This place is hopping.... food was excellent and the server was prompt and friendly!! BEST spot in town I'd say!!
Real bad experience there because I ordered two medium pizzas for almost $70 from the website. I chose stuffed crust but when I get there, they tell me I have to pay the stuffed crust price twice. I tried to explain to David (restaurant manager ) that online it didn't ask to pay twice. He said he didn't care about what was written on the website and that I have to pay looking at me like he was discusted. Then the lady at the cash register told me to go elsewhere, so I left.
I ordered a vegetarian pizza and was served a pizza that looked like a "vegetarian" one, except that it really was a pepperoni pizza on which they topped some cheese and then some veggies (which were uncooked btw). Sadly, I found out there was meat in it only after taking a bite. The waitress and cook and who i assume might be the owner had a very unapologetic behavior towards all this. The atmosphere was decent but i would not recommend this place since you cannot trust what they would put in your food.
A decent restaurant with lots of choices, but "Pizza" should be removed from the name. It's very misleading and an embarrassment. I used to REALLY enjoy pizza from Pizza Bella whenever I visited the area. The restaurant used to offer an old-time Montreal style pizza with the delicious pepperoni. It was a real treat. But it's been a few years since my last visit and I decided to treat myself recently as I was visiting the area. My wife was happy to order pasta with meat sauce and was very pleased. A friend of ours had a submarine and she was happy with it. I decided on the pizza. What happened??? The "pizza" was an embarrassment and should NEVER have left the kitchen, let alone delivered to a customer. The "crust" was just that... Crusty. Stale with a cardboard texture. The sauce tasted like overcooked ketchup. There were a TON of toppings, but nothing particularly special or tasty with some cheese baked on top. I may return to Pizza Bella again in the future for another choice of meal, but after this, there's no way I can recommend the pizza. Honestly, I've had better pizza at a gas station than this joke of a meal. Fortunately, my wife had too much pasta and shared some with me as we both agreed that the pizza was disgusting.
Really amazing appetizers, and pasta. The best tiramisu I've ever eaten. Finished the meal with a drab of Glenmorangie Scotch, which is my favorite whiskey. Good atmosphere and the owner even appeared during the meal to ask about the quality. If you want a big table, make a reservation well in advanced.

We got in late with the big truck. The staff were friendly, helpful and very understanding of our poor French. Best part.... the pizza was awesome.
On a freaking cold -25c night it is nice to have a great bacon yes bacon pizza warm your hearth. This is not a 5-minute in and out of the oven pizza pizza type pizza you are getting here. You get a real hand tossed, real ingredients traditionally oven cooked pizza. Sit down and enjoy it it’s the real deal.

The waiter with his serious orange Nissan could be more accommodating than that. When I open the door the smell that comes out of this man its not really pleasant to open the door for him. The food is super good and everything but the service offered by this delivery guy is really not to be recommended.

Quick and satisfying service!
Good evening ! It is February 19, 2023. We ordered 1 medium Bella (far from being beautiful I swear) 1 fries. The crust of the pizza is not even 1 inch thick. Cold fries, cold pizza too. We ate 1 slice each, a slice and a few fries are expensive (plus they are frozen fries). The amount of the invoice 40.70. Pizza 26.95 Fries 5.95. It comes to $17.00 for 2 servings because the rest of the pizza is trash as well as the fries. # addition 1226810-1. I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
One of the best pizzas I ve had. Someone was able to take my order in English which was great. We asked for double cheese on our pizza and there was absolutely no need for that! They know how to make a great pizza without asking for the extra cheese!!!!

Very expensive for an average half-cooked bacon pepperoni pizza. $40.80 The crust is good, sauce not worse, pepperoni the cheapest you can get, and the cheese too white. Zero brown. Not cooked enough for my taste. It helps out for a piece but is reminiscent of the pizza bought at the super C cooked in the microwave, not my first choice when you can have the same pizza 10 dollars cheaper and a lot BCP! best at pizza val dor..
For dinner, we ate submarine and veggie pizza, it was very good. Excellent service by Denis, he is sociable, funny and attentive. Thanks to the whole team.

Always a good choice to take Pizza Bella for dinner. There is enough variety that there is something for everyone to enjoy. Even when the restaurant is full, the service is good and fast.

I ordered a fakhitas pizza, I insisted that I dont eat pork and the waitress confirmed that it will be spicy chicken only. Finally the pizza contained pork disguised as Pepporoni and I had to call on the phone when I got home to find out the origin of this ingredient when I had doubts, and the guy I bumped into who was taking orders by phone didnt even know if it was pork or beef until he came back to check with his superior!!! Pizza BELLA is the height of irresponsibility, lack of listening and lousy service. Hard and crispy pizza dough looks like a crunchy biscuit, unprofessional waitresses and not at all attentive or warm, I couldnt even talk to them for 3 successive seconds. orderd a pizza that came pretty pricy and very small . the cook seems to forget how to slice the pizza ... it didnt even taste good. very similar to the frozen pizza you get from supermarket . except you pay $5 instead $20

another attempt to order in this restaurant which before was a real little diamond the food was good the prices were reasonable and I understand that in our economic situation the restaurant is a luxury but it just cost me 85 piace for 8 points of pizza a poutine and a small fries and take our that the 8 slice pizza is an xl. It seems to me that small 4-6 slice med 6-8 slice large 8-10 slice and xl 10-12 slice. I called to say that there must have been an error and the only answer I was given was no one x large these 8 slices if I could leave a 0 star review I would. I just called for an order and got the line hung up on me without even speaking to anyone. I call back to see if it didnt hang up by mistake after 4 tries I always get hung up on without even telling me for a moment please. ****** service
What a joke, $43 for a pepperoni cheese pizza with extra sausage (the equivalent of just one because its cut so thin - +$5) and extra onion (we wont choke on that - +$4.5) ! Plus, the crust is 1/2+ inch and very little pepperoni or cheese to be honest! A little disappointed with the size for this price! $50 for delivery with tip at least it s good!
I call for a Poutine duo pizza....the guy charges me a Caesar pizza at 20.50 (Caesar which doesnt come to the table) he charges me an extra fries and an extra Poutine all which goes back to $30 we see that the waiter to raise the bill just to raise the bill

Hello, just a quick comment, the food is excellent, I wont say anything about it, but in terms of prices, its a real steal, a medium deluxe pizza and a bottle of water, not far from $40, plus tip for the delivery guys and plus they charge us $2.50 for delivery Im really in I imagine a family of 2 adults and 2 children how much a meal can cost, its unbelievable, a real theft! Last time I order from this restaurant!
Absolutely worst service I ve ever encountered. Pizza wasn t half bad but the wrong pizza was delivered after 45 minutes and the best the idiot on the other end of the phone could do was offer to send me another. Since it had been 45 minutes for the first and it was late at night, I asked for a refund instead. When the employee responded that wasn t possible I asked to speak with his manager, at which point this fool PRETENDED to be the manager (like I wouldn t notice the voice on the phone hadn t changed ). Stay away from this place at all cost. There are much better places in this town. Not worth the hassle. I plan to contest the charge with my credit card company and let them deal with it. Not because I need the money back, but just in principle because it was his error (which he admitted to!)

Worst steak I ever had in my life. Half the 10oz steak was fat and the other half was rubber . You cant even switch the fries with salad , you have to pay extra. WTH. $45 spent ended up in the garbage

The pizza was good but the service was worse than atrocious, the delivery guy was stupider than two feet and didnt want me to pay with my card even though I had specifically asked to be able to pay with my card. Even after paying the guy didnt say anything and just let the pizza fall on the ground in front of me. No tip, real garbage.
