Absolutely garbage customer service was left on hold for 10 mins when calling 30 minutes before closing and then hung up on without any response. Then continued to call back multiple times and never got an answer from the last 20-15 minutes they were open. CLOSE EARLIER IF YOU DONT WANT TO TAKE ORDERS. Also could be improved not having staff who actually wanted to work

Everytime I order online as I go to pay they suddenly say sorry we just closed. I would give zero stars but this was not an option. Store hours are till 11pm and my order was placed at 630. Very disappointed yet again. I will never order here again.

Went to the new express takeout pizza hut in the valley. I had a great experience. Excellent customer service. Very fast turn around time. This isnt the same pizza hut as the dine in and it is definitely worth a try again.

So you pay for extra cheese, and you get hardly any cheese. Should gave known when I picked up the pizza and it was feather light for $35. Wont make the same mistake again.

Ordered from here all the time then one day they decided we live to far in hanmer to deliver and wouldn t let us pay more for the service

Terrible customer service, the pizza I received was the wrong order which i didnt realize until I made it home. The pizza that i received wasnt even cut properly, employee put the phone down after asking what my order was and telling him they had given me the wrong pizza. Waited almost 10 minutes so I called back and Was offered a credit, after I said ok the phone was hung up. Probably wont be ordering from here again other than to get my credit.

This Pizza Hut location has stepped up. Great service and great Pizza & boneless wings. Ive ordered here a few times in the last few months or so and have been nothing but impressed from getting the food delivered faster than what was quoted online to the food being excellent. I would highly recommend this Pizza Hut!!!! Their coupons are also Great!!!

Ordered over phone @ 330 for 5:15 pickup. Pizza was 25 min late. Orders were wrong. Cheese was overcooked and missing on a majority of the pizza. Pizza were overly oily. Will not order here again. Probably the worst pizza hut we have ever had...ever.

Deep dish pizza what could go wrong

Has to be the most terrible pizza I have ever bought. Rude on the phone waited an extra hour just to get cold pizza. I will never order again. Wanna give them zero stars but it wont let me

Will never return. Service way to slow and staff dont acknowledge you. Walked in stood at counter at least 5 minutes at least 5 staff members walked but like I was invisible. Finally got help said be 10 minutes which was already 5 minutes late from promised time. Ten minutes goes by I go ask they check come back say sorry it was ready all this time sitting in their hot box. Staff clueless including manager will never return even if free aint worth the aggression.

I normally dont give bad reviews based on one experience. And when it comes to this particular Pizza Hut location, Ive had now multiple bad experiences. There definitely needs to be new management of this location. I love Pizza Hut products, however the customer service at this particular location is horrendous. Im not exaggerating but every single time I go into this location you are pretty much responsible for getting up and going to the counter if you need refills, napkins, Etc. I was told 20 minutes for my order I got it in just under an hour. Completely unacceptable. I have given this location multiple chances to redeem themselves, and every time they have failed. I will not be returning.

I ve been trying to call them to place an order but they won t answer their phone. They ve hung up on me twice now in my attempts to place an order. Not the first time this has happened.

They where very busy and my order was late....the shift manager added discounts and gave me a free medium pizza fornthe next time.

First off we got a Hawaiian pizza with 6 bits of pineapple then the crust was funky the other pizzas were ok topping wise.

Sweet I can still almost die to get home town pizza in a blizzard while going to get one on my way to Blezzard.

Took two hours before a call was made saying they couldnt find our place to deliver....we are literally less then 10 min away and instructions were given on how to get there.

If I could rate it lower then one star I would , this is by far the WORST service I ve ever had . I am FURIOUS.

Had to wait a little extra time for pizza but only because of buy one get one free week and they were under staffed so wasnt workers fault and did the best they could

Went in on a Wednesday to enjoy a pizza. The place was empty other than three women. We were told that they could not serve us for over an hour due to too many orders. Said we would sit and enjoy a glass of wine while we wait to be served. No one came to take our drink order. I have never experienced a restaurant refusing to take our order. Will not return.

Not a good variety of menu items and we werent given our full order. Offered a credit for the next time and I refused. Dont think Ill be returning any time soon.

I keep going back expecting better results, but there always seems to be some sort of problem. Unfortunate since the pizza is quite good.

To many times have I dealt with horrible service while watching workers stand around, and do nothing but flirt with female waitresses. Management couldnt figure out a rebate for a $10 item they never provided. Hint just move the decimal 13% is $1.30.

Order pizza at 1pm for 6pm pickup. Come to pick up and they lost our bill. So wasnt even made. Piss poor service.

Ordered delivery for the very first time Usually order from other places Thought I would give them a try. Did the whole order it ahead of time, as we had somewhere to be. Call after 20 minutes of being late, still would be another 10 minutes. So 30 minutes late! Will not be ordering from there again.

Hi and miss.. dont order any specials because they put on have the toppings and cheese.

Enter at 5pm. Seated and order right away. Wings arrive at 6:15. Kids meal 10 minutes after. Finally at 6:30 our pizzas arrive and are mush. Undercooked and inedible. Manager comes and explains that its Friday and they are busy so we should lower our expectations. (Apparently cooked enough that the dough is no longer raw is too much to ask for). We dont want the pizza but we will pay for the wings, beer and kids meal but thats not acceptable. We have to pay for at least one of the pizzas because there is 2 slices missing (they are on the plate with one bite missing from each). Tired of arguing at that point and payed the bill and left. Never will I ever return to that resteraunt. Staff was polite but terribly overwhelmed. Manager agreed that the food was inedible but would not remove it from the bill. Attitude towards customers is deplorable. Worse yet they took our left over wings which we asked to have wrapped up and just threw them out. Never again.

We stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take our order, we were completely ignored by two different staff members. Someone finally came to the front counter when the phone rang and proceeded to answer the phone and take their order and still ignored the fact that we were there. I guess we should have called in our order, it may have saved us standing there long enough to notice how dirty the restaurant was.... Just disgusting!

UNBELIEVEABLY BAD! 1. The Pizza Hut website and app do not work even though I live on the same street. 2. I contacted Pizza Hut about number 1 twice and got Zero reply 3. This particular location says it is open certain hours but make sure to call an hour before close or they wont deliver (maybe advertise that) 4. Several orders are made wrong EVEN WHEN I get them to read back the order and explain how they made it wrong the last time. 5. Once when I called and they messed up an order the guy blamed me and we had it out verbally... too bad Pizza Hut allows their franchises to be run by ignorant, lazy people... I would have rated it a zero star but there was no option.

Came in for pizza and hubby ordered a draught and the waitress says we no longer serve draught. But its in the menu. Took over 45 minutes to get our order. She came out with the chicken wings and we had time to almost finish the wings then the ceasar salad came out which should of come out first, then our pizza came out. By then we had to rush and eat because our grandson had to be at his parcore class at 6:30. When I asked the waitress for the bill, I asked her for a take out glass so my grandson could take his ginger ale with him and she said, we dont have take out glasses. I guess they will be closing soon also.

Its probably a good thing there isnt a negative option for the star rating system. By far the worst dining experience of my life.

We were given menus, looked through it and knew what we wanted to order. We were ready for 15min and there was still no server. When she finally came over, we placed our order and asked for water. 15min go by, still no water or our starter salad. She brought us empty glasses and then brought us a pitcher. We were a party of four. The pitcher was empty and my guest was holding it up to signal for more. The waitress said Do you want more? (No. We were just admiring how dirty it looked in the lights). 20 minutes go by, still no salad or pasta. It hits 30 minutes, still no food. The people who walked in 10 minutes ago, got their salad and here we are... waiting. We got our pasta--barely any sauce. We asked for our salad. The waitress didnt even know the feast came with salad (you work here and dont know whats on the menu!!?) Our salad arrives... we barely had enough for four and the menu said The Fest: Serves 8. Then the pizza came. The guys got theirs first... we ended up waiting 10min for ours. I wish I can rate this 0 stars, but sadly there is no option. I will never, ever go back to this location. Whats worse? We only got $5 off our meal. After reading all these other reviews, complaining to the manager was pointless. This was one of the worst dining experiences Ive ever had. Im also not going to be nice where this is concerned: The waitress was very unintelligent and I highly recommend she find another job as working with food/waiting is not her strong suit.

Terrible personal size pizza, all dough & barely any ingredients we asked for, the second one was the same but bigger that we never requested & over priced, we will never go back !!!!!

Order a stuffed crust pizza...the thing was stuffed alright full of dough and nothing else. On top of that the pizza itself was as thin as a slice of paper, no ham on the Hawaiian...talk about quality control.
