We waited a long time for the cashier who had gone to the toilet according to the cook. There were only 2 employees this Sunday February 11th. Good evening Monday February 19 around 5:45 p.m. When we arrived, the person behind the counter never spoke to us; he was dealing with a take-out order problem, I think. After several minutes we were about to leave he finally came back without apologizing. He took our order with great difficulty (he made me repeat it often) and I almost seemed to disturb him. When we finally received our dishes. a regular ravioli with a fountain liqueur and a caramel verrine, a #21 reg and a chocolate verrine, a large #21 with a fountain liqueur and a caramel verrine. my daughters order which included a fountain liqueur and a chocolate verrine as well as a regular Mac and cheese, which seemed to be a childs portion, when I told him about it and he told me no it was a regular portion. Faced with my dissatisfaction, he took the dish back and added more. All the pasta dishes were cold and in both #21 the chicken was crunchy, not cooked enough in my opinion. The verrines, the top part was not as usual (in ganache) it was a large circle of hard chocolate. In short, very disappointed with my experience this evening, I dont think I will return to Top there anytime soon. By the way, my husband and my son had dinner the same evening at the top of the pyramid and the same observation. I dont know whats going on???

We ordered on July 6 at 8:14 p.m. We are used to the order always arriving with a minimum wait of 45 minutes but now it is 9:25 p.m. and still no food. Of course the business is now closed and there is no way to contact anyone. I just wasted $45 and I still have nothing to eat or anyone to contact to find out whats going on........... when an order comes in its the least I can do or notify the customer that you are unable to provide the service purchased. Even better, close online ordering if you are unable to provide service.

When nothing is forgotten in our order, the dishes are very good. But it stops there. For some time now, there have been several omissions in our orders and we are paying outright for items that are not delivered to us. Like for example additions to a personalized macaroni. We order one kind of soup and they send us another, hoping we wont say anything. So I called to inform the restaurant and tell them that it has become a problem, the omissions in the orders. I was told that the manager would call me that evening or the next day, which never happened. Its unfortunate because once again, the dishes are good, but the service is non-existent.

We ordered online on August 12. We waited over an hour for our meal. Worried, we called the branch to find out where our order had gone we were told by the young lady that they were no longer making deliveries and to cancel the order ourselves. They never tried to contact us. We would no longer have to wait hours after our order without even knowing that we would ever receive it. The employee never apologized and was rather cold on the phone. I have never had a bad experience at this branch but I must admit that I found it very ordinary.

The glass was good, not too sweet but the coffee was lukewarm, as if we had simply put ice in boiling coffee, the ice was completely melted and the coffee was neither hot nor cold... Basically, I didnt like either the service, nor the food.

Good discovery, nice choices, slightly expensive but good quantities. On the other hand, garlic bread? The butter applied to it or the bread itself was still frozen which removes a star in my opinion. The bread could have been toasted it would have been very nice. Nonetheless, a good discovery.

July 27, 2022, order on DoorDash at 5:45 p.m., the app says delivery is made but still nothing received at 7:00 p.m. Called Toplà to be told that the order was never placed. So the waitress takes our order and the delivery arrives at 8:45 p.m. Worst order delivered ever.

Very very disappointed with the service! I placed my order at 7:30 p.m. via doordash. This tells me that it will be delivered at around 8:15 p.m. NB that I am literally 4-5 minutes from the restaurant by car. 8:30 p.m., still not received my order. I call the restaurant and I am told that my order has not yet left but that the delivery person will arrive at the restaurant within 5 minutes and that I am the last delivery of the evening. 8:57 p.m. (note the time because it closes at 9 p.m.!) still not my order. Im starting to wonder since the restaurant is closing in a few minutes. I call and OH! No answer! I called back, no answer. I try again (I tell myself that they will realize that they have to respond!) no response! So I called the top of the ormière to see if they can help me. They try to call, no answer! So I decide to introduce myself! It s now 9:05 a.m. and I still don t have my order. When I arrive at the place I see employees walking around inside while I knock on the window to collect my order! But no one answers me! It was finally at 9:10 a.m. that my partner called me to tell me that the order was arriving and the explanation he got: yes, I was all alone and the restaurant didnt want to cancel the deliveries. is sad! On the other hand, he himself told me to contact the restaurant tomorrow to request a full refund so rest assured that I will do it! The pasta is good, well cooked, the taste is great. The quantity of sauce put in the dishes upon delivery is minimal, however. After several orders, still the same problem. There was so little sauce that it couldnt cover the amount of pasta in the dish and I ended up with dry pasta. Other than that, it was very good but not 5 stars.

You have just lost a customer who really loved your cooking. I called for a delivery and the lady who answered said in a very rude tone wait a minute. Im not in the habit of complaining at all but this is overkill... We dont order here often because the last time we had our order prepared, a few months ago, when we went to looking throughout the restaurant it smelled of cannabis and our order was full of errors, we realized it when we got home. So we called and returned to exchange for the correct order. Then when we got home, we realized that there were still mistakes, such as not the right soup! So we went back and my partner was not happy, finally he made sure that he corrected the mistakes properly this time. In short, it could happen, I told myself. But today we ordered and then returned home with the wrong soup.
