Nando's Uxbridge in Uxbridge

Tuesday, I visited Nandos at 5 PM and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The management seemed unorganized, and the staff appeared overwhelmed. To make matters worse, there was no cutlery or plates available when my food finally arrived, which was already delayed. I had to wait for a long time to even get basic essentials, and no one seemed to take responsibility. The lack of preparation and poor service really let me down. Nandos is known for its food, but the management at this branch seriously needs improvement. I wouldn t recommend dining here until these issues are addressed.

Please dont go for my words specially in uxbridge Nandos, check first of all you will find the dirty sticky tables, secondly check the dirty cutlery, plates and glasses. I visited here after a long time paid for my meal and confirmed from a lady called Ruby she said the payment has gone through, waited for my meal and finally got my meal through a gentleman called Dilan, I dont know why he was in low mood and nasty face, just put the food on the table and went. As soon as we started our meal the lady called Ruby came and politly said that the payment hasnt gone through. I stood up to go with her to pay but she said that dont worry pay us later after finishing your meal. Soon after 5 minutes we were approched by a lady called kate repeating the same as Ruby. We said we know let us finish our meal and we will pay. She went off. Within the next 5 minutes again this rude and nasty gentlemen called Dilan appeared again with the paying machiene and tried to be rude and unproffessional repeating that you have to pay us now.I was very upset and also surprised that is he trying to be a gangster or he is begging us to pay because he was acting so rude and unprofessional as he himself has been raised on the streets where nobody can be trusted. Belive me we did not enjoy our meal at all. He stood there and not let us finish our meal despite being told that ok could you please leave we are coming. We do have some self respect than thease uxbridge Nandos staff beggers. Hence he stood there until my son had to leave his food and go with him. He spoke to Jags a temporary manager who was kind enough to let us finish our meal. But we did not enjoy our meal at all. We will never go to uxbridge dirty Nandos to see the unprofessional and rude staff in uxbridge. Shame on the dirty owner who hires staff just like him. Place is suffocatingly claustrophobic, could be bigger. Never had bad service. In all honesty Nandos is overrated anyways but especially this branch. But guess what I always end up coming back!

Please wait to be seated to then be told you order by your phone, pay in advance. Heres your glass, go fill it yourself. At least McDonalds fills your up for you! Oh cold chips too. Think Im done with Nandos now, no amount of Fanta special dressing will make me want to serve myself again. Not when they are charging restaurant prices.

Great place for a quick bite

The food is fantastic! I love the xx hot sauce on a half chicken! Amazing service, an employee named Conner seems to keep the entire team there smiling and happy and he is delightful to order from.

Great food and very friendly staff. However, the hand dryer in the males toilet (probably the females too) have a film of bacteria/dirt building up at its bottom. The filters likely need changing too. Food : 5/5

I had a lovely and courteous lady Weronika, served my meals today at Nando s. Her beautiful smile was welcoming as my friend and I approached the counter to order our food. We felt comfortable and really enjoyed our meal. The other girls also came to check on us to ensure we got all that we ordered. Brilliant service, delicious meal. I went twice at this Nando at Uxbridge near shepherd bush Market and I was not happy. The food was delicious but they delay serving. One day I waited more than 1hr until I forgot My Order. Management should do something if there are less staff. Thanks

Food and service great as usual, but the music is unneccessarily loud. You cannot hear each other speak across the table which makes it very uncomfortable.

I finished gym and got there just before 10pm, the manager Jads is an absolute legend for letting me in and being so kind!! Great service, went an extra mile for me, very grateful. Thank you guys!

Giving 5 stars for service. Connor was great. Giving 1 star for my spicy rice bowl. Chicken looked anemic was cold. The spicy rice bowl was missing the brocolli and hardly any cauliflower. Everything was just cold and it looked unappetising, just looked like it had been thrown in the box. No care.

Great Service, but chips could have been fresher, obviously sitting in the warmer draw too long. Lets hope next time its served freshly cooked.

Not been to a nandos for a while. Sadly will not be rushing back ...chicken was dry coleslaw generic bog standard And that is £15 sorry not for me Sticky table that was cleaned With the auful spray stuff and a cloth god knows if its clean Since covid the antibacterial spray is all thats used my paper napkin stuck to it couldnt Use it ..note to management the tables do need a good hot wash first thing .. The plus of the visit was the staff front of house all very helpful and friendly.. But still wouldnt go back Not the nandos of old cheap quality food .

There is always certain expectations when going to well established restaurants and this one never fails . Ive dined in, picked up and ordered delivery, on all occasions the food has been great. From those warm peri chips on delivery to friendly service from the staff when eating in.

Simply the best!

Found a caterpillar in my food! Would be 1 star, however the staff were very good about it. They replaced the dishes and offered some drinks. Rest of food was good.

Great place to dine in with family

Ordered food via the app waited 45 Minutes and everything arrived cold. Very disappointed. Only got offered a £4 refund. They shouldnt offer a delivery service if they cant provide hot / warm food.

The waiters were very friendly and food was top notch. Ice cream was unique and overall loved the experience.

The place is looking tired and a tad grubby, the staff are courteous and polite and the food is good and tasty.

Visit Saturday 4th May.Missing items. Chips and two wings. I mentioned this to the waiter when he delivered the food. He looked at me like I was lying and then asked to see my receipt, to which I showed him. 5 minutes later, somebody else brought the chips to the table and left. Another waiter came to the table to remove the number and asked if everything was OK. Again, I mentioned I was still awaiting missing wings. He said no problem....However, it didnt arrive. I approached a completely different waiter and explained what had happened. (At this point, we had practically finished eating) He apologised and went downstairs immediately to sort it out. He brought it personally to our table and said this should never have happened. When we were leaving, he apologised again. I told him its ok as it wasnt his fault, but those of his colleagues.

Quite ok, coke not real mix water and cold not nice. Tablets not clean still dump. I think they need improving clean tablet and fizzy machine too. Food

Nandos seemed expensive as I rated their portion of chicken vs £. It was tiny. No where close to peeping out of the bun like images represent. Maybe photos were taken with smaller rolls. I suppose having frequented Nandos in South Africa all the time, it is unfair to compare. Anyone who gets to SA and eats locally there, will know exactly what I am referring to. Hearty size chicken breasts in every bun! Staff I spoke to did not know origins of where Nandos was from. I know and supported the very first branch in Rosetenville. My brother in law played for their football team. I have fabulous memories of supporting them ever since. They did a chicken and rice snack box that was awesome and the chicken livers were superb.

Second time eating at this branch. Food on spot as usual. Love it. With my many travels, the extra hot level of heat always takes me back home.

I went here for my birthday. I had dinner with my mum and we ordered the full plater. Chicken was amazing but the mac and cheese...the mac and cheese.....WAS SOOK GOOOD. It was literally one of the best mac and cheese Ive ever eaten in my life. SO CHEESY and the peri peri breadcrumb things were so good on top.

Gorgeously cooked fresh food that was almost perfect. Very kind and friendly customer service and good atmosphere. I had half a chicken with two regular sides and a bottomless soft drink all for less than £20 so great value for money too!

I have been to atleast 5 Nandos in my lifetime. I order the fino pitta everytime i go. This is hands down the most perfectly curated fino pitta i have ever got my hands on. The garlic sauce slathered inbetween the thought out layering of halloumi and chicken thighs. So yummy scrummy.

There is this supervisor called Ali who gives disgusting service. His attitude was very threatening when he came and brought my food. What a stinking attitude! He also had another problem at the same time as me, but this time with a young girl, shouting at her face because she almost dropped the sources. I have never seen such a poor attitude towards customers, and would never come here again because of him. I advice anyone not to as well because he will find ways to reflect his negative behaviour on customers.

I ve had to send my chicken back every time for the last three visits because it looks like it was put on the grill for a maximum of 30 seconds. I then have to chase the waiters because it s taking too long. The staff however are lovely, and the food does taste good once it s cooked correctly. I will be seeking another local nandos soon, as the quality has decreased over the past few years.

It was freezing when I visited I mean everyone had their coats on.

I was served by a lovely woman named Hazel. She was very attentive and her service was really fast. I think she makes a great addition to her team. The food was really good, cooked well and fresh. We also tried a variety of items from the updated menu and it did not disappoint. Once again, the service Hazel provided really made our experience great!

Nice cosy place with helpful staff

Staff is completely unhelpful. We asked a person if we could sit at a booth and she said yes (checked literally x 3) 2minutes later, a guy literally shouts across 2 tables did you ask someone you have to go back you cant just sit anywhere you just moved without asking i asked my colleague and you didnt ask with the most patronising and accusatory tone without listening to what we had to say. Imagine shouting at a table when one of your colleagues literally said all good. Not hospitable and very unprofessional to shout across tables like that for everyone to hear, all for an attempt to embarass us? Weird.

Really disappointed with Nando s takeaway this time! Food was substandard had to cook the chicken wings more as they looked like they were shown the grill! My chicken pitta was tough and the whole delivery had to be warmed up! I know it s Christmas but don t deliver if you can t deliver the goods in the way they are advertised! We have been having Nando s since they first opened but feel they are now living off their name and not the quality.

It was so busy when we got there , raining hard outside and was told could be a 20minwait at least ,but they were so helpful as I am 81 and said they would do their best to get us seated asap,as I couldnt climb stairs due to knee problem . They kept their word and couldnt have been kinder .The service was 100% and staff all deserve a bonus ,will certainly return Kid-friendliness: Seemed happy enough

Had food in Naneos after a long time. They maintain their standards.

Had an accident in the restaurant and asked for the accident book. I was refused this and told that I need to be more careful. There are severe health and safety risks here Dietary restrictions: Everything is well labelled. Kid-friendliness: It s nice service towards children. A bit of a dangerous layout though so be careful

Solid Nandos

I ordered my food through the nandos app, later on the app said my food has been delivered, never received it. I dont recommend ordering through the nandos app. Thank you for wasting my time and money.

The find a space for 24 of us in 10 minutes

Alfie looked after us throughout the meal, even though we were too slow to ask for the right condiments all in one go, he was happy going off and getting more. Couldnt have asked for better service.

As much as I love Nandos, I must say this has been the most dirtiest Nandos restaurant Ive attended. The lights above had cobwebs, you had small flies flying around, and the tables were just sticky! Makes you think how hygienic their cooking station is. The staff were lovely. However, some were clueless about what we were asking for. I wont be coming back to this one!

food was great as always like cmon it s nando s service could have been better tho, firstly the food took around 40 mins to come, we had to ask about it then it got served to us borderline cold. Secondly, no one was serving us so i walked over to the counter, waited patiently, no one offered to help, so i decided to ask a waitress walking towards me so i was thinking oh yh she s walking my way to help me cos i ve been standing here for ages but as i was about to ask for help, she cut me off mid sentence by putting her hand in my face and saying wait :/ did not appreciate at allllll. but yh food was banging!

Went for a meal the other week. Food was OK. No peri salt on chips had to ask for it. Service was good. Food average not what it was.

Service and food was pretty appalling nor did I get my 1 chilli added to my Nandos loyalty card and was told here is the receipt collect it later. I took my 2 boys there for lunch, perhaps this will be the last time at Uxbride Nando? Parking: Street parking is expensive.

Undercooked wings tasted like snot

Usual Nandos, food came out quick. Nothing to complain about.

This restaurant is located right at the centre of the Uxbridge town centre. Very convenient location for those who are at the Town to do shopping. Food here is really nice as in any other Nandos Restaurant. Service is pretty decent and the staff are very nice,friendly and helpful. Underground Tube station is just couple of minutes away as well as very good connection of Bus services.

Service and staff good. Food is usual nandos. Some of the seats are ripped, spend money to get new ones.
