Our first experience at Parker Rooftop was nothing short of amazing, and a huge part of that was thanks to our incredible server, Kornev. She went above and beyond to make my best friends birthday truly special. From her warm and attentive service to the thoughtful little details, she made us feel like VIPs. Korne was always there when we needed her, offering impeccable service without ever being intrusive. She even told us about the exciting New Year s Eve party they re hosting, which we are now definitely planning to attend! The ambiance, the food, and especially the exceptional service made this visit unforgettable. Thank you, Kornev and the entire team at Parker Rooftop we can t wait to come back!!

Where do I start?? It was lovely being greeted by welcoming staff at the door. Once inside the restaurant, the decor is stunning and cozy, with a magical Christmas feel. We were warmly greeted by our fabulous server, Taylor, who has a great personality and is tops in customer service, as were her fellow servers who helped us. The Happy Hour menu is fantastic and the food and drinks were delicious. Its pretty affordable for a nice spot, too!! Our small team was thrilled to spend our Christmas gathering at The Parker. Hats off to this restaurant and lounge, as they know what they are doing!! Vegetarian options: One of our team members is not a meat eater, but there were a few tasty meatless options on the menu, which was great!

I got food poisoning from the oysters and no response from management. I seriously do not like leaving bad reviews. I came here last Monday for my birthday with a small group of friends. A few of us decided to order oysters, and unfortunately, the three of us who ate them got violently ill. We suffered severe vomiting and fevers that lasted for days. I reached out immediately via email to inform the restaurant and avoid leaving a negative review. When I didn t receive a response, I called the store and was given the manager s personal email. I reached out again and still, no response. I m incredibly frustrated. I tried to address this serious issue privately and gave the restaurant ample time to respond, but it s now been over a week with no acknowledgement. I don t usually leave bad reviews, but this experience has been deeply disappointing. Service was not the best either. She missed an order and didnt seem like she wanted to be there at all. Honestly, she may have been having a bad day which I get. I just wish something from the experience would have been positive.

Screwed up a best friends 40th dinner reservation and put us outside for an hour forty five minutes in the rain

The food selection could be improved, but if you want to feel like youre maybe having a drink outside of the typical Vancouver style bars and lounge scene, this is then the place to check out. Mid 30s + crowd , great service, and atmosphere!

Good spot for drinks

Parker Rooftop has a wonderful view and ambiance. We sat on the heated patio and it was quite comfortable. Service was a little slow and the server seemed unfriendly until we were paying our bill. Food was okay for price; really liked my cocktail though.

I recently hosted a private event at the Parker rooftop and it was a fantastic experience! The event manager was incredibly helpful throughout the planning process and on the day of the event. The food and drinks were amazing everyone was raving about it! The room can feel a bit crowded with all the furniture, but the staff was very accommodating and helped make adjustments to ensure everything fit perfectly. Overall, it was a wonderful event, thanks to the excellent service and great atmosphere.

Beautiful space, great service and yummy happy hour. We had the mushroom arancini as well as the sliders. You cannot beat the view, a real hidden gem. I will be back soon!

Front desk person was very rude.sent me outside to access rooftop, wrong fortunately a valet guided me back inside and to elevator. Sever was very.

What an amazing experience. We hosted a private event in their bar/lounge area and everything was fantastic. JD was a massive help when organizing and booking our event, and Lindsey was a great host on the night of. Liam and Vlad took great care of us behind the bar and the food was excellent. Will be back for sure!

We struggled a little bit with the parking. We didn t know that there was a valet parking or where it was but the staff was very friendly and helped us a lot. You have to pay for parking.It really helped having a prior reservation. Variety of good drinks and everyone was so nice.

I visited this place for a Friday after work, hoping to enjoy some drinks and food. The oysters were delicious, and the drinks were equally great. I also took advantage of the happy hour deals, which were quite reasonable. However, the service was a major letdown. The receipt stated that the name of a blond server started with the letter D (will not drop any name as management can do what they want without have to name drop). Honestly, the server didn t smile at all(but seems to enjoy other table and smile to them) and I felt quite unwelcome, water wasn t fill regularly. To top it off, after we paid, the receipt was thrown to us, what?! If I could give this place a negative tip, I would. Next time I want bad service, I know where to go!

The ambiance is the high point. Great views, lovely and large patio, spacious place. I have been here many times and sometimes the service is slow so I took a star away for that. Otherwise the staff are all very lovely and the drinks are flowing. I definitely recommend happy hour if you are trying to save some $$$. I enjoy this place for a few chill cocktails. Its a great first date place.

Beautiful rooftop restaurant set up with delicious appetizer options. Found the drinks to be slightly expensive but I guess the ambience is what you re paying for. Some tables have their own private patio which I found so cool! Beautiful views of the Vancouver house as well as downtown. The inside is decorated beautifully and was very aesthetically pleasing to the eye.

Probably one of the best rooftop bars in the city. The cocktails are excellent, the views are nice. There is always a good ambiance and vibe. The food is okay. It s more of an appetizer and drink place. Not a dinner spot. The service is great.

Vancouver needed a rooftop bar, and this place delivered. I always felt like a place like Parker Rooftop was missing, and it s a welcomed addition to the great bar scene in Vancouver. I think it competes with some of the good rooftop bars I ve been at in the US. Solid drinks, clean interior, elevated ambience and great service. Can t ask for more, will defiantly come back.

Came here for my mom s birthday and at first we weren t impressed with the restaurant because of our seating and limited seating areas due to lack of servers, but we asked them once again, and they were really accommodating and let us sit in different area. After the seating change, we had the best time with delicious food and amazing ambience. We also really enjoyed our server, I think her name was Taylor. I m glad my mom had an amazing birthday experience at this reataurant :) would love to come again when it s sunnier and see the sunset

Everything is great, except for the washroom! A year ago, there was a notice about renovation in the washroom, but when I came back a year later, everything was still in the same place, there was no hook for clothes or a bag in the toilet, and the toilet paper was just standing on the toilet cistern. That is, no changes have occurred in a year, which means the notice is a lie.

Was seated outside with warm heaters and comfy chairs or couches to choose from under cover on their roof top seating it was amazing food was delicious and even got a free appt on the house can t wait to come back next time I m in Vancouver and I ll be telling all my friends/family about my new favorite place to eat :) keep it up !!!

The food was good, but Im not really a fan of their cocktails. I love the views from the patio, but why is it so overpriced? still, I love it hahahha

We stayed in the hotel and stopped in for cocktails 2 different nights. They made exceptional drinks and the service was fantastic.

Made a reservation for 4:15 on a Tuesday, my friend had arrived about 5 min earlier and was seated outside and ordered a drink before my arrival. There was already a very large group seated there. I arrived at 4:15 and waited about 15 min before our server finally came and took my drink order. The drink took another 15 min to arrive, and after the drink was dropped off, it took another 5 or so minutes for the server to come back and take our food orders. We kept one menu at the table in case we wanted to order more for later. Although I was sitting right next to my friend, the noise level became unbearable as we couldnt even hear each other while chatting. After we ordered 2 items, we flagged a staff member down to see if we could be relocated somewhere more quiet. She came back within 10 min to bring us inside which was thankfully much quieter. Our new server arrived and asked to take our orders and we informed her we had already submitted our order, however we werent sure if there would be an issue since we had been seated outside originally. She dismissed our concern and reassured us not to worry about that with a wave of her hand so my friend and I chatted while we waited. Another 10-15 min passed by and none of the food had arrived; we flagged our server down to ask if the food was on the way. She came back 5 min later to report that the food had actually only been rang in 10 min ago ... And that it should be out in another 5-10. At that point, my friend and I had definitely ordered at least half an hour ago. The food took another 15 min to arrive, so overall it took 40-45 min for us to receive our food from the time we had originally ordered. Service thereafter was not attentive. We did order truffle fries to nibble on and that did come out at a more reasonable time. Mushroom arancini was yummy, the fish comes were alright and the truffle fries were quite a large portion. My friends zero proof cocktail was tasty as well but tasted mostly like pineapple and my strawberry Aperol spritz was okay too. Im not sure if they were short-staffed or they didnt expect it to be that busy during happy hour on a Tuesday, however the service was extremely slow. I cant say any of the members we interacted with were very friendly besides the hostess. All of the servers appeared very disorganized. It was our first time at Parker Rooftop and I will say it did not quite meet expectations.

We had booked the Parker rooftop on a Wednesday for my partner s birthday and the vibes were so nice. We had the date night at parker rooftop menu set, and it was so worth it (it was cheaper on a tuesday and wednesday). We had these brownies with toasted marshmallow on top for the birthday dessert and it was delicious. Our server was Amy who was super sweet and attentive. We would definitely recommend.

Waiter over charged for drinks. When I questioned he said sorry and started to Justify the errors. Manager listen to the Whole conversation. Did nothing. Paid $75 for one drink (showed $32) $11.00 for class of wine (showed $6) Happy hour? Not worth it.

Went with 2 friends and we all shared the steak, pasta shrimp, some champagne, crab cakes, chicken wraps, baked Alaska, beef tartar, and more. Great vibes and wonderful server too.

Absolute disaster of a restaurant. It s like the owner once visited fine dining but then only had McDonalds work experience. I was so embarrassed that I picked this place to host my friends that I just picked up the tab for the whole party and we went elsewhere to eat our mains. Can t wait for someone else to take over the place as it s an excellent location.

If you are at the hotel, why not. It s not bad. Service was slow due to being understaffed and the drinks were made with a heavy pour. If you aren t staying at the hotel I would look elsewhere.

Regrettably we waited far too long to visit this place. The room is incredible, some of the best drinks in the city and they have undisputedly the best steak tar tar in the city. The food really is incredible. Our server Kayley was awesome and a reason we will be back asap UPDATE: Well - sad to say, I ve been back twice and it was awful both times. The food has been absolutely horrible to the point we don t even finish our dishes. The service was unacceptably slow both times. We will come back, but for drinks only because the patio is still excellent.

We came for happy hour on a Thursday and it was pretty empty. It started to fill up around 5:30pm. Golden hour ($12)- the passionfruit drink was pretty delicious. The gold flakes gave it that golden hour vibe. Very well thought out and easy to go down. A bit too sweet for me Caviar ($50)- the caviar came with the usual little blinis, creme fraiche/sour cream, chives. I would have liked capers and I felt like the egg white and egg yolk didnt really go with it. It would also fall off too easily. But overall I felt like this dish would be great for sharing among friends. The fish and chip cones ($12) - were definitely not the favorite of the table. The fish wasnt crispy and the rice was overcooked and tasted too strongly of vinegar. The wrap on the outside added nothing texturally. There would be no flavour if it wasnt for the soy sauce. I also didnt like the (what tasted like mayonnaise) sauce on the inside. It felt out of place. I would skip this next time The parker sliders ($12) were okay. Felt like it was missing a little more vegetable and the beef patty was dry. Service was really good. Very attentive and nice. Drinks came out fast but food was a bit slower. Server was able to answer all questions. Would recommend this place for caviar and drinks. I would try the oysters next time.

Meanest, worst, rudest waiter ever! She smiled at us once and then thought, Oh no, that shouldn t be happening, and turned and went back!!! The happy hour menu, the view, and the decor were all great. I loved my fish and chips cones and my Parker Mule, but the service? Nah! They could do better!

We had a date night, my girlfriend and I was very disappointed. The ambience was absolutely horrible and the food menu was very limited. The table was to our knees, which made it very hard for us to eat. It was like sitting at a kids table and it was very uncomfortable.

I had made reservations at Parker Rooftop a week in advance for my Birthday. This reservation was made for a group of 3. We arrived on time, however the hostess said there would be wait. Once it was time we were seated on a table for 2. There was no room at all so that was quite disappointing as I booked a reservation for a reason and that too for my birthday. Not the greatest first impression for all of us we then had spoke to the hostess as no server attended us for 30 mins. The hostess stated there were trying to have us seated at the patio but needed to wait for someone to leave. My reservation was for 6:15 and we sat at a table until 6:50. We were then finally moved to the patio with one blanket and the lady told us she d bring us 2 more, she never came back so we had to constantly remind multiple servers of the blankets until we finally got two. It was shocking to me that a venue like that provided such bad service knowing this was for an occasion and brushed it off as we were nothing. There was no apology just a bunch of people who didn t seem to care about customer service. Our server did change once we were seated on the patio and she was super kind and there was also one guy that had attempted to turn the heaters on without us even asking which was super sweet. However, the first impression begins once you enter the restaurant and that was such a bad and uncomfortable experience. Additionally once the food arrived it was cold.

Excellent rooftop with very nice vibes. They had mistake in my reservation but they politely fixed it. I was served by Korrie which was very friendly beautiful well dressed and knowledgeable of the menu: definitely check out if local or visitor.

We came here with a group, when we arrived we were seated promptly. It took forever to order our food but drinks were in abundance. We were seated for almost two hours before the first plate hit the table. Was supper disappointed. Of all the food the bread tray took the longest and wasn t steaming hot or anything special.

My wife & I stopped by this location spontaneously one night. We were very excited to try at first. However, after being seated at the bar for several mins, I was asked by the hostess to move over 2 seats (not in a polite way) because the restaurant was near full capacity and needed space for party of 2. The seat we have moved down at the bar had dried red liqueur of some sort and was very sticky. The bartender was friendly but did not notice the red liqueur on the bar table until Ive addressed it after awhile. The service seemed unorganized as I see alot of them running into each other. We also saw a staff picking out something out of some drinks with their hands before serving it out to a table (we saw because we sat near the serving side). Ordered drinks only, no food. Overall, we did not have a good experience. Hopefully this is a one off.

Jay the doorman greeted us as we pulled up. We instantly felt welcome and his upbeat energy gave us good vibes. He was so friendly and very helpful. He even gave us menu recommendations. When we go up to the roof we were seated indoors but almost as soon as we got our drink order were able to move outside to the patio. Our server Upi was the highlight of our dinner. He was so funny and we just loved his sense of humor! He was super attentive and intuitive to our needs. Before I could finish the last sip of my drink He was at our table asking if i needed a refill. When we were a out halfway done our truffle fries he walked by and saw that our aioili was looking low and brought us a new one ! This was awesome as most of the time you have to ask for things like extra sauce. We ordered 2 dozen oysters, caviar, mini waygu burgers, truffle fries, arancini, and the steak tartare on upis reccomendation . We also had a couple of golden hour cocktails and their rose wine ! Everything was super delicious and we left feeling very full. If I could give this place 10 * I would ! Highly recommend!!!!

I ordered the beef tartare. It was entirely tough beef fat and overly mustardy. Way too wet and acidic. The chips were very inconsistent. Many were stale. Really terrible quality.

Cute little restaurant that has a decent view. Ordered the dozen oysters for appetizers and the lobster and mussels dish for the main. Thought the food all tasted average. I was a bit disappointed with how slow the service was. None of the tables had their food, and our waitress never really checked up on our table.

The roof top is beautiful and has ambiance. The drinks and food are delicious. They were not able to find our reservation even though we had one, so there was a hold up. Overall, a nice place to dine in Vancouver although a bit pricy.

Not worth it whatsoever, waited 20 minutes just to get water even after our server acknowledged us. our Cocktails were good but again took extremely long to receive we were there for about 3 hours and had 2 maybe 3 drinks each because of the time. You would think for how beautiful the place is they would have better staff members running it. Again we ordered food oysters and a larger charcuterie board, an hour later our server must have forgotten to ring it in because we never got it. No manager came over to apologize for how awful this experience was only a round of shots for the table won t be going back.

Perhaps a bit off the beaten track, this restaurant, reminiscent of Hydra, offers fabulous happy hour munchies. The fish and chips cones, Parker sliders, and truffle fries as well as the Moscow mules were all outstanding. Our personable waiter, Aidan provided service at all the right times. On top of everything mentioned above, the patio is a great place to enjoy conversation with friends.

We had good time on Parker rooftop, costumer service was perfect and friendly, food was tasty, the only thing was music, I just recommend to put music louder so the people can not hear other table conversation

Best happy hour in Vancouver.

Well, we became regular I dare to say. Yesterday it was awesome, managers came to say hi to us, gifted us with a glass of bubbles to start, then our waitress recognized us and was so kind servicing us. Also another manager sit for some minutes to chat and when I asked about something new that we did not tried yet on the menu he told us about the Tuna plate and OMG, was so tasteful. Now we do have a problem because fish and chips cone was our favorite followed by the arancini now we have the tuna with asparagus. Well a good problem to solve next week. LoL. Anyway all this to tell that we love The Parker. And last but no least yesterday we took our nephew with us because it was his birthday and to finish the night we got a delicious chocolate brownie. You guys rock, next time a would like to meet the chef. See you soon.

We went there for lunch . At the beginning, there was long line up for the elevators, both units were slow and old and stopped in every single floor . We got a table on the patio right infront of the enterance door. (Hardly you could say nice city view as it was facing gigantic construction area facing Howe and Pacific. Food: ordered couple of appetizers which was okay, nothing bizzar that you gonna crave for it to take you back. Main course we ordered , muscles, cesear salad, fish and chips in cone. Muscles and fish and chips were very normal, like pub food (level 2). Cesear salad was flooded in cesear dressing, hardly to lift lettuce leaves and mine was wilted rusty leaf (3 of them), which i took picture from the first one and was busy to find a server to let them know and didnt take pic from the rest. It was a bit disappointing for such a trendy place such a oversight in the kitchen. Definitely not a place for good and tasty entrée, its good for happy hour to grab a quick drink and have a small size appetizers.

Great for cocktails and parties

First time in Vancouver and was recommended the Parker Rooftop for drinks & oysters. Both were incredible (Read Island ones was my favourite) but the food stole the show. Steak tartare is arguably the best I ve ever had and the theatre for the mains was incredible. Had a Ribeye steak that was cooked to perfection and the sauce selection that accompanied the dish was a touch of brilliance. The red wine jus was the best but loved the chimmichurri too. Dessert we had a recommend dish by the chef - Baked Alaska that was delicious. Compliments to the team & the chefs for a wonderful meal and really exceeded our expectations for our celebration. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Vancouver. Vegetarian options: Great selection of Vegan & Vegetarian options.

So glad we stumbled upon PR a few months ago. Weve been 3 times now, and have enjoyed each experience. Now that its getting more popular, its gotten busier (you may need a reservation). A spacious spot with great happy hour service and a lovely view.

WORST service, terrible birthday experience. 1) The waitress told us about happy hour and then didn t come back until HALF HOUR later, minutes after it ended so we couldn t order off the menu. 2) We asked them to open the umbrella because it was really hot, they left us baking in the sun for 20 minutes before saying they just couldn t open it. We had to ask to move tables and then the waitress took our cutlery away 3) Birthday girl was wearing a birthday sash yet did not get a birthday dessert despite other people getting one. Either do it for everyone or nobody.

Let s start at the bottom!! Valet parking is great! Valet is very helpful!! The rooftop restaurant itself is nicely decorated n has good views! Don t show up hungry as food does take a while to come out the food is very delicious though! Happy hour menu is great n so is the regular menu! I got the fish n chips cones, truffle fries n the sliders and they are all Soo Soo delicious!! Then there were the scallops n ahi tuna n these are sublime!! Very well cooked n very well presented!! Overall this is a great place!

The Parker Rooftop has become a very special place for us. We often visit for their drinks and incredible desserts and we always feel right at home when we return. The restaurant and dining experience is fantastic, they truly have the best of the best working on the team. We initially discovered the Parker Rooftop at the Wedding Expo in 2023, when they were brand new in their operations. We made the decision to plan our wedding reception here in June 2024 because we felt that we could be taken care of and that people would have a great time. We got exactly that! The team at The Parker Rooftop was incredibly accommodating to make sure it was a great night. The food spread was phenomenal and the staff working that night (shout-out to Blake, Lindsey, Alper and the rest of the crew!) really made sure we had a great time. Thank you for everything. I highly recommend this space for anyone looking for an event for ~100 people, but will always recommend the Parker Rooftop as a spot where you can enjoy the wonderful views with some of the best cocktails in Vancouver!

Very cute place for happy hour! It was really warm when we went but the drinks and food was yummy. Loved the oysters, they had so much substance! The mushroom arancini was yummy and soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. They also actually put truffle shavings in their truffle fries!! I liked their strawberry aperol drink so much I had 2 haha. The service was attentive and friendly, and the rooftop vibes were great!

Went here to celebrate a birthday, and the experience was absolutely horrid. Ordered 6 appetizers and 6 mains. All the appetizers took almost 2 hours to come and the mains arrived about 7 minutes later even after being OFFERED to get our mains after we get a chance to eat our appetizers. On top of that after having a bite of the steak right when it was brought it was literally cold. Our water was refilled once after two hours, and that was because we had to ask. I wish I was done with my complaints but even after all this they forget to punch in a whole main dish and an appetizer thus leading one of the party members not getting their meal and having them tell us he won t be able to receive it because it will take too long. Wish I could give a good review but that is impossible.

Worst dining experience I ve had, definitely not the place to come if you re looking to dine in. Multiple things went wrong, first our food came out 2 hours late and the waiter forgot to punch in one of our guests orders. After taking our orders, our waiter disappeared. Very poor hospitality our waiter didn t even come to refill our waters during our 3+ hours there. When we did receive our food it was extremely cold. I would not recommend the steak at all as it will come cold and their table side gimmick of torching the steak is a poor attempt at trying to warm it up.

We visited Parker Rooftop for Happy Hour on a sunny day, and they were able to get us a great table on the patio in the sun with a spectacular view of Vancouver. The restaurant was decorated beautifully and even the water glass were really unique and picturesque. We had a few cocktails and found them to be a bit hit or miss flavour wise but still overall nice and refreshing. We also ordered the mushroom arancini, which were absolutely delicious. Will definitely be coming back here for the nice views and great Happy Hour deals!

Place is good, sadly staff looks a bit under experienced which make it slow, and managers won t help them, when I went supervisors were sitting drinking with customers. Got a table next to the bar and listened a bit of the problems and you could see the bar not clean and organised enough. Great spot but don t expect much.

What an absolutely horrible experience! I m not even sure it deserves 1 star at all! I booked well in advanced and was not expecting to be seated on a cold windy patio but apparently restaurant had a function and I m almost certain we were bumped. Had to ask for blankets just to keep warm and not to mention no heaters. We almost should have left right then and there. Took 30 mins for our drinks to arrive with no explanation .! Ordered food and once it finally arrived had to wait for side plates napkins and cutlery. Finally decided to get up to help ourselves only to have a different server ask us to sit and it will be brought over which again we waited for. Our server had the gall to become confrontational with us when we pointed out the many issues we faced on what should have been an enjoyable night out. Service was so terrible it was ridiculous! I can t imagine this place lasting too long I know we definitely won t be back again! And I don t even know if the valet is affiliated but they are a joke as well!!!

Really enjoyed the Happy Hour roof top experience. The Mushroom Arancini are our favs and the Fish & Chip Cone (sushi rice, soy paper, crispy tempura, pickled ginger, tartar and cucumber) along with the HH Rosé. Perfect for meeting up with friends and sharing a beverage or two. Our server Beau - very attentive. Looking forward returning again soon.

I booked this restaurant for my wife s birthday. The scenery is stunning! to compensate the chill from the rooftop breeze, each chair is given a cozy blanket. As for the food it was perfect to share amongst 4 people only thing full entree meals aren t available. Everything was fantastic. The only thing that left a bit of a bad taste service wise was the arrogant sommelier that seemed annoyed to be asked to suggest a wine for us and proceeded to recommend a bad one. Other than that the rest of the staff were wonderful and I would recommend here for special occasions.

This has been on my list to visit for the past little while because it was popping off on my socials for the past year. They did such a big hype of this place that it was all over my socials for a whole month, it was calling for me so I had to do a happy hour at this place with my gays and my girlfriend. Surprisingly my gays didnt show up, they are not invited to HH again, so their fault, but me and my girlfriend had a fantastic time here. I didnt know it was going to be such a bougie vibe and on top of that, I wasnt expecting the waiters to all look amazingly dapper too. It almost felt like I travelled in time to the 1980. I enjoyed the décor and the small tables but I know those tables dont have enough space to eat on for sure. It surely is a bar environment instead of eating, when their menu is stacked with delicious food!! I love our server Charles, he was dapper and handsome. Charles was attentive and extremely friendly with us the whole time we were there. And he would answer a lot of questions that I had about the menu that night too. Me and my girlfriend literally ATE when we were here. We ordered cocktails and more cocktails, while devouring tons of shucked oysters for the whole time. And because the gays werent there, we literally ate their portions too AHAHAHA! We were literally dedicating a whole Sunday to just DEVOUR oysters. We were getting so many looks from the skinny people in the restaurant that whole day, but we had 1 amazing cheer leader server who was like, YES EAT FOOD! I kinda laughed when he walked by. He was cool. The oysters were anything special, but it was such a good deal we might as well, and they were shucked well. I did once got a large piece of shell in my oyster, but I am happy we are giving the kitchen practice on how to shuck those oysters. LOL Anyways, I had a fantastic time, and maybe next time I will be back for more oysters or maybe sit at the patio and party it out with my gays.

Our server Amy was so nice to us. We even canceled the sparkling water right after we realized it was extra, she was so kind and generous. The foods were also super nice. Especially arancini. You should get one.

We reserve the table for my brother birthday but when we get there and got a table, we waited for 15 mins to get a server come to us and when he did we order some drinks and we get our drinks after10-15 mins just a regular drinks nothing fancy and after that we waited for so long time then another server came to our table asking if we are ready for the order and we did order 3 items to eat but we literally waited for 1 hours for our food to come but it never showed up than our other server came to us saying you didn t get ur food yet than we said no than he said i did check the time it will take 4 more mins but again we waited for another 15 mins but we didn t get anything than finally we just went to out server at the bar and told him we don t want our food we just want to pay our bill and leave and what surprised me is that he never said sorry or why what happen or he didn t even try to solve the situation IT FEEL LIKE RACISM TO ME AND MY BROTHER Because that server was very nice to other tables with white people he was checking on them very frequently like if they need anything but he always skip our table This was a very big DISAPPOINTMENT for us. We just want to have a good time but he went so bad . I will never come back to this again NO DOUBT AMBIENCE WAS GOOD BUT RACISM WAS CROSSING ROOF TOP

Yesterday my friend and i decided to give a try and visit we called 2 days before to book a table outside ,,, for 2 but they ended up giving us a table inside . It was not a big of a deal but I called 2 days before for a reason the service was not bad but also wasn t too good somehow we didn t feel welcomed we had to wait for more than an hour for our food and it wasn t that busy no checks up in between or any updates on the food he came the first time to ask for the order and the Secound time was after an hour ish and he said what did you guys order ,,,, and he said I m going to get you a free drink because we waited for so long 15 mints go by no food and he comes up with the drink as he was walking towards us we already got our stuff and we were ready to take off ,,the restaurant is absolutely gorgeous and loved the vibez tho

Wow, what a mixture! The food is excellent. Service more 3 star than 4. The atmosphere is eclectic, with a EDM fellow in the corner, nice views, a patio that looks great and a bunch of young fun diners. 3 stars for the food because: 1. The kitchen was super slow, even with the simplest dishes. I had to wait a lot just for the oysters and bread plate. 2. The oysters were not fresh. I only ate 2 and realized I didnt want to risk it anymore, even though I still paid for them. The butter, which went with bread, was also not super fresh. 4 stars for the atmosphere because the windows were very dirty. The main attractions of such places are the view and music, but my view was spoiled. Despite these downsides, I felt like this place was good enough. The hostesses were great and super friendly, as were the waiters. I will give this place a second chance to see if its really worth it.

Honestly - this review goes to the doorman/bellman. I believe his name began with a J, but I m terrible with names. He was working around 6/6:30 tonight (March 24th). He blew my mind; the greatest service in the shortest period of time. He greeted me before I entered the hotel, and helped me confirm my friends were already inside. He guided me to the elevator to reach Parker Rooftop and after realizing the line was long (for hotel guests), he took me to another elevator to speed up my wait. While waiting on the elevator, he asked me what kind of drinks I like and when I said whisky, he immediately recommended a drink by name that had everything I was looking for. He made such an impression in such a short period of time! Blew my mind, honestly! His knowledge, personality, and kindness won me over. The actual server and restaurant were fine - great deals for happy hour. But I really hope this lovely doorman/bellman gets recognition because I would 100% choose him as my server if I could. I wouldn t have wrote a review if not for him.

We had a lovely Happy Hour Sunday afternoon in the Parker last weekend and our server Amy really looked after us. Tasty cocktails and shared nibbles. The sliders and Fish & Chips are delish. The bread Platter is amazing. We were sat in the sheltered area with a cozy firepit. The bar is well laid out and is a very cool spot to visit, highly recommend.

My first time going to this new restaurant/bar, I was really exciting about trying it. First of all, their service I would say okay. All of the staff were very friendly and polite. The only thing was, I was the last one joining my party, no one came to give me utensils and water for 15 minutes. Finally someone came and I asked but that person did not come back at all. We didn t try many dishes, we went there for happy hour. I have to say their happy hour was a very good deal. We tried raw oysters, parker sliders, truffle fries, mushroom arancini and fish and chips cones. Out of all, my favourite was mushroom arancini, everything else was just fine. I wanted to order a main dishes so I asked the server if they have risotto that I saw on their IG. They no longer served risotto so she recommended the baked potato gnocchi, but turned out I did not enjoy it. When I parked the valet told me their signature cocktails were midnight margarita and golden hours. I tried my friend s golden hours it was very refreshing. However I ordered the full price midnight margarita, it just tasted like normal margarita nothing special. The restaurant claimed they have a very nice view of downtown Vancouver, but there was construction right next to the building, maybe a few years later it will be very nice. Last but not the least, the worst thing was they do not have parking lot. All drivers need to valet park. It was very difficult to find street parking around the building and the location was a very busy traffic spot.

I was lucky enough to be invited to an event which include a tour of a couple of the suites which were very nice. We were received in the lobby bar with bubbly and some snacks before the tour. After, we were led up to the Parker Rooftop which was amazing. The staff were extraordinarily attentive. The food was gorgeous and delicious. I had the Buy Yourself Flowers feature cocktail, highly recommend. Will be back soon to enjoy happy hour and the incredible views.

Sat at the patio. Felt a bit too tight. Seems they optimize the space but there are too many tables and chairs in a very small area. The decor is a bit bland and no personality. I might go again if the weather is nice but other than that, it s not that memorable.

This is a gem! From the welcoming doorman to our gracious hostess and the attentive maître de to our 10 star waiter, Beau we felt very well attended to indeed. We enjoyed drinks/appetizers which included favourites like truffle fries and new items like the fish and chips in a cone. They were all delicious and went well with our drinks. A beautiful setting with ultra high ceilings and multiple patio spaces with stunning views is somewhere you definitely want to bring friends. Wheelchair accessibility: I use a walker and am often nervous about dining out but I was put at ease with a convenient place to store my walker and very helpful staff. Thank you!

Great place it was our first time to enjoy an evening at this place. Unfamiliar with the Black curly hair lady s name name who seemed like a Supervisor Manager or even a Host not sure who for some reason seemed unaccommodating when we asked for an alternative seating as our table the far corner of the restaurant patio had a gushing blow of cold wind through the little passage that is not covered by the Cabana transparent walls. We simply asked her if there was an alternative seating and she could have handled things way better and showed lack of empathy throwing words like your reservation came in last minute and the restaurant is pretty full. I am an Assistant Front Office Manager at the Marriott Hotels and been in this hospitality industry for over 8 years. Forget my partner, even I was simply amazed at this ladies understanding of welcoming a guest . We have made a reservation and come, we are not walking and we have only asked you for something. If nothing is available we obviously understand offer alternatives like you have some blankets or help increase the heating nearby but those words used were absolutely unnecessary. Anyway the welcome was truly not worth it but Aiden our server turned around the experience, we didn t tell him anything simply wanted to have a drink and leave but because of his service we stayed and had 2 drinks. He opened a Shaft door that helped block the wind which solved our problem right there, I wonder why this lady could not do what Aiden could do in 10 seconds. We appreciate his suggestions with cocktails and appreciated his empathy and professionalism. I don t even like reviewing but this seemed necessary so that your team can work on some training. No disrespect towards the lady or anyone, a review is meant for a clients feedback and hopefully you have a fair one here to work on.

I really enjoyed my experience at the Parker Rooftop. Amy , our server, made our entire night. My boyfriend and I were celebrating his birthday and Amy went all out to make sure we had a special night. She was so attentive and gave me a blanket and offered to move us when it got a little chilly at night. She even brought out a pastry at the end of our dinner with a candle :) If you are reading this Amy, thank you so much! You are definitely the kindest and most genuine person. Service can truly make or break an experience and Amy made the splurge extremely worth it! The menu is a little limited but I understand that the steak and cocktails are the main attractions on the menu. Otherwise, the ambience is perfect and the patio is so beautiful for a romantic night out.

Really good place to have a bite or just a drink. I definitely recommend bringing someone here on a date, she will love it. The view is amazing and the service too. The drinks aren t too pricey either. The view at night is amazing and during the summer I imagine this place gets packed.

I booked to take my partner for a birthday meal on the dine out menu, we arrived and were seated. I requested the dine out menu that was when they told us they couldnt offer if today. (Middle of the dine out festival). It was very disappointing that they didnt apologise and just let us walk out. Highlight was the wonderful guy on the door who was very friendly.

A delightful dining experience at Tranquil Pavilion, especially with the rain adding to the cozy ambiance. The Dineout festival menu was truly impressive! Both appetizers had a subtle hint of acidity, perfectly balancing the richness of dishes like duck , fries and cheese. The consideration given to flavors was impeccable! Desserts were generous in portion size, yet each offered a trio of distinct textures, complemented by a subtle acidity along the rim of the bowl, refreshing the palate. Such attention to detail! Excellent service, attentive and courteous, earns full marks. The only slight drawback was the price of cocktails, but overall, a fantastic experience!

I went yesterday for a date, my reservation was at 10. I felt so horribly disgusted and disappointed from everything to anything. I couldn t stop myself from posting a review about how badly i was treated last night. Just after our food arrived, there was so quality check i think the server probably forgot that he was serving us as well! That was still okay; I came here especially to try the desserts and guess what? The kitchen forgot about my order so did my server/they thought they already delivered, thats what i was told by the server This is so funny! The whole experience left me totally annoyed and disappointed and ruined the date as well Never coming back!!

My visit to Parker Rooftop was a great experience. We were celebrating a birthday, and they went beyond to make it special. We were impressed with the complementary champagne and the birthday dessert. The food is absolutely tasty. I recommend their fish and chips cone for appetizers, very delicious. Terrible experience. We were a group of 4 who visited on a Friday evening and we were seated on some couches by the bar. We started with a female server, then a male server, and then no one came to our table for a while even though it was not very busy. 2 of us went to the bar to get a drink and the female server immediately came over and told us, very rudely, we had to go sit back down. We were then standing by our couches and, again, the female server reprimanded us for standing and not sitting. There is a manner in which customers should be treated/spoken to and this was not it. It is fine to have a sit only policy; however, we all felt we were children being scolded by an adult. This is not the way you want to be treated when spending over $20/drink. Learn to treat customers with some decency if you want repeat business. There are plenty of other bars in this city where the service far exceeds this place.

Terrible experience with the service. Our server needs to learn how to speak to customers with a bit of respect rather than talking down to them. She started off nice then became increasingly rude and did not come back to our table for long stretches of time even though it wasnt busy.

Visited Parker Rooftop for a couple of drinks on the weekend. The decor and views were definitely a highlight. However, the experience was marred by some staff members who were rude and abrupt. For a venue of this caliber, I expected a higher standard of service. Improvements in this area could greatly enhance the overall experience.

We came here to ring in NYE 2024 and it was quite the party. Passed food platters as well as oysters, caviar bumps, and a steak carving station. The place was decked out beautifully with lights and plenty of decorations. The tickets included a welcome champagne drink and shot as well as a champagne at midnight. Service was great even when it became really busy. Our waitress kept up with bringing us drinks. Loved that there were plenty of heaters to keep us warm because it was cold that night. The crowd was mixed with older people and younger people, but pretty much everyone was dressed dapper and many people in the 1920s Roaring 20s theme. Loved that. The performers were great, I loved the go-go dancers who even danced with the party guests and the DJ and live performers kept the partying all night until 2 a.m. Because it was a ticketed event, it was more private than going to a nightclub and I really liked that. I loved the regular cocktail menu, of all the things I tried my favorite was the espresso tonic and their version of an Old Fashioned called Tomorrows Problem. Cocktails were nicely presented and they have an extensive wine and beer list as well. I would love to go back in the future to try their regular food menu and have a drink at the bar because its so beautiful. The city views are top notch here. My friends had a blast and agreed the place was well-worth visiting during our vacation in Vancouver. Fully recommend Parker Rooftop! One of the best rooftop bars I have ever been to.

I came here for NYE with my friends and it was such an amazing night (even though I barely remember the end of it thanks to all the delicious drinks...!) It was obvious that the staff had put so much effort into making the night an amazing success! There were stations with incredible food, flowing champagne, and dancers as well as live music! The space itself is also beautiful; not only is the view gorgeous, the design of the bar is similar to something out of the Great Gatsby. It was my birthday, and the staff and other guests were so generous and kind to me. Our server, Yupi (I hope I spelled that correctly!) was also AMAZING! He was so attentive and funny! Honestly, I cant remember a time in Vancouver where I went out and everyone, from staff to customers, were all so happy, social, and fun. The place just has an atmosphere like something from the past- very special

Standout service! Went after work with a colleague for appys and a few drinks, excellent experience.

Hands down one of the nicest experiences Ive had dining in Vancouver. We were first greeted by a friendly doorman, and as he showed us the way to the elevators to the rooftop, he suggested his favourite cocktails which was a nice touch. Inside is beautifully decorated, and has a very warm feel to it. Its very well maintained and clean. We let our server surprise us with the drinks and he did not let us down. They know how to make cocktails here. The food is delicious, we tried the truffle fries and the wagyu sliders, and highly recommend it.

Went for dessert and a few drinks after dinner. Awesome place to hang out, nice and cozy friendly and attentive service. It s best to call in advance for reservations. We probably just got lucky it wasn t a busy night. Parking is an issue, unless you want to valet.

Everything exceeded our expectations for New Years Eve! The program was awesome, the music, the food stations, and the hordourves, the service was outstanding. Great prices for wine and bubbles and a very cozy atmosphere.

incredible service at this rooftop. the atmosphere is chic and they keep the temperature comfortably. all staff i interacted with were welcoming, the drink choices we went for were delicious and everything came out super fast. definitely worth coming to see for drinks and light snacks

Without any doubt the food was amazing but cocktails were too pricey and not worth it service is very poor

One of the best nights in Vancouver that I spent was at Parker and all the credit goes to Kayleigh. She was the highlight of the night, so exceptional at her service and you d love to have a conversation with her. It didn t feel like we were there for the first time as Kayleigh made us feel so welcomed and was there to check on us all the time, I don t think there would be any better that the restaurant could have and she has the spark which will just make you feel like your night spent at the restaurant was worth it. I hope she keeps on shining this way and she d be the only reason for us being regular at the restaurant. The food was great too but the service was a 7 star, i wish there was an option to rate 7 star for her, lol. Lots of positivity your way Kayleigh, keep smiling the way you did all the time. Thank you so much!

This is my second visit to the Parker Rooftop and I am so happy to be in the know about this hidden gem. Enjoying a beautiful cocktail in such an impeccably designed oasis, along with the city view is a next level experience in my opinion. We shared the shroom sliders and truffle fries which were both so delicious. I would recommend that everyone give this place a try, you will not be disappointed.

The restaurant was awesome especially as the sun was setting!! It was pretty cold in restaurant for some reason but other than that gorgeous place!

Had a great experience here this past weekend. Gorgeous location with a chic and sexy décor. Blake and his team were fabulous, from the attentive maîtred to the servers, they all looked after us and made sure we had a fantastic time. We got some great food and drinks recommendations, (mushroom sliders are amazing!), hats off to the chef. Already looking forward to our next visit and try the updated dinner menu and outdoor winter patio setup. Thanks Claire & team for an amazing night. Cheers!

Came here for happy hour to celebrate our anniversary. What a gorgeous space! We had some lovely wine and some beef sliders and truffle fries. Everything was delicious! Our server noted that it was our anniversary and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary desert and Prosecco. Our server was attentive and we had a lovely afternoon. Will be back for sure

I want to celebrate my birthday at this restaurant, but unfortunately, all of the servers were extremely rude didn t even greet us properly. So disappointing for a high end restaurant not even have great service. I actually ended up leaving and going to dine somewhere else.

Views were amazing but somehow the waitstaff weren t welcoming. For such a high end restaurant, you d expect a little more especially since we were celebrating my friend s birthday. We didn t eat, we just left after such interaction.

I had a fantastic experience at Parker Rooftop last night with my friends. The drinks were exceptional, and the service provided by Kayleigh was truly outstanding. It was 10 of us and Kayleigh went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, making our evening memorable. Kudos to Kayleigh and the entire staff for creating such a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

The drinks are very good, they have happy hour and it is well worth it. The view is very nice and the service is good. Excellent place to hang out with friends, there is a good atmosphere and good music.

This place is great. Had a bottle of wine I requested and window seat ready for our birthday dinner celebration. Awesome vibe and atmosphere, attentive and friendly service, great food (see pics). Nice view with a heated patio option as well. They took care of us and made the night special. Highly recommend for dinner and drinks or special occasions. Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating and careful about allergies. Kid-friendliness: Not ideal for kids.

Started out great, we were seated immediately next to the windows, had service right away with wonderful drinks. Then a holiday party of two dozen came in and was seated in the middle of room, within arms reach and they took the entire staffs attention. It was incredibly loud ruining the atmosphere. We finished our first round and were ready to order and, nobody ever came back to our table. After about 20 minutes my partner and I decided it was not worth our time. We were sitting with an empty table, no food ordered, no drinks on the way, and unsure when that was going to change. I couldnt even call our server, I had to go up to the bar to get our tab. I am generally lenient when it comes to busy nights and crowds, but this was really pushing the limits. We were so excited to order steaks, sides, starters, many more rounds of drinks.. and well, didnt. We packed up and got food down the street. I saved about $250 CAD leaving, so good for me I guess. The ONLY reason this place is getting 2 stars and not 1 is because the guy downstairs who got us in the elevator, his name was Jaden (spelling?) was so nice and awesome. What a great person to meet when you first walk into an establishment. If only the rest of the staff were like that, could have potentially been a great night.

Truffle fries, fresh oysters, wagyu sliders the most delicious mushroom arancini, and the friendliest staff ever, made it the best evening out with the girls and the best happy hour. Been to many rooftops around the world, but the service here and quality of food was the best. All the wait staff and managers stopped by the table to greet us throughout the evening. Even Down to the friendly doorman. Now that s amazing! Definitely would love to return. Thanks for the warm dining experience!

Was here the other day for some drinks with friends and had such an amazing time! Shyann truly made our experience so special. Her attentiveness and warmth made all the difference, well definitely be returning thanks to her outstanding hospitality :)

Besides it being a rooftop bar it s unimpressive with average drinks and food. One of those spots you can say you went to but don t go back to.
