We celebrated my daughters 50th birthday last night at this restaurant. 32 people to serve! Very good restaurant and what can I say about the service! Everything was good and hot. Everything was perfect! The manager was very accommodating. I would have liked to see the waitress before leaving to tell her a BIG THANK YOU. I recommend this restaurant to everyone! THANKS

Wow, what a great discovery! The parking lot seems small, but there is more behind it. The lunch choices are numerous and the plates are of good proportions. I took Le Bon matin. It was delicious.

Ambiance familiale, assiettes généreuses et savoureuses, prix honnêtes. La bavette cow-boy, le tartare de b uf et les côtes levées, tout étaient à la hauteur de nos attentes. Le propriétaire et les employés nous accueillent chaleureusement et s enquièrent de notre satisfaction, soucieux de celle-ci. Un resto Apportez votre vin incontournable!

The little evening, Excellent welcome with Martin, very relaxed atmosphere, but you shouldnt be so proud, excellent service, hearty meal and very nice choice of menu, reasonable price. Tasty plate, classic starter. Very pleasant and professional service. No fuss and effective. Small bill, bring your own wine!

As soon as we arrive, the guy holds the door and shouts to wait and closes the second door to the other lady who is outside, saying that it creates a draft for the customers of the table and is a good 3-4 meters but they are old!! Its already starting out average. It was for a group dinner. So we have a choice of 4 - 5 meals. I chose the burger. My friend got the chicken skewers but after taking the orders, 10 minutes later the waiter informed us that there were no more chicken skewers, too sold. There is chicken but it will not be marinated. Again, pretty average. I get my burger and for the price, $21 I prefer to go to La Belle et La Boeuf for a real burger and less expensive for the equivalent of the burger I had. It was a step up from a junkyard burger. But hey, Im not in the city center or 10/30 maybe. In short, the waiters (es), very good service. The flank steak was good according to those who had it. The onion soup, too salty. I still give 4 stars. But for my burger, its more 3 than I would give 2.5.

***UPDATE*** I must revise the 5 star rating previously given, because on our last visit, the hollandaise sauce served with the eggs benedict was bland, tasteless, and tasted extremely like flour. After mentioning it to the waiter, no apologies, plus he told me for the first time Ive heard that.... I felt like telling him, well, taste it if you want!!! Its the first time this has happened to me too....theres a first time for everything, right? No compensation was offered. Considering the skyrocketing cost of dishes, I would have expected better service. I have been from Varennes since my youth, I love supporting local, and yet, I will never return to this place again just because of the lack of consideration towards the customers. In my opinion it is THE lunch restaurant in Varennes. It has nothing to envy of the big brands and the prices remain reasonable.

We are very satisfied with the service and the dishes ordered, shrimp plate and Hamburger plate for an evening. I recommend this place and the remarkable welcome.

We went there for dinner on a Monday lunchtime and it was great. Not very noisy, excellent meal and very good service. The waitress we had was super nice and warm. It s a place I would happily return to. Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian eggs benedict =D

I was pleasantly surprised by the changes made since my last visit 3 years ago. Everything was perfect, from the waitress Marie-Jo, cheerful, fast and ultra professional to the varied choices and the quality of the dishes served. My La Lorraine eggs benedict were very good, with fresh and varied fruits as well as delicious breakfast potatoes. Bravo to the owner and his exemplary staff.

Error in order + missing a complete plate. When we called to explain the situation, we heard the employees say Let him eat shit in the background.

The food is good but several policies never seen at this restaurant like the cooks do not want to make the plate to the customers taste, we have to pay extra if we want to share a dish, when we share our opinions with the management they are not not at all responsive and very arrogant

Very nice discovery after my appointment with the dentist! I barely waited before getting a seat in this beautiful restaurant, which was almost full at 10:00am! I simply loved my lunch! The potatoes are excellent, everything is fresh and well presented on the plate. Excellent service! The coffee is very good, Im going back soon...cant wait!
