They don't authorize kids anymore even if no one drinks. This is no longer a restaurant in my opinion
Decent pub food. Good service.
I visit every week and have never been disappointed. The portions are massive and prices are adequate. Servers always have a smile on their face and will remember your drink choice before you even get there. Don't expect to be blown away by the more expensive entrées like steak or shrimp for it is a pub and they specialize in public food, obviously. Also one of the top 10 poutines I've ever had.

One Saturday lunchtime on March 11, 2023, I ordered a Smoke Meat. A friend and I wanted to be quiet. He only had a few people at the bar and no one at the perfect restaurant to chat. The bread was damp, the Smoke Meat warm, the pickle below the potatoes and a lot of potatoes too brown and warm. Average service. Very disappointed. And a lot of noise at the bar, very loud....

More or less great service, the waitress went to smoke, didnt wash her hands, coughed on her hand and served our plates and our drinks. The onion soup I ordered was cold. And the steak was overcooked and burned on the sides. The fried potatoes tasted like everything except the potatoes, a mixture of pogo fish cake and onion ring (the oil was due to be changed) A bill of $165 for 2 people.
Good choice of beers, very good food in large portions, the staff is very friendly and the atmosphere (especially during karaoke!) is great.

4 stars for the ribs, good cooking, not too fatty, accompanied by a little too many potatoes, but it was good. 2 stars for the 10oz steak, over-cookt, not enough vegetables on the side. 3 stars for service, service is slow. Several errors in the order.
On September 3, 22 I went to the brasserie the pub with my girlfriend we ordered a starter, a surf and turf with wine The meal except the shrimp was overcooked (rubber) inedible so I showed it to the waiter who confirmed and came back with 2 other shrimp THIS TIME THEY ARE NOT COOKED. Second intervention by the waiter (very compassionate) at this moment the owner arrives speaking loudly to tell my girlfriend not to come anymore so I intervene during the conversation to explain that I am the one eating the shrimp and that I I asked to serve cooked shrimp, they spoke very loudly to my girlfriend and continued to insult him in front of the customers, at that moment I said again that he had to serve cooked shrimp and he still continued his speech of insults then on the spot we got up and left and we expressed that this is not a way to treat customers ESPECIALLY THAT HE WAS TOTALLY WRONG HE CONTINUED HIS DEGRADING SPEECH NOTHING TO DO WE WENT OUT AND MY BLONDE WAS CRYING and DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE IT WAS A PLACE WE DONT LIKE TO GO WITH THE WHOLE GANG OF FRIENDS AND BELIEVE ITS FINISHED (SO GANG IF YOU GO TO A RESTAURANT AND YOU EXPERIENCE ARROGANCE OR JUDGMENT FROM THE OWNER PLEASE DENOUNCE .

We brought visitors for dinner. The chicken skewer was dry; my seafood shell only had 4 or 5 small, not fresh shrimp and there was only sauce in half the shell. The rest were pretty dry potatoes. The next day I was sick.
