The manager was abusive towards his employees. He kept yelling. Aller aller aller les filles lâche pas! Loudly! You could see in the employees faces they where not treated nicely
Dry stale fries, restaurant was a mess. No ketchup, garbage all over the counter. Long wait. Bad experience overall.
Placed mobile order took 20 minutes to receive food they forgot fries had to go correct that once we began eating noticed none of the food was fresh the poutine was very soggy and barely warm clearly been premade and sat for a while nuggets were chewy and clearly sitting a while as well the only decent part tbh was the drinks but that's pretty hard to mess up.... what has happened here...
I sent there on May 14 2024 around 6pm wisted over 20 minutes for my food... There were students there and their friends were working and handing out free food to them making my wait time extra long.... the staff didn't say anything and to top it off the father of one employee gave the kid over 5 free drinks and box of dontut/cookies... I noticed some of the staff while I waiting come back from their break go right back to work with even washing their hands.... My burger patty on my burger was cold.... The restaurant was filth,the floors were slippery as heck... I will be calling corporate about this issue considering I nearly slipped.... 0 management during this all...
I cant eat red meat. I go there with someone else and they had no chicken left. WOW and dont go during rush hour, you cant follow the signage in the parking because everyone is blocking you and wont leave you get out. And now, they made it worst by giving the drive through a whole entrance by swapping the signage as an In only,
Great place to go when your on the road and get to meet new people. Nice to go when you as a parent can bring your kids and enjoy a Hearty Meal and Great cup of Coffee. And the Atmosphere is relaxing.

Always errors in deliveries, its inevitable when you call to find a solution they say that you have to come and pick it up in stores that they cant do anything else but if I ordered and pay double for the food is precisely because I dont want to leave the house Training employees to know what blt or the word poutine means in Quebec would also be a good idea

I go to eat there about once a year when I have a bad case of rage . Today I ordered a quarter pounder BLT trio without cheese ..well done!!!! I received a quarter pounder without tomatoes and with cheese! I go back to get the right item, the employee doesnt understand me and gives the quarter pound to another employee.... He doesnt even apologize for the mistake after 3 or 4 minutes and gives me my order back without a word.... I received a quarter pounder B(bacon)L(lettuce)T(tomato) without tomatoes without bacon and without sauce BRAVO!!!!
Transactions billed twice under the pretext that they were not completed even when showing my bank card statement. The employee told me that the transaction would be refunded within the next 24 hours...48 hours. later no refund.

I dont know if the problem we experienced was of a technical nature since the order placed at the drive-thru and which was displayed on the screen was correct but, once at the window to pay, nothing was there. Rather than explaining and politely asking us to take over the order, an endless exchange in which we were blamed for the problems that occurred took place. We were calm and understanding throughout but eventually all the staff were losing their temper, arguing with each other and taking turns involving us. It was a more than unpleasant service experience. Ill blame the errors in our order but Ill let you figure it out...
We have all already experienced the experience of a weak link in teamwork during rush periods. Ill let you imagine what it would be like with only weak links. This is exactly what I experienced at this restaurant. The escalation of incompetence was masterful.

Ive ordered several times and items are missing when they arrive at home and when you call, no one answers.
Following multiple oversights during our previous orders, we got into the habit of checking the order before leaving. However, this evening, a member of staff called us firmly, insinuating that we had tried to steal sandwiches (he claimed a check so that we would leave with a light heart, but in my opinion the check should be done before handing over the check). order to the customer! Because in fact we had returned to the counter once again to ask for the missing sandwiches. After his check, he offered neither apology nor regret, emphasizing that it was a simple check. And the icing on the cake when we got home we found that another sandwich was missing! The service is very deplorable! This is the first time I encounter this awkward situation!

Often order errors 6 times for the same hamburger to make me say but sir there are no more onions pi jduis like well you put them in the first one you made and which you threw in the trash entk sa took 45 minutes to end up with a $14 hamburger with just ketchup 2 meats and 2 pickles having known I would have made it myself at home entk the more I go there the more I am disappointed with the ordering errors extremely often for my part and yet I specify very well what I order but it seems that its not their problem

I was in the car and I placed my order. When I went to the window to pick it up, I asked for two sachets of mayonnaise. The guy made an attitude and a contemptuous look as if he was insulted. However, I ask for mayonnaise everywhere in McDonalds in Quebec without any problem.

We cannot give 0 stars. Very bad service, not because its slow, but because its impossible to get out of there with an exact order. Its even worse when you have it delivered because they never answer the phone. Its extremely rare that I give such a negative rating, but its difficult to give a better rating than this one. Lack of manpower can justify slower service. But such a high error rate is quite ordinary. There is always at least one incorrect item in the order when not several. How can we forget the meatball in a burger or the fries with a trio? Last time they also forgot the bill. The managers do not seem to be doing anything to correct the situation which has lasted for several months. Do not leave the place without checking the order.
1 star as a minimum is largely insufficient. It deserves -2 stars. Having worked in fast food myself for over 10 years, I consider this service pathetic. Unacceptable is not enough to qualify what we experience for what we pay at this branch. Avoid doing business with them at all costs.
