Premier Inn London Uxbridge Town Centre hotel in Uxbridge

I had a very very bad experience in this premier inn branch. Very poor rooms, less spacious, tv remote not working. We booked family room and we had to change the room 3 times after discussion and arguments to get the better space room. No telephone in the room so you have to always either call them from your personal number or have to go down to get your request mentioned. I had previously booked in other premier inn branch but it was never that bad experience but this branch is terrible I felt like as if it s a new built and they are still in settling phase.

Perfect location for a trip into central London. Clean rooms, the most comfortable bed, and check in was quick and problem free. Located just outside Uxbridge tube station. Highly recommend. Rooms: Nice, clean rooms with very comfortable beds. Clean bathrooms with luxury body wash provided. A nice, relaxing space in a busy area. Highly recommend. Safety: Security was good and access onto floors with card only. Made me feel safer. Walkability: Very close to the tube and Uxbridge high street.

Slept like a kitten

The false alarm at 1 am was one of most piercing and dramatic ways to wake up Ive ever experienced. It certainly wasnt the restful experienced advertised. Safety: At least the alarms work in case if an actual emergency...

2nd time staying here, changed room due to smell (mostlikly from neighbouring building). 2nd room aircondition was not cooling, just little airflow. 4 days stay and maintenance was unable to sort the issue, evenso mentioned it every day, housekeeping not up to standards as I requested it everyday,just towels renewed..no replacement for complimentary water, bed wasnt made....

I spent the night here after missing my connecting flight at Heathrow. Clean rooms, reasonably priced, kind staff. My only word of caution is if you are Ubering, you cannot paste the address listed on Google Maps into Uber. It takes you to a completely different neighborhood. The correct address is listed on the invoice. Im very lucky my Uber driver knew his way around.

Good location, decent breakfast and well kept rooms.

Some friendly staff. Breakfast as usual in England, nothing extraordinary but definitely enough to start the day. Cleanliness of the rooms was poor. In order to get short interim cleaning, fresh towels etc. you almost have to beg at the reception. The location is great because you can get on the underground train directly from here.

Be careful guys, we stayed there for four nights five days for an exam and coaching purpose. We have booked room and breakfast but due to time schedule of our coaching classes we had to cancel our breakfast since the day one, receptionist said we can cancel breakfast for both of us without any charges and they will refund money within 29 days! We are being robbed and being silly as why does this takes 29 days do get your money back even you don t use their service. I tried to ring hundred times and always got same answer that someone will call me back even this is four months now!! My booking ref is ADQ2602823 and I stayed this place from 2nd June 2024 to 7th June 2024. I didn t know that Premier Inn is that much greedy for about £110, this awful and I gave up know, keep my money. Thank you Rooms: Nice

Fine, but it was boiling hot and you cant even crack a window. No air. Perfectly serviceable, but a bit grotty.

The room was okayish with a decent bed. However, the air conditioning turned off (I assume to save electricity) around 9-9:30 AM and would have to manually be turned back on every 20 mins or so. The bed was decent. I stayed in an accessible/disabled room, the mold in the washroom was surprising to say the least. You get what you pay for, not bad for a short stay, but having stayed for around ~2 weeks, youd expect better. The A/C description is a scam in my personal opinion. You have to pay extra for decent internet which if you dont pay for acts funny. The staff were good, but the hotel itself just doesnt give off that Im a guest feeling. Unfortunately, not many options available in the area. P. S. Room service is on request as well.

My stay was good

I have been staying in this hotel for the last 7 weeks for work. The staff do not even smile with you, I have never stayed in such a soulless hotel, and I have stayed all over the country. The only reason I keep staying there is the location is very close to where I work.

Very Bad Experience - Room Cleaning Service - did not clean room for days Room Card - was deactivated after a day and had to activate at the front desk Vending Machine - Food was stuck and had to call the front desk to shake the machine, ordered cola, recieved my payment but machine did not dispense the drink.

Reasonable price, near Uxbridge Central Station, easy to access to the bus station and the Metropolitan & Piccadilly railway lines

Room was standard for premier inn, however customer service was great from San he gave me all the assistance I asked for with the Wi-Fi, room info etc and was very polite and helpful. He also very attentive and always greeted when passing which is uncommon, great service.

I am a Japanese resident. It was close to the station, so transportation was convenient, and the room was new, clean, and comfortable. Although there were some disappointing points, I think it is a relatively good value for money hotel outside of central London. Absolutely horrible hotel especially the staff all look like they re not conscious. I could see a staff member who was refusing to identify themselves but i could read his name tag aayaz. smoking weed outside the hotel lobby while customers were waiting to be checked in. The front lobby stinks of it.

Excellent location near to transport and shopping facilities. All was good except for house keeping facilities. Stayed for 3 nights and my room was hardly cleaned. After a long day on the road I returned and the housekeeper was in the process of cleaning my room and all she did was take the rubbish out. The table was dirty with some sugar particles and she didnt even clean it until I had to tell her to do it. Next day I complained and again requested my room be cleaned. On returning I was expecting to find my room cleaned and it some how was (new towels) but the bed wasnt done. To me a clean room equals a neat bed. Maybe incorporate doing the bed in the cleaning regime. Also no replacement coffee and sugar was put for me. It seems like the longer you stay and the more you spend the less valuable you are at this hotel.

This hotel offers great value for a stay with lots of transport connections right on the doorstep. The room was as you d expect from the chain and perfectly clean. There was no noise from outside or adjacent rooms despite the busy location. Checking in was quick and friendly, even late in the evening. There is a small restaurant, which isn t as cosy as most of their other hotels, but you re surrounded by plenty of other dining options within just a few feet, so it s no issue. I ll certainly be staying again!

Stayed here for 3 nights as we were going to BST Hyde Park and was a great hotel that for a small fee allowed you to check in as early as 11am!! We arrived around 11:30, so the early check-in was used to great effect. Tubes into London was easy but long, roughly an hour. Getting back was easy enough once you got used to the fact that the Picadilly line only went as far as Raynors Lane at night, so we had to change to the Metropolitan line to complete our journey. The premier plus room was great. The only reason staff get a 3 is we had to ask every day for the wifi code, and on last morning, breakfast was manic and the chef was very unhelpful and rude!! Overall we would stay there again.

Back in Uxbridge, back at Premier Inn. As always, at the check-in I was welcomed like an old friend by the Reception team (Matteo). I was given a comfy, very quiet room that make me sleep soundly. Breakfast in the morning was great, with a good choice of both salty and sweet food.

I want to thank Sangita and Leena for their hospitality and kindness, and the rest off the staff who helped us. I stayed here for 5 days with friends. Allergens (coeliac) catered for excellently. The chap running the breakfast service went above and beyond my expectations. Freshly cleaned cutlery, cleaned down S&P pots. He informed the Kitchen of my arrival and they even offered to cook some items fresh for me. Outstanding.

This is not the first time we are staying at this hotel. We keep coming back as it is a fantastic hotel. The staff are really professional, friendly and helpful. Not the best location but staff are very friendly and the breakfasts are very good. Note that parking overnight in the nearby shopping centre is pretty expensive (£25)

Typical chain hotel, you know what youre getting. And thats a good thing! Good price, clean and spacious rooms, nice staff. Breakfast was also surprisingly good. Right behind the tube station, 45 minutes to the center. Rooms: Clean and spacious

It was so much fun. The food was good too. Rooms: There were 3 fresh towels ready for us to use, a TV with a decent selection of channels, complimentary tea and coffee (with a kettle) in the room, a thermostat/ AC, two clean beds and a really nice bathroom. Food and drinks: Children get free breakfast per every adult paying for the Premier Inn Breakfast. There were a lot of amazing choices for breakfast: teas, coffees, eggs; scrambled, poached etc, different types of bread, bakery goods such as pancakes, pain au choclates, assorted jams, fresh fruit, and quite a bit more. Noteworthy details: I believe there are around 800+ rooms. (Floor 1-8), and Floor 0 is the reception and restaurant.

Stayed three nights in room 415 - bed was ridiculously uncomfortable. Stayed with a party of three other guests who were in two different rooms without issue. We didnt have chance to speak to reception as we were visiting family for 90th birthday celebrations and reception was often empty. I put in a complaint under Premier Inns good night guarantee regarding out room only and was told the bed couldnt possibly be uncomfortable as it was less than 2 years old. I strongly suggest that if you are assigned room 415 that you ask to be moved when you check in. Also - apparently a good night sleep guarantee isnt worth the paper it is written on at Premier Inn so I dont know why they bother offering it

Premier Inn are great at tyring to keep things quiet and peaceful. Refurbished recently, neat clean and tidy. Proper little reception desk with staff!! Literally 100 yards from Uxbridge tube station. Great for going into London, and a damn site cheaper than city hotels. Breakfast £9.99. Great hotel for going into the City but takes about an hour on the tube.

Not good, WiFi is bad and the facilities did not accommodate Muslims for Ramadan as the breakfast is not served before 6am which caused me and my beautiful wife inconvenience. They should care more for Muslims. Did not get our moneys worth. (£200 for two nights) There were marks on the roof from a previous flood. Tea bags and sugar sachets was not replenished in our room. It is a shame because me and my beautiful wife love London Uxbridge just not the hotel.

I stayed at the hotel from the 20th of December till the 29th, I was planning on staying till the 3rd of January but I canceled because of what i experienced the first few days. I booked a family room with my family and the first night we slept there we felt so uncomfortable and one of use even got what we thought was an allergic reaction to something only to figure out later after we cleaned the room that it was to do with how unclean the room was and how dirty the bed and bed sheets were. As you can in the pictures we found blood and some other unknown stains on the beds. I tried to contact customer support (because the staff told me that this is not something they deal with) for a refund for this awful experience that we had but their response did not meet my expectations at all, claiming that they could not do anything about it, even though they have the good sleep guarantee stated on their website which is supposed to help with situations like this. I booked this hotel thinking it would be a good and nice stay for me and my family but it turned out to be the absolute opposite of that as one of us had to deal with a rash and skin infection for the rest of the trip because of how unclean those sheets were. If you re planning on staying here make sure you check the beds. Bonus: the wifi was not working too.

Very good service and moderate price

Location is excellent - within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The bed was very good and provided great comfort for a restful night. The shower could have been stronger. The room was a good size, and I could control the temperature. However, it had a smell of dampness that eminates from many showers without strong ventilation. The room I was allocated had a safe opening window, which could air the room during cleaning times.

Horrible experience. The room is not ventilated enough, and the water doesnt dry. Hence, the washroom is always messy.

I stayed for 5 nights, in which I found many things. The room has no telephone to order food or ask for housekeeping. I tagged outside of my room to clean my room in morning before leaving for city tour, at the end of the day I found my room was not makeup, I ask for receptionist, she said there is a rule, you may tag room services outside of your room door including this you have to come personally to reception and request a room services. I saw this first time during this stay in Premier Inn Uxbridge. I asked the receptionist for a dental kit, She referred me towards a vending machine where toothpaste and brush were available in 3GBP. the tiny 5gram paste tube. I walked towards 100 meters, the pharmacy offered 100 grams paste with tooth brush in 2GBP Breakfast has the same options, no changes till 5 days. I have also noticed last day of my stay the coffee machine out of order and worms in bakery portion of breakfast restaurant Video and pics attached here for reference. I suggest not to go restaurant, this place is good for nearest bus and metro station.

Excellent room. Fresh fragrance in the corridor and rooms. Very clean. Breakfast is good value for money. Parking is an issue as there is no hotel parking but just two minutes away you can find plenty of parking in chimes shopping centre starting at 2.70 an hour and 24 hours parking for £25. It is better to park your car in shopping centre parking and go central london using underground which is right next to the parking and hotel.Location is good with plenty of places to eat, shop and underground station is few yards away.

Its the only premier inn that we have been that the staff is unfriendly and not very accommodative. We ask them at 2pm if we can pay extra £10 for us to check in earlier than 3,as I rang the customer service prior to arrival. They said check inn is at 3pm, the staff didnt not even check my booking reference if they received the note from customer service that we need to check in early. The staff said theyre still fully book at 2pm, hey ho the check in time is 3pm. The check out time is 12nn. How come that they are fully booked. We travelled far, I came from night shift work. I was just hoping that I can relax before attending my nieces wedding, that is why I phoned customer service 1 day prior to arrival, and it said yes we can check in as long for extra £10 for which I dont mind to pay.

Small family room for 2 adults and 2 children but excellent cleanliness. Thanks to Yissel and Matias who have helped us a lot. Especially Yissel who made us happy every morning at breakfast (very complete by the way) thanks to her, we felt like at home. If we return to London we will stay here again.

Im not one to leave reviews, but this one was worth it! Is this really a 2-star hotel??! Its definitely been above and beyond that, without a shadow of a doubt! The staff are absolutely phenomenal, and provide a 5-star service with incredible warmth, a welcome smile and available to help 24/7. They are always super polite and super professional! They deserve more than the 5 stars I have given! My family and I would not hesitate to stay here again, and again (and again...)! This business hotel is in an ideal location, right next to Uxbridge Station, the starting station for London Transports Metropolitan Line and Piccadilly Line, and facing the bus terminal. I had a test appointment at Hillingdon Hospital for several days, so I ended up staying for over a week because of the convenience of being able to take a bus there. However, when I entered the front entrance, I was not greeted with a smiling face from the front desk staff, but rather a dissatisfied expression on my face. The room was average, but the free Virgin WiFi, which was supposed to be unlimited, disconnected within a minute, so I had to go back to the login screen again and again to connect. , this virgin WiFi could not be connected to a smartphone from a specific provider. For complaints and inquiries regarding WiFi, the only option was to send an email to Virgin, and I couldnt open an email. There are no telephones in the rooms, so all inquiries and requests must be made by going to the front desk. Even though I knew I would be staying for over a week, my room was never cleaned. I called out to a cleaner who was passing by, and she handed me the sheets and pillowcases so I could change them myself. I was so taken aback by the poor service that I didnt have the energy to complain. Also, I noticed something that looked like watermelon seeds stuck to the lace curtains hanging on the window, so I thought it was strange and when I looked closer, I realized it was a round, orange bedbug (bedbug). In a panic, I grabbed a tissue and flushed it down the toilet, but since then I have moved all of my belongings to the bathroom and have avoided touching any chairs in the room. Every time I went to the front desk, there was a different staff member, but they all looked dissatisfied and didnt make me feel welcome at all. When I checked out on the last day, the female manager asked me, ``How was your stay? I replied, ``I was never cleaned, and I changed the sheets myself, so I dont have anything else to say. Thats all I said and left the hotel. Actually, I have used several other Premier Inn hotels before, and the quality of service was high, so I trusted them as business hotels, but the experience of this stay ruined everything, and I will never go there again. I dont want to use Premier Inn. In particular, I dont want to stay at the Premier Inn next to Uxbridge station even if I get paid. Rooms: During my stay of over a week, the room was never cleaned. It was the worst business hotel ever. Free WiFi services are also not reliable to use.

Convenient budget hotel with clean rooms near Uxbridge station. Great for transit stays or business visits.

Excellent location where you have train, bus and town market with its beauty are just few metres away. Many churches of various denominations within 5 minutes walk. The minus is that the hotel heating seems control centrally and both you and your visitors have to pay dearly for parking.

Its situated in the Bus station and adjacent to the Tube ( end of the Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines) so fantastic for visiting London but also surrounding areas Windsor/Legoland/THORPE Park, Kew Gardens, Heathrow ect... Uxbridge is a vibrant town with 2 shopping malls, a wide variety of shops ( not retail parks!- but there are those locally,) Green parks, Colne River and Canal short walk away... A wide variety of places to Eat out... Also a bus ride from Southall - little India and Shepherds Bush- TV studios ect... People in Hillingdon are friendly and helpful.. Theres a large Sainsburys and a Metro Tesco 5 mins walk away and a Lidl/M&S again 5 mins... Parking is the only huge negative - as only 3 parking spaces and thankfully 2 are Disabled badge holders but you are able to access one of many Car Parks - I believe youre able to get a discount for parking in The Chimes... Cinema -Odeon/ variety of pubs and especially in warmer weather to sit outside too... Great location for a base.. Staff- Warmly welcome, informative, Helpful, Supportive and will endeavour to help/assist/rectify any problems that occur.. Lovely spacious and nicely decorated eating/drinking area... Rooms: Rooms are spacious, now some or all have been updated - bathrooms are great! Walk in showers with a rainforest like shower head and a moveable smaller shower head... Needs to have a heated towel rail to help dry any towels and reduce having a replacement only because youre unable to dry each time.. Rooms are decorated in a warm Classical style, very comfortable beds ( Im 5ft 7 - still think the bed heights are a little too high up- but theyre extremely comfortable.. Windows cannot be opened -? Due Lely to the hotel being above the bus station and to reduce pollution - the air conditioning is not suitable when we stayed and the temperature was +35C outside and 2 adults and 2 children in the room... Also Towels left Only seem to be 2 bath & 1 hand- somewhere the 2 hand towels isnt usual anymore But You can as we have ask for more towels anytime Nearby activities: Odeon cinema, fast food- variety from McDs/Asian/Oriental/American/Italian/Arab and restaurants/pubs a variety ... Uxbridge has a great transport system and buses to Hounslow/Heathrow/Shepherds Bush/Slough/North Hillingdon and also end of the metropolitan and Piccadilly Tube lines... But its also accessible to Motorways- M40/M4/M25/M3 close... Express buses to White City - Shepherds Bush direction... There are great outdoor places too Colne River, Grand Union canal various parks and larger areas Denham/Black park- which is by Pinewood studios... Food and drinks: Wide variety of Fast/Take out and Eat in cafes/Pubs/Restaurants.. as well as a large mix of shops/supermarkets Noteworthy details: The Crown and Treaty pub- were the Magna Carter is in Runnymede they stayed over at the then Coach house/ still the building of the original market place, Black Park is close by where its been the location of many films and Pinewood studios - free audience tickets too. Churchill Bunkers-Museum is 5mins from the town centre by foot- on the previously RAF Uxbridge site... The Three Tons pub- has some spooky history and a secret passage, Beautiful walks down the Grand Union canal 5-10 mins from the centre with Denham Deep lock about 30-40 up the canal.... Several pubs overlooking the canal

I was ripped off by this establishment and theyve refused to refund me. Its the old in passing through lets steal from the rich American. So TONI ran my card TWICE. I signed one slip and the one the one apparently did not go through sombody got to use it later while cash was pocketed cash. (Happened twice before at hotels in Wembley and central London and was not only refunded the extra charge but my overnight stay both times). It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach the hotel front desk. Costomer service or any other bloody number listed but I go back to UK later this year and will sort it out in person with the evidence...stay tuned!!! In case someone who can help me sees this , I was a walk in on 15th December. Given room 608 and charged a half hour later for a room on a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FLOOR!!! Otherwise its a lovely hotel conveniently opposite railway and bus station

The staff made our 1-night stay very comfortable. Special shout out to Toni who checked us in with so much care and concern for my daughter who was feeling unwell. Disaster!!. Never stay again. Rude staff, Horrible food, Smelly rooms and corridors. Restaurant staff fly around you to watch how much food you are consuming, Such a shame.

Nice place like other hotels Premier Inn but STAFF was really great and professional. Friendly with positive attitude, smiling and very helpful as well. Especially huge thankful for Kam and Hamza. Ridiculous taps that barely produce enough water to wash your hands or brush your teeth. Toilet tank doesn t have enough water to properly flush it down, which is just insanely embarrassing. Spoke to the manager who said that this is their new initiative to reduce water pollution . At least be honest and admit that it s a cost cutting initiative to increase profits. This hotel brand used to be very good for its price but not anymore. Will avoid premier inn in the future

Beautiful hotel to stay, but hot water shower facility had upset me, its like more cold side thn hot. Rooms are causy and darker.

As a professional who can work away from offices, I enjoy working in cafés, shared working spaces and hotel dining rooms. Premier Inn has many good spaces, however I am particular in where I choose to go. I enjoy coming to the Uxbridge branch because of the hospitality of the staff. Toni and Ameenah are two front desk members of staff who are always welcoming and friendly. I like that Toni remembers my order every time I visit, and she goes above and beyond with my orders of tea by giving me a pot of extra water. Today the weather was very warm. Out of her own initiative and kindness she gave me a glass of ice water ! It means a lot to be considered like that. As for the environment, it has very good lighting that enables me to work at my laptop without straining my eyes and feel wakeful. The décor is comfortable and pleasant. There is a variety of seating that gives one a choice of being fully, or semi in the midst of others where one can avoid being disturbed. There is access to amenities such as food and drink from the bar/restaurant which is very affordable and a bathroom. For anyone needing a place to visit and work for a few hours, this is a hidden gem. There are other members of staff who are also very friendly so you will be taken care of regardless of who is working.

I can t fault this hotel which I think was once a Travelodge but looks like a new-build. Great location next to Uxbridge Tube and bus stations from which we heard no noise. From there it s about 50 minutes into Central London. It s a 20-minute walk to the fabulous Battle of Britain Bunker & Visitor Centre and it s near to the M40/A40. Staff were all very pleasant, the rooms and hotel were spotlessly clean and the good old Premier Inn breakfast was delicious and good value for money. It may feel a little far outside London but the Tube trains on this line are modern and comfortable.

Renovated and renamed. I got a room for disabled people, but I cant fault anything, everything is fine for this standard. English-style breakfast, also ok. Two steps from the metro station, which is a big plus.

Been there few time. Last Friday I booked and went there around 1pm. One girl at reception nicely told me that Im early. If you can come back around 3pm and room will be ready. I went for shopping and came back. There was another girl at reception and I asked for room key. She looked very unfriendly un welcoming face. She said you are too early. But if you want the room key. I have to pay her £10. I looked at my watch .it was 2.57pm I was 3 minutes early. She really spoiled my staying at that time. Hotel should NOT put girl like her at reception.

We arrived at 14:30 after a long trip and they wanted us to pay 10£ to check in half an hour earlier than check-in time.

During my one-day stay at the hotel, I received exceptional guidance and hospitality from Ms. Sangita, who works at the reception. Her outstanding performance and assistance undoubtedly make her a valuable asset to the establishment. Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the hotel, finding everything to be wonderful, including the well-appointed room. Rooms: Well maintained

Excellent premier inn. Fantastic location right next to the Uxbridge underground - straight into London. Stayed for a month in a premier plus room as a base for work. It is definitely worth paying the extra for a plus room. Staff are exceptional - nothing is any trouble and they go the extra mile to help all customers. My only gripe is that you have to ask for your room to be cleaned daily every day. They also do not have a car park so you would need to factor extra charges if travelling by car

I have stayed in the Premier Inn Premium Plus room. The room is great, coffee machine was easy to use. Bed was very comfortable to sleep. Nearby activities: Underground station Safety: Its safe Walkability: Easy to find local stores and supermarkets

Breakfast was great, loads to choose from. We had a little problem with the ventilation and control unit. But overall, a good stay.

Correct, they do not clean the rooms for short stays, we stayed for 2 days and it was not cleaned or arranged. Definitely one of Premier Inns best hotels, plus next door to the Piccadilly line. Uxbridge itself is an utter toilet.

The staff were very friendly and most helpful. While we were able to purchase some food to eat in the evening, it wasnt a fully operational restaurant. I understand this would be a business decision but, I think they could do a little better in this area. Other than that, I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Great location, nice swing in drop off spot and friendly staff. Breakfast service immaculate and staff very friendly. Food cooked well and everything else clean. Room was spotless and I was noted of minor issues in the room (repair on wall) which wasn t required but nice to be told! Highly recommend the service and hotel particularly the accessible location

I just want to say an extra special thank you to Carly, a member of the night staff that went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. We then also caught her continuing to work the breakfast shift covering another member of staff, just incredible!! Cannot thank her enough.

No parking so had to drive to another premier inn hotel to park then walk back to this hotel ,then repeat in the morning to find the van had been broken into ,,,please dont stay here if you have a van ,,,

First time staying in a Premier Inn, and now I am a believer. It is by the Uxbridge train station and a few yards from bus stations serving multiple routes. Movement in and out of Uxbridge is so easy. Decent breakfast for £10. I stayed in the premier plus room for two 2weeks, and I enjoyed my stay. The Internet was very good for work. I did not like the idea of daily internet vouchers and log ons. Its a good thing the system was upgraded to a One-time voucher for stay. The bed is comfortable, and the cleaning service is based on request. Functional elevators and airconditioners. If you are arriving early, there is an early check-in for £10.

Right by the station so perfect location if travelling. Room was lovely, mattress a little firm as I woke up with an achey back. I tried to use the heating but it just wouldnt turn on other than that the stay was great. Thats not to say the room was cold, I was as Id been into London and the weather wasnt so great. Staff were really helpful and polite. Vending machines are available if you fancy a little snack or drink. Theres a breakfast available which I didnt have so cant comment really other than the fact its available. Also I dont recall much noise from the busses & other vehicles outside of the hotel in the morning which was quite nice! Nearby activities: Tonnes of places just a walk, bus or train away. Bonus of being right by the bus and train station. Food and drinks: Surrounded by restaurants and takeaways if what the hotel has doesnt tickle your fancy.

Very good location next to train station and centre. Staff are nice, thanks to Chloe and Bondo who were always pleasant and helpful and the maintenace chap (mike or phil cannot remember name!) who came to help as soon as requested. Only downside was that despite asking for a full room clean on 06/12/23, this was not completed at all. Bondo kindly helped empty bins and was apologeic. Could not make sense as to why housekeeping did not do their job. This is disappointing considering full clean is not even available every day so requests should be fulfilled when asked for on alternate days. Also the male member working on front desk on 07/12/23 was bored and disinterested when I asked him if room clean had been recorded considering it had not happened previous day. He would benefit from learning from chloe and Bondo in showing proper interest to customer queries. Walkability: Seconds away from train station.
