Wow, a gem! The food is just sick! The service will exceed your expectations!

We were a group of 40 people. We were served in 1:30. The service was terrible. We asked for water and received bottled water from Costco for $3. The manager completely disrespected us. I wouldnt come back here again. Edit: they finally decided to give us bottles after a lot of persistence. I do not change my general experience which was generally negative.

On our first visit, we loved our experience. Good service, excellent meals. The second time, I wanted to introduce this restaurant. Once again, the meals were excellent. Very dry service. The waitress tasted the wine, it seemed good. Once the glass was served, there was a smell of oxidized wine and the taste was not there. We are talking about a very ordinary wine. We return it, the waitress is stubborn and intends to charge us for the glass according to the instructions of her manager. We had to argue to get the glass removed from the bill. The waitress was passive aggressive and yet we were very respectful. I find it really a shame, very stingy of a restaurateur not to simply replace a glass of wine.

Dinner on the terrace! Fast service, tasty meals and reasonable prices! A very nice first experience, I will go back!

I had to return my piece of meat, because the cooking was not to my taste, but the waitress and maître d were perfect. I liked it.

We went to celebrate my partners birthday last January, a small group of 6 adults with children. Everything was perfect from A to Z, the atmosphere, the service, the food, the drinks, warm and friendly staff, with whom we enjoy talking throughout the meal. Being a resident of Varennes, I would like to say that it is a must-see in our city. Keep up the good work and see you next time!

Restaurant on the king coche sincerely! Beautiful atmosphere, excellent service and despite having groups, the cooking was fast and we always had servers who came to ensure our satisfaction! And what can we say about the food..... a big wow on the freshness and quality! The prices are very very reasonable despite the economic situation which is currently difficult on the market. The people I was with all had Tartare and loved it! I took the AAA flank steak and wow I was very impressed with the quality! The crème brulée for dessert was a huge success too! If youre looking for the ultimate restaurant, Resto Pub La Méchante Virée is the place to go! Thank you for this beautiful evening!

Lots of choices of drinks with or without alcohol; which is a must. The pork and beef burgers are very large compared to other places but I would have preferred with a little less pork and more beef even if it meant making them a little smaller. Very good service and very pleasant waitress.

First experience I had the soup and the nachos. Soup ok for the type Frankly disappointing nachos Limited topping and in small quantity, my nachos arrived cold with frozen cheese, served with sour cream, store-bought guacamole and a store-bought salsa Varied choice of alcohol, efficient service but personally, nothing that suggests I go back

Very sober, relaxed place, noisy but thats expected, its a pub. The menu is diverse and excellent, I had a duo of beef and salmon tartares, delicious. There is a wide choice of cocktails and wines. I recommend.

I had a fillet of walleye with shrimp and I found the taste of the shrimp really bad. Plus it was very expensive. I give three stars for the service which was excellent, but I wont go on the nasty trip again.

There was a group of us at dinner time. Not much choice of dish, neither at the table dhôtes nor a la carte. We had a child with us who was mentioned when booking and we had to ask for a special to have access to a childrens menu because they dont do one at lunchtime. Bad service from the two girls. They were absent every time we wanted something. There were errors in the distribution of plates and in billing. We are very disappointed because we had already heard several positive comments but we must believe that times have changed..

The order was very slow, it was after 1h30 that they brought the food back to us despite the fact that we mentioned to them that we had 2 young children, 3 and 4 years old, who were hunger. The first and last damage. The reason was not clear once there were 35 people on the other side and once a computer problem :)

Good cocktails, but very ordinary food.

Decent food but there is a blatant lack of leadership on the part of management. We were a group of 10 people and we had an excruciating experience. When the waitress suggested that we meet the manager, he preferred not to come and meet us to discuss our experience. Here are the facts: starter served before receiving our glasses of water and drinks. The waitress spilled her tray with 2 full glasses on 2 people. The broken glasses remained at our feet for 45 minutes until we demanded that she pick them up. Needless to say, the jackets, sweaters and pants of both people were soaked with both drinks. From that moment on, a manager should have come to see us and made sure everything went well. When we got to coffee and dessert, we ordered coffees and when the waitress brought them, they were cold and one of the cups of milk was sour. For those who wanted cream, there was no more. She didnt bring a spoon to stir our coffees. One child ordered a dessert and after 30 minutes we had to order a second one because the first one didnt arrive. When receiving the invoices, the waitress told us that she would not charge us for the coffees but they were on our invoices. We express our dissatisfaction and she suggests that we call the manager in an arrogant and uncompassionate manner, which we accept. The manager gave him the 2 invoices of the people doused with drinks, mentioning to him that the 2 drinks were removed from the invoice without wanting to come to our table. He preferred to leave the waitress with this conflict... When we paid, the waitress continued to argue with us saying that we were not of her generation because she would have gone to the manager to complain! (as if it were a generational problem). She even added that she didnt want a tip from us... Despite the lack of staff, we are open, accommodating and understanding but enough is enough!

Im going to start by saying that I will never again return to the pub of the nasty trip for the following reasons: we were ten friends together who had a fairly ordinary evening thank you. When we arrived, the waitress came to us for drinks and starters, so we placed our order. One of us only wanted a starter and a crème brûlée so 20 minutes later we received our starters as well as the crème brûlée, but without a spoon and still no consumption. We mentioned to the waitress that we were missing spoons and wanted to know if our drinks would arrive soon. About fifteen minutes later the drinks arrived... still without a spoon so she had to eat her crème brûlée with a fork. Then the waitress dropped a beer and a blody cesar on two girls of us and the glasses broke. The waitress simply said she was sorry without seeming too uncomfortable. She only brought them a big pack of napkins and didnt pick up the broken window. We asked her to come and pick up the glass because one of the girls was wearing sandals and she had slightly cut her finger on a small piece of glass on her pants while trying to wipe up the beer that was dropped on her. It took her 45 minutes before she picked up the glass, because she said she didnt have time because she was the only waitress outside. Then a child among us ordered dessert and we ordered coffees. 30 minutes later he still hadnt received his dessert and we had to recommend it. As for them, the coffees arrived cold, without a spoon and there was no more cream, only milk. In addition, one of the milk was sour. Then the waitress brings us the bills, one of which had an error and no compensation for the two girls who received the drinks spilled on them. We mentioned we would like to see the manager. The manager refused to meet with us telling the waitress she could take the beer and blody caesar off the girls bill. We told her we werent satisfied with that answer and she suggested we go tell her inside. We replied that we wanted him to come so in an arrogant tone she told us that we were not of the same generation as her, because she would have gotten up to go see him inside and she told us said she didnt want a tip, because for her it was a second job and she didnt need that. So if you want to go have a drink or dinner on a terrace I strongly advise against it this place, because they do not respect their customers and there is a great lack of professionalism.

Everything was delicious, especially the verine desert.

Great service, we ate very well and even discovered new drinks. The atmosphere was very pleasant on Friday with the singer outside.

Try new products like trout gravlax and asparagus pancetta. Gorgeous. A1 service as usual.

Excellent service, SUPER good food, very generous plate. Music a little too loud. A LOT of difficulty speaking/understanding each other. The singer on site was even louder than the background music.

First and last time. Very long service cold meal dry ribs. No water the waitresses all look stupid. One in particular, the redhead with the bob cut at the nape of her neck, she asks you if everything is okay, you answer her and in her face you can read Im okay. I had heard good things about this restaurant and that the nachos were worth the detour. To my regret, I have to tell you that the nachos are dry, served in a deep bowl. Everything is stuffed on top (cheese, guacamole, sour cream and salsa) and nothing underneath. If you ask for more sauce, you can wait a long time. It was the beginning of the end. Dry ribs, lack of condiments for the fries. A very small container of mayo for 2 people. Lets admit that the service requires listening to customers. Sorry, but I dont recommend this restaurant.

The Big Ben White Lion burger is the best burger in the entire region. The meat is very well seasoned and the flavors are well balanced. Im going back for sure!

We went yesterday for the match with our teenagers, there were eight of us. Everyone had poutine in different variations. Unfortunately, they had put coarse salt on it, but not just a little. Completely inedible. Nobody finished their plate. Despite everything, the service was impeccable. Too bad for the price we were very disappointed.

I love this little restaurant, the employees are very welcoming and the food is really excellent and very well priced. We go there 3 times a month or more. Last week I had a chicken hamburger as usual but unfortunately this week the chicken was undercooked it was purple and pink the breading was really not edible I didnt bother because usually its really good. I asked the waiter if it was possible to make the chicken again or just give me a small salad to fill my void. He went to see his manager and the manager said no even for the small salad. I find it a shame. The waiter told me it was thighs and that it was normal!! I told him that hes not usually like that. No discount on the bill, no small replacement dish. For a bill of $70.

Really a good restaurant, beautiful decor, good cuisine, what a good idea, toilets for everyone, no more problems. the Végé-Burger is excellent, and at least they are open every week despite the current conditions, Thank you I am not giving 5 stars because there is always room for improvement, Thanks to the really friendly waitresses and waiters.
