Food arrived late and very cold. Customer service was dire and no apology or refund offered. Guy just wanted to blame the Uber delivery. Shame as food looked tasty but you don't expect to reheat burger and chips. Won't be reordering or recommending

Quite definitely the worst burgers I've ever had. All bun and burger the size of a £2 coin. Got told yes, the 6oz is small!! £25 for bun and chips. No surprise, I won't be returning. 👎👎

My husband and I love ordering from here. We probably order 1-2x a month! The food is always delicious, fresh and well presented. One of the best places to order from in the area! My husband always calls after making an order on UberEats to edit his burger, Himanshu always picks up the phone and has excellent customer service. We’ve never been disappointed with the food or service. The milkshakes from here are amazing we only ever order them from here now. Thank you so much :) happy customers always!

Really great food. I did have some waffle chips missing which was frustrating but the guy on the phone was incredibly apologetic and offered some complimentary items. I managed to get a refund but all in all a great experience

Overall value for money is awful. Wings were tiny but tasty ish. Burger was dry and tasteless. The Dry Aged Turkey Bacon was nice. The Lotus biscoff milkshake was a solid 7/10. The seasoned chips were meh. Honestly don't know how establishments get away with charging premium prices for bang average food.

Used to get a steak sandwich from here which I enjoyed. The last order I had I pulled a staple out my mouth that went in the Sandwich. I suppose human error does occur but wasn’t pleased and sadly won’t be getting steak sandwiches any more

Order from this place on Deliveroo. Order came quickly which was good, but nothing was labeled so had to find out what was what. Chips were warmish, but were hard and disappointing, like old and warmed up. The burger was ok, but nothing special, took most the salad out of it. The kids chicken bites was literally a piece of chicken sliced into 3. It was ok, took a chance on a new place, but I don't think I'd order from them again.

Food came back spilt and burnt, mouldy salad, cold chips took an hour to come worst customer service do not go here!!!!
