Food served cold, almost wondering if it was cooked at all. 75% of the time the order I get is wrong. By far the worst A&W I've ever went to. Spending 25$ for disgusting food. I will travel one hour to another A&W instead of eating at that one
We got a teen burger chicken strips and fries. totally not worth the 25$ spent teen burger wasn't even assembled only one slice of bacon on the whole thing and the chicken strips were more like chicken chips fries were okay but definitely weren't fresh...

Decided to give this restaurant another chance. Decided wrong, after sitting in the drive thru forever, we received our food, it was cold and disgusting. If I wanted a child size fry, I would have ordered that, probably should have, I would have gotten more than what I received. The only reason why you got one star is because I couldn't give you zero ,
Drive thru went well, but unfortunately the Sprite that was included with the order was awful. We had to throw out.
Order made incorrectly. Politely asked to fix burger, instead they picked off the toppings and handed it back. Most staff not wearing face masks properly (around their chin). Would rather make jokes and mess around instead of taking their job seriously.
I'm happy that there's a McDo close from it because most people will go there and I'll get a short line when I go eat the best burger in fast food chains.
This place recently opened and was very busy it's a fast food place but it's ok for a quick bite everything is hot when u get it it also has a convenience store with gas pumps etc.
I ordered sweet potatoes with a Habaneros burger. The potatoes were cold the chicken was not cooked. It was really unpleasant

Restaurant not clean at all it was dirty, tables, station where we empty our leftover food into the trash, station where washing our hands was really not clean and especially the food was cold!
good vegan burger beyond the meat
I never do google reviews, but I had to do one this time. Bad fast food experience. The coke was not fizzy, our drinks were hot and had no ice, our veggie burgers did not have all the condiments, no utensils to eat our poutine, the bread was dry and several menu items did not have any condiments. were not available. In short, I do not recommend.

Theres always something missing and yesterday we put a handful of salt in my uncles burger! I would love to see it done on camera! Monitor your employees! It was 2 p.m. on 01/21/2023. Thursday March 2, 2023 I asked for a mustard and honey sauce and received a barbecue the lunch was cold and our drink was not what we had ordered no straw and no bill either in addition to a wait almost 25 minutes

I ordered a lunch around 2 p.m. but the clerk told me it was finished even though it was offered all day on the wall. I took 2 buddy burger extra onions but received them without onions the service is very disappointing and the clerk did not display his name
Service from the young girl at the counter very fast and kind. Very little wait. What I notice more and more is that the employees are not very discreet behind the counter and in the kitchen...they chill and talk out loud about their evening the day before or their fds with more or less language. professional...the client is not interested in hearing their stories...thats my vision but I like to be served professionally. Cleanliness of the place leaves something to be desired.

Fast and courteous service. I love the little Cheese Buddies. But they didnt have any cheese (they forgot) and they placed the burgers vertically in the bag rather than flat. So all the filling ends up at the bottom. The fries were lukewarm/cold and the turnover dough was undercooked, although very hot.

Expensive; $20.00 for a burger and a puck the burger was cold and the puck burnt. Not to mention that customer service is non-existent. I wanted to call back to report the issues with the management team, but they dont answer the phone. If you want to check your bill, good luck! They undoubtedly believe they are above the law because they do not hand it over. I dont think Ill go back there.

Cold lunch, really inaccurate order and no answer on the phone.
I went there Friday December 2. And in my order there were several errors, one less fries, not the right drinks, no straw, wrong sauce with the croquettes, and the hamburgers were not as good as usual VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
It takes 15 years to receive your order missing a sandwich and forget all the extras even if you paid

I clearly asked for a burger without Mayo, explaining that I couldnt eat Mayo and I received a burger filled with Mayo. When I went to have it changed, explaining that I had said no Mayo, they quickly scraped the Mayo from my burger and gave me the same burger again with lots of traces of Mayo so I could barely eat the bread from the bottom and the dumpling
