ll be great, sometimes not so much. I recently visited for a friends birthday and I was disappointed, it took 45 minutes to get a table, and the food was not great, the dynamite shrimp used to be crispy, but it wasn t anymore, the burgers used to taste good, and they still do to an extent but not as good as it once was, their habanero Mayo seems to have been watered down, can t say exactly what s happened to it, but it doesn t taste the same as before. I know that over the years, there has been a change in ownership, and I really hope that if you are reading this, please change back to the old ways, If you are the current owner and are seeing this, and still know the old owners, please get a refresher course or something, as this once was truly my favourite joint once upon a time.
Back to one of my fav burger joints in London after a long while. Did not disappoint thankfully. The classic red iron burger was as delish as I remembered. The buttermilk burger we ordered was also yum. What suprised me was how crispy and flavorful The chips were. I must have been jaded by boring cheap chips that are served in many many burger places. Mango shake was not too sweet and had a lighter flavor, nice and thick with lots of ice cream in there. Mint mojito was also full of flavor
I love the burgers but don t feel safe with the sides such as wings ! The stock I received had black bones and meat ! Kindly focus on burgers which are lovely and stop sides segment if Red Iron does not have interest in customer experience !!!!
Great burger! Only been here once, but it was great, hadn t booked and walked in and got sat immediately, service was fast and food came out quickly. The chicken wings and burger was delicious! And all reasonably priced. The atmosphere was busy and chatty and loud. Enjoyed this place!
I had a complaint in may paid for 6 meals 3 burgers where under cooked Manager said we will replace your burgers I have since cold to get my replacements have been chasing this complaint for three months and the manager was very rude and ignorant saying we will not replace anything. in there diary, my name and number is there but she still refuses to replace very bad service hope they close down soon I will be writing to the food hygiene people about this
Brilliant. Spacious place to sit, cool on a hot day. Great food, something wrong with our milk shakes got sorted immediately. Will be back!
Went there for my husband s birthday and the food was amazing!
Bad food, poor service clean toilets. Bun was so dense all I could taste was the bun. The bun is usually a side actor in the burger. My salad looked so sad no ice for our drinks. Our Mac and Cheese was not a real Mac and cheese It s very pricey considering the fact it s not central London!
If you like, bad service, awful burgers, and want to get charged extortionate prices. Then this is the place to go. PS, if you still want to try this place, stay away from the salad and the mac and cheese.
Halal food. Hamburgers were average. They were served on paper and teared apart easliy. It needs to be served on a plate or durable material.
We went here for dinner recently. The potatoes were good. but the hamburger was very hard to eat. because it was huge, the contents kept spilling out. and all this was put on paper, the paper was torn because the sauces spilled out and it was very bad. it is not a logical option to eat on paper. it is ridiculous. and the music inside was very disturbing. my head was heavy. if it was a relaxing environment, I would go again, but it was dark and loud inside.

Stuff is rude
Terrible food. We spent £80 on food that tasted like it was made by a child. I wouldn t ever go back or recommend this restaurant, unless you want to walk out hungry. I left a a whole meal untouched. The onion rings tasted so batterey and the holoumi cheese was extremely salty. The Mac and cheese had no flavour and the cheese tasted off. My cheesy chips looked and tasted like they were fake. The waitress was lovley but that s all. Restaurant looks nice but the toilets were smelly and mixed. If only the food was nice as it was advertised on instragram.
Great burgers as usual. The quality of the fries has gone down a bit from a few years ago but still decent. I came here with a friend to relax and have some good food, unfortunately we were seated in a family area and the constant crying of small children made it difficult to hear my friend and gave me a bit of a headache. I suggest a separate area for families would solve this issue and restore red iron to a nice place to chill out.
I ve ordered from here a few times and it seems every time has gotten worse. The burger this time was as thin as a pancake and lacking any flavour. The buffalo wings were good last time but I don t think I ll be returning.
Delicious burger, friendly staff
The restaurant had a cosy and welcoming atmosphere. It struck the perfect balance between casual dining and a trendy hangout spot. The decor was modern and stylish, and the soft lighting added to the overall ambiance. Nice people inside and nice staff. Manager came to check on us if everting is as expected to be. Food was amazing, I tried the the new steak sandwich and it was incredible didn t look as great how it tasted :)
The service at Red Iron was top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and they made sure we had a comfortable dining experience. Restaurant was busy however the manager helped us to fin a table for 3 x people. Our orders were taken promptly, and our food arrived without any unnecessary delays. We tried the the new steak sandwich added to menu and it wasnt a disappointing choose. For starters we had dynamite shrimps and haloumi fries these are simply Oh my God!!!
Now, lets talk about the star of the show the burgers! I tried the Red Iron Burger and it was an absolute masterpiece. The patty was juicy and cooked to perfection, and the toppings were fresh and flavourful. The bun was soft yet sturdy enough to hold everything together. Each bite was a burst of deliciousness. In addition to the fantastic burgers, Red Iron also offered a variety of sides and drinks. The fries were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the milkshakes were thick and indulgent.
My visit to Red Iron Burgers was a memorable one. From the mouth-watering burgers to the friendly staff and inviting ambiance, everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this restaurant to all burger enthusiasts out there. Whether youre craving a classic burger or something more unique, Red Iron Burgers has got you covered. We loved the starters dynamite shrimps and haloumi fries. I cant wait to return and try more of their delicious offerings!

Solid halal burger place. Prices are reasonable and portion sizes and menu variety is very good. Decent seating and parking on the side roads around town centre. Would recommend the rib Eye burger. It was 8/10. The red iron burger is also a safe bet. Staff are polite and helpful. Dont expect to be blown away by the food but nonetheless a decent spot which never disappoints. 8/10
Excellent food quality. Good service and very friendly staff
Peters was amazing! Appreciate the great service
Amazing food at a reasonable price! Staff were very attentive and polite. Amazing decor inside the restaurant as well, would 100% recommend. We will be coming back! Dietary restrictions: Halal
Their gesture of providing complimentary drinks on our 10th wedding anniversary dinner is truly remarkable and adds a special touch to the celebration. The food and service are fantastic to make our evening even more memorable. Cheers to Red Iron Burgers for making our anniversary a delightful one! Kid-friendliness: Kids menu is also good
What a nice burger place. Very decent sitting arrangement. Services charges are something I never like. All Good. Heavy burgers stuffed and a decent portion size. 24/10 I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Red Iron Burger and I must give a special thanks to Lucas for making our visit even more memorable. The burgers were simply outstanding, cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The mocktails were a refreshing and delightful addition, and the variety of dips available added an extra layer of deliciousness to our meal. Lucass attentive service and friendly demeanor truly elevated our dining experience. We cant wait to return and savor those delectable burgers, mocktails, and dips once again!
Good eats
Definitely worth a visit
This place was a go to 5 yess as da ago, but now the quality has died! Went there on Saturday with the family. Ordered the chicken burger which was dry and over cooked. The beef and lamb have no taste, dry just the sauce adding any flavour. The chicken wings I think were from a new born chick! As there was more bread crumbs than meat itself. Not sure what s happening or people have lost taste in burgers but this place I would recommend to everyone one before but now I would say stay away from
amazing food and such friendly staff, 10/10!!
Recieved an order which was totally wrong. No one can help with the order! So basically paid for an over cooked burger that we didnt ask for. With items missing!
Great place, Great food it was amazing. The place was packed and it was my birthday so they managed to make room for the 7 of us. After the great food and drinks. We were about to go but I was given a birthday cake to end with. Despite mistakingly giving the cake to the wrong person. The waiter instead of just giving me the cake, decided to take me to a desert place next to the restaurant and let me pick any desert I wanted for free. That is what you call customer service and now this restaurant is now our regular go to for great food and service. Thank you Lucas for the customer service and would 100% recommend for people to go there. The burgers are decently priced and definitely fill you up. Once again I cannot stress this enough how nice Lucas was and all of the other red iron staff as well as the quality food. Vegetarian options: Havent tried the veggie options but there are some on the menu Parking: It is okay , next to a outlet so parking is always available Kid-friendliness: Great with kids. Staff is amazing Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs other than the tiny step to get in and seems wheelchair accessible
Great food. Very nice clean place. Kind staff. Halal food which is great for people who eat halal food. A bit overpriced. Tasty burgers. Right in the middle of high street. Opposite of The Chimes / Intu Uxbridge. Nice seating. Everything was very neat and clean. Would recommend. Food
Very good food. I was looking forward to ordering the chicken and waffles, unfortunately they no longer do this, so was disappointed. However the burger that i did get was very good. In fact all of there food is generally very good. I would highly reccomend their habenaro mayo. Bonus feature of this place is that its just within ULEZ, so you can park outside the ULEZ zone and have a 5 to 10 minute walk here.
Was one of the greatest burgers in London but unfortunately not like before
