I can’t give it a zero stars the lowest I can give it was one star. I went to this establishment on October 18 to order breakfast for takeout for me and my fiancé. My fiancé ordered a Timatin And I ordered an egg belt. When we got home My fiancé started eating and he realized that there was an egg in his sandwich so he gave it to me, when I started to eat it I realized that the egg was mouldy green. I immediately got sick. I’ve had diarrhoea for a week Because of this. Not only I got a mouldy egg, but I also got my order incorrectly. My fiancé asked for no egg and the egg that was in his sandwich was mouldy. When I reached out to corporate a manager by the name of Scharif Lassel Reached out to me and asked that I explained the situation. So I told him what had happened and I told him that I found a mouldy egg. He told me that that’s not possible, He stated that it was normal because the egg got overcooked by an hour. Now tell me this, no egg gets mouldy just buy over cooking it by an hour. He lied. He then proceeded to tell me that he was in a meeting that he will send me a compensation email later that day. I understood he was in a meeting so I didn’t bother him so I waited. By the end of Thursday, no email Friday no email either. I understand that he was off on the weekend but he had the Chance to email me on Monday, but he did not. So I reached out to him and I told him that I did not receive the email that was promised and that if he doesn’t remedy the situation, I was going to escalate it, What he told me was that he didn’t have time because he was off and he told me that I can say anything I want on the Internet. Very appalling customer service, I thought he would remedy this and not have to escalate it, but I was wrong. I’ve been a loyal customer to Tim Hortons since 2009, after this sad and disappointing customer service. I will never be returning there again or any Tim Hortons establishment. They just lost a customer. And sad to see that he chose to escalate instead of remedy it in private. I have attached a photo so that you guys can see that I’m not lying that in fact, it was a mouldy egg.

Very slow in the Drove thru. Everytime I come here they always mess my order. I asked for Crispy chicken sandwich and they kept giving me Crispy wrap sandwich. Very bad service and slow.

This location is DIS-GUS-TING. Papers all over the floor (which is dirty), crumbs all over the cutting board (yeah its normal to have crumbs, but wipe it off once in awhile), the coffee Silex had drips all over. A very dirty restaurant. I don’t understand how an inspector hasn’t flagged this place yet.
They are the best, always super fresh, nice give back card, nice service, i only wish they had a less sugary option... i always ask for a french vanilla with 1/4 glass of decaf and 1/4 of the glass of milk... so it works !
The quality of the service is in decline in this Tim Hortons. Staff often don't said "hi" to customer, cause they are too busy on their own conversation among themselves. Often mistakes in the order and the rapidity was better... need improvement!

I don t know what s going on at this Tim Horton s but I think they re doing everything they can to close! The service is pitiful: - Cashier who answers her personal phone instead of dealing with long wait times; - More than 20 minutes of waiting (approximately 4 customers total inside and drive-thru order); - Receive our burnt (calcined) toast; - No hello, no thank you. - Its very long and you can see the employees going around in circles and totally lost! - The place is not clean; In short, I live nearby and for 3-4 years I have been trying to give this establishment a chance, telling myself that it will change but now its over! I will avoid this restaurant for good, I will never be held hostage in your drive-thru line again!!! Im always disappointed and thats why today I decided to write a review, it doesnt make sense to make fun of the world like that!! *When I can, I go to the one in Ste-Julie, I have good service at this restaurant!
Just bad
Constantly errors in orders and oversights. It seems that employees dont want to work. Food is ok, it often happens that they no longer want to make refills so the meals/food are sold .
Its much too long. We ordered a Tim morning and it took them 15 minutes to 20 minutes to serve it. Some people arrived and then they got their order before us despite the fact that their order took longer to receive.
I was in the toilet of my gender (man) to change my daughters diaper and the panel is really not stable, I had to put my foot on the quail so that my knee could support the panel which was going really down. Please fix this for the next dad who changes a diaper. Really long service btw

The little black cashier is still smiling, but seems half asleep: doesnt understand the order, then once completed, we start again at the other checkout; the salty brioche is barely heated, and the iced coffee (which I thought was too basic to be missed) has no sugar, nor its usual taste... but it has the capacity to almost cause diarrhea. Ouch!
Constructive message; Please reconfirm orders with customers at the drive-thru, often errors lately, whether in terms of the format of the drinks or the content of the order in general (e.g. requests 2 items, records only one a the checkout, or asks for a workers bacon wrap with a large coffee and ends up with a trio, small coffee, workers wrap with sausage all patted on the bottom). Otherwise, fast service during the day and basic politeness are present
He doesnt give the order correctly and persists with me to say that yes, a workers wrap without the potato. I tell her that there isnt one. She tells me yes to realize that he doesnt have the wrap. is poorly done and very small this is the 3rd time!

Although there were no customers before me, it took too long to serve me. Then the employees were talking to each other as if I wasnt there, swearing like lumberjacks. Then, very unpleasant yo music polluted the sound environment of the restaurant. Flee the Tim Horton s in Varennes!

Employees often forget ingredients in sandwiches (tomatoes, rice or even salad). Management seems deficient... employees do not know the menu before being put on the floor (high frequency of forgetting).

Ive never seen a drive-thru as slow as here. The cars did not move forward once in 20 minutes and so much so that some cars left because it was so long. There is no excuse for a drive-thru to be so slow.
I had a bad ant experience when picking up TimBits (see below in parentheses for the original review) I received a response asking me to contact customer service by phone. Which I did. They really took the complaint seriously and the next day procedures were started to clean the restaurant. I received a call from the owner who took it professionally and even offered me timbits and coffee to compensate me and thanked me for reporting it. Super nice management and the restaurant is now very clean. Im not giving 5 stars simply because it comes from a bad experience but very good care! (Original review: We went to pick up Timbits. When we arrived home we found ants in the box. We went back and looked at their shelf which was stuffed with ants. When I told the cashier she simply shrugged her shoulders and replied yeah without more. I had to tell her that I had some in my box. She looked at it and once again yeah she was completely indifferent but at least she reimbursed us. was clearly going to leave it like that and the counter was disgusting like the rest of the restaurant. I strongly advise against going there.)

I asked for 2 toasts, well cooked white bread, butter on the 2 slices and cretons. I got 2 normal cooked toasts, 1 toast with no butter and the other a thick layer of unmelted butter with the cretons and it was not edible with the quantity. of butter I crumbled the toast in the trash
Prices have increased drastically. I dont consume as much. Only coffee when Im on the road.

I went there twice, the first time my iced cappuccino was mediocre. It tasted like water. The second time I ordered a hot chocolate, and they gave me a French vanilla or something else with a coffee flavor. Ill give them a third and final chance, but well see. There is also a very large pothole in their parking lot. Be very carrefully! Much faster inside service than their drive-thru.

The lack of employees is felt. Orders are always accurate, but there is a distinct lack of products. Not to mention that if you risk going to the drive-thru, good luck, its surrounded by potholes.

Employee clearly overflowing..after a long wait receive a part cancel order missing the potato and had to wait for drink receive 1/2 part...the other belonged to another customer... results eat less than half of my Tim morning bagel I have a hair inside, we apologize and make one again with 1/2 egg and surprise bacon instead of sausage. The drive-thru is very slow. I have no problem with employees talking to each other while they work, although I encourage it to keep a holy spirit at work, but when the customer arrives at the window to pay, its time to stop the conversation and take 5 seconds to serve it. Hello, Saturday December 2 and Sunday December 3, 2023 I went to Tim at 320 Bd de la Marine, Varennes around 5:40 am. and no one to operate this business. The lights were on but no one in the business. Theyre supposed to have been open since 5:00 and this isnt the first time this has happened. Very disappointing when we rely on your services for lunch before work.
Long service particularly during rush hour in the morning. Like everywhere else, there is a shortage of staff.

Hello, this Tim is the dirtiest I have seen in my life. The staff, I think, lack education on sanitation. The hoods, the displays are full of dust and the floors where people eat in the trash cans are dirty and full of crumbs. Its a shame because I think they will cause someone to get sick. I think the owner is to blame because his staff lack training. In short, a thorough cleaning would have to be done.

I went at 6:20 am I ordered a meal with several extras and in addition to the dry I had no extra even though I had no sauce at all... generous the manager offered me the meal and the waitress answers me in an irritatingly irritated manner... my colleagues meal was dry, no sauce even for the second sandwich or the irritable young lady is doing her tasks... unfortunately we wont be going back there again even if we go to tim every morning almost! Thursday morning around 5:20 am on October 27 I come by every morning for breakfast and when I order my order at the drive-thru I ask for a mocha with crème fraîche and a workers rap or a blt ti morning my workers rap either who and very burn who does not have normal and oh places to have a mocha with crème fraîche that I ask for with crème fraîche they give me a coffee and it happens very often this morning I noticed that I had a coffee and I went back to Tim to exchange the coffee for a mocha as I had asked and when I told him that it happens very often and that its not normal to have a mistake like that (yes Im shocked thats what happens) and I was told go to a Tims wine store if Im not happy and in a mocha theres no crème fraîche like I asked for, its my choice if I want crème fraîche with a service disgusting like that could never Im going to go to this Tim I have photos of my rap and proof that its a cafe or place of a mocha is served and no good

I ordered a creamy chocolate frosting with garnish and a French vanilla coffee with garnish. In both they forgot the garnish and I subsequently recommended a hot chocolate with garnish and a French vanilla coffee with garnish, in both they still forgot the garnish and they were going to forget the second French vanilla coffee if I told them would not have called back. Not to mention the customer service which was truly miserable. We were served with a stupid attitude and without hellos or good evening, and yet I kept smiling and even gave a tip. In short, I dont recommend this Tim Horton.

Very bad service!!! 1. I ordered 3 medium French vanilla but they gave me 3 small 2. When I told them about the mistake the employee gave me the correct order but with attitude and laziness. 3. Before arriving home, I taste one of the French vanillas and it tastes like water. Water mixed with vanilla. This is unacceptable!!! Very unhappy with this experience!!
Sometimes I order 2 workers raps for $5 and the specials dont work, I cant use my points to pay and to top it off, the workers raps have no sauce in them or the potatoes are too much cooked and dry to the point of having my gums... And this often I will change Tim
