I visited on 27 Nov 24, ordered Chapli kebab 1 portion and other for takeaway. When I came home with the food the kebab was burned and I call them. Owner picked up and said sorry it was overcooked and promised to give next time a portion. When I called to order the portion the next the guy on the phone refused and said I will give only 1 kebab. I was shocked to hear this. I will never order or visit these dishonest people
The food was terrible. The lamb Karahi was not nice at all, the curry was all oil than actaul sauce. The lamb chops had some weird taste to them, probably one of the worse chops I have had in a while. The atmosphere was horrendous, just a bunch of men shouting and screaming in a "so called" restaurant couldn't hear the people sitting around you.
Guys by all means avoid this place overcharging people for very small portion of food and not very comfortable sitting there. There’s a guy that’s constantly looking at you I believe he’s the waiter like makes people uncomfortable Very expansive for the portion of food they give not worth it compared to other restaurants they are overcharging people and food tastes not fresh like it’s from the freezer so avoid before you become sick!
Today I went with my friends to taste of Afg wow.I never had food like this divine taste attentive service and amazing people.it was so busy but still the service was fantastic.I would highly recommend it to visit

Beware beware there some fake people calling themself afghans and use our country name on them business supplying absolutely rubbish food I did ordered two qabuli mahicha pulao That was smoky and rubbish plus I order one Afghani kabab also rubbish burn, no taste at all When I did call them . He was like oh I don’t know I ask them to pack it up for you .but don’t you worries next time will look after you Unbelievable. I will never ever go there again I will attach two photos to show I not trying to made things up
The environment was ok but the food was horrendously prepared. £3.99 for this box of “achar”, which turned out to be just chopped veggies in rancid vinegar. Wouldn’t have paid 50p for it. Had to bin the whole thing.

Ordered platter for one. Naan was hard. Lamb shish not great. Chicken shish and wings average. Sag (spinach) didnt taste great and daal was a bit hard. However, the kabli pilau was lovely as was the salad. The lamb in the kabli pilau was a little over cooked from the outside. Good portion. Green tea is a nice touch. Busy restaurant. Bad news: Went there again. Ordered the same dish and food was worse than before. Not coming here again. Changing from 3 stars to 2

Used to love this place. Went in there last night. 4/5/2024. I have eaten here for years. Firstly they claimed they didnt have what I wanted. Then I saw the boss who knew me and he gladly took my order whilst the man who was serving me was still rude in presence. Then when I walked out . My family member was over charged to the point of madness where they were clearly being ripped off. So I had to order a refund because I was fully insulted by their actions. Wont be going back. What happened to this restaurant. I literally went in there and the racism was incredible. Dont bother if your white. All I wanted was a kebab. Quite upset cause I loved this place

this flipping place. i went on a wednesday to go and get some food from this place. before i left i checked what time it said it was going to open. and it said 12:30PM when i got there at around 12:45 this place was still not open and i had waited for over an hour and it still was not open. 3 hours later i drove past it and was still not open. and on google it didnt say that wouldnt be open today quite the opposite as it said it was open at 3pm but in fact it wastn when i drove past it. and i was really excited to go and get food from here for a massive mukbang i was having with my freinds. but this place didnt want to open. so please next time open on what time you guys said on google thanks. otherwise you would your customers and your sales.
A friend of mine took me here for dinner. I have to say this place is 10 out 10. The Afghani tikka is the best Ive had in the UK. The karahi was fantastic too. Amazing

Best food and friendly service
I ve been a regular customer at this place and it s sad to say but there standards have come down drastically. I think they get laid back with regular customers. Prices are high so it s good income for them and as we only do take away we ve noticed there s always something missing. The kabuli pilau is drenched in oil and tastes old, maybe a few days old and when you try and tell the staff they dismiss it by saying we ve given you extra salad again old feta cheese salad that tastes horrible. The last time we ordered was the weekend and the kabuli pilau was covered with jeera seeds and drenched in oil! This is disgusting and disappointing!

I was with my family and children, and I ordered afghani tikka kebab, qabili palaw, chabli kebab, chatni and etc! Every single item was the best ever I ate in my whole life!!! I always get a takeaway after going Tamara lounge with the lads after a football game. The food is sublime. Very authentic. Not so heavy on the stomach either. Meat is so soft and breaks off so easily. Owner threw in some free daal and saag. Cost me £30 for everything in the picture 10/10

It s my first time trying Afghanistan food and I wish I would of tried it years ago. Probably the best rice dish I ve ever had. Subtle flavours but a big impact on the pallet. I also had a chicken skewer which was so tender it just melted in the mouth. The complimentary green tea was new to me too and just delicious. You need to try this place, it s excellent. Parking: Free at parking across the road on the side street.
This place is a no frills dining, food is excellent, portions are generous and for £40 you get the meal deal for two which is more than enough and have plenty leftover to take a goody bag with you

Expect the meat tikka nothing else was tasty. And the restaurant setup Is nothing like the pictures in Google. Very disappointed. Extremely SLOW service. One person cooking and one girl serving, taking orders, answering phone and cleaning. It take ages for us to get our food. And the way she bring the food very unorganised and plate and cutler wasn t matching. This restaurant need good makeover and good service and PLEASE CHANGE UR PLATES CUTLER AND DONT USE PLASTIC DISH TO SERVICE(it s very cheap)

What a God send this restaurant is to us who are lucky enough to love near to it. Simply the best grilled meats you will get in west London. Ive eaten the Tayaabs lamb chops, the brigadiers lamb chops, the Roka lamb chops, this place wipes the floor with all of them. And those chicken wings, out of this world, last we went we ate 36 of them, could easily have ploughed through another 36 they are so good. Dont listen to the one star reviews on here, they must be from the competition in the area.

Stopped for a quick lunch. The medium mixed grill was nicely cooked and meat was good quality. The naan was good. The aubergine starter tasted good but it was far too oily. Decent value for money.

I placed my order by phone 1 hr ago - I clearly told the Afghan guy that I will be coming around 7pm. when I came to collect it - the food was not ready. The girl behind the till said - my order is not ready. Customer service = 0

Very bad experience with the food , first time order here. Order large portion got slightly bigger then small portion of rice. Naan were hard and very dry. One curry was missing , we have been told our order will be ready within 30 minutes it took more then one hour and no taste at all.. Very very disappointing really will never ever order from here..
I had the opportunity to eat dinner at this restaurant. I ate Kbali Polao and Lamb seekh kabab . The food was delicious and the staff were just amazing. Highly recommended.

Smashing fresh food, some dishes can be improved. The service from the waiters and the chefs is brilliant. Feels like a proper authentic Afghan restaurant. Try the lamb kebab, definitely their best dish.
Good food, but owner is like Jekyll and Hyde. Nice when ordering f2f, happy to take the money, but when I called up to complain about having a curry with 80% bones, he said thats how it is and then kindly hang up. What a guy.
