the chimes, 201-203 High St, Uxbridge UB8 1LB, United Kingdom
our restaurant is part of the intu uxbridge shopping centre, conveniently located close to the tube station. so after a hard day shopping why not meet at wagamama uxbridge. sit back, relax and tuck into some delicious noodles
Ramen was tasteless unfortunately. It was like a hot water just poured in with the ingredients or they missed something there.Im Asian well travelled, a foodie, i know how a ramen should taste like but this is really no flavor soup. Just water soup. I did not inform the waiter as I thought maybe this is really how it will taste since its a fusion Japanese inspired resto. No miso taste even. The worst ramen Ive eaten in my life. So disappointed. Was so hungry after a 2 hour drive from a football match during storm Darragh and wanted something hot. Wrong choice. We also missed the turn from the motorway that added 30 more minutes of the drive. We also tried the gyoza beef kimchi and it taste ok but bland. The service and atmosphere is great though. I only ate the toppings which taste ok the bamboo shoot is great and the egg.
Such a nice atmosphere and lovely staff, particularly my waitress Abi who was attentive and friendly. Food was impeccable as always!
Great food every time. We love the dishes and it's great that the latest additions are a bit less calorific - we don't order a single dish that's more than 1000 calories and there are a few great options that are filling and aren't drowning in oil. The service is always good and I can't remember having a negative experience at Wagamama.
Liked the rice noodles very much than the rice and Curry.. I would recommend noodles. Good place to spend some time...
First time in Wagamama with my friend It was delicious ramen 🍜 with noodles and a vegan version We tried to had it with chopsticks 🥢 It’s little bit salty but manageable Staff is friendly and helpful Recommend ✌🏻to enjoy the food
Amazing food, quick service and friendly staff. We went twice on same day to enjoy lovely food and drinks. We are thankful for allowing us to enter just 15 minutes before closing at night and served us starter and drinks within approximately 5 minutes. We enjoyed their long list of menu options and tried as much as possible in a day 😊 It’s certainly not cheap food, but it’s worth spending money on it. Parking is available at Chimes or other car parking lot. Plenty of seating area, not an issue to get seated quickly. Worth visiting, we will recommend to visit here everyone (veg and non veg)
Wagamama at Uxbridge has a really good ambiance. The place was crowded on a Friday evening. The staff are very friendly. Service was great. Food was also really good quality as well as taste. The ramen bowl was really good. It's a nice place to visit in groups or even on a first date.
Wife had the irecracker prawn was very spicy, next time will tell them to ease it up on the spices. I had the pad Thai prawn as the chicken is not halal. The desserts were nice too.
Never order food takeout. Obviously hire new cooks as they can t even do noodles right. Cold squid and uncooked noodles is just insane how are you that bad at your job
I ordered chili chicken ramen, but it didnt taste very good. The chicken ramen were just served in hot water .
I had such a great time at Wagamamas tonight the food was amazing and the service was even better. I highly recommend the banana katsu desert. I d like to also commend Abi on her incredible service Thank you very much i will be coming again.
We went few days ago to the Uxbridge branch,The food was delicious and flavoured.we requested them to make it spicy and it was just perfect. We ve ordered Hot honey fried chicken(new) ,Firecracker and Katsu, everything we enjoyed alot. The staff service from PG,such a friendly person and served with smiling face all the time, overall we had a very good experience
I recently visited Wagamama in Uxbridge, and I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service. The entire staff was so kind and attentive, making sure everything was just right. The manager (Pasan) in particular, was spectacular when I didn t enjoy one of the dishes, he graciously offered an alternative and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. His warmth and professionalism truly made my dining experience feel welcoming and comforting. Thank you to the team for such a memorable visit. I ll definitely be returning!
Great service from Jay. Very attentive xx
Busy but orderly place for good food. Their chicken wings and boiled broccoli with rice and chilli sauce is very delicious. Moderate price with drinks and water.
The food was nice and tasty with fairly good price. In one of the dishes we found a little bit of egg shell. The staff was very nice and polite specially michael , he apologised and happily replaced the dish.
I ve visited Wagamama several times, and the consistent highlight of my experience has been the exceptional service from Sahan. Every time, Sahan goes above and beyond to ensure that guests feel welcome and well taken care of. His attentiveness, professionalism, and warm demeanor truly elevate the dining experience.
Good night and tasty food
First time in 3 years had the shittiest Yaki Udon. Comparing it to Wagamama Covent Garden and Canary Wharf the food at Uxbridge was below average. Please take note and improve as the dishes should taste same across all the franchises
It is nice to bring in small kids as they are very responsive and accommodating. Kid-friendliness: Kids have their own menu and activities catered for. Nice touch!
Delicious food and lovely staff.
Excellent service. A wonderful experience for our small family (toddler 2 years old). A big thank you to Pedro for making our recent visits very enjoyable.
Managed to take 9 of us at short notice late on Wednesday. Still gave good food and good service. Very happy.
Never disappoints. Menu changes are great and quality always good. Dont really need to say that the Uxbridge staff are polite and courteous.
A fantastic experience at Wagamama in Uxbridge! Its great that we were seated promptly even without reservations, especially in a busy place. The friendly staff and good service definitely add to the dining experience. the food was amazing and generous portions, even if it was a bit challenging to finish. The firecracker chickens spiciness and the satisfying taste of the chilli squid made the meal truly memorable!
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible Food
Great food options, especially for vegans. Quick service and no need to book a table before hand! Dietary restrictions: Lots of options for vegans and noted clearly on the menu. The staff are also very well versed in ensuring that everyones dietary restrictions are catered too!
So I was taking my cat out for a walk in her new stroller, and I suddenly felt hungry. I was craving Wagamamas, and to my surprise, I stumbled upon one nearby. While browsing the menu, I decided to order their crispy oyster mushrooms. I approached the restaurant and patiently waited for service, but unfortunately, nobody came to assist me. After flagging down a waiter who was cleaning tables outdoors, he called someone over to help. Eventually, a young waiter came up to me and bluntly stated, We dont allow animals inside. Feeling disheartened, I turned away. What bothered me the most was not just the way he said it, but the fact that it was said at all. Reject my cat, and you reject me! They have just lost a lifelong customer. Its ironic that these restaurants pride themselves on being inclusive with their nut-free pad thai and woke attitude, yet they dont allow animals inside. I was baffled by this inconsistency. My cat was in an enclosed stroller, for goodness sake! Despite my disappointment with their changing menu and ridiculous peanut ban, Ive been a loyal customer at Wagamama. But now, I wont be setting foot in any of their branches again. Their food lacks authenticity and is merely a poor imitation of Eastern cuisine. Its clear that they are just another woke chain on the verge of collapse. A special shoutout to that waiter for turning me and my cat away. Thanks to him, I now have extra cash to spend elsewhere on food that actually satisfies my cravings. So long, overpriced, peanut-free, vegan-loving, inclusive except for animal and nut lovers like myself! And to fellow animal lovers out there, who may choose veganism out of love for animals - dont bother visiting this chain if you cant dine with your furry friend. As for Wagamamas - save your apologies because Im not interested. If you even think about responding to this review, I will not hesitate to take legal action. Keep your distance from me.
Good service
Edit: Added photo of latest delivery, bag completely destroyed, disgusting to have the drivers glove touching contents inside. Hair in food for order through Deliveroo. Impossible to talk to a human throughout the chain that doesnt give me corporate speak for its not our problem. Disgusting. Neither the app nor the email give me a reference number so that I can tangentially prove this review relates to an order in anticipation of a corporate reply, Here at <brand> we take hygiene very seriously...if you could provide us with <reference> well look into this, theyre not even pretending anymore, a reference number is not required as feedback on this topic is of no importance to them. Proceed with caution, it unfortunately seems to be par for the course in the industry that shady practices can be so prevalent within these huge chains, however, I implore you to reconsider an order through the same method I used. There will be no respite. P.s. I wouldnt usually note such things, as day to day variance is, yknow, whatever.. But the cauliflower was a little burnt for our liking (Bang bang cauliflower, pictured). I value consistency, which is why I order from a chain, this is my 7th order from this particular establishment within the past 2 months, all of which consistently had this menu item. Overall not a good experience that has tarnished my impression of the brand greatly.
Calm atmosphere and delicious healthy foods Dietary restrictions: Fresh veggies Food : 5/5 |
Love this branch, food is amazing and staff are super friendly. Highly recommend
Food taste in this outlet is below par. The curries are very dry. Teriyaki chicken here just sucked!
Food great, layout was a bit Tetris and hard to get around. More of a bar vibe than I usually see at a wagas
Okay first of all. The butterfly prawns were really good. But the ramen gave me the worst stomachache of my life. I couldn t even lie down in bed without screaming in pain. It s been 24 hours since I had the ramen and the effects are still haunting me
Wagamama is getting better and better for vegans... ...so the people of Uxbridge are lucky to have a branch out here, in the sticks Vegetarian options: I dont know why Google have a section to tell people about veggie options, but no way to specify whats vegan...
I usually order the same main dish, but this time, I found large bits of ginger, which made it taste terrible. Im aware the dish contains ginger, and I usually enjoy it, but the ginger was not minced properly this time, so I didnt finish my meal. Also, whats going on with the prawns? Is there a shortage? I only got four tiny prawns, and my daughter had more chicken on her kids plate than I did in my noodles. It seems the amount of prawns and chicken has been reduced, so I wont be ordering this dish again. Otherwise, the food is usually good, and I always love the table service at Wagamama. The layout and service are brilliant.
Ordered Wagamama s through Deliveroo. After the order was placed the chilli squid went out of stock. They refused to cancel/amend the order despite it being a problem on their part. Now down a side for the meal. The service we received speaking with the restaurant was absolutely appalling. The prices we pay for Wagamama s these days, this just tips me over the edge of going elsewhere. Extremely disappointed by the service from both them and how they handle their Deliveroo orders.
Vibrant atmosphere great food super helpful waiters couldn t do enough for us Hannah was just great so happy, friendly and helpful
Always an absolute pleasure, in all the locations... Service was cold and maybe did not cater to the tourist market Food
Very rude employees the worst customer service in uxbridge, avoid please. Wagamama has been my favourite place to eat since 2020, but I ve never saw such bad customer service. Those 2 girls (Bee and another blonde one if i m not mistaken) were always looking at me and my friend, we couldn t enjoy our meals, and when we asked for the bill she had the guts to ask for a tip. I work in the same industry and I know how hard is to work with people sometimes, that s why I am always nice to waiters, but unfortunately we didn t receive the same behaviour. However, the food was very good, wish I could ve enjoyed it.
Ive smelt more exotic flavoura from an old kettle!!! So bad i threw it away tasted like bland dish water. Definatly lazy wagamama kitchen staff!
Good restaurant
emil it s amanzing guy . and great food <3
thx emil for great customer service , great guy with amanzing smile
Only good atmosphere. Food ok ok, not much vegetarian options. Overpriced. 330ml beer £6.
I would like to say a huge thank you to Kay shes the best lady here at the uxbridge Wagamama and I think she deserves the world!!! Please look after Kay as she is amazing
My first experience of Wagamama was at the Uxbridge branch. Had the Pad Thai and very much enjoyed it. Very fragrant and flavourful and the staff were very friendly and accommodating too. Not a massive fan of the long benches, would have much preferred a separate table but it must be a tradition. Great place to visit for a first date or a nice lunch. Next time, I will get the firecracker chicken as I have heard nothing but good things about it.
Emil had a fantastic vibe and was extremely attentive and kind! A great asset to the team!! The food was amazing as always :)
Excellent
Went for a meal in Wagamamas to mark our wedding anniversary. Weve been here many times before and we love the food. We had a table for 2 by the window which was perfect. The service was very attentive. We had vegetarian Ramen which was substantial and very tasty, but the curry broth was quite spicy hot. Also had the chicken Pad Thai which was very tasty but had a few small chicken bones in it. The pork gyoza dumplings were delicious. Food and drink prices are reasonable. Enjoyed our visit as always. Vegetarian options: Ramen, gyoza dumplings and many others. Dietary restrictions: The staff are pro actively asking customers if they have any known allergies. Parking: Chimes car park and Cedars car park.
Food always good love wagamam Staff was very helpful good service thanks Food
Phillip was incredible. Made sure everyone s food was great, even asking for feedback on my mums thoughts of the drink she ordered which she loved! He really made us feel welcomed and relaxed! Thanks Phillip! xx Vegetarian options: Tofu donburi very nice
Poor
Very nice place
We ordered something new this time round. We went for the chilli chicken ramen, the chicken gyoza ramen, the vegan k-dogs, and the crispy fried squid (in which the squid/fish to dough ratio was perfect). The vegan k-dogs looked presentable and the sauce was nice, could not really taste the filling though. The chilli chicken was not too dry for breast meat, but I felt like the chicken gyozas had more pastry than filling. Service was incredibly fast even though it was the peak of lunch on a Saturday. Got our food within 10 minutes and we got a great seat.
Good
Best staff ever of Wagamama - Alex
Good restaurant chain with plenty vegan options. Canteen like setting and atmosphere. Food comes as and when its ready. Enjoyed the plantbased kdogs and curries?
Excellent food , I had the beef stew pot which was very tasty,be warned this dish is very spicy. Cheesecake to follow
My favourite restaurant in Uxbridge High Street.
Good food, nice atmosphere
I really liked the service which was gave by Alex..he was super helpful friendly n warming The food wise I ordered the pawns noodles I mention that I wanted prawns but instead I was served by sml chicken pieces + prawns noodles I was very disappointed
Brilliant service yesterday Food was excellent tasted great, cooked well. Service was great nice and friendly, me and my beautiful wife were well looked after. It is our favourite restaurant so we headed to this branch with full expectations and they did not disappoint yesterday. The only bad thing was the waiting times to be seated and waited for our food a while but apart from that an excellent experience. Need a bigger building to meet the huge demand to reduce waiting times to be seated. Wheelchair accessibility: Good to accomodate those with disability excellent seating arrangements
Customer service was rubbish for someone like me that love Wagamama, the two managers Micheal and Prasan ruined my night . Me and my brother wanted to have dinner for my birthday and they simply messed up my night ! I wanted to add mushroom to my noodles and they refused this can t be done !? I always get the same dish and never had an issue but tonight these 2 managers were very unprofessional, with the worst customer service I have ever seen , they didn t even care that we left because obviously it s less work for them too as it was the end of the night and they would rather have less customers . They really upset me today specially because it was something very simple but one of the managers wanted to stick to his words and told the other to say the same thing . I WILL NEVER GO BACK YO THIS BRANCH AGAIN !
I take my son here once a month and we love it. Service is always good and the food never disappoints
We received exceptional service from Pratap. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was perfect, providing attentive service and amazing recommendations. His dedication to customer satisfaction truly elevated our meal. We left feeling satisfied and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend for both the outstanding food and top-notch service!
Allergy order taken by the Manager only, which is really good practice but need few more people who can do so. Been several times now and tend to stick to dishes that we know. In this Digital Age it should be easy to recognise customer and able to show only items that are safe.
I really like visit wagamama at uxbridge firstly its local secondly very cozy - very nice customer service. But food wise unfortunately little downside Portion get smaller every time I visit my katsu tin like paper and edamame beans wasent fresh. Sadly whole concept and originality of wagamama slowly vanish
First-class environment and atmosphere
Great food as always. Good service
First time here . The food is good, a good price for what you get. I might just have to pop back.
Very good, food,service,
These are some photos of the food when it arrived. These are not even HALFWAY filled. They are increasing their prices, and not even giving the food. Absolutely ridiculous, avoid this branch.
I just want to say massive thank you to Uxbridge team for having me today, the man him self Quinton senior sous who delivered our food with a big smile and made sure the presentation was on point also all the food came out on time without any delays
Ordered takeaway on 3 occasions. First, via deliveroo, the food never arrived. Second time, I ordered via the website and collected personally, but on arrival told no order had been placed so waited another 25 minutes. Food was very good if overpriced, bulked out by the cheaper ingredients. Third time I was told again no record of my web order. Three strikes and youre out. Sorry guys. Update: They even charged my card after promising they wouldnt. Dont pay for anything until you can see it in front of you! Parking: Difficult, but not the restaurant s fault, down to dire town planning.
Vegetarian options: Limited but good veg options in their menu. Parking: There is the chimes parking lot, a 4min walk from Wagamama. Bear in mind the restaurant is not within the chimes itself, its out on the street near the chimes. Alit of street parking is available along with disabled bays around the area.
Friendly servers and spot on food.
Was seated and forgotten about. No one took our order even after we asked after 10 minutes. Shame because it used to ve great here.
Had an (unusually) unsatisfactory takeaway from here on the weekend. Issued some feedback and it was dealt with very promptly and resolved. Great service.
Tasty food compared to other branches. Exceptional service
It s just really flavourless most the time. Sometimes they get it right and sometimes you have to empty 3 sachets of chilli oil to make it taste of anything.
Incompetent manager and team of staff. The manager Grace in particular was unprofessional and confrontational when subjected to complaint etc. Another member of staff (Mo) too was rude and derogatory when dealing with complaints. Utterly disdainful experience. The worst Wagamama ever
Food and staff were brilliant very good experience music is quite loud if thats something you struggle with Id advice getting take out instead Vegetarian options: Plenty and good quality Kid-friendliness: They have kiddie chopsticks that r basically small wooden tongs and work brilliant for anyone that doesnt know how to use chopsticks
Food was not like usual! Something going wrong in the kitchen ! Attention for management!!!!
The staff is very friendly and cooperative. The vegetarian as well as vegan options are great and delicious. We had gyoza and edemami for starter, firecracker tofu and prawns for mains and for dessert we tried a cheesecake. We also tried wine suggested by the server. Overall the meal was satisfying . I cannot wait to try more items on the menu
Service was great food was tasty but potions was smaller then other branches
Food arrived brunt and cold and it was missing the normal items Vegetarian options: Absolutely nasty I didnt eat it I got MC. Why work in a restaurant if you dont want to! Why ? Doing a job for the sake of it! Ridiculous! Big companies dont care! I loved wagamama but this was an absolutely disgusting meal
Very dirty and bad entrance and waste of space on top horribly slow and bad service where one has to wait 30 mins + for spoon/sauce :/ food is ok now but had gone quite tasteless a while back.. very crammed & alot of waiting they should use the front space as part of restaurant & tidy up a bit aswell as wake up :/
The food is good but there is a long wait and they are not organized at all
Went to place timing to close down @21:42 , they said no. Close timing is 22:00. Disappointed how can you turn away your customers 18 minutes before
Ordered via Deliveroo. Mediocre food, not bad, but not worth £20 for a lukewarm main and side. Side salad was a joke, tiny and wilted. Korean bbq beef bun was tasty, but could have used more filling. The yasai katsu curry was satisfactory. I requested cutlery but didn t receive any. Delivery containers were sealed well, but not so much that it was hard to open. I ve enjoyed Wagamama s before in person, but cannot recommend it via delivery.
Great customer service. Thank you to one of the nicest waitresses I have ever met, Bhavi. She took the time to explain the menu and gave us great recommendations based on our likes and tastes. Food was lovely to! Definitely recommend.
Really nice atmosphere, always try to accomodate my family. Staff friendly and usually quite attentive to customers. Food as always is good (only twice in the many many times i have been to wags in general have we had to complain around inconsistency of content of food or volume of meat). They are getting pricey though, i now spend around 100 gbp each time here whereas a year and a half ago only it was 70 gbp on average, around ayear before that it was around 60 gbp, so they are going up and up and up, soon enough i wont be able to afford to eat here.
If youre looking for a fantastic dining experience, look no further than Wagamama. The menu is diverse and offers a variety of delicious dishes to choose from, with something for everyone. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the ingredients used and the attention to detail in the presentation of each dish. However, I did encounter a small issue during my visit. Half of the chicken in my Katsu chicken dish was undercooked, which was a bit of a disappointment. Despite this, the rest of the meal was really delicious and I appreciated the flavors and textures of each dish. All in all, I would still highly recommend Wagamama to anyone looking for a great meal. The staff were friendly and accommodating, I would definitely visit again, but perhaps opt for a different dish next time. 4 stars for a fantastic dining experience, minus one star for the undercooked chicken.
Very pleasant evening with the family. Nice warm environment with pleasant and friendly service. Kid-friendliness: My daughter was given a children play pack when we arrived
The food and service was amazing! Definitely will be going back! Nina our server was awesome! So helpful and kind.
Calm environment
Its what you expect from Wagamama. Friendly staff, clean restaurant, it can get busy.
Amazing Japanese food .
One of the better Wagamama branches - lovely seating area and layout inside, the staff are always polite and friendly, and food has always been good. Have tried most of the dishes - always very tasty, decently sized portions and very reasonably priced. Excellent vegetarian and vegan options, have preferred those dishes to the meat ones! Would absolutely recommend. Dietary restrictions: Excellent vegan options.
Really good experience!
Food remains amazing, staff remains great as always! Glad I came back to eat there after a couple years :)
Excellent service, but food quality seems to have deteriorated. Tried veggie katsu curry and the sauce tasted like raw curry powder.
The food was really good the food was bussin and the atmosphere and interior was great. i had one thing from thw menu and the impression really was good. I will definetely be coming back here.
Wagamama is a popular chain of restaurants specializing in Asian-inspired cuisine, particularly Japanese dishes. While there is no specific Wagamama location in Uxbridge, there are several other branches across the United Kingdom. If youre looking for a Wagamama restaurant near Uxbridge, you may consider visiting the branch in nearby Uxbridge Intu Shopping Centre, which is located in the town center of Uxbridge. Its a convenient option for residents and visitors alike, offering a menu that includes a variety of noodle and rice dishes, soups, curries, and other Japanese-inspired delights. Please note that its always a good idea to check for the most up-to-date information on the Wagamama website or by contacting the specific location you intend to visit. We have ordered Spice miso mackerel, ramen chicken gyoza and gyoza sauce, edamame chilli garlic and obi cats. It was all delicious and freshly made. We loved it. Highly recommended. Parking: Yes, at the site Toilet: Yes, at the site
Thank you Bhawi for the Amazing service. You elevated our dining experience with your professional customer service, knowledge and recommendations.
Manager was not helpful as I dont eat chicken he was not a Professional
Delicious as always! Wagamama food makes me happy!
Wagamama is Wagamama. Always fresh cooked good healthy food. Service is quick and efficient. Reasonably priced. Had the ChanHan and think it needs a bit more chicken. Duck Gyoza and Ebi Katsu both excellent.
From the beginning the host was really nice. They gave me this warm welcome and sat me to my table really quickly. The food order went really well. They brought the food out really quickly while the food was still hot. All the staff that worked today were really friendly. I would love to visit this restaurant again. This is well better then the any of the Wagamamas I have ever went to.
Been a while since we ate at Wagamama! The food was delicious - loved it. Has the firecracker chicken and chilli ramen!! Quite spicy but we loved it!! Thx for a delightful meal W Team!
I would not recommend this place if you want to experience good Japanese food. Check out a local family run restaurant instead :)
Probably more than 4 starts, but not quite 5. Been here many times, with various people and alone and the food is always good, tasty and fairly fast. My cons are that on occasions it has been difficult with staff either communication issues or felt ignored. Also, the way the tables are set up in Wagamama s generally means you could be sat next to not ideal people. The one and only time I ve ordered delivery took A LOT longer than originally stated. Wouldn t recommend delivery. Vegetarian options: Good vegetarian options.
Delicious and great service Kid-friendliness: Took my 4 year old, great food options for her. Food : 5/5 |
Absolutely terrible service, ordered through Deliveroo on the app it wouldn t allow me to ask the restaurant to remove the chicken from their Pad Thai dish as it s not halal, I called the restaurant directly and I spoke to the manager and he says we are not allowed to remove anything from Deliveroo orders as it s instructed from their head office. This is the most ridiculous reason I have ever heard because all I asked for was for the chicken to be removed. Thank you for being so considerate. This is the last time I am eating at this restaurant!
Nice place to eat, food was good, service good, cannot complain on this experience
this always a good place to go to. even when theyre busy and forget about you...so you wait for your food for half an hour still wont come. Then you tell them that youre there theyll bring your food for free.
We always enjoy visiting this particular Wagamama; first, for years as a couple and now with our daughter. She enjoys the kids menu and the staff are very attentive and flexible with our daughter s preferences. The manager herself is absolutely lovely. She s so welcoming and very kind; always stops to say hello and to interact with our daughter. The staff too are wonderful. They regularly check to see how our food is, if we need any further drinks, etc We haven t had a bad experience and would always return without question. The food is always hot and tasty, and the wait time is never too long.
Young girl serving us was very polite and attentive.. Checked to see whether our order was correct.
This branch is not the best in terms of layout and style but the staff and food were excellent the other day. Friendly servers and the manager noticed one of our dishes was late and made an extra effort to sort it. Super friendly and efficient and the food was excellent.
Chicken Katsu is hit or miss - 80 per cent of the time I d say it is miss sadly. I have come here often thinking I have an authentic Wagamama s near me, forgetting repeatedlyhow poor chicken Katsu curry here is - it feels like the food is just dished out at speed without any real care for the quality of food and how chicken Katsu is supposed to taste with a crisp panko breadcrumbs not burnt rubbery chicken. This restaurant charges London prices without sadly understanding how to deliver food to the standards of London Wagamama outlets. Not sure where chefs are outsourced from now but not to the standards of the original chefs. Unfortunately this is Hillingdon - the average person is satisfied with poor quality food and as a result the quality of food here as well as general fashion etc drops considerably.
Good food, waiters are very nice and smiley
Had a good experience at Wagamama. Food was good . Would recommend the Firecraker (under curry section) if your into Spicy food.
staff were super friendly, especially the waiter who was serving us. he said he was new but his customer service was amazing! our food was great as well and came out quickly.
Always great food here. Staff are really friendly.
Delicious
My family went to Wagamama Uxbridge yesterday and I could say that I was very impressed by the taste of the food which was very tasty and perfect as well as the server Kay she was bare kind with us and so patient. We also tipped her £10 for her service.
Last Thursday we went there and we have ordered vegetarian foods. It was delicious.
Prompt service Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly Food : 3/5 |
It was a good service but we did not get a meal at the same time. I was waiting 5 min for my meal to arrive.
Food was good, but the service was lacking - it took ages for someone to notice us - and the restaurant wasnt that busy. Was about to walk out and go elsewhere when we were finally served.
I would like to start off saying that the lady who served me was very good and nice. However, I have been ordering a certain dish from wagamamas for years now and ask for it with no chicken but just prawns, as the chicken is not Halal. This has never been an issue until today. I was told that management has changed and do not allow it anymore and that I have to choose a different dish. Absolutely ridiculous. Whoever the management is, needs to rethink. I have never had a restaurant refuse adaptations.
Food as usual was great, however I would like to give Andrea a shout out for excellent customer service. This is the second time and was always been happy and friendly .
food is ok but portions are tiny, dont waste your money
Excellent quality, satisfying portions, kind services, overall one of the best in Uxbridge.
The service for take out only took 10 minutes, it was very fast. The food was amazing and it didnt spill out if the container or bag. It was impressive, highly recommended. I had the grilled chicken ramen.
Consistently satisfying food. Firecracker chicken is my go to dish here when I need a spicy kick. Service was excellent. Our server was really accommodating and moved our table twice as we tried to dodge the many flies in this branch!
Delicious food !!! Enjoyed eating!!!
Smashing
This Wagamama Restaurant is nicely tucked in at the high street of Uxbridge Town Centre.
Went there last Friday the service was so terrible, the food was not up to scratch. Waiter got our order wrong and I was waiting for kimchi for 2 hours! No level of hospitality present that day. Even the rice tasted off.
Friendly staff and good service. Really impressed.
Its OK but nothing to write home about
It got much better than last time I was here
Asian fusion blend food. Great green tea which is free. Service was really good. Food : 3/5
Service was pleasant, food abysmal. Do not order Karbosura, unless you like seeing what vomit and diarrhoea combined look like. Inedible left it to stew on the table, like a demented art piece. Maybe we got meals from an AI chef in training that hasn t had the correct prompts.
Lovely food and drinks. Nice healthy meal. Good atmosphere. Staff friendly and helpful. Vegetarian options: Good choices available
