Tim's sucks now
A few months ago, I arrive here and get out of the car to get a dozen donuts for someone. I enter and was told I cannot order. They said I had to use the drive-thru. I asked how was I supposed to make a choice of donuts and was told they would do it for me and when I said I wanted to choose myself, they just seemed annoyed and said no and that I had to go through drive-thru. I left without making a purchase and have never returned to Tim Hortons.
Always closed, drivethru is 45mins wait for a single coffee
long line ups at the drive through. Cant order inside. cant sit inside. and the last 2 orders was wrong and I would have had to go through another 20 minutes in the drive through for them to fix their error. Go to the one on 4th road, no drive-thru, but very fast and have never made a mistake on any of my orders. It was a great place to go before Covid. We used to sit up to 20 of us in our club each friday night during the winters and have diner, multiple coffees each...
Stood at the cash here with my baby and my mom to be told I had to order by phone or drive thru. The drive thru line is very long so I opted to use the tims app for my first time. An older adult was standing waiting and no one was telling him anything so I got up to warn him how to order. Very disappointing that some potential clients had to leave as they don't have a car and aren't tech savvy. I find discrimination is going on here :( one of the entrances are closed too and people aren't sure where to go so they go around to the next door and maybe they lose clients this way too. Once they got in the 3 people left as they were told how they have to order.
The staff at this location are super efficient, friendly, and so very much appreciated. Thanks for making the early mornings in Val d'Or that much brighter.
Ordered bread with creton and I got the "build it yourself" edition. When I go to a drive through it's for the commodity of having food ready to eat, if I have to wait until I get to work to prep my food what's the point?
Service with a smile! The drive thru is kind of narrow, so if you have a dually like me, you might want to reconsider.

Always perfect as we like it. Drive-thru service, some dont seem to understand how the two-way drive-thru system works. Very disappointed that the twists are removed from the menu.
No indoor service on weekends, only the drive-thru service is operational. There should at least be a sign easily visible to prevent people from showing up at the door for nothing. Very disappointing.

I discovered Tim Hortons during my trip and fell in love with it. The drinks are excellent, milky, cappuccino, iced cappuccino a treat. The donuts and the morning breakfast are really very good, sweet and savory. Also of course place or take away I love it Kid-friendliness: Children love it
The service at the car is terrible, it takes 15 to 20 minutes to wait Never seen the worst service

Refus de servir un camionneur à lintérieur quand le restaurant est ouvert .... elle me dit de passer àu service au volant avec une remorque de 30 pied attacher après un camion de 20pied ! Je lui mentionne que je suis camionneur et quelle a pas le droit de me refuser car son service a lauto ne peut pas accepter mon véhicule lourd ! Très aberrant pour els camionneur

For several months my coffee has never been served full (drive-thru), there is always a good 3 to 4 cm from the edge, its frustrating because its the only Tim Horton that I have frequented in Quebec and Ontario that is not full the container.
Do not open the dining room on weekends, not even for truckers

today, at the drive-thru, we ordered 4 holiday smile cookies, but we received 4 chocolate chip cookies with a smile on them. very very above, the employee should have said that there was no more instead of giving us another kind

Really the worst location for a restaurant offering drive-thru service, the parking lot is always full up to the street by cars who want to order at the drive-thru service so its almost impossible to park in the parking lot, you have to go to the street for that. In addition, with the labor shortage, you have to be prepared to wait to receive your meal, they are doing their best but there is a shortage of employees. The workers wrap breakfast potatoes are rock hard. You have to be lucky when you go to Tim because every 2-3 weeks the machine breaks or ingredients are missing. The lack of ingredients isnt really a big deal the same for the machines that break but when I go to tim I expect to eat whatever I want. Im not tempted to change my mind about ordering at the car.

Super good service! But the location is really tough! 2 sees to order from the car but a terminal to order...you have to depend on the kindness of people, which is rare in Val-dOr, to pass...
Strong team! I go there almost every day since I work right next door! The little good women are always smiling and recognize their best customers (like me) continue your excellent work! Kathy is the best!
