Best dosa in London! Sagar the chef, makes them really well, the authentic south Indian way. I never leave reviews but as a dosa fan my cravings have been fulfilled to the maximum. Excellent and friendly service by Yasodha.

Great food and Steve the manager was very friendly. A lovely blend of indo Chinese cuisine with a great selection of drinks.

Great food, great service, brilliant atmosphere. The starters were very well seasoned, the chilli paneer is tasty. for the mains we had the butter chicken and daal dhadka. Both mains were delicious and very well cooked.

I discovered this colorful place on Tuesday. I will definitely come back to try and enjoy the delicious food!

Went in for dinner today. Had gone in specifically to have dosa after calling, only to to be told that the batter had turned bad. Made do with medhu vada which was good. Staff who looked after us was a very courteous gentleman but eventually we left the restaurant dissatisfied - we found a hair in our biryani. We stopped eating and still had to pay £9 for the £13 biryani. Overall it left a really bad taste, so we wont be returning to this restaurant!

We visited Rickshaw lounge on Sunday afternoon. Wasn t disappointed. Service was immaculate by Mr Steve. We had issue with the food but it was rectified straight away. My toddler was happy as well as Mr steve was kind enough to play cocomelon on tv as there was no other customers at the time. Will definitely visit again.

Went on a Thursday night for dinner after work. Mysore dosa was really well done and enjoyed the chunky softer vada to my surprise. Steve was lovely, even remade my mango lassi after he thought there was too much salt in it and let me have both lol. Vegetarian options: Almost all the Indian breakfast options are vegetarian and made very well.

We were looking for places to dine around Uxbridge and came across this restaurant. As we were approaching it, they had sign in the window that said they were booked on Saturday, for a private occasion. We were about to turn back, when I decided to check if that really was the case, to which the stewardess replied they were open for regular business. We decided to have lunch and ordered a chicken fried rice, with chicken lollipops and we also had the all you can eat dosas (although the price in the billboard) was different to what we were quoted. The food was decent, it had flavor but took some time to arrive, even though we were the only table there at that time. The masala dosas were spicy, but we then requested for a non spicy version and they were beautifully crispy and delicious. We were served by the lovely and sweet Yashoda, she made sure we were looked after really well. One of my concerns with the place was that they charged £3 for a small bottle of coke (200ml) thats ridiculously high and not right and also the hoarding on the display, is incorrect which is not correct advertising, hence the rating of 3 .

The food and atmosphere was decent, service was a little slow but it was quite for a Saturday evening. Most dishes tasted good especially the main currys, the only dish that was a let down was the seshwan noodles - minimal flavour which enhanced the taste of frozen veg.

Honestly so disappointing, service was so meh. Food was okay. But the service just means I m never coming there again. And be careful, they gave us a paneer dish as a sorry.. but it was chicken.

Cleanliness wasn t great, half the menu was unavailable on a weekday dinner (for reference, we ordered 14 times including drinks and we ve been told that 9 of them were a no ), zero communication between the staff - they took orders from us when the others said it wasn t available, hygiene has a rating of 3 and quite fairly so. I feel honestly sorry for my mom since we celebrated her birthday here. The young lad in the suit was respectful and tried his best, but all the others are just awful. Never again.

I am presently here and in a very good mood, owing to the excellent food. The service is superb, and the atmosphere provides a delightful dining experience.

Lovely staff could not do enough to ensure a lovely visit

I have ordered food for collection and I have been told to come and collect after 30 minutes and I was here on time and when I have collected the food the food was stale and it was so cold and when I came back with the food and told them it s too cold they said they are going to reheat and give it to me. It was very bad experience I have and I don t recommend this place. I have been calling them 5 times to ask about the update for the food and they didn t bother answer the call.

Visited on a Sunday with family we had the Vadai and sambar , masala dosa , fish fry lamb Biriyani , all the food is fresh and quality ingredients used . Very impressed.

Fraud - Be-warned. We want to this restaurant a few weeks ago at 4pm for the unlimited doshi We were told that we missed the offer as it was only valid until 4pm. However, we just arrive today at 1pm and was told that the offer finished 2 months ago. The owner does not want to remove the poster as they want con the public.

I made a booking for 22nd December at noon but unfortunately we weren t able to be entertained at that time due to the circumstances of the business. Originally We were trying to find a suitable venue to host our company Christmas lunch (no. Person 10). We had to ensure that the restaurant both catered for halal and those who consumed alcohol. It was extremely exhausting researching restaurants close to us that satisfied the criteria we had in mind. This restaurant rickshaw lounge was probably the best and only option for us. I ve driven past this venue several times always whispering to myself that I must give it a try one day. I understand the previous owner ran this in the name of chutneys , which , to be fair was quite nice too. Time past by, now , indo Chinese rickshaw lounge, I give my blessings to, hopefully they will be a success. The chef is an awesome person from Bangalore, he makes the best stew with appam! I remember his time in the Coco restaurant in Hayes end (near the Krishna supermarket) , we had a chat several times and he produced probably the most mouth watering end product. Escalating standards that worth what it is! Not only that, he is a creative culinary artist! He is a blessed being with undoubtably years of genuine experience in hotels and restaurants around the world and within india and he is a humble human. His service warrants high level hotels to seek his attention. I pray for their success and God is great it will happen. I was angry on the 22 of December, not because I was embarrassed humiliated but because of my behaviour to the staff and use of really vulgar abusive words, I realise how pathetic I was to use such words. I really used offensive language to them which I am grieving about (because of the pride I had and that because that they did not facilitate for our group at the time) also because my mindset was ultimately set, truly looking forward to trying out their food for the first time.I was angry when I then all because in my heart I have a passion and a passion to see you all succeed. We had our first visit here on New Year s Eve and it was so lovely! Gorgeous decor, comfy stylish seating, and amazing food & cocktails! The staff were all friendly and very efficient! We will definitely be returning soon Parking: Extremely easy parking at the back of the restaurant

I have been a regular at this restaurant, but off late there is a change in the taste of the items and taste has deteriorated, both Indian and Chinese. Not sure if the chef has changed or if it is a mangement directive.

Best indo-Chinese food and Tandoori chicken must try with green chutney. Overall great service by D and Prakash.

The food was far from amazing to say the least however the most off putting part of my dining experience at Rickshaw was the copious amount of ferrel children running riot amongst myself and other dinners... Please provide cresh facilities or cages for these large mixed groups. I will not be returning.

I would recommend the mix grill meat platter as a starter. it is definitely enough for three people and I didn t even remember to get photos as the food as we all were enjoying our selves. I have ordered veg manchurian and veg noodles but the manchurian are burnt and the noodles are over cooked. Once before we ordered the same food that time also the noodles were over cooked and they didnt do anything and infact responded that i might be due to the packing.

Wonderful preparation and an extraordinary customer service. I ordered the food from JustEat, and there was some confusion in their portal, as JustEat had their restaurant posted with their old details. So, I was not able to trace my order. But they recognised the issue, called me and their team especially came to deliver it to me. Not only that they gave me a complimentary and were very polite when I told them that because of my misunderstanding I left them a bad review on JustEat. We arrived, were seated quickly and were served by two new members of staff, they were very attentive, and their manager was keeping a close eye on them too. The food was excellent. There was a young family enjoying their meal there too, it was all very jolly. The back room had a projector and huge screen.

I was met with a very warm welcome to a beautifully decorated bar and restaurant. The menu had plenty of choice. The portion sizes are generous and my Butter Chicken was cooked fresh and was delicious. If I lived closer I d definitely be a regular.

Visited recently. Very good staff, excellect food. Resturant is very nice. Clean, with music. Toilets were clean. This place is a stones throw from Uxbridge town center and has plenty of empty tables. Im sure if this place was in the town center it would be a packed. Enjoy.

£3 for a portion of poppadoms, which is one poppadom cut into six pieces. Food comes out in dribs and drabs, final meal comes out as other people are finishing their dish. No vegetable side dishes, when asked if we could order them as a side was told that we can bring them in a smaller dish but you will still be charged full price!

Great food nd service

This has got to be one of the most surreal curries Ive ever had. When I asked what beers were available, I wasnt shown the drinks menu but told a list of beers of uncertain prices. I ordered a Cobra but was later told it was unavailable for a strangely described reason that sounded like they were out of gas but turned out to be that they had run out of Cobra. When I ordered a spicy dish the waiter made the racist remark to dissuade me from my choice that white people dont tend to like spicy food. When the papadams arrived, what the menu described as served with a selection of chutneys turned out to mean one very small portion of mint sauce and nothing else. The atmosphere was beautifully complimented with music that would not sound out of place in The Ministry of Sound. Afterwards, when the bill (eventually) arrived I was only then told that I should pay with cash and that there were no ATMs nearby. When I told them I didnt have enough with me, they admitted that they could take cards but still wanted what cash I had anyway (strongly suggesting theres a tax dodge going on here). Not to mention how expensive the whole thing was - Ive paid less for better currys in Central London. The only reason this place is not getting one star is that the food was actually very good.

Had dinner with my partner here tonight. Just moved to Uxbrigde and we both fancy some indo chinese food. We were delighted to come across this secluded restaurant. We ordered kashmiri gosht, lachaha paratha and chicken manchurian, all were cooked to perfection. Seasoned very well, generous serving sizes. Drink were tasty, refreshing and cheap! Staff were very nice, friendly and welcoming. We plan to come back for their 2 for 1 cocktails. Would definitely recommend to anyone who would want to have good food at reasonable prices in Uxbridge.

Amazing place go there about once a week Love there Fried rice and soup along with butter chicken and Naan went there tonight despite an incident with another customer The staff Handled it really well. Really grateful to have a resturant like this near me and probably my No.1 indian resturant in my area. Ive ordered lamb curry and lamb Karahi through the Deliveroo app (both mild) to be delivered. The delivery was on time but both curry was flaming hot,its not what I asked for. I will never order anything from there again. Mild is meant to be mild not hot.

We celebrated my sons second birthday here last week. The food was amazing and the pricing was affordable when compared to other restaurants nearby. They were kind enough to arrange a buffet, which not many of their competitors agree during week ends. They provide projector for entertainment and the place was spacious unlike other restaurants. Above all, they have ample parking space available. We had a evening party, so parking was free. Location is also really pleasant with a stream running nearby and couple of parks. Had a takeaway from their starter menu. Best lambchops we have had in a long time, cooked moist and well flavoured. The fish, prawns and chicken dishes were lovely too. Only downside was that not much was mild enough for the kids.

Weve just tried this place as dine in after ordering takeaway a few times. Its definitely worth a little walk outside the town centre - one of the tastiest spots in Uxbridge! The food is 10/10! Plenty of tasty vegetarian options also. The decor is done to a high standard and overall the experience still feels like very very good value. We got 2for1 cocktails and beers which was great. Small points of detail / improvements - we had to wait quite a long time for drinks after sitting down despite the restaurant being very quiet. Someone also kept interrupting the music and the dance music didnt suit the atmosphere when the restaurant was mostly empty. Overall the food was really tasty and good value that well definitely be coming back!

Ordered Sweet corn chicken soup, fried rice and chicken manchurian. The soup put me totally off. Never had such awful soup in my life. Please for God sake change your recipe or change the chef. The soup was loaded with black pepper, some sour stuff, i assume its pickles. And it gave me a feeling as if i drank spicy vinegar. I gave 3 stars for fried rice and chicken manchurian. That was sort of ok.

We have ordered from this place in the past but this was our first time since the name changed from Dragon Rickshaw to Richshaw lounge. The food we ordered was through deliveroo and disappointed is an understatement. The Kadahi paneer was overloaded with whole coriander and red chilli flakes. The naan burnt and stale- could tell they just reheated some leftover food. When phoned the restaurant they were polite to hear me out but what surprised me that their menu is different on deliveroo and they are not even aware of it. I would be skeptical to ever order a home delivery from a place like this that does not care to call their customer when they see an order of item that they have discontinued from their restaurant menu plus sending off stale naan because they know customer will not drive back to them for this. The spice level selected was mild on our order but what we received was inedible food and by no means one can feed this food to their children. A hungry child and a spoilt Sunday dinner is what we were left with after spending for a meal.

Ordered via Deliveroo. Masala Chips were soggy. Bhajia soggy with some pieces of crunch (undercooked potato). Gobi Manchurian over-spiced. Ordered mild level of spice and the food was extremely hot!! Dishes tasted very similar and very underwhelming. Perhaps there is a difference between the food received via take-away and what is served in the restaurant. Unfortunately a very poor experience and will not be ordering again.

I had takeaway, masala mogo and paneer tikka. Both were so bad i had ingested some and threw the rest away. I would not go back. Masala mogo was bland with no significant spices. The paneer tikka was swimming in oil and gave me an upset stomach.

Rickshaw lounge brings the Indo-Chinese cuisine with varieties like Huge range of biryanis, starters of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Their Chilli Panner and Chicken Lollipop are must tries.

My non veg starter and main was passable but very oily - nothing special. My wifes vegetarian starter and main were also very oily and very bland tasting. Very poor. We will not go back again.

Very disappointed with latest delivery order of Indo Chinese food. Ordered veg Szechuan fried rice but received plain veg fried rice. Tasteless. Veg Manchurian was just too spicy, seemed to be full of chopped chillies. Chicken Manchurian gravy was half oil. Previous orders were really good, but after this experience will not be ordering again.

Fantabulous Indo Chinese food with great customer services. we had our daughters Bday party here today and all our 50 guests really enjoyed the ambience, food and music. Completely FLAWLESS! Would give 10 if possible. Amazingly well run establishment. Delicious food - the best indian in Uxbridge and middlesex if not the whole UK; (I eat out regularly and except high standards, so TRUST ME THEY ARE GOOD!) The decor is unique and very sophisticated, the ambience is relaxed yet energetic and the location is perfect, with a carpark literally at the back door and nice riverside park next to it. However a special mention to the SERVICE which has been EXCEPTIONAL. I have been here now a few times since the new owner took over and have been blown away with the overall experience EVERY SINGLE TIME (very rare to be so consistentat at a high level). All the team members are welcoming and attentive, nothing is too much to ask, everyone will go above and beyond to make sure the experience here is OUTSTANDING!! THANK YOU to Ruben, Georgina, Rohan, Disha and the rest of the team. Superb service, can not praise highly enough. Will definitely be a regular here. See you guys again very soon.

I had the best Kashmiri Gosh, crispy salt and pepper prawns recommend by shivani which was made by chef Aravind, the service was spot on. I would recommend everyone to try lyche martini made by shivani and I feel it was best I ever had.

Terrible food. Wrong items given and not the full order. Manager lied about food when ordering. Awaiting refund still after 2 weeks and counting. Avoid like the plague.

We ordered manchurian gravy and fried rice. First the manchurian was dry and when I asked them to serve gravy manchurian they literally added just water to it no spices, no sauces. Also the fried rice where more like just vegetables added in boiled rice.

Authentic Indian food, they also serve Indo Chinese varieties of food. Service and ambiance were impeccable. It is hard to find an Indian restaurant without Bangladeshi or Pakistani taste. We were simply happy to find one. Vegetarian options: The vegetarian platter with the vegetarian and panner biriyani was simply delicious. Parking: Parking location is right behind the restaurant which is quite easy to manoeuvre. Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance to the restaurant has a ramp and the host made is easy for us to find a suitable table that would not hinder anyone else or would have made us feel like seated at a different table.

Tried the vegetable ball Manchurian and vegetable biryani. It was a take away order. Service was quick and efficient. The veg ball Manchurian was extremely undercooked. Was quite disappointed with it. The vegetable biryani was good.

Fresh and absolutely authentic food , non-veg mixed tandoori platter is cooked to perfection and taste is Amazing! , chicken noodles in the end leaves with me a great dinner.

Food was delicious and very good. But wont be visiting again. Found this in the food and it was unfortunately take away and spoke to them over the call and said they will call back never heard from them. I will stay away from them. Thank you Food : 1/5
