Not kid friendly, your gonna be told to keep quiet of you have kids, also I don't recommend for anybody traveling with kids to stay there. the lady was not very welcoming. As she gave me a lecture of what I should be doing to my kids while staying there.kids will be kids always, they grow way too fast.

I booked this location because it was priced right for what I thought was a good deal for a room with some basic amenities. Thinking that "apartment" was a translation thing, I was suprised when I got there to be greeted by a one bedroom apartment. Everything you would expect in a furnished apartment ( pots and pans and dishes included ). I ended up going to the grocery store and saved on a lot of restaurant eating. The place is a bit older but man is it clean and tidy. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was actually bigger and more modern than the one I have at home. The appliances are a bit retro but they work just fine. I wish there were more places like this. There is a BBQ that you can use and a very beautiful garden lounge area you can enjoy too. Would recommend this for anyone on the road for work or couples looking for a practical place to "live" during a Val D'Or visit. There is also onsite laundry facilities too.
I was looking for a room with a reasonable rate and I found it. Everything that I needed and more. Stove, frig, air cond. TV and limited cable, which was fine, wasn't staying long. Colours were dated and the bathroom was very narrow, but clean. Had a full kitchen which would have been a bonus if I would have needed it. They had creamers in the frig for my coffee, that was nice!!

Très petit appartement. Salle de bain minuscule : impossible de se pencher au lavabo pour se brosser les dents le mur est juste derrière, même chose pour la douche. Il y a quand même quelques commodités : frigidaire, poêle, cafetière, micro ondes, TV avec câble. Quand même propre, mais aurait grand besoin d'être rénové au goût du jour. Côté cuisine salon de couleur pomme verte et chambre rose bonbon.... Vieille odeur de cigarette toujours présente. Lit peu confortable : oreillers pas épais, pas beaucoup de couvertes et elles sont dépareillées.|Peu isolé, on entend bien les voitures qui passent dans la rue.

Well located, quiet, super clean place. Very attentive and kind staff Accommodation in the rooms really great! I will return without hesitation.
Bad surprise.... I had made and confirmed by telephone a reservation for 3 nights more than 3 weeks in advance... then, surprise, the owner informed me, just before my arrival, that he had overbooked and, quite simply, canceled my reservation.... not very professional... and a real headache for me....

Really fun having a small apartment, well equipped, very clean, the only problem was the cardboard wall and someone kept slamming their door

Clean very good for a short stay but you can hear a lot of traffic in the apartments in front.
Clean and good We had room 7 which had a single bed a double bed and an armchair which became a bed A bit of a problem reaching reception When we checked in the freezing rain stopped but he had just put sand near the door so it was dangerous Still happy with our sleep there Pretty clean its nice to have the kitchenette even if we didnt use it I wish they would have put more salt and especially sand very slippery even this morning Happy we stayed
