The finest in the area for every possible reason you can imagine. Mostly though good humans.

Best pizza in town and for a good price. No spot to eat indoors if that matters to you but there s no pizza place I d rather go to than pazzaz.

Terrible service, pizza was undercooked. Never getting again. Felt ill the rest of the day.

Original: Not too sure what happened the last time we ordered, but the person taking the order over the phone was fairly unfriendly, and the pizza we got was nowhere as good as usual. (In fact, I, and my partner couldnt even eat the pizza) :(. The delivery guy was amazing and super friendly! But everything else seemed to miss its mark...

Hit and miss I guess who is cooking

Always great pizza but whoever was working tonight? Painful experience called ahead because my wife was gonna stop by and grab pizza, dude was rude as hell. Thought maybe I misread the conversation but when my wife grabbed the pizza he was rude to her to. Normally I get pizza here but probably never again

I usually very careful when ordering outside of the franchise pizza places. I took a chance on this place cause I ve heard so many great things. I am extremely disappointed with this place for a couple of reasons. 1. When I called & asked to place an order for pickup, the gentlemen was simply rude with replies that almost made me hang up the phone, but I still wanted to give this place a chance. 2. The pizza was straight up dough, undercooked & disgusting. It may have been good if it was cooked properly but it was not. Same for the garlic bread & now I m worried I also ate undercooked chicken wings. 3. Immediately when I noticed the problems with my 55$+ order, I called to try and get things corrected. I called 6 times & no one answered the phone even though I m calling at 10pm on a Friday & they re open till midnight. I decided after the sixth time I d just leave a voicemail to request to speak with someone to correct the issue. However, the voicemail box is full! Needless to say I am hungry, upset & extremely disappointed with this place & will no longer order from here. Very highly recommend ordering elsewhere where they cook your food properly

When I called to place an order for pickup the guy wasn t over friendly, but I had brushed it off. When I went to go pickup my order I waited for 5 mins before being asked what do you want? in a fairly rude tone. Obviously this caught me off guard and I was confused and he repeated it again in an even ruder tone than before. I said that I was here to pick up a pizza and he handed me it and then proceeded to walk away without saying anything My pizza was also barely warm despite him saying it would take 25 mins to make, it was definitely sitting there for a bit. Don t know if I ll be returning

Got 2 pizza both dry barley any sauce got extra cheese dint receive extra sauce

Lately the pizza isnt cooked enough . Ive asked them to put it in for longer. Sometimes they do sometimes they dont. Its starting to get annoying. If they cant fix the problem Ill go to great lakes pizza instead . Doesnt taste as good but at least its cooked properly.

Reminds me of pizza day at school! It was so yummy! Service was good and timely. Will definitely be going back.

The only place to get a AMAZING Alfredo base pizza

I normally always come here for my pizza. I called at 11:19 to order a pizza for delivery. The teen boy who answered the phone told us that he could not deliver this late because we lived too far we live 5 minutes away from the pizza shop. He simply made up that excuse due to pure laziness. It is absolutely unacceptable to refuse a customer service 40 minutes before closing time. This is solely the fault of the lazy employee, rather than the restaurant as a whole.

10/10 would recommend this place to anyone they have amazing customer service and the pizza is delicious.

Usually good but last night was disgusting sauce was literally non existent and crust was under cooked.

This has to be the worst franchise ever. Do they sell pizza? if you have 2 slices left. MAKE SOME MORE! chelmsford same way. Never any slices. Just do yourself a favor and get your pizzas elsewhere. False advertising on the slices all day what a joke of a franchise.....

Last 3 times ordering and orders all wrong. The last order I even asked for them to repeat the order to ensure the proper order and it was still delivered wrong.

Usually love going to Pizza Pizzazz . Super friendly with me and great pizza. Tonight I called at 10 and asked if I can place an order. The person over the phone said I guess I replied politely oh sorry are you closing soon with a rude Kinda yes . Never had this problem before always had polite service. Didnt bother ordering told them nevermind. Didnt seem like they really wanted to work anyways and felt like Id just get more attitude and poor food quality since they were in a rush to get closing. I understand if i was ordering right as they were closing but this was an hour before the store closed. To all the ones who are super nice at pizza pizzazz amazing pizza and great costumer service thank you. Just sad that unfortunately wasnt so great tonight

Before you even eat the food, you get to speak to a person in the location you called. If they dont have your number on file, you still get the pizza & a mature delivery person always shows up. Add that nobody makes a better pizza and their prices are better then most. I dont order anywhere else.

Pizza Pizzaz in Val Caron is consistently a good choice for Pie in the Valley. But the best thing is the price, very affordable for a family.

Been ordering from here for years and the only tip I can give is order when females are making the pizzas for some reason the guys cant make a good pizza theres always something not good about it never get a fair amount of toppings when guys make it. The lady with the glasses always makes the best if the boss reads these definitely give her a raise. Ive been ordering for over 15 years now and for all 15 years its been the same women make the best pizza in the valley

Very rarely will you actually get sauce on your pizza. This is the third time in a row that my family has ordered a pizza, and got a hollow pizza with zero sauce to accompany it. You end up eating cooked cheese with Pepperonis that are burnt to a crisp. Not to mention the lack of cutting is annoying to deal with every now and then. All though we have gotten some good pizzas on a sunny day, which is the only reason why im giving it two stars instead of one.

This is my favorite pizza place hands down, Im orginally from the valley and grew up on this pizza; I now live in the city but I take the drive out there just for this place. The staff is always friendly with me and you can never beat the price.

Fantastic Pizza

Best pizza Ive had in awhile...very delicious... Plenty of cheese and toppings ( we ordered a large Canadian) and perfect amount of sauce. Im not from the area...but I will definitely be going back !!! Its worth the drive !!!!

Being from down south I have always been underwhelmed by the majority of local pizza places I have tried struggling to find a good spot, though I have found a couple. Chain store pizza is usually overpriced and not appetizing at all, and most of the the others were just mediocre. Decided to give Pizza Pazzaz a try for the first time and was extremely impressed! The pizza was cooked perfectly, dough consistency was great, was not greasy at all (especially for being double cheese/peppeoni), the sauce was on point, and each slice just made me crave another! Great customer service, friendly staff. Definitely recommend this spot and will be a returning customer!

We are always very satisfied with whatever our purchases are here. Their pizza is always great and deliveries are always on time This is definitely our 1st choice for pizza in the valley.

Let me begin by saying that this review is for the valley location only; Ive never been to the other location. I have always loved Pizza Pazzazz and I am a longtime customer. My friends parents used to own the valley location, and Ive been a supporter of this business ever since. So it pains me to leave a negative review. However ... my order is, more often than not, wrong. Every time I order my pizza with peppers, they put onions instead of peppers. Every time! This has happened 5 times now and I cant express how frustrating it is. Also, as another person has mentioned, the slices arent cut all the way through, so your pizza more often than not ends up a broken mess trying to take apart the slices. Ive learned now that I need to just cut it myself, but really, the customers shouldnt have to. As well, we often order pizzas with some toppings only on half. Its clear that they just throw the toppings on without paying much attention, because usually theyre on more like 3/4 of the pizza than only half. If you have fussy eaters in your family (a.k.a. kids), its pretty frustrating to have to pick off all the toppings that shouldnt be on that side of the pizza in the first place. I will say that the pizza is very tasty and the prices are good. Unfortunately, weve had more negative ordering experiences than positive ones lately.

Ordered a pizza, was told it would be 20 minutes. Arrived and waited for 40 minutes continuously asking where my pizza was. Then they finally realized they didnt make it. So it would be another 20 minutes. Had to leave without even getting my food after an hour. Two people slipped on ice at the front door and hit their heads while I was there cause they werent salting the entrance. One man was over 70 and I had to ask them for a chair and lift him into it. He was still there when I left cause he twisted his knee. Hope hes alright. Bad service.

Grew up with this place being our monthly pizza treat. Lunch times at Confed were spent there.. My party time 20s found hearty substance with this place... Now Im older and wiser, but I still drove my motorcycle 700km to enjoy some of the delicious pizza pie! I highly recommend Pizza Pizzaz at either location both Val Caron or Chelmsford. Actually please keep them in business so I can return!

Literally every time I order from you your dough is more raw the. I ordered extra pep and got barely any pep on the pizza. The valley location isnt what it used to be and youre about to lose a customer youve had for over 10 years

Being new to the neighbourhood weve been trying the different pizza places in Val Caron, and found this place to be the best. Our son usually cant finish one slice, but he finished two full pieces from this place. We went next door to get some dessert and put it in the car, and the clerk seen us and brought the pizza out to us to the car. What service!! Reasonable and good tasting .. This will be our go to Pizza place from now on.

Was the best pizza place in Sudbury. Sadly most of the younger staff can be extremely rude at times, prices have went up recently, a few times my pizza was a tad undercooked when I ordered during busy hours. Best place to get single slices.

Crust was tough and burnt! Asked for thin crust: If that was thin then I wouldnt want to see regular. Wont be back.

We ordered from this place around 7:30pm on Oct 10 , and actually double checked our location with them to make sure they delivered. They let us know that delivery would be an hour and a half or an hour and 45 minutes. That was fine with us. An hour and a half later they called us to tell us that they could not deliver to us, and that they had a closer store we should call. What?! An hour and a half later?! We had already double checked our location with them, and it was only a 16 minute drive! Not only that, but staff was EXTREMELY rude on the phone. This was clearly their error, and we were not far anyway. We waited over an hour and a half for our food before being told they wouldnt deliver. Any hopes for having supper were ruined Avoid the hassle of this place. I would give zero stars to this place if I could. Absolutely gross customer service.

Exceptional Service and wonderful food! We were able to feed a whole store of employees for $100. The employee at Pizza Pazzaz taking my order (order the phone) was so nice and helpful! The business that received the pizza was very appreciate of the gesture and went on and on about how everyone enjoyed their food! Pizza Pazzaz was able to accommodate our delivery request and took payment over the phone (as I am not local) and made this so easy!!!! It is much appreciated and I look forward to having Pizza Pazzaz in the future.

Use to be a decent pizza joint, now its just a lazy bunch a kids working. Order from here if you want all your toppings tossed in one spot on the pizza. Last 3-4 times weve order here our 5 yr old could have done the toppings better. On to the next Pizza joint...

I live 5 min drive away, but i work all day and would like to get things done after work instead of going there and back and willing to pay the extra charges.....And the last time i actually got my order it took 2 hours!!!
