Hello, I would like to say this the worst service we ever received. Early December 2023, We stayed there as a team & I’ve been contacted by many people also stating they have not received their deposits. When we wanted to check out take the keys at the front desk nobody was there on a Sunday morning. Now the Manager Eliana Pierre says nobody was out at 10am when she wasn’t even there. She did not mention what time is the check out which she says she did I asked the team members if they got a warning like a knock or a call like most hotels do. Nope nothing! She lied saying she saw the people in our room when no one was there at 10am to drop off the keys & collect our deposit. Most hotels offer late check fees which we would not have a problem with paying it. Some of the guys are young boys who have no vehicle & waited for their driver. She said they could’ve waited at the front for their driver when the door wasn’t even open. Too small anyways. We asked for towels for showers nope nothing used the same towel all weekend when it’s a hockey tournament. We all go there because it’s all because it’s cheap & affordable. I will never ever suggest people to stay there. Unprofessional service & unprofessional manager.

My employees are always well received at the Park Motel. The owner even found a solution to accommodate them one evening when everything in the city was full. We really appreciated their help. Great customer service!!
Its a great location, the price is excellent compared to other motel/hotels, and for those who want to go to the Val DOr hospital, its 3 minutes...

I was hesitant to rent in this place because we know that these small motels are generally rented for a few hours only with a fairly disturbing coming and going. BUT NO. Its a completely renovated place...super clean and comfortable. The majority of the clientele comes from workers who are not there to party. So super quiet and comfortable. The welcome and service is impeccable. For Quality/Price Its a plus. I recommend this place without hesitation. THANK YOU MOTEL PARK.

We stayed only one night, ideal location. Courteous service, parking opposite the room and located close to restaurants, pharmacy, gas station, etc. Quiet and silent place, working clientele. It cost us $85 taxes included for 2 adults.

I have always had very good service, courteous and friendly. The rooms are clean. The motel is close to many services and restaurants. There are sections where the WiFi didnt work (but its been a couple of years...that may have changed). You need to make a reservation because the Motel fills up quickly! I highly recommend.
