Ordering 2x in 1 week each time several things were missing and the sandwiches were also missing things such as cheese. Even after calling and speaking to the person who works on site, no solution was offered or an apology... The manager had to call us back and never called back...

I dont think they take the time to read what is requested on the order, I specify my extras clearly and clearly that they have not added anything extra, barely any salad, practically no tomatoes and cucumber and what about the sauce literally nothing .. seriously never order through their app or online because it clearly doesnt look at what is asked for.

Really disappointed with Subways quality and prices now. We no longer recognize it with your new menu, which is so complicated that your employees dont know... And I had (for the last time) a simple 6-inch turkey without a trio... $9. I leave you a photo of the quality of your vegetables served... A hard green tomato that I had to remove because it was so bad and the vegetables so thin that you can see through it, brown lettuce... Its is laughing at the world!!! I wont go back there again, thats for sure.

Fermeture avant l heure. Lorsque je suis arrivée sur les lieux l employé a barré la porte et a dit qu il fermait. Celui-ci m a demander si j avais une commande de préparer et puisque j en avais pas il m as mentionnée qu il fermait à 22h et lorsque je lui ai dit qu il n était pas 22h et que le restaurent n était pas encore fermé.. il s est simplement excuser et a fermer boutique.

Ordered a 12 crispy chicken sandwich for which I paid around $15. The chicken was not well cooked, the breading was wet, I do not recommend this sandwich which is too expensive for the quality of the product

Tipping is almost obligatory, prices are so expensive, seriously I avoid this kind of place since the arrival of obligatory tipping! It turns out that a good quality 12 inch with a trio costs almost $20! Its made as expensive as places or having you served at the table!!

The establishment is very clean, the employees are nice, however this is the third time we have ordered online and our sandwiches have come back without olives. We tried to call but no one answers. The restaurant never seems have biscuits, but they give us chips instead which is reasonable!

Slow service and Subway hygiene and uniform rules are not respected. The dining room when available was rarely clean and the trash cans were often full. The only reason to go there is for the product and not the experience.

Its quite rare that I give 5 stars but this Subway is very active even in the evening with a small staff, employees who are proactive and quite available.

Please double check your delivery orders before sending them, there have been errors in our orders several times. 1 time I would understand, but 4-5 times it starts to become a real joke.

Very unpredictable service, sometimes a slice of meat is missing, almost no vegetables, you always have to ask for more, sometimes you forget to grill it, no napkin, dont ask if you want the yolk or the white of the egg...etc... Im a very regular subway customer, this one is really the worst... I think the problem is the staff... I hope the owner will follow up. Hoping it improves because I live not far away..

The sub was good but the service was slow that day, for only one customer present at the time. However, it is certainly not all employees who are slow. The food was good.

I went to get two Subways to take away in the evening. The bread was really hard! I highly doubt it will be fresh that day.

Truly today was amazing. At noon, with a line up all the way to the door. There were 2 new people making the sandwiches and the 3rd was in the back making her bread. Making bread in the lunch rush? Really? The employees floors were littered with rubbish of all kinds, dangerous for them and unclean. He drops his knife on the ground, picks it up again and continues to use it.
