Amir Vaudreuil in Vaudreuil-Dorion

Since the closure of the Amir in Dorion, we have gone to the Amir Vaudreuil several times. Always great service and the food is fresh. We recommend 100%.

A restaurant where hospitality makes all the difference. The staff is smiling, attentive, and we feel really welcome. On the plate side, its just as successful: delicious, generous and perfectly prepared dishes. An address that we keep carefully!

Worst experience Ive ever had. Employee disrespected me and threatened me, I called the police.

3rd ownership in 7 years. The first two owners and staff were great, but the current crew are not nearly as friendly, and the shish taouk platter is virtually tasteless. The neon sign outside has not been working for a few months. There are no longer line-ups of regular customers -- just food delivery guys coming and going. This establishment needs some help to get it back on track.

While filling up the trey chicken skewer fell and they didnt have the courtesy to add more fresh chicken and pretended no one see and And when asked the chicken fell down and didnt have the courtesy to add more. First off, I love this place. Great sandwiches and great service. Getting a less favorable review because Im 99.9% certain they use potatoes from the previous day... The potatoes are usually amazing and these are.... gross. Apart from that, I like this establishment so hopefully this can be resolved.

Absolutely delicious! Perfectly cooked chicken, delicious rice, the Fatoush salad was out of this world! Oh and the garlic sauce I could eat that with a spoon, a very large spoon!

Best potatoes

New owners and they are 5-star. They were very interstate in sharing about the history of the food and provided a taste test of a couple of the condiments. Very friendly people. I ll go back next time I m in the area.

Usually order from Ile Perrot and used to getting the usual, fresh and tasty food. Had to order from here and was expecting the same thing. But what we got was honestly gross. Like a few bites and cant eat the rest. Potatoes are stale. The chicken smells off and looks like it was boiled and then cubed and Im not sure that its even fully cooked... Its actually repulsive and definitely not what you usually get at an Amir, at least not any that Ive eaten at or ordered from. Our plate also didnt come with pita, which it usually does elsewhere. All around disappointment tbh. Im not picky and can usually look passed a lot, but this is pretty wild.

I was having such a bad day today, spent the day at the hospital with my dad and finally had time to eat, decided to buy supper from Amir s because i had no energy to cook. As soon as i walked in, the staff greeted me with a smile and managed to make my day with their kindness and care. They made jokes with me when i couldint make up my mind and made me laugh. They prepared my order quickly and attentively. Everyone was so nice and im writing this because their service had a huge impact on my day , thank you to the 4 men working there this evening who all took care of my order. Service and food 100/10

Horrible delivery suddenly appearing policy about 20$ minimum for a 6 minutes drive. Horrible call back after placing an order, the restaurant call back to check my address, English only and cancel the order. Client or should I say basic interpersonal relations are below common politeness.

GARBAGE/DIRTY/CELIACS BEWARE Go walk inside this place and look around, tables always dirty, bathrooms are disgusting, stock left in the hallways, the 3 clowns who work there are clueless about what gluten is and tell you everything is gluten free, ITS NOT, horrible pains afterwards, CROSS CONTAMINATION GALORE ( you should take a course on how to offer someone gluten free meals ) they count the chicken pieces they put in your plate ( this is why most restaurants fail, when ur stingy with ur food you will get closed down by non returning customers) these are kids owners who are clueless about the restaurant business and will get a slap in the face when they dont see anyone walk in the door. STAY AWAY

Dirty, smells, i also read one of the negative comments below and the man is telling someone about celiac and cross contamination and the owner is telling him that HE should know what he can or cannot eat. Ask yourself who are these rookie owners? the business should know what their foods are made out of and what goes inside them therefor now i dont question why this place is so dirty and they lack knowledge of owning a business. Kids will learn when their clients disappear. I placed one order and when they were cutting the chicken I said I forgot my wallet in the car and never came back, thats before I went to the washroom and saw a mouse running in the kitchen, never again disgusting.

Shawarma: for a Canadian shawarma it was good. Falafel: it was bad. Basically felt like stale bread balls. Not even close to the original. So they got an average. The chicken sandwich was good (I was told) . Bottom line: dont order the Falafel. The meet is good and I will order it again.

Was in need of some food after 10pm almost everything was closed. My local Amir is decent, but quit plain when compared to Boustan. I came to this store, as it was open. I was met by Rida. Smiling and very friendly, he made me a sandwich that was probably the best Amir sandwich Ive ever had. Im hoping the owner reads this, as I would come back here based on the quality of service and the taste of this incredible sandwich. It was as good as Boustan. It is refreshing to see someone take pride in their work and treat customers politely and with a smile. I will come back for a Rida prepared sandwich.

Went to get a meal at 21h45 on a Friday night when the sign says they close at midnight. The staff member gave us attitude telling us that he was closing. He was mad at us for entering the restaurant when the door is unlocked. I am simply disgusted by the lack of civility.

We ordered last night (definitely not our first time) and wow! They came in 15 minutes! Super friendly delivery person, food was fresh and carefully packed. Their serving sizes are always generous and the prices very affordable. Its nice to have so many options to try out.

Do not wear gloves, mask down the nose, ignore customers until 11:20 a.m. if you arrive too early, the salads are not all ready. It makes you want to turn around and go eat next door. Disappointed! Response to owners comment: Good morning, Thank you for answering me but you are a little misinformed. So here it is: I arrived at 11:10 a.m. not 11:05 a.m. and served at 11:20 a.m. with 1 customer in front of me waiting patiently. Im complaining about the salads because it was my original order and you didnt have the one I wanted, so I got rice instead. I understand about the gloves but is this the best solution. When I order a wrap, the employees accidentally touch the sandwich. As for masks, if they fall off your nose, they are too small. For my job, I also had to wear it for several hours and I had the same problem. My employer provided me with a larger one. You know, I usually dont complain on Google but rather I like to give feedback when my experiences are positive. My husband and I go to your restaurant regularly and each time, these things annoy me. Execllent service, excellent staff and most importantly excellent owners. I had a problem with an order and the owner immediately fixed my issue. One of the best Amirs!!!

Food is good but very expensive. I was charged $23 for salad and double chicken. I think they overcharged me $2 as it said it was for salad on the POS, didnt bother to ask as i would have tipped that anyways. Then there, was an option to tip ontop of that, no thanks. Just take a look at the POS and make sure you are being charged for what you ordered.

It was delicious! The rice, the potatoes, the meat, the sauce, I loved everything.
