I ordered a FAMILY poutine with the cheese on the side. I received this portion of cheese. I call to mention that the portion of cheese is clearly too small for a family poutine. They lend me the cook who cuts me off to tell me that it was she who made the lunch and that it is a normal portion and that if I want more cheese I just have to break up the grains into several small grains... I didnt have time to answer when she hung up the line.

Très gros problème de salubrité!!! Pas de masque, pas de gants de plastique, pas de filet pour cheveux, il écrase le fromage a poutine avec leur mains dans le plat, il sessui la sueur de front et le nez avec leur mains avant de toucher à la nourriture... Le cuisinier a échappé ces lunettes dans la sauce a poutine... Peu recommandable...

My take-out bag of fries was delicious!

I ordered a ham sandwich, with brown bread... They didnt have ham or brown bread. The lady offered me a chicken sandwich. Very good and generous. Fresh chicken. I also ordered a club and my husband was very pleased. Fast service.

The food was good, but the service extremely slow. There was only one waitress to take care of everything. Also, the young people who were sitting near us and who had arrived much longer than us were never served even though they only wanted a hot dog with poutine. They finally left without eating after an hour and a half of waiting.

The food is excellent, but the service is average. Ignoring customers is never a good idea.

I tried their All-Dressed poutine this summer and it was finger-licking good. Impossible to stop, I took two naps while drinking. I must have had the sauce on the edge of my cheek when I fell asleep before the bite that was to follow. If it wasnt for my jogging elastic thats crying, Id eat one every week. But so much the better for the short breaks because I definitely enjoy it even more when it s time for another one. And the service! The smile, the enthusiasm received by the waitress that day was contagious! I came out (ordering takeout) with the same face as a child in a McDonalds ad. I still have to try more of their menu but its definitely a stop worth the detour for a good pout, thats for sure!

I ordered a pizza to take out And this is the first experience at this restaurant The pizza was very good but it was too hot when placed in the delivery box and the pizza sweated a lot and the bottom of the box was damp and almost merged with the crust...

Small pizza too expensive for the few ingredients in it. On the other hand, I saw a club sandwich...it looks generous and tasty. Good service.

When they charge us $4.5 more for a change of poutine, they charge us 18.50 for a sandwich and have 1/4 of the dish filled, well its damn expensive.

Nice place, but the service should be worked. For a Saturday snowstorm, 4 tables only, be it, 2, 3, or 4 people, Ben will take an hour before having our lunch. Plus the table who ordered after us had their lunch before! Very disappointing on this side.
