The lack of employees makes the service at the counter slow. I went back and went to the drive-thru around 4:30 p.m. We dont hear a dinner rush. Service still long, no apple juice, my only option since I dont drink liquor, a bottle of water.... No hello, no amount of my order at the intercom. In short, here in Val DOr, I wont go anymore. Too disappointed with the service. And what about the size of the pieces is ridiculous.

Why at KFC in FLORIDA we are served real lean golden grilled chicken (smaller pieces), while in Val-dOr we are served what appears to be OLD CHICKEN THAT PISSES THE FAT AND HAS THE BREADING THE COLOR OF AN OIL THAT IS SEVERAL WEEKS DATE. Parking: Very cramped for the drive-thru

Very fast service from the woman at the counter, all the employees very very professional and kind. Chicken box at the right temperature. Still clean inside. I would go back. Sign dining room closed but thats ok for me. Chicken fingers are very salty.

It was good a few years ago, but for a while the chicken has been so small and fatty (ask where the fat comes from on such small poultry). In addition, we face a barred door before closing time and its closed on weekends... It seems to me that thats when you want to spoil the family and have meal leave.

Seeing the state of the entrance, the windows and the bathroom I didnt even dare to eat there.

The kitchen of this restaurant is not clean I no longer eat Kentucky because of that and the window of the drive-thru cant see whats going on when they prepare our meals its fishy in any case its over for this restaurant I will send someone to check

The restaurant was supposed to open at 11:30 a.m. and we were waiting at the drive-thru order. As it was 11:35, we called to find out the opening time and they told us 11:30 but they werent taking orders because the chicken wouldnt be ready for about ten minutes. You open at 11:30 and the chicken is not ready, its not strong.

Worst service, not only does it take 100 years to go through the drive-thru but in addition, no more sauce, and once the order is in hand and gone to the front to leave the car behind, I notice that they forgot the big chicken stir-fry pop corn, were trying to get in because the drive-thru order line is huge, the door is blocked, I try to call, they answer me in English, the guy doesnt know how to speak French and puts me on hold even before I answer that I understand English, 5min passes no one answers me I hang up. Were going back for the drive-thru order as a last resort, closed! No bill so we dont know if we paid for nothing and whats more our liqueurs are hot without ice and almost flat.

Very slow service, dirty, 80s decor, only 2L Diet Pepsi left, non-functional lighting above some tables, broken chicken stove (indicated by sheet of paper on the stove, 2 words, 1 spelling mistake) . VERY neglectful owner. No investment for a long time!!! Back 4 years later: waited 5 minutes without service at the checkout, several were waiting for their online orders or wanted to order. The dining room was closed but customers had to wait there, too numerous. I would like to give 0 stars but thats impossible.

We had a hard time finding the meat and in the 14 pcs barrel we found just 2 small thighs and the rest just wings....The sauce is diluted with water Wow its disgusting We blocked this place, its a laughing stock... what a shame to serve such quality lower an inspector is required, closed this place!

One of the cleanest PFKs in Mtl in Val dor. Well done. Gatineau and Mtl, should take you as a model. Fresh food.

The wait these days is incredible. They are severely understaffed. I came by around 8 p.m. and the poor employee was alone in the kitchen and serving the counter and the drive-thru. I dont recommend it if youre in a hurry.

Edit (May 25, 2019): Made another visit today following the new comments, very nice renovation on site. Employees in clean suits washing tables and floors. The cleanliness of the premises was perfect during my visit. Good reception and the kitchen was tidy. Nothing to say about what I was served, good chicken and well prepared. Im changing my rating from 1 to 4, well done to the owner, its worth a visit. ----------------- Original (2017): Problem seems generalized on all KFC/PFK chains in Canada/USA.. unsanitary/neglect of places.. In Europe and elsewhere in the world KFC/PFK restaurants are worthy of praise for cleanliness, luxurious and often try summer menus but not here. For the specific case of Val-dOr, its as if the building is abandoned, the floor is disgusting - the counter and table are missing pieces and worn out, lighting and painting are behind schedule.. . it cuts the appetite as soon as you enter the place because it is neglected; the last place you would want to bring your kids or a friend. For the drive-thru... the counter is really at arms length.. Ive loved PFK since my childhood but it no longer has anything to do with what it was back then.

I loved PFK until the day I met this one... I ordered 3 pieces with fries and sauce....the worst thing was that I didnt really have 3 pieces I had a small wing and a side cut in half to give the illusion that Jen was 3..but Im not stupid! ... at the Fritou this piece I put it COMPLETELY with my meal..and for $15 it was a downright steal...and the cash lady didnt seem very happy to serve me...and the chickens were very Fat, I had a heartache, it s really not like it used to be.

Not enough for me and the pieces are very small and its too expensive for what we have.

Its better than it was. I rarely eat KFC these days but every time I do: 1. Very polite and courteous employees 2. Very fast service when ordering from the car, it takes 5 minutes 3. My meal is hot and very good. Chicken and fries are very crispy and tasty
