Best pizza in town when I was a kid, and still good now

We have tried pizza from everywhere in town but this is the best pizza in Val d'Or in my opinion. We always go here!
Honest opinion, nothing personal. Pizza was great no criticism. Poutine was not a poutine. 1/10 It didn’t have any sauce and the cheese was pizza cheese so no cheese curds as it’s supposed to be after being advertised in their menu as a traditional poutine. Service was terrible, no one greets you and I had to ask to order. The old lady waitress is absolutely repulsive, rude and impolite to say the least. Finally, it took almost an hour for my order as take out as well as everyone sitting in the restaurant to dine and other take outs. What they were doing back there? I have no idea but it was turtle slow… In summary, I wouldn’t go here again personally. If you do, definitely don’t order the poutine. Cheers everyone!!
Even with me being English speaking, placing the order was a breeze. Delivery guy was great... even carried a treat in his pocket for our doggie.. The food was too hot to eat upon delivery, can't beat that! The crust was amazing, and the pizza flavor was great. The wings were crispy and tasted fantastic. Awesome experience with this restaurant.
Clean and cozy, pizza is delicious with homemade sauce and dough. Very worth going and not a greasy heavy feeling after eating. Other non-pizza selections on the menu too so much to choose from!
Still an all time favorite. Had to get the traditional all dressed pizza with extra bacon and mushrooms. Also Caesar salad and rigatoni.
Just ordered take out here once while crashing through town for the night and thought it was good enough to make a review. Ordered the Val’dor special pizza and it was fantastic. Ingredients tasted like good quality, even the crust. Would come back again.
Nous venons d appeler pour commander et la serveuse a été arrogante, impolie, pressante et criait quasiment dans le téléphone. Elle nous a obligé à payer par téléphone en donnant notre numéro de carte de crédit. Vraiment un service merdique. On n est pas supposé de payer pour un service de si faible qualité. C est la dernière fois que nous commandons là.
This place is a joke. Customer service is ridiculous. Arrogant. Not professional at all.

My experience was traumatic, the waitress helped me tip and she took a $50 tip. I spoke to the owner Manuel today and he told me that I had to go down to Val-d Or to get a refund. It s a two-hour drive and $50 worth of gas. He did not want to accommodate me and was violent on the phone. Saying he was robbed. A real nightmare for me!!!! I do not recommend this pizzeria in any way. They are thieves and they are not done with me. Be careful with your bank and credit cards. They are used in your account. $100 for a $41 bill
They are thieves, I was stolen $50 from the waitress and the owner of the restaurant Manuel is a misogynist man and does not reimburse the stolen amount. Be careful with your cards
My order arrives 1 hour late, the meal is cold... and my club sandwich, the bread is dry Really VERY ordinary place

Ordering 2 fully dressed jumbo pizzas, with poutine and fries, it barely had ingredients, and lukewarm. The person on the phone was pretty stupid thank you for taking the order. Order elsewhere!

Jai eu droit à un repas de cafétaria. Petite portion tellement été rechauffée que cétait sec, sans goût, sans légumes, presque pas de choix sur le menu, une minuscule salade verte iceberg avec vinaigrette au goût de vinaigre blanc seulement à un prix exorbitant pour la piètre qualité du contenu. Je ne recommande pas à moins daimer la bouffe cafétaria.
I was there last year and the service was slow but I think the poor guy was alone to serve + take the bills to make people pay. I didnt see a great waiter on the floor... But the pizza had a taste that I had been looking for for a long time. It was delicious! From my tastes I loved it in any case...I will go back even if it takes time to be served just to taste the pizza again. ..and then for dessert there is a creamery right next door... they also have dessert but they had a long way to go and couldnt wait much longer....

Accused me of not having placed an order there. After 1h30. I called back, and no order in my name. Bizzare! I gave my home number.. they saw my address.. I placed my order with my credit card.. at 6:38 a.m.... poof... he accuses me of not having ordered it!! ayoye. My boyfriend was a witness! Super arrogant and rude Dont order it.. its incompetent and arrogant!!
Not only does the best pizza have Val dOr, but for me, the best, period. Pizza thin crust and very good tasting, cheese cooked to perfection. Highly recommended!!

The pizza was deplorable. We found just 1 single pepper trache... you could see the paste... no tomato sauce and just a little meat.... very little... Disgusting

I am a trucker, after having tried a lot of competitors for a pizza delivery in Val dOr, I can say that I have just ordered the best pizza offered in Val dOr and by passing the ONLY place to which I delivered butter The others I ask for some its always forgotten I was told 30-40 minutes for a delivery to Vics parking lot. It took less than 25 minutes. I will recommend this pizzeria more often!!!

ME-NOUM!!!! Good food made by the chef, on this date I tasted the Roman plate (pizza (my choice was all dressed) with Caesar salad) and it was only missing a little sauce (garlic or tomatoes, dip, whatever) for the crust, but I didnt ask for that. It was really good. In terms of quality and price, nothing to say, it was on the spot! What can I say about the service, a nice lady, smiling, clearly attentive to her customers. I LOVED my experience at this local restaurant in Val dOr. For those who like local restaurants without big banners, quality price, who want good food, well, I loved this one! Try it!

Since I was young, I have always loved restaurants. Usually, when you order a half and half pizza, its not too hard to understand. in all other pizzerias, they are able to do it. meat in half VG? errors happen. but they must be corrected. They didnt want to redo the order, I had to go to the restaurant MYSELF to prove to them that the pizza was not made correctly. you are pitiful. I will never order from you again. a big ZERO for customer service.

Fast service and a quiet place
This used to be my favorite restaurant when traveling to Val dor but in my last visit feb 2020 the quality of the food and service are dropped. I still recommend this resto but the management should hold their restaurant reputation. Waitress in lunch time is not so friendy busy and you should talk load to her because she doesnt come to your table. Soup was not hot and I had to return it. Pizza was watery and not crispy like before...
I work there at the moment and the food is good and not too expensive. A1 pizza and excellent browning

A magnificent place, simply decorated, warmly welcomes you for a sporting match. The action takes place both on the screens and in the glass-enclosed kitchen, where you can watch your meal being prepared with attention and speed. The house special is recommended, alone or accompanied.
Super good food. Correct service in the dining room. Was very disappointed with the accessibility for wheelchairs. parking directly at the bottom of the ramp (ramp whose slope is much too steep) with vehicle blocking access to the ramp. and once inside there was no table available on the lower floor so we had to take the wheelchair up the 2 steps with no help from the waiter present. Otherwise, fast delivery, super good food. PizzaGhetti a little unusual but oh so good. the spaghetti is inside the pizza between the leg and the topping I was delighted. The only star less is due to the quality of accessibility and partly for the table service but I highly recommend.

We have been going to Pizzeria Val dor forever because in my opinion it is the best pizza in town... My 9 year old daughter preferred a hamburger with ketchup only and very well specified by the waitress. The service was poor.. she didnt pick up anything from the table (empty glasses or bottles). We had to ask him twice. When my daughters burger arrived, my daughter complained that it had sour and mustard. The waitress takes him back to the kitchen and comes back...with a burger that is almost burnt and looks questionable. Indeed, we think that they only wiped off the relic and mustard and recooked the hamburger (it was burnt black) because my daughter thought that it still tasted the same and in addition found two white hairs... .we therefore warn the waitress but she tells us that it is impossible since everyone wears fillets in the kitchen. We look up towards the kitchens and see a man with white hair and...no net. Besides, no one was wearing nets...Ill spare you the rest of our discussion with the waitress but we left the restaurant very angry and unsure whether we were going to go back...Pizza Bella is perhaps a good option at this point?
