High St, Cowley, Uxbridge UB8 2EW, United Kingdom
The character and philosophy of our variety of cuisine follow the ancestral technique of using different types of charcoal, fire and firewood. The scented trace of the smoke topped with a class that only a few adore, inherently allows us to have a select base of diners that we can accommodate without sacrificing and compromising our essence.
The ambience is really good the deco and the location itself is perfect, food is average not that great , the service we received was appauling. Waited more then 15 minutes before we were served. There was a private birthday party and hence we felt most staff were more concerned about that, ignoring the fact that a customer is a customer. Personally I wouldnt come here again. Free parking for about 15 cars is available outside the restaurant.
Karma Lounge hosted my husband’s 50th birthday and it was a memorable and wonderful event. Everyone had a fantastic time, the arrangement for the DJ/music was perfect and the activities kept everyone engaged. The food was delicious and the staff was very polite and helpful. I cannot thank Vishal and his team enough for making the night one to remember. Would highly recommend Karma Lounge for catering ocassions or a visit for cosy dinner with family & friends. Great place with great vibes 👌..
Amazing food and wonderful service, my family and I had a lovely time dining there and will definitely visit again; the food was fabulous 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
Space for about 15 cars and also has on road parking. Plenty of space so you're not bumping your chair into somebody else. Friendly staff, great service but they don't do a mixed grill on a sizzler. We ordered the normal mixed grill and also the massala mixed grill, wings and kebabs tasted on point. Was a little disappointed with their chops. Nice desserts as the Gulab jaman are made fresh to order. Large drink selection so you won't be disappointed.
The food was lovely and the staff were very attentive. We had veg and lamb samosas and chili paneer for starters. All were delicious. We could have happily had the chili paneer as a main. It was an amazing flavour. The naans were very good. Having had Rara Lamb at other restaurants we thought it would be premium cuts of lamb but here they mix it with lamb mince and unfortunately it was very oily and fatty but apart from that dish, the rest was great. One of the female staff was a little over keen to take away glasses before we had finished drinks and twice we had to say we hadn't finished those drinks. Our feedback would be for the staff not to watch us every few minutes or check our table so often. Let the diners relax and come over less often. Another oddity was being given our own takeaway containers and being left to do that ourselves in front of other watching diners. It's no problem but just not expected as other restaurants tend to sort that in the kitchen. Our bill was quite high for three diners (£160) but we didn't mind as it was a celebration dinner but we would be unlikely to eat there regularly at those prices. We will certainly return to treat ourselves on special occasions.
This restaurant is AMAZING. We were staying nearby for one night before heading to the airport and found this place nearby. We were worried we were underdressed because the restaurant is STUNNING but we were greeted so warmly and the service throughout was incredible. In addition to the great ambiance and service, the food was to die for. Seriously the best Indian cuisine I’ve ever had! (No joke - you must try it!)
Karma lounge is a hidden gem outside London. Stepping in will make you feel the relaxation vibe of the place. The service is outstanding and the layout is very detailed. we went there to treat ourselves with a wine moment and we enjoyed the vibe. We felt welcomed and the environment is at premium level.
I was in the area on business and a friend and i went in for dinner here. They have a street food type menu as well as the normal menu, the indo-chinese paneer is just amazing, ordered quite a lot of food and it was all superb, this place is 10 out of 10, only criticism pickle tray could be bigger with lime pickle. The drinks are amazing. The Indian whiskey collection is excellent
I loved my time here along with my colleagues... Good spread of Vegetarian food too...
Second visit to here and just as good as the first. Had a greta meal again the mix grill starter is a personal fav. Great drinks choice and really friendly staff. Definitely worth a visit.
Plenty of parking outside, although inside it has that familiar contemporary Indian go-go club experience where you feel like you re walking into the furnishing section of a Matalan warehouse in the remote outpost of Kazakhstan; as everything is chintzy overload, that you get the immediate impression the owners must celebrate Christmas all year round and not just in December. I wished these themed Indian restaurants would hire an interior designer that understood restaurant aesthetics. Food was nothing to write about. We only ordered starters and that was nearly £60 for a few plates of average gloop. They had a mixed grill on the menu, which we initially thought would be safe to order as it would have the usual Indian prerequisite of arriving at our table sizzling hot on a cast iron griddle, whereby the meat is still being blasted by the heat from the burnt layers of deep-fried onions underneath. Instead, we got a few clumps of meat on a cold plate, that was so mild that we had to send it back not only for a reheat, but a blast of defrosting first. We complained to our waitress that we shouldn t be charged for the mixed grill as we hardly ate much as it was cold and not very appetising. She looked as enthusiastic in exceeding her levels of service quality as a tangerine misplaced in the vegetable section of a supermarket aisle. These guys seriously don t understand customer service and it s unique tie to repeat business; as they kept the mixed grill on our bill. To top it all, for the last half hour of our dining experience, for some unknown reason the staff decided to turn up the background music to such a high level that the local council noise abatement officer was nearly woken up from his bed and informed of the disturbance. Shocking establishment, run by owners and staff that have no concept on service quality and thankfully won t be returning.
Was amazing food I recommend it s was so great amazing
Excellent customer service, great vibes and tantalizing food menu. Strong recommendation if you looking to spend an evening with friends and family. They also cater for parties and are great at arranging the entire event including a DJ if required.
The food is absolutely delicious, everything from the starters, curries to desserts is just perfect. The ambience is really good too. Service is excellent. The food is cooked to perfection with a wide range of items to select on the menu. Definitely one of the best Indian restaurants Ive eaten at in London.
Amazing food, amazing service will definitely be back
Absolutely incredible experience, excellent food and becky was so good to us. Would definitely recommend the drinks here.
Good food and excellent service by becky. Would love to come back soon
If youre craving authentic Indian food, this is the place. Amazing starters and lip smacking biryani.
Food was OK. Interiors of restaurant was good. Service was also good.
So today we had our dinner here for the third time with high hopes but unfortunately Food was not upto the mark may be because of the weekend as it was busy. We ordered Mushroom chilli garlic with Tandoori phool and Berrilicios and passion fruit drink. The berrilicious drink was nt great where we asked waiter to please change it and they politely changed. We ordered Paneer tikka masala which was bland nothing like tikka masala and Dal makhini was sweet . And whn i booked my place for 3 ppl , i specifically mentioned when we order our dessert pls write birthday message but They got chocolate cake without asking which Dessert we prefer as we r vegetarian we dnt eat cake with eggs . When I asked them they said cake slice is with egg, i said sorry we wont have it and they charge for this as well so overall we paid £80 for this experience not worth it
Decent 1. Had foods n also drinking intoxicated complete drunken yes. Nice foods n nice owner, he veri dreamy face, he blow kiss wen i bite int2 food n i smile each time. Pls try chicken korma n briyani 10/10. Atmosphere nice 1, one guy wos dancin too aggressive and waiter ruin him in alley wen they got back, waitrr was wearing the guys clothes n guy was waiter. Beautiful entertainment. Please try this place, family, friends, business partnars, lady, guy, animal etc Parking: Im single, driving cl65 amg. Beautiful
Good food and good service.
Regular customer at Karma, love the food always on point and friendly and welcoming staff.
**Review for Karma Lounge Corley - London** Attending a birthday party at Karma Lounge Corley in London was an exceptional experience that deserves a glowing review. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance of the place was welcoming and vibrant, setting the perfect mood for a celebration. The food was nothing short of spectacular. Each dish we tried was a testament to the culinary expertise of the kitchen. The Palak Paneer was a standout, with its rich, creamy spinach sauce perfectly complementing the soft paneer. The Malai Kofta was another highlight, with its delicate balance of flavors and melt-in-the-mouth texture. The Dahi Pakode were equally impressive, with a tangy yogurt coating that was both refreshing and delicious. What truly elevated the experience was the impeccable service. The staff was not only professional and efficient but also warm and friendly, making everyone feel at home. Special thanks to Becky and Khushboo, whose attentiveness and hospitality went above and beyond. Their dedication ensured that the event ran smoothly and that all guests were well taken care of. Karma Lounge Corley is undoubtedly a top-notch venue for any special occasion. The combination of delectable food and exceptional service made the birthday party an unforgettable event. We look forward to visiting again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in London.
I really love the taste of this restaurant food . Quick service and friendly staff.
Nice place. Very busy on Fri. Good food.
I m a local neighbour who visited this venue with my mum & partner. When we arrived, a lady greeted us, she walked us through this gorgeous decor venue and straight to the back of the venue - the conservatory.. strange when they have a lovely set up inside. The conservatory is for large families - and noisy children. The service was terrible, no one came to take a drinks order for 15mins, when they did come the waiter still didn t ask, seemed like she wanted us to a place the whole order in one go as she asked what would you like to order? At the end of our dinner, I asked the waiter if I could pack the food to go, she said she will bring takeaway containers although went off and started serving food to another table and still had not come back until another waiter noticed we was waiting for our food to be packed . Overall : Karma lounge, your food is delicious but your service is terrible. Future improvements: 1. You should always ask the customer if they would like to sit inside the venue or in the conservatory 2. Very unprofessional to see your waiters standing around using their phones, this is why your service is slow.
The service from Kushbu and Kunal was top class ! The mains and starters are excellent must try the veg Manchurian ! But there needs to be some work with the desserts the rasmali tiramasu was very dry but it is a concept worth exploring more.
The food was good and the service was quick too! Nice palce Vegetarian options: Vegetarian food was good Food : 4/5 |
If I could give Karma Lounge 0 stars, I absolutely would. My recent experience here with my family was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment we walked in, the staff were shockingly rude and dismissive, making us feel incredibly unwelcome. To top it off, the service was horrendous. We were served the wrong food, and when it finally arrived, it was obvious that it had been reheated in a microwave cold and tasteless. This place is a disaster, and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Avoid at all costs!
Excellent food. Fresh.
Great restaurant with tasty authentic Indian food. A good vibe and live music. Shoutout to the manager Tashif for being so friendly! Food
Great environment and excellent staff. Food always hits. Recommend the chicken trio.
Food good but served intermittently. The noise of a cricket match on the television along with supporters shouting was unbearable. Not the place for me but others seemed to be enjoying it.
Great food and a nice experience overall, service was good but could be improved it was a little disjointed Conservatory decor was nice but was getting warm away from the ac unit Food
Delicious authentic food with great atmosphere and fabulous staff. Will definitely visit again
I have lived in the area all my life and wow what a beautiful place to have a party or fun with friends food is amazing and the cocktails are gorgeous I will definitely return
Probsbly A bit too much chilli in most dishes for most people. I guess its just right for hardcore desi audience (no offence intended)which might be their local demographic. Kid-friendliness: Lots of high chairs
Early Saturday evening and had my first ever take away from KL, all the dishes were very well executed and well above the local standard. Worth the premium and will return, recommended.
Tasty Food. Highly Recommend.
Great expirence
The food was amazing and service fantastic! Staff excellent and can t wait to come back!
Amazing!!! I have had a fair few currys and this one tops them all! Been a couple of times and does not disappoint. Lovely quick service! Didnt even have to wait long for cocktails... also cocktails are on point! Highly recommend
Our watering hole. Karma Lounge is absolutely what you want from a restaurant. Great food. Quick service. And importantly, staff are fabulous. They re all attentive and kind. No attitude. Kashif always looks after all of us with a smile on his face. We look forward to dining here regularly. Food
Amazing place Vegetarian options: Clearly marked veg options Food : 5/5 |
Amazing food, awesome teamwork.
So first time visit ...maybe there a bit early...kitchen wasnt open 530 on a friday..place was empty, was going to have a drink but a pint of Guinness at 6.95 is excessive for Cowley, pleasant staff but I think if you they want to increase business at this time a rethink is needed
The food is absolutely amazing, very fresh, tastes so good with so much flavour! Every dish I have had (been here multiple times & try to order different dishes) has genuinely been top! Service is excellent, the staff are very kind & respectful! It should be a lot more busier than what it is!
Hidden gem. The food was fantastic , the cocktails were lovely and the lady that served us super kind. I definitely recommend this place for any occasion. You will not be disappointed
Yesterday we been to this restaurant for Friends bday celebrations.we all had amazing time there. absolutely mouthwatering dishes with good protion size in affordable price .the ambiance and customer service was 10/10 . Keep up this good work Becky and Devika, Complimentary shots treat by Owner was special touch :-)),, Overall pleasant experience,Definitely recommend.
Last night we were there amazed time spent ,for service 5 star both girls Gitanjali & Bakie both served us with smile face all the time & for food all from starter to main course to dessert tastes omg every dishes amazed & last owner Vishal he is such a humble man our ladies group enjoyed there friendly environment & interior also so highly recommend cant wait for next visit there
Very good Indian food at reasonable prices. I have nightmares about garlic naan bread, they were so delicious.
I visited recently while staying at a hotel a short drive away- had to park in a side street (no cost). I was early, the sole diner- chose the shami kebab starter, which was lovely, then the Karma Special that was really quite special, I really enjoyed it. I recommend it!
Great food and lovely staff. Sometimes, its hard to find seating and can get loud. They need to keep the prices in check.
Nice food, good service but very expensive for drinks, £6,75 for a pint is ridiculous
The food was well prepared but the drinks were practically water we asked them to change it and after arguing with us they did so only filling half the jug the color difference was very obvious so you knew they filled the first jug with a water and a bit of coke. They were quite rude about it clearly knowing what they did but they decided to make very poor excuses i think it could have been handled better and if they cannot afford to serve a certain drink they shouldnt not drop there standards by filling it with water
This is our first visit this restaurant. We had a good food and service from Raj & kunal they welcome people very friendly & polite , We will come again & I ll recommend this place. This is one of our favourite place now
Been here a few times now and have to admire the operation here! The food is definitely a level above anything else available locally, but the service has been Exquisite EVERY SINGLE TIME! Thanks to Tashif, Kunal and Raj!. The venue maybe a bit more expensive then the average Indian restaurant but they are well beyond and an average Indian restaurant. Would highly recommend for an amazing evening!!!
Disappointed with my visit, would not recommend. This use to be my go to restaurant, I would visit with family and friends but unfortunately will not be visiting again, extremely bad customer service. The staff is rude and very disrespectful.
Step into Karma Lounge and prepare to be enchanted by its stunning setting and elegant decor. Happy hour here is truly a delight its like happiness in a glass! From cocktails to whatever drink you want! Especially if you want to kill time waiting on friends lol. And lets talk about the food its beyond fantastic, hitting all the right notes with every bite. Lamb and chicken dishes are brilliant. Allo papri chaat, chicken lollipops are always my go-to as a starter. With each visit, Im reminded why I keep coming back they never fail to impress. If I could make one suggestion, it would be to spice things up with special menus or new dishes on a regular basis, adding that extra dash of excitement to an already amazing experience. Cheers to Karma Lounge for always leaving us smiling and satisfied!
We were a party of 5 celebrating a birthday. Excellent service from Raj and Kunal and the team. Good atmosphere, tasty food and the birthday person was surprised with cake, made the evening extra special. Thank you Karma Lounge.
First time here, very quiet but early doors on a Tuesday. Excellent service and food Raj and colleagues extremely welcoming. Definitely coming again and highly recommend. I can imagine its also great just for some drinks and indian snacks on a lazy day. Superb 10/10 Food
The food was Incredible. The cocktails were high quality. Every staff member went above and beyond. It was such a lovely atmosphere and great setting. I cant wait to go there again. One of the best dining experiences Ive ever had. Its my new favourite restaurant! Dietary restrictions: Jain and vegan menu. The menu is clearly labelled with allergens. The staff went out of their way to make dairy free options and made sure to tell me what chutneys I could have.
I have tried chicken noodles from here as a Takeaway and the food is strictly Okay. its pitty they couldnt get the chicken noodles right. The portion size is okay but , with a little more care it the taste also would have been good
Beautiful resturant to relax with friends and family with excellent food. It s a very cool vibe with great cocktails. Every-time I am there we get delicious food. It s hard to pick one favourite dish as every dish is exceptional.
We got a take away, so I cant comment on atmosphere. Absolutely brilliant! Omg the food was so tasty, definitely needed something like this locally. The guy who took our order was very professional and articulate. Collection was easy, and the food, OMG!!!! Just lovely. We got a selection of starters, mogo, chicken tikka and aloo papdi chaat, was just stunning, mouth watering, cooked to perfection and even though we collected, everything was so hot and not mushy, it was fresh, so we were very happy. We got chicken and paneer dishes for mains with naans and salad and yoghurt and again it didnt disappoint. 100% recommend and will definitely be eating here again!
Food is amazing! Chilli paneer one of the best I ve had and the lamb chops phenomenal! Everyone very welcoming and helpful. Returned back many times already and will continue to do so. Lachadar parontah is a must try
Very nice place to enjoy good food .good wine .magical atmosphere. Will go again Parking: There are plenty of spaces & and its free
The food was excellent good service
Excellent
Very good food and a different menu to regular Indian restaurants.
I am a regular customer at this restaurant who also orders takeaways. With a spend of £125 on average per week at this establishment. Was turned away this evening at 19:30 when I asked for a table for two. So won t be going back there again.
food is good nice service, but prices are bit on the high side, updated 14 March 2024 as regular weekly customer spending well over £120 per week yesterday the staff turn us away, will not be going they again!, no customer loyalty
To be honest, its TOO spicy... its unbearable
Best cocktails in the area. We go there for the Hawaiin colada cocktail, which features in their 2for1 offer on Sun-Thu. We used to love the food but somehow recetly quality has regrettably degraded hence taking off some stars of my previous rating.
Amazing food Great ambiance recommended dish: Karma special fish Lollypop Amazing service by Mr kunal served us well
Great foood and customer service overall don t ever rate restaurants but this is deserved
Well worth a visit
I give this restaurant a 5 star. The food is amazing here. Very tasty. Service is excellent. Staff are very helpful. This restaurant is the best.
Amazing food and impeccable service.
Authentic Indian food, good customer service and nice ambience.
Tikka masala was nearly inedible, half the dish was just oil and didnt taste of anything, the chicken was very tough and chewy. The chicken wrap was disgusting. The garlic naan had large chunks of raw garlic which you had to chew, very disappointed with the food here, avoid.
The food here was spot on and special compliments to Chef Ashok. The service was excellent and the bar had decent variety of beverages.
First visit. No booking yet they accommodated us, albeit with a 1.5hour table time allowance. Service was quick and waiters were well-mannered. Masala papad = delicious with great chutneys. Achari paneer tikka = soft and cooked well with great spice combination. Chicken masala = best curry Ive ever had in an Indian restaurant, thick gravy and tender chicken pieces. Naans were fine but could have been softer. Bit expensive but worth it. Toilets - flush not working, not enough hand soap or toilet roll.
Went to karma lounge with my mum and brother. Food was incredible. Service was great. My mum was really impressed, she loved the ambiance, food and everything.. well done. Will do a visit again.
Ordered on Uber eats. Charged us £21 for 6 popadoms and chopped salad. When we rang to sort this out we were told there was nothing they could do and didn t bother to help further 0/10 so expensive and the chutneys were the worst I ve ever had. Went straight in the bin
Really good Indian food here with decent cocktails and pub drinks
It s 5 star in service, food and ambiance.
This place is so good, we went there twice in 48 hours. We tried different items on the menu both vegetarian and non-vegetarian and I would highly recommended all of them. Nothing we tried was something we wouldnt try again. The Mix Grill, Tandoori Chicken Wings, Crispy Bhajia and Chilli Garlic Mogo were my personal highlights. The Paneer Tikka Masala was also the best I have tried anywhere. For someone who doesnt eat lamb too much, I was blown away by the Rara Lamb. The Railway Style Chicken Curry was very nice too. This was more saucy than the other curries. Perfect for rice lovers to absorb all that flavour. Vegetarian options: The Crispy Bhajia and Chilli Garlic Mogo are a must. So good and perfectly cooked. The Paneer Tikka Masala was also the best I have tried anywhere.
Good for a drink, can become very noisy though depending what time you turn up at night. Parking: Parking in front, depend if you come early
Delicious food, friendly service and chill atmosphere
Really good authentic Indian food, with decent prices and excellent service.
Vegetarian options: Daal makhani is lovely, there are a lot of options. Food
Omg besttttttttttttty Indian food and taste in london i have had throughout the yearssssssssasassaa amazing ambience and very good staff. Must must must must visit for your Indian cravings
Good food
Excellent food & service
Our first visit to this place as we were keep hearing their advert on radio stations. We went for indo-chiense food and 3 more starters. Indo-Chienese was good specially manchurian and fried rice. Their achari paneer was also great. Overall we had great food. The atmosphere was dull maybe because we were a bit early. The place where we sat lpoked like conservatory and wasnt too amazing in terms of decor but was clean and tidy.
Tasty food, quick service
1. Helpful when booking table for my mum and aunts Birthday. Organised a nice long table for us in a nice side of the restaurant. 2. Service was good, made sure we had everything we needed. 3. Atmosphere was nice and calm for a Saturday evening. Music is nice and low so it a good vibe where you can talk and listen too. 4. Dhal was nice but had no spice. Kebabs and starters were really good. 5. They have a small car park and on Saturday after 6.30 you can park on the side road.
Organised a friend s 25th birthday here, and it was hands down the most amazing party ever! The food was incredible, the service was excellent and everything was looked after so well by the owner, Vishal. The dishes served were very innovative and tasted like what you get back home in Delhi (something I ve struggled to find in London). Cannot wait to be back!
Great food
Starter portions were big, not much to say about the taste, extremely disappointed with the mains, was not kind on the tummy
Enough parking space & good selection of alcoholic drinks.
I visited Karma Longe tonight and I must say it s a really beautiful restaurant. They have parking space and the set up is amazing. Clean toilets, clean and organised arrangements, amazing interior and I enjoyed the food so much. Loved the cocktails so much and I must say the staff was amazing. They were very kind, professional, polite and respectful. I will definitely visit again.
Amazing place, delicious food and great atmosphere. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. Vegetarian options: A wide selection of options. The food taste so delicious.
Amazing place, decided to ditch the high Street central London restaurants in my birthday for this gem. The food was super authentically Indian. The staff were warm and curt and our orders arrived promptly. If you are a desi or a desi food food lover....this joint is a must on your list....Thanks for making my evening memorable Parking: Right in front
Came here this evening our booking wasnt there to start with, When placed on a table the 2 waiters argued in their language then we were asked to move, we sat at the new table which was wobbling like the foot hadnt been placed properly this was sorted by another member of staff, The new table made you feel awkward like you was in the center of everyone. The food had alot of flavours but was all very spicy even the butter chicken, Im not a spice fan to be honest but if you are its great for you I had a mocktail which was delicious and apparently the beers good to. It all seemed very rushed 2 different waiters asked us our order literally 2 mins after we sat down, it all felt a little uncomfortable But seems very popular so give it a try.
Poor customer service, first they offered a 4 seater table for 5 people. Secondly they asked us to move the car that we parked 3 times even though on the 2nd time the manager saw us park the car. Kebabs came cold, we told them its cold and the same plate came out like they just used the microwave
Nice ambience, good service. Starters are good, main course average, cocktails are good! Prawns are a must try. Parking is limited. Best time be there nice and early.
Very good food as well as service
Had my 25th Birthday here. The staff, food ambience was amazing! My friends had a wonderful time. Would come again and again. Highly recommended.
Parking: Easy to find a spot even on a Friday evening! Kid-friendliness: Very accomodating to any order specifically for kids and very tasty options Food : 5/5 |
Really enjoyed the authentic food here. I look forward to return
Very poor customer service, will not visit again!!
Nice food with really friendly service
Regrettably 3 stars as I wanted it to be good. My experiences are based on takeaway via Uber eats and direct pick up. On the first occasion everything was perfect. The food quality was good and the briyani was fragrant, aromatic and meat to rice ratio spot on and cooked to perfection. Probably the best I ve had in a long time. On the second occasion I decided to order directly and collect as I ve never visited for sit in. Upon entry bearing in mind it was my first visit, the welcome was not warm. When ordering at the counter I was asked what do you want .Uhmm how about hi, do you need a menu and have you visited before? It s basic customer service. Noting that you have to wait for your order one would think that they would ask if you would like to have a drink while you wait and offer you a seat. So no, though I did ask and was accommodated. That aside ordering was straight forward. Now the food, the mixed grill was tasty but salty and fatty and the briyani was night and day compared to the first experience. It was tasteless and poor quality. To me it looked like they didn t have any and made a poor attempt to make it up. Unbelievable as the first order was amazing. I d rather be told sorry we don t have any and order something else than get a poorly made dish. So in essence, please improve customer service skills and food consistency. I may give it another go and amend my rating if improved.
Great food, lovely service. Definitely recommended
Beautiful indoors. Lovely stuff and tasty food. Highly recommended.
Great food, fantastic service!!
Very nice
Had ordered a takeaway earlier and liked it so decided to try out dining there. The service was very friendly and efficient. The food was fresh and tasty, just the right spice levels. Mixed grill was very delicious as was the chicken biryani and kheema. Also loved the railway chicken. Definitely the best authentic Indian restaurant in the area. Would definitely be visiting them again. On my next visit was completely impressed by the Dal Bukhara and Paneer Tikka Masala despite being a carnivore. My compliments to the chef The service was excellent and Tavish was an excellent host, courteous, helpful and very efficient. Many thanks
Fresh food . Owner is friendly too
I loved the food, the atmosphere and the service. The staff were courteous and knew what Punjabi food is. Nice. Vegetarian options: I loved the aloo gobhi. Parking: Reasonable space to park but local street are available to park too.
Karma Lounge has the right atmosphere for a family friendly evening dinner each time I ve gone for dinner which has been two so far the venue has been very good in terms of great management & great staff always looking out for their clients best interest. Excellent service, food, venue as a whole however despite it being on the main road in Cowley/Uxbridge I truly believe that this venue could be such an amazing venue/concept in Central London simple, elegant & all about the customers experience.
Best food, best place to to enjoy yourself.lamb chops are best.. Kudoes to Chef
The best food Ive tried after a long time. Chilli chicken was absolutely amazing. We were taken care of by Hit Kumar. Very nice customer service and amazing food. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Avery positive environment. I really like the cool vibe of the bar area. Amazing restaurant and definitely looking to come back again.
Amazing food and beautiful ambience. Raj served us n we were impressed of his calmness, politeness n patience . The team made sure that we were being served and looked after very well . Worth visiting this restaurant again n again. Thanks Team Karma
We went for a friend s birthday. Very good service, great ambience and amazing food. Raj attended us so nicely with lot of patience and we really enjoyed. He looked after us very well.
It s a new place so wasn t as packed but great service and the food was delicious. Service was super fast.
This is an authentic North Indian restaurant located in Uxbridge awesome finger licking good food and superb customer service.Highly recommended to Indian food lovers.
Nice and specious with wonderful ambience...most important you get what you go for...yummiest food...loved the food there ...must try
The experience was not great. I was forced to pay service charges, and the staff was rude at the billing counter.
The food was so so so lovely we came for my brothers birthday meal and they also brought out a slice of cake we chose from their menu with a sparkler and it was so sweet. We ordered lots of different starters and they made it perfectly to how we requested as we can only eat food that is mild in spice and they did it perfectly for us. The service is also really friendly. Definitely coming again sometime Vegetarian options: Have so much selection that caters to all. So many vegetarian options as well as meat and seafood options too.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at karma lounge, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The restaurants inviting ambiance, impeccable service, and exceptional cuisine made it truly memorable. The menu featured creative dishes with locally sourced ingredients, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The attentive and knowledgeable staff added to the overall excellence. I highly recommend karma lounge for an unforgettable dining experience that will leave you wanting more.
We went for dinner at this amazing restaurant. Everything is just so beautiful and the restaurant is so cozy. The aesthetics are very finely designed keeping in mind the choices of the customers. The food is extraordinarily good and the staff goes above and beyond to offer you the best. The staff is friendly and warm. My jids loved the place and definitely it is the one of places we will keep visiting frequently.
Food was amazing. Service was too.
Been for a birthday party organised at this venue. Food was tasty and well served.
Took me Mum for a treat. Forgot its Indian cuisine, but they made her Chicken Noodles without spices. Lovely people, great decoration and the staff carried her in on her wheelchair. Made me a Dhansak, that was not on the menu but was wonderful 100 out of 10 Food : 5/5 |
My favourite place to eat by a mile! It was my birthday today and the staff pulled out all the stops with a little surprise cake! Thank you for your great hosting always, 110% recommend!
The place is nice the glass roof needs a good clean and the back yard so it can be enjoyed been there twice food was excellent but also the boys service alcohol needs to know which glass to use for which drinks and how to serve gin n tonic not in a straight glass full of ice and just putting the gin n tonic thats not good at all there are diffrent glasses for different drinks you go to a pub when they serve you alcohol look at the glasses and service I was so shocked at that it spoils my drinks
Very tasty food and quick service. Cocktails are over priced though
Went for a meal with girlfriends and we shared several starters. It was all delicious, high quality, fantastic flavours and different menu to a standard Indian restaurant. Will be back. Also great cocktails.
Good food and service Vegetarian options: Lots of great options. Parking: Restricted parking, if half full park on the road. Trust me, its a headache to get out.
Food was absolutely great. Happy to finally have a good Indian in the area.
Great place with brilliant service, owner was friendly and welcoming. Staff were all attentive and food was fab. Overall recommended. Vegetarian options: Good options Kid-friendliness: Provide the tablets and colours for kids
Excellent service one of the best passion fruit cake I have ever had will definitely dine again
Went to the restaurant for a birthday. The atmosphere, staff and food were amazing. Would really recommend this restaurant
The food is amazing! The staff are really attentive and extremely friendly and helpful. The vibe in the lounge is really spectacular.
Went here the other day as a repeat customer as a table of 4. Booked online, no issues with being seated. The waiter came to take drinks, took the other 3 drinks no issues then struggled to understand what a southern comfort lemonade is. He then got someone else double check what I ordered, so again I said southern comfort lemonade, which isnt a uncommon drink. Unsure if it was a language barrier for them or an accent issue? Onto the starters. We got asked if we wanted poppadoms which yes of course, cant go wrong with them, unless you are karma lounge who brought the sauces but no poppadoms. Starters came which were nice I have no complaints on them. Mains, I ordered a butter chicken which was fine wasnt anything to shout about but there was something odd about the chicken they used it was very thin and abit rubbery. One other in the party who ordered a chicken dish thought similar. The bill came, and they put that it was a double southern comfort? I queried it but they werent for giving a full explanation. And I can definitely confirm it was not a double as I dont like my spirit drinks to harsh so I would always order a single. They was still refusing to budge that they didnt make a double despite our bill being well over 200 quid also they was unbothered when we mentioned we never got the poppadoms either I know it took 2 waiters to take my drink order but I didnt think theyd charge me twice for it. So Im not going back here on pure principle of how they are towards the customers. Yes its local but its not the only curry place nearby.
I had come here for dinner a while ago and I believe the staff here, specifically the manager Varun, I know his name because I asked one of the waiter is extremely arrogant and disrespectful. I know it s an Indian restaurant and the staff will be Indian but all the staff here are so uneducated and can t speak English well. I think Karma should focus on service along with staff as well. I remember a few other names a guy Raj and a Nepali guy who served me. All of them were quite dull and didn t speak in a friendly way. The vibe was really depressing with these people. I don t mean to be a racist but except the food there s nothing nice about the place. Might think of delivery the next time.
This is a place you would want to go for authentic Indian food in a modern ambience. We had been there for a casual lunch on a weekday and requested for one of our favourite dishes. Special thanks to Chef Ashok who prepared that dish for us in 15-20 mins. It was so delicious. This place makes you feel home. Thank you for amazing service and authentic food.
Very good food and service especially from a staff called Raj. Loved it there!!!
The food was amazing there and service given by staff was exceptional, especially one of the staff named Raj. They were really helpful and I would really recommend this restaurant.
Great location, RAJ was super helpful sorting out dinner within the serving timeframes. Made birthday celebrations extra special. Food was delicious.
A hidden gem in uxbridge, been a regular at this place and could not be more pleased with the service and food. Tashif really looks after us and goes the extra mile to ensure we get the best experience. Keep up the good work.
Lovely food and authentic Indian food. West Drayton was missing authentic Indian food and Karma has filled that gap. The menu is really good. The Indo Chinese options, the curries and Biryani all are good. We have had many times here now and will fully recommend it. Also the portions are big for family sharing. Vegetarian options: Good options for vegeterian in starters and mains
oh my god, the food was amazinggggg and it was served by bhavish and i cannot exaggerate more on how goood the service was, we had a greatest experience and would be coming back for sure.
The food served at this Indian restaurant is pretty good, and the variety of dishes on the menu is quite extensive. I think the main issue I have with this establishment is the conservatory-esque seating area. I do not feel there is adequate shading, and there is a lack of AC on the far side, which makes this area quite uncomfortable to sit in. The restaurant does not open on time for the lunch service, as the staff seem to arrive 5-10 minutes late. Vegetarian options: Its an Indian restaurant, so there is always an abundance of vegetarian dishes.
Went here today with our friends the food was delicious, customer service was brilliant too. I will def come back. (Lamb chops were superb)
Our go to Indian restaurant near Brunel University London. The taste is close to restaurants in India and the quality is really good. Size of the portions is decent and I could say price is appropriate and affordable. Ambiance is really good and best place to visit for hanging out with friends or a date if you live near university as its just few minutes walk from Isambard Complex of Brunel University. They serve variety of options in the menu. But I would love to see few south Indian options added to their menu.
Great food and service
I hosted my Bridal dinner there with a group of 21 people, they accommodated our requirements and had the best service, the staff are so lovely & the owner is too! 5 stars
Brilliant food, loved every single dish (us being vegetarians), amazing atmosphere, great staff, and quite convenient to park if you are commuting by car. Must visit ! Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian options, very delicious starters, mains <3
Really good food with an excellent ambience. Their drinks menu is really extensive like a proper English pub. Would visit here often.
Delicious food, excellent service
A very vibrant, cozy and yet very happening InDian restaurant scene on Cowley road which always delivers the best atmosphere, food and service. There is sufficient car park right at the front and some in the nearby roads so parking is never an issue. The place is very modern and the decor is unique and special. Ample sitting arrangement and staff will always be attentive.. Owner Mr Vishal G is very friendly, welcoming and their staff (Mr Tashif) will always welcome you with a smile and recommend drinks, starters and mains and will inform you with menu changes, upcoming events at the venue. You can always request your orders to be made per your taste (spiciness, sauces, allergies etc) A number of dishes here are very special and once you try, will make you visit again for the same (consistency) All is all, a place with vibe, ambience, excellent service and very good food Kid-friendliness: Very friendly place to dine with kids of all ages and kids menu has a number of options

Simply nice Indian food
I must say never dine in at this place. Uneducated staff straight out of a village. If I had to rate the service it would be -10. No doubt the food is good. Shouldn t be charging that much with such poor service though. Audacity to charge service charge after that.
Food was excellent, service was good but due to busy time was bit slow, otherwise will visit again Dietary restrictions: Gluten free
Amazing experience would definitely recommend food was delicious. Vegetarian options: Plenty options for Vegetarian people Food : 5/5 |
Authentic food with exclusive ingredients and flavours which no one can make except them, Especially Rumali Roti , garlic and chilli naan was amazing, best place in London to dine with lovely ambience
Came here a few weeks ago with a big group. I have been to so many Indian/desi pubs and they are all starting to taste the same. This one though was very nice and unique. Meat was very fresh and succulent. Breads were soft and puffy. Mixed grill was delicious. Highly recommended. Hopefully they can keep their standards up! Parking: On site parking for approx 50 cars
Amazing food and atmosphere..!!
Phenomenonal food with such freshness and depth of flavour! Topped off with delicious cocktails! Slightly more expensive than other Indian restaurants in the area, but hugely worth the extra! Food : 5/5
Indian food is awesome, really loved it! Service is also incredibly Thanks Raj for your wonderful service! Food
Good ambience and food tastes good. Would visit again during occasions as the pricing is bit expensive. They have parking spaces for few cars.
Yummy food, good amount of spice
I recently hosted a baby shower at this venue, and I must say, the experience was fantastic! The food was delicious, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was perfect for the occasion. Highly recommended for any special event!
We had a great time here on a Saturday lunchtime. There were 8 of us celebrating an 80th birthday. The service team were outstanding. They were polite, professional, unobtrusive, patient, everything you could want from a front-of-house team. The food was also delicious. We had a selection of starters and a number of mains (butter chicken, biryani etc.), with naan and various sides and everything arrived hot, on time, everything was correct and most importantly it tasted great. Drinks were plentiful with jugs of soft drinks on offer with draft and Bottled beer and cocktails/mocktails. The restaurant wasnt too busy, as youd expect on a Saturday lunchtime (hence 4 stats for the atmosphere) , but it didnt feel barren so dont take it as a negative, it was just the time of day. We made our own fun out in the conservatory. They kindly put Happy Birthday on the music system when they brought out the birthday cakes wed asked them to serve. They were very accommodating. The waiters regularly checked that we were OK and enquired whether we needed anything but without any pressure so it was easy to relax and take our time. They were happy to split the bill between multiple people too. Overall I highly recommend the Karma Lounge. It was clean and bright, tables were not crowded together, toilets were clean and fresh (gents... One light bulb needs changing and you should get that grafitti off the back of the door). The sink taps were pretty low pressure too. But, again, the loo was clean, tidy and in good condition. Thanks for a lovely meal. My mother-in-law had a great time with her family, in no small part down to your professionalism and great food. Well done. Vegetarian options: All of the usual vegetarian options that Indian food offers in the UK. Plenty of choice.
A hidden gem in the Uxbridge area. We went for a birthday celebration and came out very happy. We tried Potato 65 in starter and they were brilliant. Must try Haweli Kofta and naan, they are absolutely brilliant. We are vegetarian so we only tried vegetarian dishes and were pleasantly surprised with the choice of menu and taste. Definitely going again and again. Vegetarian options: Good choice of menu
