Great service but the Chicken in general tao are huge. Maybe cut them in small pieces. Its not convenient taking out.

I got a tofu pad sew... There was so much meat in it I couldn't eat it (all the brown bits are beef) plus, there's no sauce in the pad sew, the noodles are almost white
Food was good (when I FINALLY got it...), however the place is not even open when it should (google, their official facebook AND Bonapp all say it should be open on weekend by 11am, but a loose paper on the door says 4pm with no explanation or reason). I understand that times are hard, but the LEAST they could do is update their social media and sites, instead of making everyone lose time and money by going there for nothing. Bonapp let me order as usual for noon, only for the store to be closed, their voicemail full, and no refund through the app. While I did get my food in the end (the next weekend at 4pm, AND it wasn't the right food we asked...), it was a lot of unnecessary steps caused by a lack of organization on their part. Not impressed.
Friendly service. Soup just ok. Could use more flavour
The value for money is really no longer there at Thai Express. The prices have always been a little higher, but for some time now, they have been excessively high for the quality of food that the franchise offers. The food is not as good as it used to be and they also removed the sauces and peanuts and limes that were included for free. In my opinion there are other options for Thai which are more interesting in Varennes or in Boucherville not far away.

Unfortunately, the food is really not good. The general tao is well presented but the taste is horrible (vs the other Thai Express). It was the first and last time.

Quick and efficient

I order on average 1x per week from this restaurant: the staff is always courteous and smiling, the food is always delicious (above the 6 or 7 other restaurants of the same franchise that I have visited) and the portions are always good balanced. I recommend without hesitation!
Very disappointed. Order to take away. Beef and lemongrass bowl which is supposed to be a warm salad with vermicelli. Everything was drowned in almost 1 inch of broth and they replaced the vermicelli with padthai noodles without warning. There were very few vegetables and all the vegetables were boiled, even the salad, and not fresh.

This is the worst Thai express I have visited. There are often errors in our orders, we paid for extras that we are not even supposed to pay for (I realized this when ordering online). Today, after placing an order online to save me the trouble of calling to order, she told us on the spot that they never received an order in my name even though I showed her the screenshots of my receipt . We were never served or refunded. Communication is difficult with the person taking orders, she doesnt even understand the difference between vegetarian and vegan even if we tell her 3-5 times. The same problem happened with the new employee they hired a little later, she misunderstood the order and the choice of protein was missing from our dishes, I had to call to tell them they made a mistake. error again. The employee justified himself and spoke to me in an extremely stupid tone, I had to ask to speak with another employee and I was told that our next meals would be free. When I called to get my 2 free meals, the person on the phone got angry and told me that its always complicated with us when its them who make the mistakes in the first place and she hung up on me. If I pay for something, I expect to receive what I pay for, logically. This is by far the worst Thai express.

The dinner tastes good, but paying 2.35 for a fountain liquor no refill in 2022, knowing that the cardboard glass is worth 10x more than the liquor... They are just too broken for me I wont go back there
Fast service and good food
Place seems clean at first glance. But in reality, it really lacks cleanliness, the toilets and especially the floor of the entire restaurant are really not clean, the benches completely need to be replaced, I glimpsed the kitchen so I will never go back there. It s 2022, clean up your restaurant.

Pad Thai at $11+tax which tastes really ordinary. Extremely disappointing, plus there are no vegetables... Its crazy how this franchise has lost ground over the years. The last time I was there was almost 10 years ago in Sorel. At that time, there were lots of peppers, onions, chicken and the sauce was addictive but really it was a solid meal for only $8. How could Thaï Express abandon everything that made them excellent at the time? If this franchise dies I wont be surprised. To avoid.

Yellow chicken curry: 3 pieces of potatoes, 3 pieces of pineapple, and uncooked chicken. But lots of rice. Really disappointing.

Please note: opens at 4 p.m. on Saturday even if the bonapp app says 11 a.m. The Tom Yum soup and the General Thai were good. The pad Thai a little disappointing, the taste was very different from the Thai Express in Victoria Square.

I called to have an order prepared and when I arrived home, the order was completely wrong (rice instead of salad, wrong seasoning with the different dishes). I called to notify them and the response from the attendant left much to be desired. Very bad take out experience!!

I was satisfied, nothing more, with my experience in this establishment. Im going to go back but without much enthusiasm. My most sincere greetings. Looking forward to it.

Vegetable imperial roll only tastes like dough, there was almost nothing in it and undercooked. Fountain drink way too diluted.
