Great food.

Slow service. Asked 6 times for the same thing. 30 mins for a water refill. Reminded 5 times for the prearranged birthday dessert. Cold, loud and disruptive atmosphere.

Overwhelmed and blantlantly understaffed service staff were excellent. Really subpar working conditions around the holidays. Over staffed over paid corporate management ready for annual bonus.

The service was not great. No utensils, no ketchup, salt and pepper until well after our food arrives. No 2 bite check to see if we needed anything. The bathroom was disgusting. Old hockey highlights on all the TVs. Will not be back.

came here thursday evening. it was very busy, bartender amanda served us. she was one of the best servers we ve ever had! attentive, focused and still made our experience amazing! had nothing but a terrible experience since new ownership but because of thursday night we will definitely be back!

Service was slow and food portions were small. $17 for two chicken fingers cut up in to three pieces each. Ridiculous

The portion size has been cut in half since the last time I got the Thai bites, new management maybe.

Had an amazing experience with one of the hostess Sophia tonight. Super kind and friendly, was definitely the highlight of our night there! Management should be so amazed by the way she is with customers and her kindness is amazing!

I placed an order for a cheesy garlic bread and when I got it there were two pieces of hair on the bread and a piece of meat. As a vegetarian, that is disgusting and two pieces of hair?! are you kidding me? do you not check before you box these thing up? Obviously, we know these things happen, but the manager did absolutely nothing about it. In fact, let me tell you what the manager thought compensation was. She offered to cover the cost of the new cheesy bread we got . excuse me? lmao I wasn t going to pay for the makeup cheesy bread too. So I had to ask for proper compensation myself and what did I get? A 25% coupon off my next takeout order. LOL. I will never order from this place again because clearly cross contamination and customer service is not a big deal to them. So beware, the manager also mentioned bacon and beef are cooked alongside the cheesy bread. If you have an allergy, are vegetarian or are not eating pork for religious reasons, I would NOT come here. Horrible experience. BUT shoutout to homegirl at the front, she holds it down. Give her a raise with all the money we re spending on disgusting food:)

Is this restaurant under new management? We went this last weekend and it was the worst experience we ever had there. The soda fountain was poorly adjusted giving us less flavour, the pizza toppings were all in the middle of the pie leaving half of it untopped crust. The salmon power bowl was tasteless. The quality of the food has really gone down the drain. The server was pleasant enough but we kept having to ask for items he forgot to bring us. He never checked on us. Never going back there. Too bad - it was one of the nicer franchises.

The service since the new ownership has been great. We dont visit often but when we do, theyre quick, friendly, and helpful.

We ordered spaghetti with bolognese sauce. When we got our dinner, it had been baked in cheese. Not sure if this is the new way to serve it, but you might want to ask first before you bake the spaghetti....thanks.

Came to bp again. Had our favourite bartender Steven. He always greets us in the most genuine and respectful tone, wearing some of the nicest shirts (if i may add). Our food and drinks were FANTASTIC!

I recently dined at the Boston Pizza in Uxbridge and was blown away by the exceptional service provided by Steven, our waiter. From his warm welcome to his attentive guidance through the menu, Stevens professionalism and genuine hospitality made our evening truly memorable. The food was exquisite, but Stevens outstanding service was the highlight of our experience. I cant wait to return for another delightful meal!

Tried the parmesan shrimp Alfredo and it was incredible. Our server Steven made sure our dining experience was above expectations. He always checked up on us and was a very nice guy. Overall a 10/10 experience would come again!

I ordered an artichoke cheese dip appetizer, then my wife ordered a chicken wrap and I had ordered the chicken pecan salad. The appetizer and my chicken pecan salad was served at the same time. Clearly an appetizer should be served first then your main dish later after the appetizer is consumed. Long story short my chicken pecan salad was placed on a warming rack and brought out with my wife s main meal. My chicken was stone cold as well it was so dry and that I had to drink water to get it down into my stomach. Thankfully my wife s meal was just as pathetic. With that ends our Boston Pizza as a go to restaurant. I would strongly recommend any other restaurant. Ruined our evening. I m still coughing up dry bits of chicken dust from my salad.

My family and I went out for dinner this evening and were appalled by what our server did. Our nachos that we ordered were crap - tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for way longer than they should ve - (which was disappointing considering we were one of three tables in the entire restaurant), and when we mentioned this to our server, he proceeded to reach over and take a piece of nacho off of our plate and eat it. This is disgusting. We mentioned this to the manager as well and he didn t acknowledge this behaviour either. We will NOT be going to this Boston Pizza again. Extremely disappointing.

I took my three kids there last Thursday for dinner. They had a meet marshal from paw patrol themed dinner during March break . It way exceeded what I expected. The food was fantastic and served in a very timely manner. Marshal came around several times to see the kids and Interacted with each of Them. They even had a mini dance party. I thought it would be insanely busy and rushed but it wasn t at all. They all carried themselves very well. I ll gladly go back for other events.

What a delicious NY Sicilian squarefood pizzas and chicken parmesan. Preparation was perfect. Will come over again and again..

My family and I arrived, were seated and a server greeted us all within 15 minutes. Thats when it went down hill from there. My daughter had a 7up that we sent back as it smelled odd and tasted like swamp water. My wife ordered a Margarita and when it showed up some 20 minutes later it was blue, yes I said blue. We placed our orders and about 30-40 minutes after ordering we had our food, well 3 of the 4 of us did, my wife waited almost 10 minutes extra for her food which by the way looked like it was left under a heat lamp. The food was really bland and substandard at best. After we ate what we could my kids got their desserts and my wife ordered a dessert of her own. My kids got theirs and were completely finished when the waiter brought out the wrong order for my wife. I asked him to cancel the dessert and bring the bill as we were wanted to put this evening behind us. About 5 minutes later we saw the waiter walking out of the parking lot. Yup you got it he went home! Some other waited came by a few moments later asking if wanted the check so I asked to see the manager. So to recap, substandard food, extra long wait times, horrible wait staff and for your trouble you get to pay for it. What has 2 thumbs and will never be back to Boston Pizza in Uxbridge ever? That s right , this guy.

Went for dinner a couple of weeks ago on a Saturday night, the place was pretty much empty (which tells you something), we told the girl at the door (after we waited at least 5 mins for someone to show up) that we just wanted to sit in the bar area. We literally waited for 15 mins before a server/bartender showed up to take any kind of order. We got our beverage and she disappeared again for 15 mins or more, this continued throughout the whole time we were there. Food was mediocre, wasn t that hot when we got it so could have been sitting around for a while. I won t be going back, which is unfortunate as it used to be a good place to go.

They ALWAYS forget at least one side (usually 2) when you order online for pickup. It s happened to me at least 15 times and if you re not on top of it you ll be leaving without your full order. The fact that it s happened so many times has really disappointed me. Going to think twice about ordering takeout for here again. Dinners ruined.

Had delicious spaghetti with spicy Italian Sausages, pepperoni, and some red bell peppers. Very delicious and got to watch the blue Jays game on the big screen! Also, on Tuesdays they have a deal for pasta!!

Had the salmon bowl for takeout there tonight. Considering I paid $25 for it was hugely disappointed. Trying to eat the salmon was like trying to chew threw a leather boot and the rice was EXTREMELY undercooked (will be lucky if I don t get food poisoning from this place tonight). I tried calling in to let a manager or supervisor know how bad it was but no one would take the call. Will definitely NOT be coming here again.

Pizza was too pricey for what we got and wasnt my favourite. Will give this a pass next time at least for take out.

I am a Boston Pizza fan and we have 5 locations that are close to the same distance from our house. Uxbridge has become our go to. Why? The staff. From the big smiles when youre greeted at the door to the attentive service at your table, they have never disappointed. Nikki and Candace treat us like old friends and go the extra mile. Hearing Candace sing on your birthday is a rare treat, and I dont think Nikki ever has a bad day. The Jambalaya Fettuccine has become a favourite dish with either the Cactus Cut Potatoes or Bandera Bread to start. I especially like the Shrimp Thai Bites or spice it up with the Jalapeno Popper Dip. ALWAYS add cheese to your garlic bread!! Want thin crust for your pizza? No problem. All this will keep me coming back!!

Without Nikki and Candace there wouldn t be a Boston pizza in uxbridge. We ve been coming here for over 6 years and always a pleasure when they re working. Kid-friendliness: Always excellent with my grandkids

Weve been coming here for years and enjoying the patio. Servers are friendly and really make the place feel welcoming. Until last night... The servers we love were crying because of the treatment theyve received from the new owners. Im never coming back here, but I will follow the servers to a different restaurant. Theres no excuse for berating staff and telling them theyre replaceable. Servers work so hard and make so little. The very least they deserve is basic kindness and respect. Avoid this place at all costs. It doesnt represent Uxbridge.

One of my granddaughters took home a leftover in a red container So today when I was gonna put this container in the recycle I notice it said reusable Okay BUT what caught me was this container is made in CANADA I was so happy to see that Just finished my perfect dinner there Ill be a very faithful customer of yours Thank you for being Canadian

Had a reservation for 5pm and were seated promptly. Our server came over at about 5:15 and we ordered drinks and I ordered meals for my kids at the same time as their drinks. Our drinks too 20 minutes to get to us. At 6:15, I got 2 out of our 3 kids meals and nothing else. By 6:37 we were still missing side salads and garlic toast to accompany our pasta. By 6:54, we finally got the bill. If you re looking for dinner under an hour, DO NOT COME HERE. We most definitely won t be back.

We have not been to BP for a while and went last night. From the moment we entered the the door, the service was very friendly. We were seated quickly and our waiter was great. Our drink order came quickly as did our apps and main course. I had the beet with goat cheese salad with chicken breast. it was awesome. Well be back again very soon !! You should too. I am officially done with this place. It was always hit or miss. Went in after the diner rush was over. 2 employees watched us stand in the lobby for way too long before seating us. Then the same 2 walked back and forth past our table for 10 minutes avoiding eye contact the whole time. We got up and left. They saw us leave too but never said a thing. Dining room was gross. Floor covered with napkins, food etc. washroom had toilet paper all over the floor. Management should be ashamed of themselves.

Terrible service tonight. We were there almost 2 hours. Dishes were never removed from our table, service was extremely slow....and the restaurant was less than half full.

Took an hour and the boys just wanted some food, messed up 3 orders and didn t realize, my Buddy left his number and didn t get a text or nothing Brutal

No service for 20 minutes when we were seated. Food didnt arrive at the table for almost an hour from when we ordered. The pasta was dry with hardly any sauce, I questioned why there was no sauce on the shrimp Alfredo, the waiter left and didnt come back for about 20 minutes by which time the food was completely cold and my companion had finished eating. The waiter agreed to bring some Alfredo sauce to add...I added the sauce and it was barely warm. I did not eat the meal and told the waiter why. My companions meal came with coleslaw and it was a pile of dry cabbage with no dressing and the ribs were almost completely dry...where was the sauce again!!! 2 hrs later we got our bill with full charges for the meal I ordered even though it was not edible and i left most of it on the plate. This is the 3rd time since September that we have had a bad experience at this Boston Pizza, twice in restaurant and once with a totally messed up delivery order. I would not recommend going to this location anymore even though we have been regular customers for several years, the food and service have severely dropped in the last couple of months.

My wife and I had arguably, the worst food we have had in a restaurant in a long time. The plate of spaghetti with the meaty bolognese was virtually tasteless. My wife had the French onion soup, that was equally terrible...two spoonfuls of it were all either of us could muster. Her ceasar salad was overrun with croutons, and short on lettuce. We both did enjoy the deep fried pickles. The other two in our party were though happy with their meals.

Do not waste your time going here. Last time I came I puked all over the parking lot because the food was terrible. The service is terrible. The waiters were mocking us sitting at the table chatting and were saying extremely rude remarks under their breath when they walked away from our table. For example the waiter came and took our plates and then mumbled thank you under her breath when she walked away. I am usually a very nice person who would ve said thank you but I had a mouth full of food You also should not expect me to thank you for doing your job. We were sat on the bar side and the two ladies who were servers on that side would walk behind the counter and start talking badly about us.. I heard one of them saying she was going to pepper spray us? For what? All we did was come to get food? I have worked many, many jobs and have experience in customer service and never in 100 years would I act the way the servers were treating us. I am also highly educated individual who humbly has money but they were acting like we had no money or we were poor because they assumed all we wanted was water It was extremely unprofessional and we were uncomfortable the entire time. We felt like leaving before even ordering the food. Definitely will not be coming back here. If I could choose 0 stars, I would.

Been coming to the Boston pizza in uxbridge specifically for trivia night on Tuesdays night. The staff is always friendly and upbeat. The food has been amazing and Tuesday is pasta night it s always win.

The server has been sitting at the bar with his friend since we got here we are the only ones here and yet he still forgot to put our order in. I m confused as to why he s even working here because he clearly doesn t care. Not a single employee in sight

My husband Greg and I ate an early dinner at Boston Pizza in Uxbridge. It was my first time to eat there and we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. We ordered pasta and we both loved the food, the service and ambiance there. Service was fast and good. We will come back and eat there again someday!

We were at Boston Pizza for a celebrity server night (all reservations were made in advanced so they knew it would be busy) drinks were forgotten and asked for multiple times.. food was great and came fast.. however it was extremely frustrating that it took over an hour and 15 minutes to get our bills after suggesting multiple easier ways to do it.. when the bills finally came majority of them were wrong anyways.. our server Arsh could not handle the amount in our party and two other servers tried to help us because they could see how long we were patiently waiting.. she also would not take their advice and kept saying just a few more minutes.. after taking everyone s payments it was claimed we still owed money.. owner came and told us not to worry about it and he will figure it out Thank you to the other servers for trying to help, they were obviously frustrated and embarrassed as well! Wishing Hailey had been there to serve us because she has always been fabulous and on the ball

Apparently this place is under new management and I couldnt be more impressed. The owner greeted us with kindness and understanding when they were very busy and we hadnt made a reservation, the food was excellent, and the staff were warm and efficient. BP generously fed all children free pizza when they worked with the town trolley to host a Christmas event. Thank you Uxbridge Boston Pizza!

Had an off the menu birthday cocktail. First time the bar tender ever made this particular drink. It was delicious and memorable.

Went in to have dinner around 630 we got sat at our table waiting 15 minutes our drink order hasnt been taken there is 3 tables eating

Took forever for someone to take our order and another hour or more to actually get our food.

Edited because they closed their kitchen early on me. They do not follow posted hours. Couldn t make the smallest pep pizza 35 mins before posted close.

Sportbar side. Watched the Leafs lose in Hamilton..boo. Nice atmosphere..Booth and High tables with chairs. Rail. Fast service. Good pizza and desserts.

Service at this location wasnt the greatest TBH. Wasnt even super busy either! But food is always great. I had the honeydill grilled chicken bowl. Its a must have!

Great place to take the kids for dinner. Service was great, menu was great. Lots of high chairs to go around. It was perfect.

Asked for steak medium rare & got it well done, garlic mashed potatoes had hardly any garlic in them.

Had the steak dip sandwich, the steak was dry and seemed to be reheated. A few beers selections not on tap, Service was sub par. I don t think I d be back.

We often have family group occasions here. Food variety large seating areas and ample parking are reason enough.

Service was amazing and quick as well our waitress was super friendly and easy to talk to. I wish I got her name so I could include it in this review. Food was excellent as well, perogi pizza was amazing and calamari was perfectly cooked.

A great environment for a casual dinner experience. Bar side has big tvs for sports. Good food, the chicken pecan salad is amazing! I crave this salad quite often. Very friendly staff. We stopped in for lunch on our way home to Mississauga. We are very thankful that you have gluten free options as my wife is celiac. Our one little complaint is our server didn t know whether the sandwich sauce was gluten free, neither did she seem willing to ask the kitchen. She wasn t rude, yet it would have been nice of her to know. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free due to celiac

Dedided I didnt feel like cooking so on the way home I called BP to order aq small pizza , threee toppings. Nothing mentioned about the price to me. When I got the 4pm was told it was $21.98 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Girl said that wasnt bad, had an order for a large that was over $40.00 As I was there and hungry I took it, couldnt finish it. Terrible pizza. Never again . got weak and tried again. Pizza like cardboard, obercooked and cold. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me

I really enjoyed NY sirloin steak as well as a Mediterranean pizza. Serving was excellent, too.

Went here for a last minute dinner. Had the cactus cut potatoes, and the burbon BBQ chicken pizza. Along with the Unicorn lemonaid. The food was really well made and filling. The drink was worth the purchase and not expensive in anyway. The customer service was done really well and was sure to accommodate to allergies. I plan on coming back in the new year for my birthday as well.

Not home made stuff beef is good

Food is okay, on pricier side almost on par with moxies.
