Pizza is amazing but meatball sandwich was not very good hardly any meatballs and. Minimal cheese won't order meatball sub again

The cauliflower crust is really good. Been sick and haven't been able to eat. Never thought a pizza could make me feel better lol Delivery is fast and everyone is friendly. Better pizza than Vinnys, haven't had any others in the valley.
This is not a review about quality of product but quality of delivery service. I order a pizza every weekend and always want the best- GREAT LAKES. I almost never get it though. Because I call between an hour before they close and closing time, they either don’t answer, give you grief, or want you to pay cash to make it worth their while. Incredibly puzzling. Still the best pies in the valley though. Head shaker.
It’s not bad, all things considered. It was a bit soggy somehow? Also the cheese coverage near the crust left something to be desired. I liked the ingredients though. Still better than toppers.
Every other week I pick up a walk-in special. Large pepperoni. Yesterday I noticed the price went up again and I also noticed that the crust for pizza changed and so did the amount of cheese on it. The pics on this review site must be from years ago cause there’s no way they put that much toppings on anymore. Very disappointed. Why prices are going up I’ll never know. Four things on this pizza. The crust, sauce, pepperoni and the cheese. These items have not gone up in price. If they have from where your getting it then change supplier. The grocery store have not raised any prices on these items. If they did go up, you up your prices so why are you so cheap with the amount on a pizza if we’re already paying more? Time to find a better pizza place or start making my own pizza!!!
We ordered an extra large and a large pizza. The toppings were great but the dough was half raw. Called to let them know and the owner was not there. Later, the cook called to let me know that the owner was only offering to replace the pizza that night. We were full and live out of town. We asked if our in-laws could just get another pizza at another time. That was not a possibility we have to take the pizza that night. They did not replaceable both pizzas they only gave us one large pizza as replacement. We had no choice it was that or get nothing. We found this ridiculous and my in laws will not use this company again. The cook who took my call and the delivery guy were really nice and understanding. However, the owner does not seem to care.
Very good pizza made perfectly…. Such a master piece I had to take a pic. Crunchy on top just how I like it. I take supreme with extra cheese. Your cook is amazing. Fast delivery too 😊
I guess the people in the Radar Base are NOT worthy enough to have pizza delivered to them from this company. Toppers, and Pizza Pizzaz are so close in proximity to Great Lakes but yet the other 2 companies CAN and are always willing no matter how many drivers they have to deliver pizza to the Base. KOODOS TO PIZZA PIZZAZ AND TOPPERS FOR DELIVERING YOUR PRODUCTS TO US. Thanks for nothing Great Lakes

Ordered my mom a pizza at 10pm and they didnt really want to take the order but did anyway. They said it was delicious. They went above n beyond cause it was raining TN and they delivered it as well. So thankful.

Great Lakes Pizza had very quick service and excellent quality when I picked up my Large Deluxe today! Super clean walk in area with plastic divider at the cash and friendly staff!
Pizza flavor is spot on! Best part is that they are not cheap on the toppings like so many are! The prices are very good, cheaper than most in the area. Keep it up, your my pizza shop now.
My boyfriend and I order there for the first time last night and now we both got major food posioning. Both of us are throwing up and feeling terrible... I wont ever order here again
Right there Thursday afternoon around 3:00 in the place was closed up tight pretty hard to choose your pizzas when you are not open every other one was

Good pizza and very consistent. Im giving a 3 because of the phone thing. They dont answer and you dont know if they are closed or whats up. Like is there an emergency where I need to drive there to see if everyone is ok? Just let us know you guys are ok in there and if we need to worry or not. New phone technology can manage their customers and make them more money by not losing orders and keeping people happy. Profit is measured on return business. If ownership needs me to put this in place for them to make more money and better serve their clients please let me know. Im a problem solver and I get stuff done. When reflecting on how good the experience is one needs to take everything into consideration. You guys can do better.
Serve great thin crust pizza
Great pizza if you can get someone to answer the phone. Could use a bit more sauce though. The 2 stars are for staff shortages. Hire more staff Great Lakes.

On average good pizza however i ordered a bbq chicken pizza and it was somewhat undercooked dident think anything of it and 3 hours late the few of us that ate it were all sick and the pizza did taste a little unusual but its pizza what do you expect will not be a return customer

Dont bother calling this place, they never answer... Ive tried calling 5 times in the past week and they have not answered the phone once! I would love to have a BBQ chicken pizza from Great Lakes because they make the best but I guess Its Pizza Pizzaz from now on.
