Music too loud... delays too long... having 1 beer every 2 hours because the waitress doesnt come. The leavened sides are too sweet vs st hub.. and the bill... we dont talk about it....

The restaurant is poorly maintained . Neglected The toilets overlook the kitchen (weird). The employees on the floor are clearly poorly trained! And what s more, we feel like we re disturbing . Not for nothing that the restaurant is empty at dinner time! The worst is the food... 2 tries on a fish n chips, the first ultra cooked, to the point where it was almost burnt, the second mushy and undercooked . Plus they put the same side dishes back on the new plate so cold fries and hot coleslaw Owners should ask themselves serious questions!

Par la suite nos verres étaient vides depuis 20 minutes .. nous avons dû aller chercher quelqu un pour payer et partir puisque nous n avions pas de service.. très mauvaise expérience.

I loved all the dishes. The perfect Atlantic salmon, the perfect Thai beef salad, the perfect mushrooms, the correct fries (I would have said perfect if they were fresh fried potatoes), the delicious and large portioned carrot cake. The only thing: the water was disgusting. It looked like it was taken from an old container that had been stored for months. The service was good and the atmosphere pleasant.

If you want to spend for nothing this is the place. There is better place in Val-dOr to eat. When the dish arrives semi-warm. A spare rib taken out of a bag full of sauce and reheated in the microwave....really disappointed. Jute to give an idea $200 for 3. A meal each and a drink....

TUESDAY May 30, 2023. Baton rouge VD. You cant go wrong. Dinner on site. The terrace is open to a little gentle breeze and warmth. It smells like vacation woww. We adopted this place since Christian the owner. bought never disappointment fresh food all the time, affordable price for the quality of the products. Excellent service by the beautiful Allison. 5 stars on everything and see you soon.

food not up to what Ive already had and the service was slow

Lets start with the positive: The restaurant had room to accommodate a group of 24 people a few hours before our arrival on a Saturday. Our waitress Océane was professional, smiling and as efficient as possible. On the other hand... a piece of meat requested medium and which is served well cooked, a self-respecting chef doesnt even let it leave the kitchen. It was not only overcooked but dry and charred in places. Béarnaise sauce? Replaced with a low quality pepper sauce without warning us that there was no choice of sauce ordered. All this on a Saturday. Please support and train your kitchen staff because at the moment, your establishment does not deserve my recommendation. And when we cant wait 1 hour more to receive another piece of meat, please offer it.

I looked forward to this evening and unfortunately very disappointed. We ordered the surf and turf platter, and everything was cold. Both the seafood and the meat, everything was cold/lukewarm and the flank steak was not cooked enough. Only the fries ordered separately were hot. The service was still good, although it took a long time to get the bills and our drinks (despite the fact that the restaurant was rather empty). Ive been eating there 3-4 times now and each time Im disappointed because its never hot and the service is slow. The waitresses are always pleasant and helpful but the problem is in the kitchen.. For the price, its disappointing.

Prime Rib excellent with mushrooms garlic mash

We were passing through Val-dOr and had dinner at this restaurant where we usually appreciate the quality of the meals of those in St Sauveur and Gatineau, however we were very disappointed with the quality of the accompaniments served with our main dishes , moreover the prime rib with 10 oz juice was just a pile of fat with barely 3 oz of meat, the Caesar salad was nothing like a Caesar salad and to top it off after having waited more than 15 minutes for our desserts, they arrived frozen it was inculpable with a fork. The young girl who served us offered us great service despite her lack of experience. A very disappointing meal

Disappointing for the seafood linguini. First mistake, it was a tomato sauce rather than rosé that I was served, I changed my dish and there it was the shrimp and scallops which were overcooked and therefore hard. The waitress was very nice and emphatic but clarified that there are a lot of new staff and young people. Be careful, a restaurant must first pay attention to the flavor of the dishes

My tuna salad was really good and filling. The temperature is really too cold the interior. There were 8 people and we were all really cold. Lots of ventilation noise. Too long before they came to take the order.

Garbage to be avoided at all costs. Especially if youre used to portion sizes of montreal. First time we walked in the place was empty and we stood there for 10 minutes walked out. second time the service was atrocious and the food sucked. Really sad.

Delicious food very slow service

Very disappointed 1st visit was good but August 5, 2022 very very ordinary. Overcooked steaks, very slow cooking, poor waitress who cannot excuse the food...my steak had as much fat as meat....see the photo...we had invited friends, very embarrassing. Once again poor waitress who served us nothing good.

More than disappointed with the service, one of the waitresses was aggressive when she cleared our table. No smile from our waitress except after paying. She was curt and didnt seem to enjoy her job. The staff does not have a professional attitude. They practically threw the menu on the table.

Honestly horrible. Im giving it a 2 star simply because our waitress was truly one of the best waitresses Ive met. For the food my sweet. They only charged us our drinks. This means that it was not edible. Me and my partner will never return to this restaurant again.

Nice place, the waitress was very nice but my partner didnt have his beer, he didnt have his parmentier soup, we took a club sandwich, the salad inside was soft, rust-colored, unbelievable for us to pass that on.

Good service. The food is ok, but nothing excellent like others in Baton Rouge (after 2 tries). To give examples: too much sauce on the ribs, undercooked ribs (less tender than usual in other BRs, they dont fall off the bone), and they serve coleslaw with the baked potato - different from the other BR - as if they improvise a little too much in the kitchen.

We waited a long time to get our meal even though there werent many people at the restaurant. The soup was delicious but rather lukewarm. I would have liked it to be warm. My partner told me that his ribs were lukewarm, my burger wasnt hot either. Everything was delicious but disappointed by the temperature of our dishes. Nice place and clean.

Shrimp and scallop overcooked, and strip loin nicely cooked but too tight in the meat.

Unfortunately the quality of the food is no longer what it was in the beginning. I am aware that labor is difficult these days but it is still disappointing to pay a bill of over $200 for two and not to have been delighted with our evening.

Always a pleasant atmosphere for an outing with friends. The staff is friendly, listens to the customer. Always a pleasure to see the owner on site, he brings an energy to these teams which is a pleasure to see Superb grill, tartare is a delight. Seafood can be better remarked For an evening with friends its ideal, a little less so for chatting with a new friend
