Its okay, a regular McDonald's. Nothing special. The people working there are pretty nice tho, they forgot to give me my fries and when I told them they gave me them with no problem. Also my sister lost her toy and they gave her a new one. The food is meh and the atmosphere itself isn't the best

I think most McDonald’s management needs to properly train their stuff - poor customer service !! I don’t get this experience while in the US nor in Ontario.
Service speed is average, if you want to order something past 9pm you may want to reconsider as it takes a long time before even being able to order. Staff is friendly but are in small numbers. Very busy McDonald's around dinner hours and past 9pm.
Very nice McDonald's. The staff is very available and active. Their fries serving is one of the best I've had in Quebec City: a large fries is indeed a large one. Also, for some reason, their burgers just taste better than the other McDonald's. How???
Absolutely terrible. We tried to order in our limited English and a woman actually started yelling at us over the drive through microphone. We immediately drove to the first window where a very nice young woman helped to place our order (she spoke perfect English). She got the manager at my request and translated to her what had happened and when the manager responded back to her in French we realized it was most likely the manager who had been yelling at us (we recognized her voice). She told us (with the young woman translating) that she would have a serious talk with the staff. Yeah right. I always give good reviews and when I receive poor service simply do not leave a review at all, but this was truly a terrible experience for me, my 2 daughters and my sister. The only reason I am giving this restaurant 2 stars is because the woman at the first was very apologetic to us for the way we were treated.
I rarely put up a critical post. Usually if I have received bad service, I don't post anything at all. But this was very bad service. My sister, my 2 daughter and I drove through the McDonald's and asked if anyone spoke English. I speak enough French to get by, but could not place the entire order. The woman taking the order asked for another person to come take the order and this as I tried to place the order in French, the second woman started yelling at me. My daughters and sister were shocked. We immediately drove to the first window to pay and a young woman who spoke perfect necessarily

Took a poorly made wrap, dry and cold, uncooked white fries, very disappointed where we forget things and have to go back to get it where the things are poorly made, very disappointed. Very disappointed because there are 4 menus, not given and poorly made.
Worst service at McDonalds ever, the coffee machine doesnt work, the girls send us to wait in front of the terrace to receive our order, take note that its a storm outside and we move forward to the parking lot so as not to block the passage, the young girl who comes to bring us the order tells us its yours, the order is waiting nearby, park there, I answer her kindly I didnt want to block access to your customers, she answers me jmen caliss well done service to your customers!!! Parking: Building a real parking lot for waiting at the fly-out service would surely help you
There has been a marked improvement in order accuracy since reopening after the renovations. We have had orders with errors several times, but this no longer happens at all. The employees are kind and smiling. A little hamburger is always good

Update: it has definitely improved in the last few years. Im going from 1 to 4 stars. Its slow, its not clean, and theyre often wrong. Can head office go and evaluate this restaurant? You absolutely have to want McDonalds to go to this one. Or youre broken down, and youre going to pass out, you absolutely have to eat. Endless wait at the drive-thru (make sure you have enough gas before venturing out), while inside, its full of straws and fries on the floor. Regularly, there is no more paper in the self-service machines. There is very little space to wait for an order, and there are often more than 20 people waiting. Its very uncomfortable. The soft drinks counter is all buttered, otherwise the floor is sticky. Ive never had a good experience at this McDonalds.
They forgot another item in my take-out order. $12 worth of kibble missing on a $50 bill. Manage yourself

Little advice. Pay close attention to the drive-thru. They made me pay at the first window then at the second window saying that the payment had not worked. Once home I realize that the first amount taken does not correspond to my order so in the space of 2 minutes I paid for two orders. By immediately calling McDonalds, as luck would have it, they dont see the first payment. I had to directly dispute the payment. Be vigilant

The McDo in Val-Bélair is more expensive than other McDos. Example, a large coffee at the McDo in Val-Bélair costs more than $3. In other McDonalds $2.63. I will not return to the McDo in Val-Bélair.

Car service take care to validate your order, some seem to pose a problem lol!! Among other things, the mcpoulet recommending spicy for some, for others mccrispy albanero. However on the box when served WELL indicated mccrispy chicken (your choice) Albanero or spicy We received on 3 occasions the crispy one 1/2 bad with simple jersey and when you have the taste above all of... hum that it The 4th is boring x we left the counter only after having validated the content lol!!! Otherwise everything was fine
On January 1, 2024, this McDonalds is open at 6:00 a.m. but the schedule may vary! Ok not clear but hey! I arrive at 6:40am and see who has employees inside and seems open. Yea all happy! Well no the lady said, coldly We release at 9am! I was a little confused. I mention quietly, ok thats the reason why its written that the schedule doesnt vary?!? She nods, I ok The door closes very suddenly and loudly! In short, the service in ALL our public places has fallen in standards, class its pitiful that we pay so much for such a carefree service, without happiness and complement disconnecting customers and their demand and satisfaction! Parking: Super large, well thought out! Well done

Ça fait 2x que je vais à ce McDonalds, et ça fait 2x que je me fait demander daller attendre après le drive et quon moublie pour des commandes assez simple. Ex: 2x Mcdouble et une frite. Donc 20-30min dans le parking à attendre pour quau final je sois obliger de rentrer pour aller chercher ma commande. Au moins, ils me remboursent:)
Mcdelivery from this restaurant repeatedly failed. Missing item complaints department does not speak French. I no longer order McDonalds.

Good service every time and the staff are very friendly
The employees really had time to chat together before responding to us. However, I saw around fifteen employees on the floor working, and at the checkout 3 were chatting together. While waiting, another employee came to see us, while our Sundays waited for someone to bring them to us. In the back it worked like bees, and in front the 3 no services, people were earlier to place their orders at the terminal, because we seemed to disturb them.
$25 for 4 McFlurry, they were wrong. I got snack sizes instead of regular sizes and they werent even half full. Im not even sure I could have filled 2 glasses with the 4 I had. They werent even that into the juice. Very disappointed. never been able to have McDonalds. Kid-friendliness: tiny portions

One of the best McDonalds in the area, the restaurant is modern and clean. Their menu is complete, they have all the dishes offered by McDonalds and as I write these lines, it offers 24-hour service.

McDonald s has lost many over the years. In addition to having lost some, the prices have become too high. Where are the good old family McDonalds that we had in the 80s and 90s? My real one would have been 3 stars, however you have lost your stars since you only offer cardboard straws

6 years after my first comment, service still slow, fries limp and cold, Big Mac that should be eaten with a fork because it is so decomposed, no straw, no napkins! Dont give up, you will end up getting the medal for the worst McDonalds in the world! 6 years ago! Its sad to have to give one star. We would have to invent a stronger word than very slow to describe the service! Check your orders. Something is missing half the time, and if you realize it once you get home, the only way to get a refund is to call the head office to get a coupon. But that doesnt cost nearly a supper!

Nice employees but I got 9 croquettes out of 10 and my daughter missed the cheese burger. 08/25/2023 4:40 p.m. Its not a big deal but I would obviously have liked to have the whole thing.. Im too far away to get back to the restaurant and there was someone behind me at the drive-thru. I didnt take the time to check everything, even the number of croquettes and the cheese. I only noticed it when I got home.
Update August 29, 2023: Significant improvement over the past few months. Smiling and dynamic staff. I am therefore adding 3 stars to my previous review. Keep that vibe going. THANKS Old review: Coudon, do you make mistakes at the drive-thru on purpose? Again today around 4:50 p.m. I placed an order with the app for pickup at the drive-thru. I ask for a DOUBLE quarter pounder and I am served a SINGLE quarter pounder in a DOUBLE quarter pounder box. serious?? You think I wouldnt notice it?? Really very pleasant opening our bags when we got home!!
Its become expensive
Soft croquettes, salad in the wrap when I asked without. They removed the sauce in my wraps instead. So I end up eating soft kibble and a dry lettuce wrap without sauce.

I asked for an eclair wrap and change the sauce for bigmac sauce. What I do in all McDonalds except this one which is not possible. Charges me $2 more to have a separate cup!!! Terrible
Good service but it would be handy if maybe we could teach you how to make coffee. Disappointing to pay $3 for a drink that tastes like stock juice. Wed say its not important that it tastes anything... on the way to work its very, very disappointing... no time to go back and fool around to get a well-made one again. At least the girl at the drive-thru was friendlier than most (Friday Sept 22 around 8:30am)
Almost every visit, there is an error or something is missing. I never mention it but this time it s unavoidable. I get my takeout order at the counter inside from a petite blonde with glasses who was anything but friendly. After asking for mayonnaise, I confirmed that my sandwich was indeed without onions because as I said previously, errors are recurrent in this branch. She answered me as if I was kid and with a big sigh as she turned towards the kitchen well yes yay no onions . I could almost feel his eyes rolling up to the ceiling... Well my mausus sandwiches were garnished with onions. So perhaps the lady in question should change her attitude and make sure everyone is doing their job instead of judging a trivial question as impertinent. And for those who would like to tell me to go and do my job, I worked in restaurants for 17 years so I speak with knowledge of the facts.
