Worse salad of my life

I order from here often, and they re always great and consistent. While the food might not be the best, you re getting what you pay for, and they maintain that consistency. When you re looking to order, consistency is everything, right? I d definitely recommend them.

The chicken shawarma and lamb shawarma were tender and flavorful, with the perfect balance of spices. The chicken wings were crispy and juicy, and the half chicken was succulent and well-seasoned. Visited here with my cousin and our 4 young children after an Open Day at Hillingdon Fire Station. It was lovely surprise find. Incredibly clean. Friendly and accommodating to the childrens needs and requirements. Delicious food and drinks for the adults too. Great polite service. Would definitely become a regulars if it were local to us but will have to return for a visit on another occasion. The perfect finish to our family outing.Thank you.

Did not feel welcome here at all. The chef had a face like thunder was very blunt would be nice when new people come into a restaurant for them to have a nice smile on their face, Did not make us feel welcome at all. Food was very bland, would not order from here again.

Had ordered a chicken shwarma mains from here. It tasted really nice. But been having diarrhoea ever since, got food poisoning. Great taste but at what cost ??? People, please dont have anything from here. I wont be having anything from here either. Its horrendous.

Ordered 2 chicken shawarma box, to be told they don t do them anymore after backwards and forwards with the guy on the phone he then realised they do it, but was not sure if he would have enough chicken for 2 at 5pm in the afternoon. When arrived to collect after 15 mins the chicken was still spinning as it went cooked (you could see it was pink) the chef over heard that it was my ordered and started to cut it anyway even not saying may be a few minutes, so I asked the gentleman behind the counter if it was under new management as not a single face was recognisable which he agreed yes, I will NEVER be returning to this place which is a shame as I use to look forward to paying £15 for shawarma and rice definitely won t be paying that for undercooked chicken

Amazing food, gr8 prices. Gr8 staff, jzk guys. I took my family we had a gr8 time. Suggestion to the manager / chef The salad in the special chicken wrap was too much, so it felt like a salad wrap, that also made the whole wrap feel cold... We also had the chicken wrap (not the special) that was perfect warm and tasty. The kafta with rice we paid around £18ish i think. The portion size was too small, happy with price but needs more kebab and rice in there... Maybe larger plate? Kindly compare that with any of the local restaurants... Taste of persia, molana, any of the restaurants down Uxbridge road in Ealing... I hope to See you again Insha Allah.

Usually I like this place when I go and collect the food myself. But I have to bring to your attention the only time that I ordered through your app your delivery driver was really rude. He was also about 40 minutes late and he called me and asked me to come and pick up the order from some road as he was stuck in traffic, and when I refused, he asked me to cancel the order. However, a few moments later, I got a call from the restaurant saying that my order will be delayed. The food was really cold, and the portion was really small for the amount of money.

We normally order takeaway and recently ordered a large group takeaway as well. Food is tasty. Service is quick and good. Their chilli sauce is ace and overall portion size is good. Only thing is they have increased their prices and so that makes it an occasional take away rather than anywhere we would go regularly

We came here at 9:30 in the evening and they said we close at 10 so only takeaway however on google it says closing time is 10:30. Rude customer service.

Food is cooked very well but there was little food and the high price My father and myself had to spend £30 on a small platter and a falafel dish There was plenty of rice and salad but lack of meat. There was enough meat on that platter for one person. I would recommend Zaza s to do a big family platter.

I have eaten a lot of Lebanese food as it is my joint top favorite cuisine. I have eaten in multiple cities around the UK and this place offers the most flavoursome shawarmas. The bread is warm and fresh and the mix of ingredients is perfect.

I always order the same thing and recommended it many times but sadly I won t be ordering from there again. My favourite are the spicy potatoes and last batch went straight into the bin. I don t know if you ve had a chef change but they were as spicy as vindaloo curry. I ve been to Lebanon and the food is full of flavour and a pleasure to eat. This was far from it :(

Came all the way from outside London to try the Lebanese food and it was amazing, food was delicious, services was extraordinary!

Horrible, been here a few times but the mix grill was awful. Meat overcooked and the salad was drowning in dressing. The salad was clearly already dressed and was wet as a dog. The chicken burger was a pile of slodge and it was over £80 for 3 of us. Will never be going back, shame because its gaining a reputation for being a bog standard food place amongst all the other small pizza and takeaway shops. Terrible that places can get away with serving food like this and charging that much.

Excellent falafel wraps, and the baba ganouj was the best weve ever had. Service was efficient and friendly, and everything was delicious. Vegetarian options: A number of good vegetarian and vegan options.

The falafel was the nicest Ive ever had and the same goes for the baba ganoush. The staff were really nice and the chef even gave us some free extra falafel.

Calls itself a restaurant but is really a takeaway with a few tables and seats. Lamb was hard and small portions. Price was unbelievably high. £42 for 2 people when you can get the equivalent from a takeaway at Hillingdon Circus for £18. Went there because of their great advertising, but that really is all that is great about this place. Parking: nothing to say

We order regularly but mostly vegetarian. I ordered first time chicken wrap and advertised with tomatoes but arrived without. I phoned to explain it to them and I spoke with the man and he promptly apologised and sent a replacement free of charge. Thanks for the great service we will order again.

The best falafel ever. Usually order delivery, food is freshly made and requests catered for (such as no mint in the wrap) . The garlic sauce is amazing too. I ve never had a bad experience with Zaza s. Exceptional every time. Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options. Try the falafel wrap is amazing.

Food was nice, small portions though, but the staff are sooooo slow. I asked for sauce in the beginning and literally had to go up again and ask for it because I would had been finished by the time they came back out. Had to get myself some tissue, which I dont understand how isnt that one of the first things the staff hand out to customers? No wonder when I was in their one customer was shouting at one of the staff for a refund. They just need to improve on their staffs performance and then it will be all good.

I had the most delicious grilled chicken salad with very fresh ingredients and yummy garlic sauce and a mild chilli sauce. I definitely recommend if you enjoy eating healthy salads.

Amazing takeaway via Deliveroo. The packaging kept the food hot and fresh. Beautifully presented, well sized portions, and absolutely delicious. I know the shop might not look like much from the outside, but its truly a hidden gem, highly recommend!

Authentic Lebanese Kebabs

Cancelled my order because they do not do pre orders, but have the option online when choosing time to deliver.. Update! Ordered my food again, unfortunately they did ran out of one of the meals, however Kamal called and offered me a few options as a replacement. I could not have asked for a better service as well as earlier delivery.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!Food is nice however extremely extremely overpriced, I bought 5 shawarma wraps, 10 tiny wings and a tiny portion of chips and I was charged £47, I mean that s actual robbery, it s cheaper to go to edgware road, pay congestion and ulez and get a delicious shawarma.

Lovely shawarma .lovely customer service

I am not one for writing reviews but I have to give credit where credit is due. We ordered chips, lamb shish, chicken shish, kofte, chicken wings, rice and salad. All these foods were delicious, the meats were cooked to perfection. Even the salad was amazing and not the usual salad with one slice of tomato and cucumber with a bit of lettuce and cabbage, it was a proper salad, oh and the added pomegranate was très bien This was from a takeaway order and the packaging was great to kept the food warm. I would definitely order from here again, worth every penny. I will definitely be visiting to eat in. Thank you, hats off to the chefs, 5*.

Its not great experience, unfortunately all the time their is no lamb available, just chicken, chicken and chicken. Its might be economical reasons. But staff is help full.

Absolutely rubbish for value for money £19 for a mixed kebab with barely any meat, literally 10 cubes of meat and a couple chips. You stated on the phone it was for 2. This didn t even fill up one. Taste was average too. I never leave reviews but this was a absolute bump everyone should know.

Placed a order for 2 wraps (chicken shawarma and lamb kofte) and a portion of Batata Harra which was lovely and tasty, but the lamb one wasn t very nice, was very bland and too much tahini was inside.. overall fast delivery.

Lost a very loyal customer. Have been ordering from Zaza s since they first opened and have recommended to so many people. Decided to order via the app today, but due to being in a rush mistakenly entered the incorrect door number. The food was eventually retrieved however an item was missing and when I called them to query, the staff spoke very rudely on the phone, refused to give a refund, accused my neighbour of stealing the food (who didn t touch the bag, only accepted delivery as she thought we were not home) and told me to call back when the manager arrives. I was very upset as I order from here all the time and have never had any issues. This was not acceptable.

Ordered for 20 people, food arrived hot and on time and was very tasty. All portion sizes were really good. Will definitely order from Zazas again.
