I ordered delivery at 5:30 p.m. and received my order at 7 p.m. without any explanation. The meals were cold. And when I wrote to tell you what happened, the owner simply told me not to order from them anymore.

EN/ESP Its a nice, quiet place, good for conversations, unlike others. The menu is simple, not too extended and I would say it is nice for breakfast options. The service was kind and nice, we ordered coffee, hot and cold, both were okay, nothing special. The omelettes were okay too, the highlight would be the mini pizza, it was great, very tasty, Id recommend. - It is a quiet place without much noise like others, it is a good point for conversation, the menu is simple, not very extensive, it has good breakfast options, the service was friendly, we ordered hot and cold coffee, both were good, nothing out of the ordinary normal. The omelettes were also good. What we liked the most was the mini breakfast pizza, it was very delicious, we recommend it.

A little expensive in my opinion

Very disappointing experience at the take-out counter Monday evening. The cheese sticks were overcooked, hard and stiff and the cheese was frozen inside. Burnt taste. The lasagna was barely warm. Extremely disappointing for the price. I wont go back there again.

I take the time to highlight Christians excellent service. Weve eaten there a few times now and I always say to myself that its really better in the dining room than delivered. Maybe the friendly service has something to do with it? Its good, not too expensive, and we often forget that there is this Mikes in Varennes. One of the few restaurants still surviving!

So far we have eaten the panzeroti (a type of calzone) the haddock fish & ship and the brucshetta pizza roll dueto with fetuchini carbonara and we have enjoyed ourselves. For a little over $1, instead of regular fries, you have the option of getting a seasoned fries. The prices are affordable and the menu is appetizing. The restaurant has large windows, which makes the place bright and more spacious. The furniture is clean and comfortable. Until now we have always been served warmly by the waiter Juan Carlos.

My waitress was Nancy, she is truly the best, very welcoming and not too extra either. She is calm and so I dont feel attacked when I enter the restaurant, truly exceptional service.

The meal was delicious! The place is nice and clean and the service is excellent! Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to access for entry, they made room for our daughter in a motorized wheelchair.

I order at least three times a week and lots of choice and new items. Always fresh and delivery is fast.

With all the lovely comments read here we decided to go back even though we hadnt been there for years. Before, we went there every weekend for the famous pizza morning. Mothers Day morning: the staff is nice and tries hard, but the service is not up to par, the dishes dont seem to come from the kitchen. We expected a little slower service given the occasion, but the team really couldnt manage a restaurant at full capacity. We had to ask for the menus because they didnt give us any. We didnt have spoons or milk/cream for our coffees, we had to ask too. After waiting 15 minutes to get the menus and the spoons to brew our cold coffees, we had to wait 35 minutes to order. After 1h10 of waiting, without being able to get coffee refills and a baby who is crying from hunger and who has exhausted all his reserves of patience in addition to the customers around who are also whining and impatient just like us, we are gone. Within 30 minutes elsewhere we were seated and the food had arrived. I dont know what the service is usually like, but we were very disappointed and will not be returning.

I wouldnt think I would go back! I just made a comment about my cup of coffee! I ask the waiters if he can change my cup because it is stained! He tells me coffee is his stain, sir! I told him its true, if he rubbed it a little hed leave! I showed him with my finger that he was leaving! He didnt like it! Very poorly served afterwards! For me Mike Varennes finished! This is no way to serve customers! I go to other restaurants and the cups dont stain like that!

Saturday evening first experience at this Mikes de Varennes following the good comments on Spotted. We couldnt wait to try it. When we arrived, only a group of 6-8 people were seated. The service is very good, even the other waiters greet us when entering and leaving. Even the children notice it and say they are nice here. From a meal point of view, all the portions were tiny, including those for the 3 children. They all came out of there still hungry despite the desert and sharing our adult dishes. It never happens. As you can see, the competitors portions are more generous for the same price. As for adults, the same observation is made: the portions in no way reflect the asking price. For my part, the linguine with carbonara sauce was correct with just these 2 pieces of bacon. Nothing but pasta, not even a roll. Second course, still Mikes club with the Caesar salad which only had the name. Without fries. We tried, we had expectations. Next time we will drive and continue to go to Boston Pizza.
