The previous night I had dinner at Atlas Steakhouse, so had a benchmark comparison. The simple steak sandwich at Gothams was easily more tender and better seasoned than at Atlas .

From the moment we arrived it was a great experience. I love the dark atmosphere. Was a great place for a date with my husband while we were on a holidays. Our waiter Jon was super knowledgeable and entertaining. He really made our dining experience memorable. The food was nothing but delicious. We did a few appies and shared a bone in rib eye steak, which was perfectly cooked and seasoned to perfection. Side dishes were excellent as well we had the field mushrooms and the Brussel sprouts. Dessert was amazing as well. We shared the sorbet. It was nice and light and a perfect touch. Even though our waiter was laughing at us for picking this with so many in house made desserts available. We just couldnt do anymore. 100% would go here again! Love it! Well done!

This is my second time, the first time I was here I was not that satisfied with the steak, I asked for a medium well but they gave me medium rare. The second time we dine in was yesterday. I ordered New york strip medium well and I still felt like its still medium rare and its kinda salty. With the price of $100 per serve Im expecting to taste it superb and wil hit my expectations but unfortunately it didnt. I also asked my collegue how s her steak but she said the same thing salty . Hopefully on my third dine it will give me the best experience. By the way, the mango mule and the chowder soup was good and the service as well.

Classic feel, good steak, great bar, beautiful service

An amazing experience, our group had an amazing time. We all enjoyed our food, sampling the wagyu the feature fish and of course. Steak! The only downside was we needed to get our steak cooked a but more since it was ordered medium and came blue rare. Other than this, the desserts appetizers and mains were all above and beyond, the service by Ken was also amazing, his knowledge and hospitality made it a great night to be remembered. Also a bit pricey, but worth it if you want to treat yourself.

My friends and I went there to celebrate one of our birthdays. We decided to splurge for their Tomahawk steak when they had that. It was amazing! The sides are also so flavourful. I dont remember our servers name but he went above and beyond to help us celebrate my friends birthday and made us feel as special as she was. For the price, it was worth the splurge once in a while

Wow! Im so happy to have finally dined at Gothams! The servers? Absolute legends. Every question I asked? Answered with insider knowledge and a dash of humor, like a well-rehearsed (yet surprisingly authentic) act. And the food was amazing. We ordered a few items on happy hour and also a full dinner. Everything was absolutely delicious! Long story short: Gothams has somehow perfected the art of making you feel both at home but fancy and in the coolest spot in town. If you re looking for a place that treats food seriously and has top tier service, as if you were royalty, this is it. 5/5 stars, and I m already plotting my return.

I celebrated my birthday dinner here with my friends and family. We came all the way from Bellevue, WA to try the infamous Gotham Steak House. The food was absolutely delicious. Our server did not seem very welcoming, we did not feel like we were important guests to our server James. But . Our assistant server Noel made this an exceptional experience. He did it all from explaining the menu items, to telling us his personal favorite menu items, and even taking the time to sing me happy birthday when my dessert came out. Noel is the real MVP. He should be a server. We will be back for the exquisite and tasteful food, and Noel s service!

My wife and I had the pleasure of eating here for our anniversary dinner. The food was amazing and the service; particularly our server, Beau, was both accommodating and just the right mix of personable and knowledgeable. Well be sure to book a table with him the next time were in the city. Highly recommend Gotham Steakhouse!

Happy hour is quite a deal.

I had a good time dining here. We ordered waygu steaks about the minimum 4oz each and didn t disappoint. Its exactly how they say - Melt in your mouth. Also had mashed potatoes, lyonnaise potatoes, fresh oysters, baked oysters and a filet mignon steak on the side. Potatoes were both great, wont order the baked oysters again, and the filet steak a bit tough of course. I give the steakhouse experience a good review because its very intimate and overall felt right. Impressive!

Ordered medium for my steak and came out well done, the server Japser was nice enough to offer us a new steak, second time the steak was perfect however the mushroom they remade forget to add seasoning we didn t bother to ask them to remake it again because don t want to seem like a problem customer. Overall the service was amazing but kitchen should put more effort on the food. As a first time customer dining in Gotham I came in with high expectations especially the price and known for the best steak in Vancouver, however kinda disappointed for my first time visit.

We went for social hour before the hockey game! Excellent food and drink options! The steak sandwich was exceptional, as was the tuna, ceviche and oddly onion rings were sooo good. Service was prompt and attentive.

The whole staff from front to back were amazing. We stopped in both Friday and Saturday and were impressed each time. Luke and Kim were amazing serving us in the lounge both nights. Mark, Braden, and everyone who helped us out made us feel warm and welcomed. Best Steakhouse in all of Vancouver.

Husband and I went for a date night. The restaurant was beautiful and the service was amazing. Meghan gave us some great suggestions for our trip to Vancouver. We have never experienced such a professional team and as we were seated by the pick up area (collegial, helping on another, calm behavior, no inappropriate conversations). It was like being at Hell s Kitchen but without the yelling (like when they are near the end of the season). We also tried the Wagyu beef which was amazing. Although the food was pricey, it was worth it as all of it was tasty and not overly complex.

Amazing dinner with friends at Gotham. Service 10/10. Steak 9.8/10 - my husbands rating. I dont know what would have given 10/10 on that steak. Sable fish special 10/10. I might have been audibly moaning eating that dish. Absolutely this place is expensive, but we did walk away knowing we had a phenomenal meal/experience start to finish. Would recommend

Oct 24 update Lamb and red chowder wonderful, service on spot. Revisited Gotham last night for the first time In ages. It was worth the trip. Started with oysters and a modest crab cake, followed by mains of halibut, suggested by our server, and beef fillet. Our waiter was on his game!

I had one of the best dining experiences of my life at Gotham in late September 2024. I was in Vancouver for a few days on a work trip and remembering a previous late 2023 experience I had at Gotham I thought I would go back. As someone who lives in a small town and doesn t do a lot of fine dining the restaurant itself (I have only ever been in the bar/lounge area) is beautiful. High ceilings, a lovely art deco theme and an overall wonderful aesthetic. My server Landon was amazing. He was kind, funny and offered a number of recommendations for local dining based on my individual preferences. For any members of management reading this, he is an incredible employee who can maintain the standard of your business (even between services at ~130). I should probably also talk about the food. I am basic so I had a three course steak meal: tartare, a striploin and of course some Miyazaki Wagyu. If I m being honest I preferred the Kobe from my previous visit (more tender) but everything else I ordered was cooked perfectly. I ve never had steak tartare before and it lived up to my expectations of the dish as someone who loves rare steak and sashimi. Lastly, the drinks. I forget the first drink I had but it was great. What I remember is the plum whiskey sour which Landon made. It s not on the menu so I m not sure if it s going to exist when someone reads this review, but if you re at Gotham, like whiskey and want to try an amazing drink, I recommend you seek out Landon and ask him to make you a plum whiskey sour. I appreciate Gotham for catering to me and not making me feel out of place in a 5-star food environment. Trevor

Incredible dinner last night! The BC wine list was on point especially with 40% off sparkling wine at happy hour. The beet and burrata salad, appetizer wagyu, steaks and all our sides to our dessert were spot on. We had Luke as our server who was genuine to talk to, knew when to come over or when to give us space to enjoy our evening. The piano player added to the ambiance as well. We have 2 young kids at home and last nights experience could not have gone any better for us for a relaxing and enjoyable night of great wine and food. Thank you and we can t wait to come back!!

High end steak house with good vibes, steak options are good and nice location. Parking is a little limited but it is downtown so understandable.

I had the worst experience ever at this restaurant. I had pretty high expectation and looked forward to having my birthday dinner at Gotham Steakhouse because the reviews by others were pretty good but the real experience was way way way under my expectation. The food was okay. We ordered the dry aged rib eye steak but it did not taste as good as what I had before at other restaurants. The worst was the service. We waited quite a while after we were guided to the table until the waiter came to us. The restaurant was not that crowded. No idea what took them so long to send a waiter to us. Probably the middle-aged waiter with glasses didnt like our table and his attitude was abysmal. After we got the food, he did not ask even once if our food was okay or not. I wanted to complain but he seemed to like other tables more and never came to our table to give me a chance to talk to him about the food. I initially wanted to order some additional dishes and deserts but considering this unpleasant experience I already had at this restaurant, I just wanted to leave as soon as possible. the waiters attitude was arrogant and rude. I will never come to this restaurant again.

Food was top notch. Recommend the dry age steak. The wait staff are super helpful and super attentive. Nobody had an empty glass all night. Of course, it is on the pricier end but its worth it.

This afternoon I had a lovely afternoon celebrating my husband s birthday at Gotham steakhouse, the food was delicious and tasty with an excellent customer service.

You want meat, and only meat? You got it! Located right next to a sky train stop, one can enjoy meat, fish, seafood, some vegetables, some starches, and alcohol, all in one location. Parking is cheap in the parkade across the street, but is exposed. I dont know how often security comes by. Dont get too inebriated because going down to the restroom is a spiral staircase. So descending and ascending will be a bit fun. There is Inside Dining as well as Outside Dining surrounded by greenery and protected from the outside. Your server is very knowledgeable about the menu and can answer questions with grace and ease of a professional. Food was cooked to perfection and the oysters straight from the East Coast were memorable with the tiny bottle of Tabasco. Your sides are ordered separately, and one of them is the Cheddar Bread. A half order seems so little, and you just want more after the first bite. However can your stomach fit all that when the mains arrive? Lobster tail? No worries, someone will take the meat out for you. The rest of the mest? Well you have to cut your own. If you want dessert go ahead, if you can fit it after your meal.

One of the best dining experiences we have had. Everything was amazing about this place and we are glad we had an opportunity to experience Gotham. Huge shoutout to Jamie who was exceptional and 100% made the evening even more memorable. Everything tasted fantastic and the waygu miyazaki was the best steak ive ever had. Gotham provided amazing service! The hostess offered to check in our bags. Our server Megan was fantasic throughout the night. She thoroughly explained the menu and offered great wine suggestions. The cheese toast was a great starter for our Porterhouse steak and sides. The sticky toffee pudding was a great end to our night. Thank you Megan and the rest of the staff for offering such a great experience!

Top notch, everything there is done to a T. The atmosphere is elegant but not stuffy. The waiters are incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and the wine menu as well. The crab cake is pure crab that doesnt taste fishy or masked by other flavors. Amazing mojitos and the steaks are the absolute best cuts imaginable. It has ruined me for other steaks. Keep in mind though that the price point ensures that I will only ever be coming here for very very very very very special occasions. But it will still be worth it

This was my first time to a higher end steakhouse, so I decided its finally time to try Gotham. Man the food was something else, from the Cheese toast to the Steak to the Cheesecake and I can go on. The quality is there and flavor, its definitely a great treat. We had Beau serve us and he was on top of things right away, top notch service and his recommendations were bang on. I will be back again.

Bougie upscale expensive restaurant in the thick of downtown Vancouver. Being Paleo diners tonight, we were delighted to take advantage of their pre-dinner discount menu where everything was 49% off. The tuna tataki spice tasted a little old and the portion was small but the ceviche more than made up for it! We LOVED the steak sandwich (without toast or potatoes) delicious and perfectly - highly recommended!! We shared half portions of the seasonal veggie dish which was fabulous and the broccoli was perfect. Our server forgot our side salad but brought it right away. The vibe is upscale all the way and it would be very easy to spend a few hundred pp. Best of all, our bill was only $75

Great option if youre on the lookout for high-end steak. We came for a family birthday with a party of 8 (including a 7-year old) and had a great time. Our server and the whole front of house team were amazing. They know their stuff when it comes to food, and had really good suggestions for how to order. We shared a few really nice steaks. Family style, with lots of great sides, was definitely the way to go!. In contrast, other steak places would insist everyone order their own huge steak, meaning lots of leftovers. The atmosphere is definitely traditional vibes, with low, moody lighting, white server coats and monogrammed napkins. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and would definitely return and recommend.

The octopus salad was quite good. Asides that, the food was mediocre for me. Beautiful interior design, absolutely stunning, and lovely patio. Service was disappointing. The server asked intrusive questions and I was extremely uncomfortable.. that set the mood before I even ordered. I asked for dessert menu, but was quickly dismissed and told to consider it after the meal. I found that rude and patronizing. Not the professionalism I had expected from such a restaurant.

You havent lived until youve tried the Wagyu here. Cant wait to come back again

First off i would not recommend this restaurant if you re looking for a Top Quality Steak dinner..i never review but i had too as this dinner truly disappointed me.

We went to Gotham to celebrate our Anniversary and our server Jamie was amazing. We enjoyed our food and the ambiance of the restaurant! Jamie went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. Appreciate you.

I have never and I mean never had such an amazing customer service experience then I have with this restaurant. Don t get me wrong though the steaks speak for themselves. Price: If you are looking to join this restaurant for lunch or dinner then you must have done your research on the menu and their prices. But you get what you pay for and oh my goodness it is worth every penny. Portion/palate: Portions are all explained in the menu by ounces and since our son joined us we ordered the kids pasta and the grilled cheese with fries. Since my son did not like the pasta they graciously took the plate back without charge and we then ordered the grilled cheese with fries and he loved it! I had a 10oz Wagyu striploin Kobe and my wife had the 32oz bone-in Rib Steak. Both steaks were neatly sliced for our convenience and the taste of the steaks were just . You get what I mean. We also ordered a bottle of J.LOHR Seven Oaks and shared a plate of Sautéed Asparagus both were delicious. After dinner we got my son the kids sundae and we treated ourselves with the best Chocolate Brownie I have ever had in my life! Place: There is parking just across the street and also a parkade you can park in as well, both will be paid parking. The restaurant was clean inside and the outside looked like an older building. Since we were coming from Surrey it is a bit far for us but worth the drive. People: The service has to be one of the best I have ever experienced. Ever. Our server was Brandon but all of the staff were personable and kind. They never stuck their noses in the air and never looked down on us based on what we wore or who we were. If the food was average then I would come back just for the service. That is how good it is! I highly recommend going at least once to this amazing steak house! If not for the food then go for the experience (but you ll love the food, trust me). Parking: Big parkade just across the street from the restaurant. Kid-friendliness: All of the staff were kind to our son and had a great selection of food for the kids.

I tried dry aged and kobe steak for the first time here. It was a 5 star dining experience! The atmosphere and music are great! I was seated at the lounge where Won gave us 5 star service and recommendations! He entertained us with great conversation and even gave me a tour of the place because I was interested seeing the whole place! Its a 5 star eating experience, definitely recommended!

Okay steakhouse. Probably not worth the price. The food is not exceptional in my opinion. The sautéed garlic shrimp appetizer was okay. The shrimp was much smaller than you would find at most high end steakhouses. The scampi-type sauce was good and there was a sufficient amount of it. The Manhattan clam chowder was the reason I choose this place but it was weak. It did not have a lot of claims and lacked flavor. The clam chowder was pretty bland. The A5 Wagyu Kobe strip-loan was wonderful. Unfortunately, the chef insists on preparing the meat as opposed to letting me prepare my own on a hot stone. The hot stone at the table would ensure that each piece was prepared to my liking and eaten while hot. Wagyu is so much better that way. The A5 Wagyu Kobe was cheaper than anywhere else I have ever seen. The portion was ample. The baked potato was underwhelming for a high end steakhouse. It was small and came with very few topping selections. The restaurant was old school steakhouse style located in an old building. The restaurant was comfortable and would be a good spot for a first date. The bathroom is far and a little hard to locate from the top floor. The server and service were excellent. The server was friendly, welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. The restaurant was quick and the ticket times were fast. I doubt I would go back based upon the price when compared to the quality of food.

5 stars all across the board! My boyfriend and I visited Gotham for my birthday dinner. My boyfriend has eaten at Gotham before and wanted to share the experience and I was not disappointed. We had Colby as our server and he was so amazing. He was able to share his opinion about things he enjoyed on the menu without making us feel obligated to get that item. As well as being very attentive, welcoming and funny. I didnt have any expectations for this place but wow I will for sure be back!

Where to start?! From the moment you walk in, you know this is going to be special! The cocktail list is extensive, and its a joy to sit at the bar before your meal and watch them being made. Weve eaten here many times and every meal is memorable. Be sure to take your appetite, and finish off with the key lime pie as it is out of this world!!

We came on a Thursday for happy hour. Half of the tables were full when we got here and by the end of our time, the lounge area was completely full. We ordered the cheese toast ($8.25), beef burger ($16.50), oysters ($18.90) and sticky toffee pudding ($16.25). The cheese toast was served nice and hot. Very sinful and delicious. Always a classic at Gothams and Hys. The beef burger came with fries and was not bad. The beef wasnt overly dry. The fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I would order this again as it was a good deal. Sticky toffee pudding was a bit too sweet for me but the texture was good. Service was really friendly and nice. Food came out fast and I didnt feel rushed during happy hour. Would recommend for happy hour. The menu isnt the biggest but its good enough to satisfy your cravings

Wonderful lunch. Sat at the bar and Gilbert was fantastic. Great drink options and lunch menu. Ordered the Halibut and chips and was fantastic.

I loved the food & the service!! It was a delight. At the end of the dinner my husband was a bit tipsy & punched in one more zero to the tip & it cause bit of a commotion in our group in our own language. I m sorry for the waitress for that we couldn t fully explain it. It might have seemed as if we were preventing him from giving a large tip. I hope she sees this and understands our behavior of yesterday. We were sitting on the second floor. Again thank you for the lovely experience. We will recommend this place to everyone!!

We did a double date here and were blown away by our experience. We met one of the managers Alana, who was very nice and professional and had the pleasure of being waited on by Ken. next to the 32oz bone in rib eye, these 2 people made our night absolutely fantastic. Ken knew the menu in and out and really felt like he cared genuinely about making our night as enjoyable as it could have been, and he did just that. I would highly suggest requesting this gentleman when you decide to come here. and bravo to the kitchen staff as well, our food and drinks were fantastic.

I went with my family today for Father s Day celebration. The food was great as always. The service was quite disappointing. Both my husband and I felt the server was awkward and asked us questions that made us scratch our head. He started by asking if it was our first time dining at Gotham. My husband said no and said we have come here quite a few times. I ordered a 20oz ribeye. Even before I finished how I wanted my steak cooked, the server asked and that s for sharing? . I said no and asked it to be cooked rare. He then asked have you had a ribeye before? . I said yes and I would like it rare. He then tried to explain how fibrous it is and it needs to be at least medium rare. I reiterated my preference. The whole interaction felt like there was a lot of assumptions made based on our demographics. I don t think I will be coming back to Gotham for a while.

Very high-end restaurant. We shared a porterhouse between two of us and it was melt-in-your-mouth amazing. We also had the mashed potatos and field mushrooms, which were fantastic. Expensive, but definitely worth it to treat yourself at least once.

I was at a company dinner, I had a wonderful New York steak made of beef from Alberta. Great taste, huge portion (almost 500 g of meat), I remember every bite of this wonderful steak.

Went here on a Friday night with my Partner for social hour and it was incredible. The ambience is fantastic and the food and prices were amazing. Will definitely be back

He ll make sure you have the most amazing food orgasm where you could cut a steak with a butter knife and it melts in your mouth. Others will want what you re having!! The most amazing cheesy bread that is so magical it could whisk you away to another fantasy. I have also never had Carpaccio as smooth, velvety and so flavourful. Colby s attentiveness, humour, professionalism, knowledge of the menu and knowing how to read his clients means he is an invaluable employee. He could open his own Train the front of house company. In today s pay the bills through college attitude, Colby excels and I will never eat at Gotham unless he is my side of table professional . Calling him a server is beneath him. Well done Gotham Steakhouse and Bar. And THANK YOU Colby!

The server reminded us the octopus dish is like a salad even though it says grilled because some people might expect a BBQ styled dish. It turned out very delicious and had a nice balance of texture. The dry-aged always sold out when we were here, so we ll come earlier next time! We always order cheese toast and portobello mushroom fries as sides.

Our first time visit at Gotham was absolutely wonderful! Our server, Rio was also amazing! We had the chowder, beef carpaccio, crab cake, steak and lobster, and garlic prawns! The food was absolutely so delicious. The chowder wasnt too heavy but it was very nice start to a dinner. Beef carpaccio with the paramasan was really good with the aragula because it balanced the flavors. Our server recommended family style when we were ordering our mains, which was perfect because we didnt eat much.

We came from Alberta for a weekend away for our anniversary, I booked on line and asked for a private booth. Gotham did not disappoint! Jasper our server was absolutely amazing, wonderful service and catered to my allergies without even an eye bat! Excellent service, astounding food! Well done! Thankyou so much

Popped into Gotham Steakhouse for a solo lunch today. The vibe was definitely suited for a celebratory dinner, but the lunch menu offered a great escape from the usual sandwich scene. My New York strip was cooked perfectly juicy but could have used a bit more oomph in terms of seasoning. Reading online reviews, it seems some folks rave about their steaks, so maybe mine was an anomaly. Overall, its a good lunch spot for a treat, great service, and staff. If youre a steak purist, recommend asking about cut recommendations to ensure maximum flavor.

1st I Must thank our 1st Waiter by the Bar BRADEN. Man is awesome and is ON POINT with recommendations with great taste. As someone visiting from the States, he gave me great advice and at the end of our Dinner I didnt want to leave. This Place is 12/10 the right place to be. Ill be back probably just to come here !!!

Gotham has been around for many years, and little has changed, and that isnt a bad thing. I noticed they have exceptional wagyu beef offerings on the menu, and that is new! We enjoyed cocktails, and the cheese bread that comes out first is a classic presser. We stuck to beef at our table. The fish, lamb, and veal options were tempting. Food was done perfectly, the fingerling potatoes in a marscopone sauce were very tasty. Freshly sliced truffles at the table to cover our steaks was worth it for umammi. Maybe a tad dated on the interior but still delivering top-notch food and service, Gotham is a Vancouver classic.

Every time I am in Vancouver I make time to go get dinner here. This steakhouse is unbelievable! The service is unlike any other place I have been to. They are all super enthusiastic about the food and will tell you everything. They make you feel special and happy whilst you dine. The food is unreal and is out of this world. The side dishes are a must and is excellent. The steaks are cooked to perfection and taste so good.

Service was great, talkative attentive waiter, steaks were good, quality of meat was good, quantity was perfect. Atmosphere is low light, carpet, dark wall paint, kind of like the old steak house your parents took you with really high ceilings. I would take my parents here next, my date to somewhere a little brighter with a more upbeat vibe. Still a good venue you should try!

Me and my partner went here while visiting Vancouver. Jamie, our server, took amazing care of us. The food was sooo good. I will definitely be returning on my next trip!

There is nothing more to state: Best steakhouse in BC. Incomparable food, service and ambience. The closest to a US style steakhouse, the quality of the meat and their care is preparing your meal is so evident. There is no one even close. My favorite steakhouse in town, period.

Bad cut of meat and cooked incorrectly. Ate one bite. Bartender didnt seem to see an issue and never even asked if something was wrong.

In all fairness this review is based on one experience. I would definitely eat here again. The food was excellent, the service was great. My issues were the time it took to get our food. In the big scheme of things though it wasnt a huge deal. My biggest issue is when I ordered 2 glasses of Macallan M. The waiter went and grabbed the menu to make sure I knew what I was ordering and what the price was. I tried my best to not get upset about it. I knew what I was ordering. Maybe because I wasnt wearing a suit threw him off?? I dont know. Then when we got our drinks, the glass it was served in was chipped!! I was shocked. A $500 glass of Scotch, and it was served in a chipped glass. Then all he did was pour the Scotch from one glass to another, which made a bit of a mess. If youre going to question if I can afford a drink, youd better make sure you serve it properly. I got over it and enjoyed the drink. I was expecting some sort of offer to make it right. Maybe some discount etc. Literally nothing. I will eat here again. I would recommend it to anyone I know. I just wouldnt order something expensive!! I had a manger respond after posting this, saying to contact them and they would make it right. When I phoned, I was met by a supervisor that refused to let me talk to a manager, and told me I m wasting my time. Definitely not impressed with the service here

Upsell, upsell, upsell! Our server wouldnt stop trying to get us to buy more food. He was also controlling about when we order specific foods. The cheese toast was overhyped grilled cheese. But, the mushroom fries and Wagyu steaks are delicious. Overall prices were better than similar steakhouses.

Went for Happy Hour before a show. We had the cheese toast appy. Burgers and the steak sandwich. Everything was outstanding. Ive often heard it has the best burger in Vancouver and it probably is. Plus between 3 and 6 their 40% off menu makes everything reasonable !

Went here for my 40th Birthday. It was the most expensive meal I have ever had, but also the best steak of my life. I had the Kobe Wagyu and several sides. Everything was absolutely exquisite. The drinks were amazing, the food was incredible. I would absolutely recommend splurging here at least once in your life, as it is absolutely worth it. Service was fantastic, shout out to Jamie for making the whole experience great.

After my recent experience at Black n Blue I felt that I needed to leave a 5 star for Gotham. Great service nice food and dessert.

We went to Gotham steakhouse for the first time for my birthday dinner and it definitely won t be our last! Beau was our server and made the whole experience incredible and fun. The food and wine recommendations were spot on and we loved everything! We dine out a lot to find good steaks and this was by far the best steak and service we have ever had! We had an absolutely amazing time! Thank you Beau and the team!!

First Class all around. Has an old-worldy , classic restaurant feel, with the right amount of upgrades. It doesnt try to hard. And we had two Vegetarians with us who loved it. The service beginning from the greeting at the door and throughout the meal was excellent. Attentive but not overbearing. Fun yet professional. Thank you Ann Marie. The food prep was spot on. The Beef Thai salad was beautiful and perfectly seasoned. The cheese toast lived up to its excellent reputation. Fish of the day on Risotto was another excellent choice. Mediterranean pasta was very well received. If you like a spicier version make sure you ask for it as it pumped the dish up nicely. Extensive wine list to top it off. Vegetarian options: 2 vegetarians at our table LOVED it. Dietary restrictions: Easy to find dairy-free and gluten-free options

Went for a friends birthday. Got there and server told us they had not steak because they were renovating on Monday. Manager came up and told us they had a supply issue, then offered us old meat no one wanted to eat. Terrible service. Italian kitchen was much better.

Recently visited with my friends and our experience was unfortunately marred by the racist behavior of one of the waiters Jamie. Not only did they make unwelcome assumptions due to our ethnic background, but they also made inappropriate comments about our spice preferences, age, and even our profession. Additionally, the waiter did not allow us to choose our drinks and insisted we couldnt order dessert until we finished our main course. This left us feeling insulted and uncomfortable throughout our meal. Its disheartening to encounter such discrimination in a restaurant setting. I hope the management ensures that all guests are treated with respect and dignity.

This is my favourite steakhouse. The steak is always cooked perfectly. I only buy the porterhouse from here. The sides are excellent. Mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, Mac and cheese are delicious. The mushroom medley felt a bit oily. Pictures are a bit blurry as they are screen shots from a video.

Drinks, The Pistoleros, and the Spring Brake, very good, and a bottle of Prosecco from Napa Valley, Braden took care of us, excellent!! We had, Cheese Toast, Caesar Salad, Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail, Seymour Fried Chicken, Olives & Anchovies, Steak & Prawn Skewers, Beef Tostadas, Cheddar Burger, and New York Steak Sandwich. Our first time here and we had high expectations. Nothing disappointed us and the service was more than excellent. All 6 of us ordered steak and we were all very impressed. The side dishes were underwhelming and the ambience was a little too dark and stuffy for our liking. I guess this place could use a refresh considering the $$$$ they charge.

Should be a 5 here but wow as for 50 bucks and a reg 6 ounce steak not even including a potato! That was an extra 8 something! New record anywhere on no side with a grand extra cost added. Service top end though. Food
