The food was really good.

My friends and I were looking for somewhere to eat and we happened upon Depot Cafe. The food tasted great and the staff were incredibly friendly. The train station aesthetic was also quite pleasant.

Best home fries with my eggs Benedict and fries with the Reuben. I ve had better corned beef hash but otherwise everything is great in this little town cafe, good value.

Love Depot Cafe! We went for breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed the pancakes and Train Wreck French toast. Railroad theme is classic. Message board is modeled after train station split flap display. Keep an eye out as specials pop up. Friendly staff, spotless facility. Well worth visiting time and again.

My first time there today, and the food was not only delish, I couldnt finish the meal. We ordered a breakfast meal with homefries. On the second trip to the table our server asked how eveything was? (She had to come by at least 5 times to check on the meal *****)Our home fries were a bit too salty for us. Before we could say that everything eals was great, she brought us back two more orders!!! Their service and food is beyond 5 ***********

Standard diner fare. The worst part is a loud train whistle goes off whenever food is ready. Its jarringly loud and gets obnoxious the moment the place starts to fill up.

Ridiculous slow service, food took 35 minutes to get breakfast....Dont know whats changed, but not the Depot Cafe I remember

I knew I would love this place when I ordered bacon and the waitress asked,crispy or medium. (The medium was perfect.) Som of the best homefries Ive had. Next time Im out that way Ill be sure to stop in and try their lunch menu.

Very expensive for breakfast. Food wasnt great. Besides that, our waitress was great. Helpful and very friendly. Went out of her way to find a high chair with a tray for my daughter. Wasnt bust at all while we were there, which was nice. Just a little too expensive for what we were looking for. Only tried breakfast.

Screwed up order 2 visits in a row, late for work first time waiting to remake, this time was not able to wait an additional 15-20 minutes for the remake and be late again. Mistakes happen and going here was a mistake, never again

Live relatively close to this place and it became a regular breakfast occassion when family visits from out of town. The food is good and portions are large, the service is good, and the prices used to be good. Seems since the last visit they have done some minor remodeling and their prices have out paced the updates. This was the easy goto before, not so easy now. Still good breakfast food. Parking: Onscreen parking and a small lot across the street.

My wife loves the GF eggs benedict. The owner and staff care about the food quality, experience, and value. For a great breakfast or lunch... give it a go! That reminds me... I havent been by for awhile and am over due for some breakfast to go.

Our new favorite breakfast place. Every breakfast is cooked the way you requested. Home made Corned Beef Hash is the best, potatoes are seasoned perfectly, and waitresses are hard working and friendly. AWESOME!

Driving throw town we put in closest breakfast place in gps, the depo came up and I ll tell yah Wow, everything was delicious! Coffee, omelette and the potatoes all had amazing flavor, highly recommend

First time last time. Service was extremely slow and food was so so. Pancakes were very bland and the sausage links were terrible. We got a late start and Bert s was very busy so we decided to try the Depot. Big mistake and with the price of dining out these days I was not happy.

Had the Reuben, it was good. The place has a cool train theme.

Great service with all safety precautions taken due to 25% capacity. Friendly efficient waitstaff who kept the hot coffee flowing and made sure our order came out in a timely manner. Will definitely return to this local hidden gem.

Best breakfast joint in uxbridge in my opinion. Customer service is great and never have to ask for a coffee refill. Get about half way down and staff is there to refill.

Excellent gluten free selection. The gf waffle was delicious and the gf toast, which typically tastes like cardboard, was just like normal bread.

They run out of hot water to do the dishes around noon. Not to sanitary after noon.

We called in our take out order and it was ready so quickly. They even asked if we wanted ketchup packets and napkins which was so nice we were taking it to a park to eat.

I judge a diner by their home fries, and these were some of the best Ive had! Light and crispy on the outside and well seasoned. Everything else we had was excellent as well.

Great place for lunch!

Breakfast. Food was good and service was excellent. Coffee flowed freely and attention was even paid to my wifes tea. Only complaint was about the breakfast sausage. We both thought it tasted bad. Waitress quickly removed it from the bill. We will put this in our Sunday rotation.

Good portions for breakfast

Greasy food & long wait times to receive it. Very warm inside this place and you will leave smelling like grease. My hubby got the burger and his plate was saturated in grease. Every bite it poured out. The cook gets highly offended if you return food and comes right out to confront customers. We have given this place at least 4 tries, nothing changes...not again!

I go here for lunch about two times per week. They are really quick for takeout, they make some super great omelettes and triple decker sandwiches for a really good price. If you want to do takeout definitely call and check their specials (I wish they would post them online), they usually have some really yummy options. They also have a lot of seating which is great for the weekends.

Good breakfast snacks!

I arrived just before 9:00 AM. It wasnt very busy and I was allowed to seat myself. The staff is very attentive I had my order in within 10 minutes. My food arrived about 15 minutes later. Being alone at the restaurant I did want some peace and the staff, while checking in periodically, did leave me to myself. There was a very good selection of toast on the menu and the rest of the menu was pretty standard for breakfast place. Everything I ordered was as I expected and there were no unpleasant surprises. I did have a small gripe about the pancakes, they are a little chewy but nothing different than I would find it most other similar establishments. Someone needs to tell these chefs that you need to let your batter rest and dont over mix the batter, but I digress. I like the fact that I was asked if I wanted my bacon crispy its a nice option which I enjoy. the syrup is served in squeeze bottle which is a little different but I actually found it nice and nothing was all sticky everything was nice and clean, something you cant say about every breakfast place. The other patrons that were there seemed to be mostly regulars and the staff knew them well. The price for the food was not out of line with the area that Im in so I had no complaints about that and I would go there again and recommend it highly.

Maybe youre in Uxbridge for the antiquing, and you want to fortify yourself for the day ahead of wandering through dusty warehouses. This is the place! Awesome diner-style breakfasts, friendly customers and staff, and a quick turnaround. I particularly liked the way they prepared the potatoes. Delish.

I give the Depo a 4star for food and serice. The only complaint I have is it smells really old needs a good remodel.

Painfully slow and not impressed with the food. The place was about half capacity when we walked in, and most of the tables were already eating. It took 15 minutes for our order to be taken and another 35 to get our food. The home-fries and hashbrowns were grossly over done and over salted. Go anywhere else but this place

Just moved to the area and tried this little breakfast spot. It was really good! I had a hash egg and cheese on a sandwich and home fries. Everything was cooked to my liking. Give them a try!

Not the best. Ordered the Reuben sandwich and the whole thing was a greasy mess...the meat, the bread, the french fries. There was barely any sauerkraut to the point where I really had to look to see if it was even there. I ended up eating half and leaving. Service wasnt any better.

A hole-in-the-wall breakfast nook with an interesting mix of people. I met some family members here at 10 am on a Sunday morning, and this restaurant was still pretty busy. The coffee was good (though not as strong as I like). Our waitress worked hard to keep our coffee cups filled, and the food was delicious, though the bacon was a bit on the salty side. There is an eclectic mix of people here, from bikers to hippies, but all seem to enjoy the food.

It was great! Food was cheap and delicious! My Waitress was a bit slow but the food was totally worth the wait!

Nice little local eatery!! Rueben is amazing!! As are the omelettes!! Due to the smallness of the place everything on the menu is not always available. The prices are fair and everything is clean.

I travel across the country for their feta, roast pepper, spinach grilled sandwich topped with onion slices. And I visit my relatives. Only sandwich in the same class was a grilled soft cheese sandwich in Verona. If you are a grilled cheese fan go to The Depot.

breakfast is bountiful, delicious, and very affordable. the staff will chat you up if youre friendly. bathroom is very clean, spotless. there is no outdoor seating. a large, free parking lot is less than a minute walk away. across the street are some nice shops, and a 2 minute walk takes you to a small park by a bridge with colorful landscaping and great photo opportunities

Always just the right thing

We moved to the area just over a year ago and tried this place the food was ok but the restraunt was dirty, the tables sticky and the bathroom gross sorry any good reviews must have come from paid employees this place is far from 5 stars

Love this place. Come in early on saturdays and sundays. It fills up quickly around 8-11. Many people go here after church services.

Terri is an amazing waitress. The menu is small but portions are HUGE and the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming

I ve come here 3 times in hopes of giving this place a fair chance. Every time I ve come here we ve been served after people who have come in after us, waited 30 minutes to get orders taken, and another 1hr before food is served. The benefit of coming here is the food is good, if you argue about service you get half priced meals, but be prepared to get the check when you order your food and cancel any appointments you have surrounding the 2 hours you ll be here.
