I loved the delicious food

Really enjoyed the service greeted with professionalism. And would strongly recommend people to come here to dine

We visited Prezzo expecting a good experience with their unlimited pizza deal. However, we were not informed about the loopholes in the deal by the manager, that allowed them to charge us the full price instead of the deal price until it was too late. It ended up costing significantly more than the deal price (£70) and the food quality did not justify the price or satisfy our expectations. Overall, we were extremely displeased with the rude service and regret coming to Prezzo as the managers unprofessional attitude left a bad taste in our mouths.

Had an amazing service by Kasia. Highly recommend

Arrived on time . Were given menus. Waited . No one came to take drinks order .Did not feel like valued customers. Left to go elsewhere. Beyond disappointed!

I love Prezzo in Uxbridge, the staff have always been very friendly, specially May who has served us on Saturday and has helped us with the menus and recommendations on allergies and dishes. Thank you May for being super friendly and supportive .

Location good, restaurant very nice layout and clean, staff friendly. Food below average, left most of it on the plate and generally disappointed. Which is a shame since we used to visit this prezzo quite often, but found the last few visits in terms of menu and taste rather disappointing.

Lovely lunch with my friend

Very helpful and friendly staff, they get 5 stars for sure. The venue is a bit generic/characterless, but is clean and smart, and has a pleasant, comfortable ambience. We had the lasagna, ham and mushroom pizza, and gluten free pasta which were all filling and welcome on an empty stomach after a long day of walking, but mediocre in quality at best. Their style of pizza is relatively thick, light and fluffy (as opposed to thin and crisp). Toppings were a little bland, but balanced and ample. I didnt try the other two dishes but was told they were okay. I had hot chocolate, that was very small and incredibly weak and I suspect was made by someone who has never had hot chocolate before. That gets 1 star. If the prices were cheaper you might feel fairly satisfied with the experience, but as it is, we agreed that the place is overall alright, 3 stars. Absolutely no disrespect intended to the lovely staff, just trying to give an honest appraisal. Not unhappy with our visit, but wouldnt come back.

Lastest: had a nice lunch here. Food was good and well presented. Service was good. I think we were the only customers (wednesday lunch time). A great improvement on our original visit. Oiginal: My partners dish was disappointing. It was described as a generous serving of deven crab, but had barely a teaspoon of meat in. Mine tasted OK, but was not well presented. It is a shame to pay the extra and still be disappointed. Id already framed my opinion before tonight, but my partner was Keen. Now she feels like I do.

6.50 for a small can of neck oil ,you must be mad

Went there during a rather quiet lunch and got full attention from one of the new waitresses, a tall blonde lady with glasses. I unfortunately did not get her name but she was absolutely lovely. I am a regular customer and she definitely stands out, she made my familys lunch enjoyable and even had a chat with our little ones, even called them miss and sir which really made them feel grown! It was a pleasant surprise in comparison to the usual experience which is why im writing this. The food as always was good, the restaurant was a bit quiet as there was maybe one other table at the time but that is no issue to us. Definitely recommend!

Friday evening walked into Uxbridge Prezzo with my wife and 2 kids. There was roughly around 10 people dining in. I was greated by the manager who walked us to our seats. After sitting down for around a minute, a waitress approached us to order our drinks. As we only just sat down I then asked if we could have a few minutes to settle down. The manager then came back after a few minutes and asked what we would like. I mentioned we hadnt had a chance to look as we were not given any drinks menu. He then brought some over to us and walked away. We then ordered our food and drinks from the waitress and asked for it all to come at the same time. As we ordered from the kids menu, the desert was included. After maybe 10mins of waiting the waitress came with my kids desert. We hadnt had our starter or main yet. The food arrived, my pizza did not include the extra I asked for and one of the pizzas for one of kids. After they sorted this all out, the waitress then came with a plate of calamari and walked off. I then got their attention and mentioned we already had our plate and she took it and left. Once we finished our dinner I then asked for the desert to come back. It came and the ice lolly was one that seemed to be at the bottom of the freezer it was literally a chuck of ice. I then mentioned this to the waitress who then said it was their last and nothing they could do. I paid the bill with no discount offered on the missed out extras the rubbish service I recieved. Overall the food was good, but the service was below par.

Pros: The vibes and ambience were very nice. The food and drinks were really nice. The playlist was amazing. Cons: The staff was hurrying us for everything for no reason. The prices for portion size given was way too much.

I really like this place. I go a lot with my Italian friend. The service is fantastic and staff friendly. Food so good. We usually have calamari pizza and tiramiso. I had to verbally tell our lovely waitress I was so disappointed they changed the tiramiso recipe she agreed they had. It was so creamy before and its noticeably different. Please change it back!!

Amazing dishes at Prezzo Uxbridge

Was ok. Very pricey!. Friend had a soup for main course, I had pasta with salmon, just bits of salmon mixed in with pasta! 2 glass of wine each, chocolate cake, and cherry and chocolate ice-cream of some sort. £70.00...

Love Prezzo Uxbridge, the staff and food are excellent. So friendly and helpful. They are always willing to tweak my husband s meal as he never sees exactly what he wants on the menu, he likes a bit of spice.

Love this placeand the food. Atmosphere here is so friendly. I have been with my family for dinner and we were greeted by a very nice lady, seated in a perfect side of the restaurant. Food was delicious as expected and our waitress was so joyful with my son and went beyond expectation with the service she provided even if she is new. 100% recommend if you love Italian food and a good service . Kid-friendliness: Love the way the staff spoke with my baby boy when he placed his order. The nice waitress was so calm and gently spoke with him.

Italian food isnt really my thing but my kids just love it . This restaurant food is well on point. Exactly what you would expect from an Italian restaurant and reasonably priced. A family of 5 with drinks and the whole thing came to £106. If you love Italian food you will love this place.

Great staff and great food

I came last week to this place for lunch to have the £7.50 o2 priority. The lady asked me what drink do you want. I said free tap water. She gave me a very dirty look and went. It s like the drinks is coming out of her wages. The o2 priority discount is only there because they want you to come in and spend £6 on a drink. No thanks. You can go to Tesco and get £0.65 can of coke and they are charging £6 for it.

Friendly staff, great tasting food, only the decoration needs updating. We had the penne arrabiatta which was made very well and we didnt have to wait long. Vegetarian options: Separate veg menu with a decent choice

Great starters and service. Waiters know what everyone has ordered even with a large party.

I think one star is too many. Really disappointed. Since when do starters and main courses come out all at the same time? 5 people attended here and not everyone wanted a starter. So despite ordering I was bemused when the starters and main courses all came out together. There was no draft beer and there were no large bottles of Peroni! The toilets are a disgrace. Im not surprised some of the Prezzos are closing. Will not be attending Prezzos again.

Came here today, friday 5th of May from 4pm to 5pm. This guy, looked like manager; I don t know, was so grumpy and was giving a racist vibe. We told him we have the £30 Buy a gift voucher which is the 3 course meal with drink. He even took a picture of the voucher. We ordered our food which was nice. Ordered 2 pizzas but they brang out 3?! Which was weird but we just ate it. Then at the end, bill came to £60 which they cut £30 off. He understood we had a £30 gift voucher but we told him it s the 3 course meal voucher but he still tried to blame us telling us we gave him the wrong info. I mean the staff should know which vouchers people are bringing to their restaurant at least. And even then, if he put my voucher correctly in to their system, it would have showed him the right thing no? Unless their system doesn t work correctly either, idk. At the end, we just paid for the extra pizza they bought out. Definitely won t be returning. Just because people have a voucher, that doesn t mean you treat them different.

The general manager Frank was amazing. We arrived late and their kitchen was closing in 20 minutes. Frank the manger managed to sit us down and get us food without making us feel rushed in unlike in most restaurants. When we tried to tip him, he gave it straight to his waitresses and kitchen staff and didn t want to take a cut for himself. The carbonara and service was absolutely amazing. WILL DEFINITELY RETURN!!!

Had a work leaving do here, they were quite accommodating and made paying individually easy. I had the spaghetti wirh king prawns- decent portion size but not that spicy.

Really nice meal and waitress was lovely, however, meal was disrupted by the extremely rude manager who was shouting at staff for being in the toilet. Seems to have no management skills or patience with staff. Felt really sorry for the waitress as it was not her fault at all. He then proceeded to say we were unable to split the bill between drinks and food even though waitress said this was possible and did it for us! Thanks so much to the waitress for being accommodating. The manager, not so much.

The food was great, and so was the waitress. The manager was pushing his staff too much and moaning in front of the customers, even though the waitress was a star. But we didnt let that ruin our meal.

Went for a quick lunch, not busy at all when we came but it took a long time to take our orders. Normally food here is great, but I don t know about today. Its Been quite a while since the last visit.

A choice of Italian dishes and alcho drinks to choose from, a slow service but overall ok.

Never again. Always find something find something in my food. Ive been to other good Prezzos. Portion sizes smaller and prices expensive. Nonna Ross however very good.

OK food, OK service, nothing to shout out about

Went there with family and friends on the weekend. The food was decent but the service was a disgrace to say the least! They waiter wrote down our drinks order but two of our drinks were forgotten nevertheless. We had to repeatedly inform the waitress who kept forgetting, on a hot day with a fairly empty restaurant. The person at the bar behind us, was on her phone on loudspeaker, while we had to wait for our drinks. There was no real apology but we were made to feel like a burden for kindly reminding them. Most of the food was good (staters, mains and kids menu); however the sauce on the chicken burger was extremely runny which made the bun soggy. We informed and showed our waitress who apologised and said she would inform the chef, so it doesn t happen again. We all sat there shocked that she expected us to not only pay but actually eat a burger that could not physically be picked up, instead of offering to change it out. I went over to speak to a lady who said she was a part of management (her name started with an S) and requested a new burger. She looked annoyed with us like we were wasting her time, when she finally came over and gave us a list of excuses before she left to inform the cook. After the burger came soggy, they messed up our drinks order and gave us a list of excuses instead of just fixing it. They staff still had an unbelievable rude and arrogant attitude. If this is how they treat their customer on a quiet Sunday, I would hate to visit on a busy night. Serious attitude problems all around - customer service training would be advised for all the staff members including the management. Horrible example for the rest of the staff.

They do not cash take cash payments due to Covid . Which is not explained clearly when ordering causing a problem when paying. Otherwise good food and service and a very nice place to eat. Food

The food was lovely and the lady who served us was polite, friendly and helpful. The manager (a lady) was down right rude. We wanted to pay cash but the manager said they do not accept cash. I asked why we are only finding this out now and the manager told me she had told one of the ladies (who has dementia!!) at our table. The older lady at our table is adamant she hadnt tod her but this fact should have been made clear to the whole table. I asked if there was any signage for this fact and she snapped that its by the door. How am I supposed to know about that? The manager stated arguing with me and I advised her I had come for lunch and NOT an argument. I would expect someone in a managerial position not to be have in this way. The answer should have been that shes sorry it wasnt made clear and that they will make this fact more apparent. She /threw me a filthy look when I left the restaurant. We visited on 10/7/23 at around 13.30. Table of 4 ladies.

Super expensive. It was very hot inside. Did not put the 2 for 1 deal on our drinks so had to ask. Big portions though and food was tasty enough.

Pleasantly surprised at this establishment. Very accommodating place to handle dietary requirements. Staff are well trained, and pizza was oven baked at the front of the restaurant. Kids menu is great value too. Seating plan is broad enough for am atmosphere, while enjoying enough for privacy.

The service at Prezzo was great and the staff are very lovely and patient however some of our meals were not very pleasant unfortunately. The vegan options were a huge let down and although we didn t have high expectations, it was very disappointing. The dessert was also very small for the price so wouldn t recommend. The crab linguine was lovely however so avoid vegan pizzas and stick to pasta if you go here.

Food was alright, just typical American style Italian restaurant. However the waitress with purple/dark red hair who served us was rude, arrogant and terrible.

Ordered via Uber Eats. It kept saying preparing etc. I was still waiting an hour and a half later. I rang up Prezzo to just be told that it was picked up and was probably stolen, no apology at all. Just told that it happens all the time and nothing can be done about it.

Our recent visit to Prezzo Italian Restaurant in Uxbridge was a complete disappointment. The food lacked flavor, the presentation was haphazard, and the service was indifferent and impolite. We wont be returning or recommending this restaurant.

1 star is a lot the rudeness of the manager on Wednesday 6th April, in the evening was unbelievable no greetings at all instead straight away said no table available I am afraid and th me restaurant was empty when tried to explain that we called and they said no bookings taken us walk in he didn t even wanted to listen and turn his back and just ignored us the team should learn some customers service skills. Very disappointing and will never try this restaurant again

Great, polite, and friendly service. The food is always good here. The king prawn linguine is always a perfect go to. Prezzo is always reliable restaurant chain, and this restaurant branch stands up to that standard.

It was Ah-May-Zing! I had the scallops (fresh, hot and tasty) and the crab and lobster ravioli . Also fresh and creamy but, if you like your food a little spicy, it very surprisingly (in the most pleasant way) packs a little heat too. Thoroughly enjoyable lunch, with great service.

Not have service like this in a long time! The girl who served us (can t remember her name possibly jasmine?) was super friendly and very attentive. Can t fault the service or food.

Been here a few times and had nothing but good experiences! Last time we went the food took a while as a big party was in but we were kept informed and then got a free round of drinks to apologise - the lady who served us was amazing and ever so lovely (can t remember her name but she had gorgeous curly blonde hair and sounded american)! Food is great, drinks are great and service is fab!

Quite pricey

Overall experience on the day was good - slightly disorganised and management poor but our table waiter was lovely and it was a Friday Food was average and cold when it came out even though came out separately But my biggest complaint is that FOR SIX DAYS AFTER I HAVE BEEN SUFFERING WITH THE WORST CASE OF FOOD POISONING IVE EVER HAD !! It was confirmed as food poisoning at the hospital the Monday after I went for dinner on the Friday. Good for cocktails and offers though ! Just make sure that you remind the staff a million times if you have got a voucher !!

I believe pictures speak. My experience with this restaurant through Deliveroo was just a nightmare. Pizza was burnt, fries as you see and on the top of that i got a wrong burger! They sent beef burger instead of chicken and after calling the manager all i got was an apology! My first and last time eating here. NOT RECOMMENDED.

I had dinner today and the chicken on top of my pizza was cold and i waited nearly 1 hour for my main. It dosent take long to cook 2 pizzas yet the dough was still soft almost raw. Disgusting!

We went for a large family gathering, they were so accommodating, fantastic service and the food was perfect!

Staff was very welcoming. The vegan bolognese was missing a bit of flavour and tomato sauce, but was okay nevertheless. The vegan pizza was very delicious! Especially the cheese was a 10/10! The prices are fair. We are definitely coming back for the pizza!

I had an important business meeting on Tuesday and was tasked with ordering a large 15 pizza order plus two meals earlier in the day from this branch. Im fully aware that this order size is awkward for the kitchen and front of house staff however, I was very impressed but not only the care they took but the quality of the pizza. They really took in the extra time to deliver a great service, cant recommend enough. A huge thank you to chef and server !

Am impressed with the service and food

My first visit here to this branch of the Italian restaurant chain. I came with a friend at 4pm on a Saturday. First impressions were is it open ? and how do you get in ?. From the outside, it seemed to have a dark interior. Tried the door to the left of the premises and it pulled open to admit us. We were quickly greeted and asked where we wanted to sit. Looking around inside it seemed quite spacious and lighter than I had expected. From the clientele present at the time, it was obviously popular with families. The menu offered various pizzas, pasta dishes, desserts and on the rear, a full page of alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks. Compared to another branch of the chain that I visited recently, my impression was of a limited menu. My friend, a vegetarian, selected a Goats Cheese pasta dish with me going for a meat lasagna. His looked good and mine seemed very juicy. On tasting, my friend was happy, whilst I had the impression that mine was not piping hot despite being warned that the plate and dish were hot. It was OK but nothing to rave about. My friend declined a dessert and I had a Raspberry Sorbet, which although small (two scoops) was very good indeed. With no starters, two mains, one dessert and one pint of Peroni and a soft drink, the bill came to just over £37. Would I come back, possibly but not for a while.

Food was great and service was good. Delicious homemade lasagne. I eat here every week and have the Al forno penne arrabiata. This is the best pasta dish I have ever tasted in a restaurant. The flavour is awesome. This restaurant has nice ambiance and is a great place for a date or dinner with family and friends. Never any kids which is a bonus.

Popped in for lunch with a friend. Delicious cocktail and lunch from the Christmas menu. The raspberry sorbet was amazing!
