The Vine in Uxbridge

Was very quiet Monday afternoon when I met up with my friend. There was a young lady and a gentleman behind the bar. I messed up the order and the two of them did their best to rectify it, working with the new till system. Thank you guys for succeeding, well definitely be back for few more beers. I wish there was more places with such amazing customer service.

Been there for both England games - fair prices.....but more bar staff needed!

This exterior was used in a film called Hope and Glory 1987 set in WW2 amazing.

Found the pub quite unfriendly and unwelcoming. Was asked to move from our seats in rather abrupt fashion by the manager as they were expecting a band in later. Prices quite high as well.

Such a beautiful pub, lovely owner and staff, extremely friendly and welcoming. Loved the layout of the pub. Definitely would recommend and return back again.

Had a nice few pints with my Dad after a walk around the area. We live local but have not been in a few years. The place has a nice relaxed atmosphere and the furnishings inside are nice- it has a pizza oven which I will want to try out at a later date. All in all a nice local pub with plenty of space.

Manager Ian looked after us extremely well, fish and chips was delicious. Would recommend!

Lovely pub after new management the atmosphere was great the manager Siobhan was so welcoming and friendly ! The food was absolutely lovely , even down to the rock salt which we loved. Would definitely we coming back soon with the kids

The Vine is close to where I live so I tend to visit a couple of times a week. The atmosphere is always friendly and the bar staff attentive. The menu is pretty comprehensive since Ian took over. I can certainly recommend the pizzas and various nacho options while watching football on their many located screens. If you are looking for a great pub in Hillingdon The Vine is the place. Also the dog is friendly.

We had a lovely meal last night, freshly prepared starters of Houmous, Taramasalata and Aubergine along with our mains of Lamb Souvla & Greek Salad were excellent, a delicious Baklava Dessert, finished off with their lovely Cretan Wine. Good friendly service in a nice atmosphere and well definately be back!! Food

We went for lunch this afternoon and the food was amazing. I had the fish and chips and hubby the chicken tenders. Service was great, the manager was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Plus fast service. Will definitely be coming back.

We had lovely meal with our friends. Booked a table for 16 and explained to the restaurant team that we have 8 infants with us. The team arranged a separate area that was perfect for the size of our group. We had a snug space to feed the babies and park the buggies too. All the food came out quickly and served hot. They ensured our bills were made out separately too. Great attention to detail. Highly recommend this place if you are a big group.

Haven t been here for a while but it was a pleasant visit. Ian, the manager, looked after us well and I think we ll be more regular customers from now on

Waited nearly 50 minutes for a pizza. So dont go if you get 1 hour for lunch.

Cute place, terrible food. I don t know how you mess up a fish and chips. Went to eat there last night and My stomach hasn t felt great since.

The Vine is an ok pub with a good range of beers. It can get busy and noisy on quiz nights. Staff are good. The food has unfortunately gone downhill recently in terms of quality, taste and portion size. There is a pizza oven which is great but the pizzas are very mediocre and not really worth what you pay. The IPA had actually gone off on this visit, so I had to ask for another drink.

If the term my local still exists, then The Vine would be mine! I love it here. Great place, great atmosphere, great food and even better bar staff! 10/10

The manager Jake was absolutely amazing! I couldn t fault a single thing! He was going above and beyond with everything! The kids were all getting a little wild so he got them colouring, and then he got ice cream for all of them! Everything I could have wanted or needed, he went out of his way to help! The bar staff he had on were also so helpful, kind and generally just very welcoming! If anyone was to look for an event venue or even just to go to a pub, I would 1000% recommended The vine! Absolutely out of this world! SOO welcoming and such a relaxing atmosphere! Would deffo be going back! Thankyou Jake! X

Great pub on the Uxbridge Road, its spacious inside and has nice shaded seating outside. Staff are friendly and the quality of food is really good especially the pizzas. The Vine also does pub quizzes and shows sports on the TV. Good selection of drinks also offered. Definitely worth a visit!

Absolutely terrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND. The food was horrific. Fresh food more like Iceland frozen food. I ordered a burger and it came with frozen bits of blood all over it. The service was terrible extremely slow. The table was stickier than glue. Felt as if it hasn t been cleaned in years. Absolutely terrible place. Do not go here and waste your money.

Worst place Ive ever been to. We were invited as guests, the area that was booked was dirty the tables were not even well wiped, it was cold inside and the temperature was not much different from the temperature outside. Around 4.30 pm we wanted to order something to eat and found out that the kitchen was closed, which shocked us because the management of the place had been informed a month and a half earlier that it was a christening ceremony. 18 people who wanted to eat and drink in a nice atmosphere left this place with us, an indescribable disappointment. I do not recommend!!!!!!!

It Was a goooooood

Usually a lovely place, went today and was greeted by an unwelcoming hostess who was practically yelling at us to register our details, after we told her we wanted to sit outside, she asked if we have reservations, we told her we are going to sit outside as it is empty, she continued yelling at us and saying listen to me! We left and went across the street to The Red Lion where we were greeted nicely and sat in the garden, note we were 2 people not a big group and all the tables were empty!

Went to The Vine a few days ago for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed our experience! We were greeted and served by a lovely waiter (I believe his name was Jake) who was super friendly and looked after us. The service was quick and the food was incredible. We were so impressed with how good the food was and overall just loved our time there! Looking forward to going back again soon!

Newly refurbished , nicely opened up , not sure about the food Pizzas looked alright but someone sent a burger back whilst I was there

Very comfortable and accommodating. There is a car park on site, pool table and sports coverage of sky and bt.

One of my locals, lovely staff. Have had really good nights in here with the bar staff, the Thursday quiz is a good laugh and the pizzas are brilliant (especially on a Tuesday) My only 2 points for improvement are: bring back the duck and hoisin sauce pizza and also the jukebox. Other than that Andy and his partner are doing a great job at making everyone feel welcome

Good food, drinks and service. Stepped out for birthday celebrations. The ability to do so in these times is a blessing and The Vine took care of us. Social distancing, mask wearing and overall carefulness made us comfortable.

I really like My real ale born in Hayes move to long lane so I know the area just moved back to the area after 20 years trying all My old haunts been to the Vine 4 time 3 pumps no beer? Staff not really interested. Looks like it could be a good local pub if not bothered about real ale. UP DATE on the vine still no real ale, but now it much better very covid aware, staff very friendly, nice surroundings and the food is good and I enjoy the Guinness.

Fairly priced with lovely, friendly and efficient staff. The food is great, would recommend any of their pizzas. Nice to see rekorderlig strawberry and lime on draught which is a lovely pint to have in their beer garden on a hot day. Great service. Really friendly helpful staff. Excellent range of drinks and I had a wonderfully cooked and crispy pizza! The decor is beautiful and makes for a really relaxing environment... I will definetly be returning.

Lovely refit and excellent food and drink.

Attended a work Christmas meal. After our experience Id recommend it and will be returning to catch up with friends local to The Vine Inn. The car park was accessible from the main road which made parking easy. The area outside was clean and litter free so immediately made a good impression for me. There were spaces available out front so I assumed it was quite inside but it was quite busy, so happily surprised. Inside the building looks modern, clean and welcoming. The furniture, furnishings and layout looked really impressive. I loved the wallpapers, especially in the ladies wc! The manager and team were friendly and chilled. All our orders were taken and delivered promptly. They were also really patient with us leaving, it took a while getting a group of 30 to move out into the cold but we got there eventually.
