McDonald's in Varennes

Inability to manage the drive-thru. Tell all the customers to wait further. Which creates a traffic jam at the waiting location. I only ordered a sausage mcmuffin. No drinks or accompaniments. If you are too slow for your service dont forget to charge customers. There will be a long wait but at least we will know that you are slow. And not be surprised after paying

December 16, 2024. The people who work there are really nice and great! The restaurant is super clean too, it stands out from other McDonalds.

*Im updating my review to say that since the Reno its really crap being told for each order to go and park on the side so they can come and bring our order to us. It got really long and I even saw up to 5 parker cars on the side waiting for their orders, so it doesnt look good! I hope the bosses see this message and change how it works. Best McDonald s! Never an error, always fast and the staff is courteous. :)

Very disappointed with the new McDonalds concepts which no longer offer unlimited self-service drinks. A threesome has become so expensive!

Even though the branch does not have a good rating, my customer experience in the dining room was what I expected... perfect; plenty of parking space, easy access by road, fast and error-free ordering, free table to enjoy a moment to myself, well-kept dining room! There you go, thank you Ronald!

My partner made a complaint to McDonalds Canada to complain about the drive-thru service saying that something was always missing in the orders one time out of 3. I found it generous. The response received was very disappointing. I went back to the drive-thru 2 weeks later with an order of 2 items in my order I believed it or we asked for luxury crispy chicken bacon, tomato and a fries Only the chicken in the sandwiches and a fries.

I ordered twice and both times it wasnt the right order I didnt get my fkg mcflurry

Really a great experience I know well that its a fast food but the service was 5 star the kindness of the manager (blue shirt) just perfect listening and looking for very effective solutions so as not to displease the customer really satisfied! The atmosphere was quite pleasant until I lifted the lid of my poutine. The fries were hard as a rock and cold as the north pole. In addition, I had the inconvenience of seeing that there was only a tablespoon of sauce. For some time the freshness of the food has no longer been on the menu... several times I have received dry kibble that is hard as a rock and fries that are cold and soft. The employees really dont care what they serve!

The drive-thru is a little long however there was no error in my order which is very rare for a McDonalds

Its a small McDonalds restaurant, which doesnt have all the menu that you usually see in other restaurants. You will find the classics BigMac, Quart de Livres, McMuffins and Croquettes but thats almost all. However, the main thing is for the regulars.

The waiting and ordering areas are all in the same place and its cramped.

Very disappointing customer service! We went there by placing the order via the app and then picking up at the drive-thru. When we got to the counter we were told that the application did not work and that we had to pay again! I show the employee that the payment has gone into my bank account. He tells me its normal but I will be refunded and to trust him! So I unfortunately trust and pay a second time! He gives us our order completely cold... I wait a few days and nothing is refunded to my account. I contact the restaurant and they tell me that they dont manage the application and that they only had one payment? I contact Mc Donald Canada who tells me that they do not have my transaction... the restaurant employee had canceled it?? So more proof! I communicate with the restaurant again and they do not want to take any responsibility! So for me never again in this restaurant which does not respect the customers! I find it a shame that you are there for me 24 hours a day and we arrive and all we see are two large trash cans blocking the drive-thru. If you are not able to respect the 24/7, remove the point.

are you serious....you probably dont look at the Google reviews with your lack of professionalism after so many years....dont ask for bacon at the drive-thru....they wont give it to you.. ...maybe 1 in 4 times....unless you watch and tell them....pay attention to their mood and their response when you tell them...maybe an extra drool/spit will occur add to your burger given their reaction...one of the worst MCDOs in Quebec and North America. It looks like a daycare without a serious employee.

Dirty environment. There are flies circling around us while we eat inside. The trash cans are overflowing and trash is left on the tables, which are also dirty. The toilets and floors are dirty. I have never seen a McDonalds so poorly maintained. We wonder what kitchens look like if all we see is dirty. Very disappointed. First, we ordered a double Big Mac trio and we received a regular Big Mac trio. Second, we ordered a burger with cheese and we received a burger without cheese. We have to pay more to not even receive the good things.

I dont live in Varenne, but I have family there. I often go there and I always tell those around me how much I love this McDonalds. The service is impeccable, the staff is very kind!
