The atmosphere is nice. I love there sambusas! Hope to try more food there soon.

Service was the biggest issue, followed by time of food delivery. When drinks are taken away after finishing them, the proper thing to do is to ask if you’d like another. This isn’t done. You have to go and ask for drinks separately. The servers I feel aren’t properly trained, it wouldn’t be considered acceptable in any other establishment. We were there for 3 hours and had two drinks a piece. Smart establishments would continue serving, it’s easy tip money. As far as food, it did take quite a bit of time but maybe it was an off night. We ended up ordering some more because our original order didn’t fill us up. We ended up cancelling because at 3 hours in we decided we could just go home. If they had kept the drinks coming it wouldn’t have been so bad, but we sat there for long periods without anything in front of us. Definitely not a place I would recommend.

Really crowded, difficulty to order any food or drink and really poor customer service. But the atmosphere is pretty good during their karaoke session.

Everything is over priced and very small portions not really worth it.
