Coffee shop convenient
I am going everymorning. The staff is welcoming, always knows my boyfriend and I's order. Never a mistake in our order and when theres issues with the homeless, they are handling it very professionnally.
The only thing missing is a drive-thru. Very fast. The other locations drive-thru is so slow that you could drive to this one, park, get your order and drive back to the other one in the same amount of time.
Not good, I didn't understand a simple coffee order.
It was freezing in the Tim Hortons. The food was fine. I would had enjoyed my meal more if I wasn't so cold whiles I was eating .
Great Products as every other Tim Hortons but expect to not find parking, or be willing to pay .25C or more, also during pick times it might take you up to 10 min. line up
Went there 4 a quick bite and when I got my lunch the soup was not hot but warm did not like it but the half roll was ok. So I just left!!
Come here for the tea. Good service, nice staff, and I always feel welcomed here. But one gripe though, is the complete lack of paper for drying my hands, and not to forget the lack of air conditioning! I let out a big stinker, then when I try to dry my hands, I have to use a blow dryer! Completely unsanitary. And the smell that wafts when I come out after a huge stinler! Embarrassing. One less star for that!
Many homeless people at the door who scare people and ask for cigarettes, money or drugs, difficulty taking their order without being arrested

My friend and I went to lunch as often the cashier did not calculate us she spoke with her colleagues so we did not receive what we wanted 3 coffees we received 2 dream biscuits also good its not serious but disappointed a little

The last time I went the cashier was wiping her nose with a tissue while taking my order. Not too hygienic luckily she didnt use it for me and the other girl was much cleaner with her hands.

The volume of customers is far too large for the space available in the establishment It s always crowded and the parking lot is too small. The employees seemed a little disorganized. The coffee is fresh and the donuts are very good.
Very long service in the evening. Four employees cleaning at the same time, no one to serve customers. I dont think Ill go back there.
Generally, the staff is keen to serve us with kindness. Parking: Being in the city center, specific parking spaces for disabled people are limited in number.

Said to open at 5 a.m. and is never open before 5:15 a.m. or 20 in addition we saw the employees smoking and drinking their coffee outside while they waited Bravo!

I dont know if the 2 Tims from VAL-DOR have the same owners. But clearly not the same personal. This one, the one in the city center, has a warm staff, who listens to the customer and above all does everything possible to serve customers quickly!
