We are avid participants in the Mother’s Day bingo event. Sad to say this year was one of our least enjoyable experiences in the 5 years we’ve been attending. Pros - the cost was very reasonable - staff were extremely friendly and helpful - ambience and overall volume was perfect - the hall was clean and well lit - ample parking We did get free cupcakes, although our group had split opinions on them Cons - food took nearly 2 hours to come out - we waited 20 minutes for a bag of popcorn - most of the wins were from the machines (versus paper) - they changed to 5 large prizes (Michael Kors purses) whereas in the past they had more frequent smaller prize draws, which meant more people winning While we did enjoy ourselves, these several negatives definitely put a damper on our experience. Undecided at this time if we will participate in future Mother’s Day events.

Need more sellers on the floor and they need to pay attention. More tv's to see balls called. More food menu options, other Delta bingo's have more food options, more value sessions and late night bingos

The amenities are perfectly fine and canteen options are great and reasonably priced - around $2.50 for a drink or large bag of chips, and a bit over $10 for a meal. The bingo play itself is also great, with clear call-outs and plenty of screens to keep track of the action. Beware of "geckos" though - players that play eBingo, either solely or alongside traditional paper. From my experience here, these users skew the odds heavily towards the automated cards, despite the head count. This isn't a notch against the facility itself though, which is still a great place to play Bingo...just a heads-up for those who plan to go. If you're looking to go, go for it and have fun!

Bad experience on August 28,2017, I had my hand up for over 20 minutes , because I wanted to buy a special card, did not get the chance, the caller closed the sale of the card. There was only 1 seller on the floor for a while and selling cards and pocket slots..... The caller was slow, distracted with doing other things, the session started after 1:15 instead of 1 o'clock. Will now keep going to the Sudbury location instead.
