The toilet floors were sticky as if it had been cleaned with liquor in water... Plus, we should have had a $10 discount on my meal. Considering that the waitress put everything on the bill and that my mother had to pay before I looked at the bill, we saw afterwards that the party discount had not been applied. They refused to cancel and redo 2 invoices. If the pizzas on special would have been put on one bill and the other meal at regular price on another bill, we would have gotten our coupon. In addition, we were led to believe that the coupon would be good until a month after my boyfriends birthday, which was not the case (it was deactivated on the 31st of the month). So, for the bad information given and the refusal to correct their error, I give a 2 star rating and I do not want to return to the Cage au Sport de Val dOr.

Dsl a waitress for 30 people thats not enough, a weekday in addition... several were sick with the two kinds of fish and bread pa mini huge for a club sandwich dsl its not edible very disappointed Cesar salad super potato gratinated . only the sour cream arrives very late . It took a long time to receive the drinks managed to order around 7:30 a.m. and received it after 8:30 a.m.

la cage aux sports is a restaurant bar where people get together to watch matches of different sports and have fun, we are a group of employees who often show up in groups of 6 to 18 and we were refused entry. access because supposedly we were too loud last time so if you listen to a match and your team scores a goal be quiet maybe you will have to go watch your next game at the pub

An hour of waiting between each dish is too long, even if it s a match night. Two steaks were ordered, the requested cooking methods were reversed. A raw meal (salmon poke) comes 4 minutes after all other meals. An employee, the employee who served us our starters, told us that it was not his role to pick up a glass when we politely asked him to do so to free up some space on the very crowded table. The waitress saved the day with her professionalism, courtesy, commitment and pro-activity.

Order online for takeout. Delay very good. The salmon tartare was okay, without being incredible. The fries were good. Small bag of popcorn added, always a nice touch. Small point, I had asked for utensils because I was at the hotel and there were none in the bag.

To start with our drinks too diluted, taste the water, ask to do it again, the waiters at the bar sound stupid and laugh saying that they know its correct like that. the main courses arrive at the same time as the starters. our dishes remain on the stove which gives results. New York steak not edible hard like Brigue hot salad. By asking to start the dishes again, the staff completely refused. In short, worst service ever, I dont recommend this place at all. Very good the shortage of personnel. Stop hiring just anyone.

I was never informed that if I did not have the club cage card I would not have access to the specials. For 3 years I have been going there regularly and finally I am always charged the top price and I have just realized it... great scam and bad publicity... Should be said when returning automatically. Not just put the club cage on the site but on the Google review too!

The people are good but be careful with the water! I have giardiasis because of the water they served me! I have had severe diarrhea ever since. I feel super uncomfortable and go to the bathroom every 30 minutes or less.

Superb evening at La Cage, impeccable service, hot and tasty food, good beer and whats more, I was offered a beautiful mille-feuille for free for my birthday!!

Really disappointed with my experience at Cage of Val-dOr. We took two pokébowls as well as two childrens hodgepodges and a half-cooked dessert to take away. Firstly, the poké had no vegetables (only a big mountain of salad), almost no rice, almost no sauce (which actually didnt taste good at all) and the salmon was not fresh. We had no sauce to accompany the hodgepodges or the semi-cooked (there was only the dry cake, nothing on it). In short, $60 in the trash!

Having dinner with my girlfriend, we found out that she is allergic to sesame seeds. Halfway through the meal she starts to have an allergic reaction, we dont take any chances and we ask for the bill to leave as quickly as possible.

I ordered a steak and was served in less than 15 minutes. Excellent cooking. I had Dominic as a server, he was very courteous, fast and smiling. A fresh experience. I highly recommend. Kid-friendliness: There is a childrens menu under 12 years old

Cheap ..... meals served cold ... really insulting that the manager says its normal .... go elsewhere if youre hungry go to the kosta and if you want to drink and eat go to the prospector. Or Thai, very good service and meals served hot

2nd time and the last, order for a delivery, I am missing my drink, I call to inform them and also mention that changing the fries into slices for $8 more for 8 half-cooked slices is disappointing, I am said that there is nothing that can be done, not even received the drink, too bad there are 5 of us working here, we will continue with the usual restaurant!

Very nice experience. The food was excellent. Better than I would have thought for La Cage. I chose fish and chips with Greek salad. Everything was very fresh and homemade. My partners burger was also very good, he told me. Meghan our waitress was super nice and her service was above average. We arrived around 5 p.m. so not very busy, could be different if very busy.

The food is delicious, the atmosphere is exactly that of a sports restaurant (full of TVs and different sports stations). The restaurant is spacious, you dont squeeze between the tables because they are quite spaced apart, so its nice to come and eat there as a group. Courteous and efficient service. Nice place.

I went to dinner today September 2 in the bar section. The girl behind the bar (Geneviève) made me feel very welcome. She spoke with all her customers without forgetting anyone. A girl truly in her element. My steak/fries and mushrooms were super good. Fast and courteous service. I will return and I recommend this place. Thank you Geneviève.

Probably the worst experience. Im going to the cage in Val dOr for the first time since I moved. I place an order to pick up and I am told it will be ready 30 minutes later. When I got there, nothing close, I waited 5 minutes, nothing serious. I return to my car no alcohol that I ordered. First thing ok Ill tell them Ill then look at my lunch, nothing hot with some nice instructions. Go cook it in your oven, great, I really wanted it to be done quickly at home. I go back inside, the lady is wrong in the bottle she gave me. Seriously really disappointed I dont recommend bringing

The service is impeccable, the food is super good, the prices very reasonable with all the promotions on the La Cage app, it becomes very interesting even with a family! We have tested almost all the new ready-to-cook kits and they are excellent, super fast and very user friendly!! My 9 year old daughter is very happy to make us tartare for dinner! It shows you that everyone is capable of cooking them! The boss is very present and his managers are helpful and attentive; they are always in solution mode to make your meal the best! I love the dining room, the bar, the takeout and the new kits, I recommend La Cage de Val-dOr, its my favorite restaurant.

Very disappointed with my poke bole dish. Salmon tartare warm and didnt seem very fresh in taste and color. He lifted my heart. Later in the evening I saw a salmon tartare put on a plate and it looked much fresher in color. The kitchen should never have released the dish I was served.

Youll find the same menu as other Cage locations. Nice atmosphere. Ive always had good service myself but Ive heard many complaints from others about the waiting staff. Kids eat free Sundays!

Good selection of beers and a new menu. The prices are attractive and the diversity of the pub-style menu has something to satisfy everyone. The sriracha wings are just tangy enough.
