CinCin Ristorante + Bar in Vancouver

My husbands work had their Christmas party here last weekend and I have to say the food and service was amazing. The restaurant was busy but my cup was never empty and quick to bring any requests. Food was tasty and good portions.

Friendly and warm yet professional service. Love the cocktail and wine menu. Ordered Rigatoni al Ragu and it was ok but not really special.

I attended a work-related event; we had the private wine room for our group. It was really good and the service was impeccable. I am Celiac and the GF bread they had was really good and I really enjoyed it. Dietary restrictions: As a celiac they provided tasty GF bread and me my own tapenade. I enjoyed my main course (sable fish) and dessert (I dont actually remember what my dessert was, but it was a chocolate custardy type of dish, which was delicious.

Visited for first time and was very impressed. Great atmosphere and very friendly staff. Waiter was helpful throughout the night. Food was cooked perfectly (I had the veal and wife had a pasta dish) and we were both happy. There were lots of options to choose from that sounded good and we will definitely go back to try them. Would highly recommend.

I am so glad we went back here for our 5th anniversary! Prior to COVID, we have been here twice. The quality of service and food has stayed exemplary! Environment is still the same, although it would be nice to see something a little up to date like the seats but!!! Tough times. Food was great! Presentations and cleanliness were good and clean! Flavours were there, richness of the food and the depth of it were on point! The whole experience was awesome starting from started to the surprise anniversary dessert! We really enjoyed the experience with the food and the knowledge that our server has (I missed asking for his name but we went there at around 7 pm on Oct 19/24) Now, the service, per usual, we were greeted with respect (both wifey and I purposefully didn t dress up and just wore our comfortable hoodies). Glad they don t judge a book by its cover! Thank you for that. Washroom is well kept. Only thing that s really killing the awesomeness of the service and food is the parking that Vancouver offers (or not!). We have to pay for parking. Which is not what we really want to do. We came here for my partner s birthday and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. The birthday boy was hand delivered a card wishing him a happy birthday. We started with espresso martinis and the burrata. So yummy, the pears went so nicely with the cheese. We had the mushroom risotto and the veal osso buco and we both very much enjoyed. The wine suggested to pair with our meals was delicious and complimented our dishes very well. The service alone was worth coming back for but the food is what dreams are made of. Great spot will be back x

Perfect place to dine in for special occasions. We got burrata with beet & pistachio flavors and ravioli for main course. They provided great substitutes to make it vegetarian. I thought I would investigate this spot on Google as I LOVE Italian food. Lets be completely fair. I have never attended this establishment. It looks quite nice on the inside i.e. appealing ambiance. However when I order pasta I expect to get a large enough portion so that I feel like Ive had dinner when Im done. I dont need an artistic looking dish. I need some good pasta. Unfortunately, from some photos submitted by some patrons, I am getting what I would call an entre, not dinner. Pasta is not expensive. So......seduce me....make it a little more appealing in terms of quantity so I am willing to try this spot.

Cute little restaurant. Was a little hard to find the entrance. If you are looking, it s a little hidden opening with stairs. Walk up and you will see the door. It s very nice inside and the food is delish! It s fine dining at its best. Food was well priced for a fine dining place and food was delicious. I had the Veal Risotto and it was to die for!

This was my first time here, my bf booked a table to celebrate me finishing nursing school and we absolutely loved the food and ambience. We were pleasantly surprised and the service from all the staff members was fantastic. Already looking forward to coming back here!

I booked a reservation here based off the lovely reviews of this place, and we were not let down! We had truly the best time at CinCin! The food was lovely, the atmosphere was perfect, and our server Jamie was wonderful and so knowledgeable. They even brought my partner a birthday card when we first sat down at the table, and a special dessert at the end of our meal. This was such a great experience, we will definitely be back!

Anniversary dinner could not have been better! The service was exemplary; they work as a team to ensure needs are met before you realize you have a need. Our server Andreas was the friendly, personable, authentic and an expert at his craft! The ownership clearly cares about the experience and it shows in spades! Pasta dishes handmade, light, and full of flavor...ricotta gnocchi a personal favorite was expertly created and fluffy as the pillow for which it is named! Seasonal mushroom risotto was a true treat - fresh and full of flavor...like a bowl of comfort. Our Sablefish flaked apart with a mere look, it was so delicately prepared! There are too many wonderful dishes to cover in a single meal (although we tried...squash ravioli, burrata w beets, dry aged Angus ribeye, the desserts were perfetto as well) so we will be back soon! If you want to celebrate a special occasion, do not hesitate as it will be an amazing experience. Gabe is one of the most attentive and knowledgeable servers we have had in our travels. The food is always excellent, it is always a pleasure to be pampered at this great restaurant.

Surprising is an understatement. I passed by this restaurant hundreds of times over the years and somehow never visited. I will be visiting a lot more frequently from now on. The food was excellent and their pastry chef might just be the best in all of Vancouver. Gabriele and Ridvan - thank you for a great time. I went to there for the first time with my kids. The food, service and atmosphere were great. Highly recommend it for up scale Italian restaurant.

We have been going to Cin Cin every time we visit Vancouver since 2005. The quality of food and service never varies. Every dish we have ever eaten there has been delicious. Every server we have had has been amazing. This time as no exception. We took our adult kids and they loved it. Updated on 8-29-24 We have been traveling from the Seattle area to Vancouver since 1999 on a regular basis. In 2005 we discovered CinCin. Since then, we NEVER go to Vancouver without having dinner there. We have never had a single morsel of food that we didnt love. We celebrate our big anniversaries there. We have been there for our 10th, 15th, 20th and last night our 25th. We have been to more than 50 countries around the world and we love to eat but CinCin is our favorite restaurant. Cant wait to celebrate our 30th there and a bunch of times in between.

Food and service is amazing

We were seated at a patio table with a pleasant ambiance that complemented the evening. The service was efficient and attentive. The broccolini with anchovy sauce and the ragu pasta were both well-prepared and flavorful. The octopus risotto had a strong, salty profile, which was a bit overpowering for me. Overall, it was a positive dining experience.

A fabulous meal at Cin Cin. It had been recommended for those of us with a gluten intolerance, and we were not disappointed. From the moment we arrived the service was exceptional. They were attentive to our dietary requirements from the start, and the food was amazing. The best GF bread I have tasted. Cin Cin.

The food was decent, but a bit overrated. The place has a cozy vibe and a nice atmosphere, definitely a good spot for couples. However, the service was disappointing. On a previous visit with my girls, when we ordered wine, the service was great. But during a recent visit with my boyfriend, we ordered pop instead of alcohol drinks. The service was noticeable worse. The server barely check on us and it was hard to get his attention and was felt rushed when he was obviously being nicer to other table with wine. I wouldnt go back for the mediocre service and overhyped pasta.

Hard to believe how this restaurant has managed to maintain good ratings. Our experience was poor. The pastas were bland and tasteless. The service was quite bad as well - the waiter even seemed to get annoyed with simple questions about the menu items. The portions. Hah. A joke especially given the prices. Would definitely not return, and would not recommend this to anybody based on my personal experience.

I had not been to CinCins for several years and they did certainly not disappoint. I had the Osso Buco, my daughter had the lasagna and my wife and father-in-law had pasta dishes. The food was tasty, the portions a little small but adequate. We finished off with the Tiramisu which I am often reluctant to order since many places are too rummy or too soggy. CinCins Tiramisu was neither, it was perfect, the best I have ever tasted. Will definitely go back to try some of their grilled items as the firepit was impressive. Parking: CinCin does not have their own parking but there is a parkade behind CinCin and depending what time of day you go, there is generally available street parking.

Have not been there for few years. Food and services are still great!

For a high rating restaurant, I expected some speciality in the food or restaurant. The complimentary bread did not complement the dipping sauce. Also, the pasta (Casarecce With Spicy Chorizo Sausage) tasted bland, definitely not even close to spicy. My husband had Chicken Marinated With Lemon And Thyme, which he said was good. One thing that was really disappointing was the cleanliness. We sat on the patio, where most people were seated. It was dusty and dirty. If you re going to put someone so close to the wall, I think maintaining the cleanliness should be a priority. And the seating is WAY too close to others, to get out of your seat, you need to scoot behind someone s chair, definitely not something I would want to do on a date. Reasons why it was a half-decent experience, the managers/whoever in charge was really on top of paying attention, you could see the managers constantly inspecting the area to see if any customer is waiting. The wine collection was extensive.

Had a private event and had Gilliam as a server, we spoke about scotch throughout the night and he provided an exceptional experience with his recommendations for wine as well as spirits. He was my favourite sommelier I have ever dealt with and is a huge asset to Cincin. 5 stars for the whole event but an extra star for Gilliam.

We had an excellent dining experience. Our server (Robert - I believe) was so knowledgeable and friendly. Everything was delicious! My favorites included the wagyu beef carpaccio, the linguine and the blueberry and lemon semifreddo. They were absolutely divine! I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

I ve been to Cin Cin about 5 or 6 times over the past 10 years or so and have never once been disappointed in any way by food, service or atmosphere. Absolutely amazing food complimented by professional and friendly staff and a great environment.

I just had a fantastic time at Cin Cin with my three daughters. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. It is a rare thing to be treated the same on a casual dinner with your (grown up) kids as when you go out with big spending friends and colleagues! Much respect and appreciation for this. Will definitely recommend and come back.

Don t be put off by the fact that this is an upscale restaurant in a tourist district. This is a great spot for local regulars, too. Accessed through a steep stairway, the space opens out into a large area with an expansive balcony overlooking Robson. The menu offers far more than traditional Italian food. The Hamachi Crudo was a spectacular dish of fish, flowers, scrumptious olive oil, and mild olive slices that didn t overpower the fish. The Parmesan Souffle was flavorful, light, and delightfully crusty. Caesar salad is a good choice for sharing. Wagyu Carpaccio came with a generous topping of freshly shaved truffle. Perhaps my favorite dish was the Dungeness Crab Linguine, served in a cream sauce with just a hint of jalapeno. The broccolini was an excellent side, fire-grilled with a touch of rosemary. Pistachio gelato was the true essence of ground pistachios. There s a nice assortment of apertivos and amaros. Service is friendly and well-paced.

I stopped by this restaurant on a trip, and all the dishes, from the appetizers to the main desserts, were perfect and delicious. It was the perfect size in terms of appearance and quantity. The staff were friendly and pleasant, and we had a very pleasant meal. If you have a chance to come again, this is a store that I would definitely like to visit.

There are a million nice things to say about this place, but let me pick 1; Jamie Lauder. Jamie recommended a wine that I had never even heard of. It was exactly what I wanted, and it paired perfectly with multiple courses. The food was fantastic on its own, but with the fantastic service and the legendary wine list, I cant wait to go back.

Great restaurant! The tables are set on tiles, so it makes for a shifty table. They do try to fix it, but it still had its challenges. Food was delicious, service was great! Will come back :)

I don t know about locals but if you are visiting Vancouver and looking for Italian cuisine and you are wine lover then this restaurant is a MUST. I ve got Orecchiette with Burrata & Branzino and it was excellent. The wine section is mind blowing.

The good is delicious. I had Parmesan Soufflé (divine) and ricotta gnocchi with scallops (delicate and delicious). The dessert was rhubarb crostata with zabaglione (phenomenal). And we had the best waitress ever: Crissie. Couldn t be more attentive, sweet and nice!!!

Great place for kids and large parties. Came here with a party of 9 (4 kids) and the food was great, service and atmosphere was excellent! Our favorites were the steak with truffle risotto and the ricotta gnocchi. Kid-friendliness: Custom kids menus with colored pencils for entertainment.

Our food was incredible, everything tasted so flavourful. The manager hand wrote me a birthday card and they brought a special birthday dessert. It was overall an amazing dinning experience. I would highly recommend and we will be back again soon!

Was blown away!! Had dinner this past Friday May 24th. We had an amazing waiter that made the experience very memorable. He was a man with a French accent forget his name but will get it next time we go :) Food was so great and generous serving sizes too. What a beautiful restaurant too. We sat outside in their covered sunroom. Beautiful!

Wauw - this was a surprise! We just arrived from Seattle, and walked into this wonderful reasturant We had Lamb and chicken, and it was made so good and tender The staff were so professional, and still so nice to talk to - this must be one of the top reasturants in Vancouver!

Nice set up n good service. We ordered several appetizers, main dishes on halibut, salmon risotto n lamb racks. Nothing exceptional except for the lamb n chocolate cake dessert. The lamb was very tender but unfortunately the sauce was Indian style which I doesn t add to the flavor. All in all , the abv rating is based on quality/price consideration

Celebrating our anniversary at Cin Cin tonight. Exceptional food - every dish just cooked perfectly. I request low sodium on my dishes and they are flexible and able to adjust it to my liking. Exceptional service - our server Gabriel is so professional and attentive to our needs who wins my heart that I need to offer 40% gratuity tips, well earned. We will be back .

The food was fabulous! We started with parmesan soufflé twice-baked spinach and fresh cream. For entrees, we had wood grilled atlantic scallops with ricotta gnocchi stinging nettle pistou, spinach and the spring salmon with risotto style farro verde, preserved meyer lemon, root vegetables, grilled green onion. All three were cooked to perfection. Cin Cin has the most exclusive Italian wine list in the world - including Italy! Service was fantastic. The whole experience, including walking up the stairs from the sidewalk made us feel like we were back in Italy! CIN CIN!

We came on June 18th for my husbands 61st birthday and my mums 90th. They were both treated like royalty.... truly. The food was beautiful but the service was truly exceptional. They all went out of there way especially for my mother to treat her with respect and kindness and they made her and my husband feel extremely special. I will be so indedted to you all for that. I will tell everyone and will definitely come back for sure for all special occasions. I havent come for 15 years but you have only got better over the years like a fine wine. Thank you.

My wife and I had our 7th pre-anniversary dinner here on April 25, 2024. The restaurant looks unassuming at the front street-level, just a small entrance with a menu stand and a staircase that resembles genuine Italian stairs that reminded us of Italy when we travelled there pre-Covid. Once you climb the stairs to the real entrance you find a large, sophisticated, and truly luxurious restaurant, hustling and bustling with smiling hostesses dressed elegantly in all black, and servers decked out in sharp white and black uniforms. We were seated at the patio which had large windows overlooking Robson Street and even though it was a rainy Thursday it was still pleasant to have wide panoramic views of this iconic Vancouver street. Although we were early for our reservation because the traffic on Lions Gate bridge had eased, we were still seated immediately instead of having to wait at the bar. We had: 1. antipasto - bread with olive oil. 2. primo - mushroom soup with black truffle; parmesan souffle. 3. secondo - whole branzino; ribeye. 4. dolce - chocolate cake; cannoli. 5. digestivo - sherry; latte. Our server was excellent. She was friendly yet unobtrusive, attentive yet provided our privacy, and knowledgeable about the courses. When we told her we would share the primo she split the soup into two bowls without us having to ask. The food? Exceptional for Italian cuisine in Vancouver. We have not had better other than on the Amalfi Coast, Sorrento, and Montepulciano. After we arrived and were finishing up with the digestivo the restaurant started to fill up quickly with guests. Its no wonder CinCin is a popular restaurant in Vancouver. The only negative, in my opinion, is the restaurant does not have its own designated parking; however, if you dine there during the weekdays theres abundant street pay parking in front and garage pay parking a short walk away. We had a wonderful time here, grazie! Ciao bella!

I came here for my birthday dinner and had a lovely evening. I was visiting from the Mid-West of the US and was craving Italian. So glad I picked here! This place has an amazing atmosphere and the whole staff is so kind! They made me a vegan friendly pasta and even confirmed what breads were acceptable for me to eat. Highly recommend!

Cincin is a beautiful warm restaurant. We had an amazing experience from the customer service to the server to the food Everything was delightful. Our server knew her menu and she recommended the best of the menu. I will definitely go there again.

Not accommodating at all. Me and my wife decided to go for an early mother s day dinner. We grabbed a table of 4 as per our reservation request. On three different occasions we had a staff member approach our table to ask us if we wanted to move our stroller, we kindly refused every time. The 4th time the manager comes and states they don t allow strollers at tables. Even though the stroller is the same size as an adult in a chair . There is no elevator, no section for children so what were we suppose to do ? If this is an adults only restaurant then please make it clear and implement a policy. Mediocre food, boring menu and mediocre service, won t be coming back. Especially not with my family. Really made us feel like a burden and unwelcomed .

A classic of Vancouver. As kids, my friends and I would hear of how celebrities would visit the restaurant. Food was fantastic, as expected. We did have a mishap with one of our orders, but the service and atmosphere was great otherwise.

We asked for GF pasta, and the waitress mentioned some of the options, but didnt tell us that all the GF pastas are Penne! Imagine you ordered a tagliatelle al ragu, and you get a penne bolognese! And the pasta quality was like Sh....t! And when we asked to change it, the waitress told us that I can ask the kitchen to cook it for more time if you want!!! So embarrassing and upsetting.

We came here for our wedding anniversary and had incredible service. Everyone was very friendly and the food was very good. We had the lamb on the fish dish which was very good. They also took the time to write us a nice little letter, which have a nice touch to the dinner. Great place for date night.

Delightful dishes! The complimentary herb bread and olive sause with actual chunk olives were wonderful, I would say, super addictive. We tried two seafood options (whole branzino with grilled lemon, which was perfectly cooked and delicious and a pan seared halibut super yummy). The service is super impecable, very well known, and suggesting good recommendations as we asked for white wines that can match our main dishes. By the way, we went to celebrate our anniversary and received a nice card and a varied dish of desserts as complimentary. This was an amazing detail that we really appreciated it. We also asked for a tiramisu and a Sicilian style cannoli, I personally felt the tiramisu had a strong flavor of alcohol but the cannoli was outstanding. The restaurant is a little bit pricy, but I guess it is worth trying for a special occasion.

A very pleasant room, busy but not hectic and stressful. No insane music pounding. A good selection of Italian fare. Our selection from appetizers to mains and dessert were excellent. The service was superb and our server was very attentive.

The CinCin restaurant transports you straight to Italy. Friendly and attentive service. We were celebrating my girlfriend s birthday and from the first contact with the staff to the last they all knew and congratulated her. They offered a complementary variety of desserts. The food was delicious and done to perfection. Our server was knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. Would totally recommend this restaurant

I had an amazing dining experience at Cin Cin! I seated at the bar and the bartenders were the most friendly! They gave me recommendations to try at the restaurant and also other restaurants to try in Vancouver. I ordered the wagyu carpaccio and the casarecce with chorizo. The wagyu carpaccio bursted with flavour, there s a good amount of truffle and the wagyu was very tender. The casarecce had a really nice and strong kick, should try if you love spicy food! The restaurant has really nice Mediterranean design, it is a nice place for all kinds of occasions!

We went for a dinner and there was a group of 8. First of all we have a waitress that was either untrained or overwhelmed. She was able to take two drink orders at a time. As she didn t write anything down. We have to remind her to bring them after our order in a few occasions. Then the food.. and the back of house. We sent 3 of 8 dishes back as they were poorly cooked. We are NOT picky individuals but they undercooking was blatant. And when we got the dishes back. They weren t any better. The manager or senior waiter did address us a few times. But did nothing to make sure the chefs had fixed the issues before the food was served again. Finally a few dishes were sent back, not eaten .. but not taken off the bill. There was zero professionalism for a restaurant that claims to be at this level.

Had the most memorable experience last night at this restaurant. It wasn t just the food that was outstanding, every servers were welcoming and fast. I proposed to my girlfriend last night and our server (forgot to ask for her name. I think she was a Japanese lady) helped me as if she was a long time friend. I was very moved by her energy and kindness. Overall, food is exceptional and the atmosphere is fantastic. I will probably return for our anniversary.

Enjoyed celebrating our 10th anniversary - perfect place for a date night and something extra special. We ordered the souffle which was top notch. Enjoyed the Scallops Gnocchi, Lasagne and Apple Crostata. 5 stars all round for service and atmosphere as well!

My boyfriend and I celebrated our 3 year anniversary at CinCin and we could not have been more pleased. From the food, to the atmosphere and to our lovely server everything was perfect. We received exceptional service as soon as we set foot in the establishment. The owner even wrote us a letter congratulating us on our anniversary and they provided us a desert on the house! Were so glad we went with CinCin, it made for a lovely evening!

For all the reviews I have read I was quite disappointed. The service was extremely slow (on a Saturday night) with only one waiter responsable of many tables. Had the risotto of the day which was ok, the burrata was not bad and at last ordered medium rare beef the striploins and received an extremely rare steak. Was quite disappointed with the over all experience.

Everything from start to finish was amazing! We felt so welcomed by the staff the entire experience. We came to celebrate our anniversary and all the staff truly made our day super special! Our server was impeccable and nonintrusive and was very observant. The food was delicious! My personal favourite was the veal osso buco. It was super tender, FALL OFF THE BONE, jam packed with flavours which paired so nicely with the saffron risotto. The burrata with radicchio and endive topped with some prosciutto, anjou pear and toasted walnuts was alright. I liked how the pear complimented the other flavours but wished there was a bit more prosciutto! The casarecce with spicy chorizo sausage was super tasty, perfectly al dente but it was NOT spicy at all. Id rate the spice level 1/10 we ordered the full size! If you dig a nice cocktail (spicy margs) you must try their FUMO GUSTO, its truly *chefs kiss* I liked how our server asked us if wed like our pasta split in half to avoid any messy accidents! We found this amount between 2 people was perfect. We were stuffed!! There was definitely no room left for dessert sadly but the staff at CinCin surprised us with cannolis and chocolate sausages. Which by the way were BOMB DIGGITY! Would definitely recommend for any occasion

The night was amazing. The server was very knowledgeable about the menu in regards to restriction. He was very good at attending to us only when there were lulls in conversation, and he was also perfectly attentive. The food was amazing, unlike anything Ive had before. The ambience was splendid. It felt like a combination of a generic European setting with a more modern, western inspired menu. 100% would come again.

There s stairs to head up! Just fyi. This is a lovely place for a nice date night or you want a little bit of a fancier and quiet vibe in downtown. Love that there s a patio spot - they adjusted the windows and have warmers when it was getting chilly. Our server was very attentive and friendly, having a lot of patience with explaining the dishes! We got a new item on the menu: Dungeness crab linguine- yummy! The one we got is the full size, they have a different pricing if you want a smaller dish! It was flavourful (wiped up that sauce with the bread they provided). Wish a bit more crab bite to it but the portions and ratios of the noodles to meat etc I d say was great! Maybe just a tad bit more acidity. The veal was very soft and a generous portion of meat with the yummy risotto. Once again the sauce!! They give you a small spoon to scoop up the bone marrow in the end too. All in all it was a good night .

We came for the dine out vancouver menu and had Kenny as our server, the food was absolutely delicious and the service was top-tier! My favourites were the mushroom soup appetizer, Burrata and radicchio salad, grilled chicken and sorbet. The complimentary focaccia was incredible as well. Overall, we had a great experience with amazing food, atmosphere and service, I would definitely recommend!

The Dineout menu was superb. Especially loved the mushroom soup and the olive oil cake was a delightful surprise. It was also a birthday celebration and staff attentiveness was amazing. The only drawback is if youre hard of hearing the main dining room can be quite loud. The patio or entrance room might be quieter.

My husband and I went there for the first time to try out their Dine Out Vancouver menu. The food was delicious and I loved the restaurants atmosphere. I would say that the price is fair for the quality of food and service offered.

Food is pretty good. Squid and lamb are recommended. They are tender and soft with unique texture. The service is attentive except my food is taken away when I am not done yet. I feel they should at least ask if Im still working on it. Still generally good experience.

Our Server went above and beyond .... very happy and left a great impression. Will go to dine there again!

We had a dinner there because my chef instructor Ben Kiely from the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts highly recommended this restaurant. I was really impressed with their gnocchi, perhaps one of the best gnocchi Ive ever tried. Other dishes were delicious too. Not to mention the server was really attentive and their nice ambiance. Would love to take my family and friends back for special events.

Not sure if we went on an off day but very underwhelmed by the experience. The bread they gave us with the olive tapenade was stale. Our mains were bland. Our server was also cold towards us and we are not sure why - we were definitely expecting better service at such a fancy place. My cocktail was the best part of my meal. The manager was kind and did come check on our table a couple times while eating. Atmosphere was nice. Overall, there are much better Italian options in Vancouver with more flavour and better service.

Went for a large group dinner with a set menu. Glad there was a vegetarian option, but it was just so so considering the price. The dessert was wonderful and the staff was very attentive. Gendered washrooms.

We went for their Dine out Vancouver menu last week and had some of the best tasting food we ve had in Vancouver, so delicious, everything!

I got the burr but squash ravioli and it was unreal!!! Same with the soufflé. AMAZING service, wish I knew the woman s name who served us but she was Asian. She made she our glasses were never empty and offered amazing recommendations.
