Restaurant Boustan in Vaudreuil-Dorion

The service was a bit strange - we werent asked what exactly we wanted and we were stared at.

I hate to say it that way, but it is by far the worst shawarma wrap that I ever had. Looks like the food here keeps getting worse. Not going back anymore

Expensive 12 $$$ per pita!!! and does not give invoices!!!! All in pocket!

Fresh food, quality service and open late!

Our go to place, we have been enjoying their falafel and chicken pita wraps since almost 2 years and still the same taste and quality. Consistency is the most difficult and most underrated quality, this Boustan outlet has nailed it!

Worst service ever since they changed owners place is not the same anymore. They are cheating on quantity and quality even at 20$+ the meal. This is disgusting , switched to shawarmaz fresher and more delicious. Please be advised check the others 10 times better. The chicken is dry and they serve left over very disappointed will never go again

We recently ordered through Uber Eats app and were disappointed with our order. Two out of three pitas were overcooked and burnt on the outside. Also, the chicken pitas were very dry with little or no sauce. Very disappointing as they used to be much better.

Guys, I was at this Boustan on 8 May and ordered a falafel (vegetarian) plate. They made fresh falafel for my order and I have to say it was amazing - Ive always enjoyed falafel but never actually had such FRESH falafel and it was SO MUCH BETTER! I really appreciated that they did this for me. Give these guys a break and try them out - theyre quiet guys but they try hard to please.

Omg the portion has become even smaller 2 chicken plate and just a sandwich for about 48 dollars. The guys literally sprinkled tomatoes on the plate lol . Not the boustan it used to be. Priced has increased but damn leave the portion guys... Not going back for a while definitely better option out there. Taste at least was the same somehow. And always check your order!

Boustan in Vaudreuil Dorion is really good, the sandwiches are great (all flavours), their potato is good too better than the rice, Fatoush and Tabbouli are not so special, because I am Lebanese and I know the real flavour of those 2 salads. Also Lebanon we dont eat rice with shawarma at all, but I tried it here.

My children love this restaurant, friendly staff, fast service, clean, the food is very good. Good luck

New management turned this place horrible. Terrible plates. They just pluck food in your plate like theyre doing you a favor while charging you 20$!

We came in last Friday. 4 of us. I had the daily special which was the falafel bowl at 11.99$. it is the worst falafel I have ever had. was not fresh and was hard. no a ball with crispy outside and soft inside like we are used to. Unfortunately it was microwave heated. not fresh at all. The poutine was good. The mix bol plate was good. And the beef plate was good. I don t know if it s because I took the special of the day and it was at a cheaper price, but my plate had much less quantity of food in it..less salad. Was way smaller. If it s your special of the day, it should have the same quantity as other bowls. Not because it s on social that it should have less food in it. Unfortunately I will not be back ever since I m from out of town and was visiting family and will not reply to the email which they have been writing down on this website when customers are unsatisfied. Also, don t sit by the door every time Customer enters and opens the door you get a draft of cold air other then the cashier was nice and smiling.

I really like their food. Chicken shawarma pita is solid and their beef too. Potatoes are great if fresh, sometimes they can come old and soggy.

They have ruined the name. Boustan used to be such delicious food. They pack a sandwich with so much salad its disgusting. And more rice than anything else. There is no communication between the staff. Charging the wrong order for wrong customer and then fighting. The owner does not know how to smile and serve. So much arrogance.

This boustan restaurant is the best Ive ever been to and Ive been to alot. Ive tries everything in this restaurant and everything is amazing however there avocado salad and their new value bowls are outstanding. I highly recommend this establishment. Youll be happy if u came. I had to post this because the taste of the food is spectacular. Pls pls come and try it u wont be disappointed.ive never written this ever for a restaurant but this is one a must.

This is the best boustan ive been to. Excellent service and delicious food. Always fresh. Portions are way better than any other franchise. I always choose to drive to this place even though theres a boustan walking distance from my house. Definitely recommend!

Stopped by yesterday after some time. The food was great as usual, though I suggested a bit more lemon in their tabouleh. Nice to meet the new owners (from 2022) very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Good job and good luck. Keep those health portions coming.

price gauging at its finest. went for 3 mixed plates friday evening. he said we have no beef. when i saw beef behind him, then he goes to say oh thats only for uber eats. then i said so i have to order from ubereats to get beef. he got caught off guard and said oh nono that beef is just not ready. very clear because they charge higher on uber eats they are not offering it to walkins so they can make more from uber. pathetic really. this location has gone down hill since new owners or managment took over. smh

Nothing good to say. Did delivery, stuff missing. Falafels and kafta really dry. Salads, rice and all sauces are not much better. Luckily not the only option for Lebanese food in this town.

Picked up two plates and one of them had only dry old meat! There are better options available in the area served by people who appreciate you as a client. This Boustan location need a few lessons on customer service and serving the best possible food!

Amazing Potatoes and they have excellent sauce. All the staff is very nice and friendly. You can tell they put a lot of effort into the restaurant.

Live the vegan options! When there is a vegan garlic sauce Ill update to 5 stars! ;) Update... There is a vegan garlic sauce and I tried it last night! It was awesome! Update.... Two years later and tonight it was terrible. Mushy overcooked rice. Served in a bowl style and its not that type of food. Make it a big mess. Vegan garlic sauce changed and wasnt good. Im really disappointed.

This is the best Boustan I have visited. I have stopped by this Boustan a couple times on my way to Ottawa. Food, Service is the best.

Beware: the pitas will crumple at the slightest provocation and spill their contents. Order the bowls instead. Definitely do not attempt to drive while eating a pita. That issue aside, the food is quickly prepared and quite good. Boustan is the basically the only restaurant in Vaudreuil that is open at midnight. I greatly appreciate being able to grab a bite before heading home.

Used to buy often here, owner became greedy and portions are exttreammy small. I am not looking to buy Rice with Potatoes and 30 grams of beef anymore. AVOID this location

I ordered pita there and it was so soggy like after I eat one bite everything open you can t even eat you need fork and knife to eat. Service is bad. when you order they don t even listen you properly they just want to make everything fast fast. Very disappointed with food and service.

An easy 5 star. I was impressed by the high quality of the food and service here. The shawarma chicken was fresh and flavourful and the potatoes were my favourite! The service was welcoming and the setting was very clean. One of the best Boustan s I ve been to. Can t wait to come back!

Love the look of their new menus, way easier to order and clear options. Quality is consistent, however this location is a little sloppy with cross contaminating their meats, they don t use separate tongs/tools so heads up. Food : 3/5

Last time I went, they refused to give me the sauce in the plate. I ordered one plate extra chicken and when both plates came in with the same amount of meat, they took some from one plate to add to the second. When I expressed my discontentment they refused to give me a refund. I decided to give them one last chance tonight and ordered via Uber, the chicken was burnt and dry, potatoes were stale. Absolutely disgusting. I would avoid this place at all costs. Its a stain on the Boustan name. If I could give 0 stars I would. There are plenty of better shawarma places around.

Ashan is the best, late night food, and great customer service!

This was our first time and we are definitely coming back! The employe was super patient with me and he explained what was what. The food was sooooo good. Rich in taste and my husband went crazy on the garlic potatoes. Bonus we got to watch the gold cup . I highly highly recommend!!!! Food : 5/5

Nice one and excellent service

The previous owners of this store were very good. Now the new management is too bad. Charge too much for very little quantity. I ordered a byblos bowl for $20.99, plus $1.00 for a small chicken skewer. They barely filled up the bowl and instead put huge pieces of beetroot. Also ordered potatoes, into which they put a huge gallop of garlic sauce. i also ordered a spicy sauce separately, but they dumped all of that sauce into the bowl. Paid $35.62 in total. Very disappointed!

Old management was excellent and food was consistent in quality every order. We ordered often. Last order was completely different and we received two bowls which were nearly entirely rice. I looked online and see others commenting on management having changed. With two creations our total was $85. The cost of the bowls would have been $1-$2.

I have been a Boustan faithful going back to the Crescent location for over 15 years. Was happy to see a Boustan when i moved to Vaudreuil a few years ago. That has all changed with new owners/administration. Prices are too high now and quality has gone downhill. Ordered a chicken and a beef pita yesterday and came home with 2 pitas full of coleslaw and almost no meat. Paying more and getting less is not a good recipe for success. This is not this first time this happens since new owners took over. Wont be going back with other options in the area.

One of the worst experiences i have ever had. What a rude customer service. Totally they are spoiling the reputation of a Boustan. Person working there dont prepare the food how normally Boustan would make. They make it the worst way possible and when i told them i dont like the way its done since its not done the way it is supposed to be. The person just threw away the food on the garbage and asked me to leave. Wonderful how they are losing customers

They did not acc3pt the coupons because this resto was not a participant at promos. Why the hell i receive the coupons in vaudreuil if i cannot take advantage of them? Waste of time, amd gas, to go there and argue with staff there for nothing. Very disappointed, specially the pitas are a lot thinner than before, more expensive and less to eat. I was a regular client of this store for very long time,aybe from openong, but i think i stop ordering from here, is not worth it anymore. They dont respect their customers and they dont care. This the worst Boustan Ive been to accross all of Canada and Ive been to many! The staff who made my sandwhich were very unfriendly and when I asked the girl at the cash for the wifi she simply answered I dont know and then turned around and ignored me...The food was also not fresh and the beef was way too salty. I do not recommend going to this Boustan at all! Stay away!

Used to love this place and was an extremely loyal customer ordering all the time with Ubereats. We decided to go in today for our order and received the absolute worst customer service that my wife and I have ever experienced. All employees were rude and actually agressive, throwing the food. Will not be returning, takes years to build a customer base, and only seconds to destroy it.

Not gonna go back again , Most important is no employees are wear hat or hair net ? touching the food without gloves then touch everywhere ( wall / tablet / cloth / phone )

I Was impressed with Boustan. The staff were polite and seemed happy to serve you. The food was very good and I bought different wraps for a few friends who also liked the food. Id much rather get a chicken or falafel wrap with small homestyle sides from here than from the large fast food franchises out there.

went there on sat for 2 wraps, the tall guy making them is acting like he is doing me favor, on top of that, wraps were put on grill for less then 5 second each side then wrapped up, wasnt even toasted/crispy like it usually is and it tasted no way near what it usualyl does. if quality isnt maintained, shwarmaz which is down the street will soon take all boustan customers.

Giving 4 stars for having to deal with their awful neighboring business across the lot Scotiabank, who tells their customers to go across the street to Boustan when asked to use the bathroom. Soctiabanks own customers. Waiting there for an appointment. They imply that in order to use a bathroom to go across the lot to Boustan. Hint: Boustan doesnt allow this and why should they have to field Scotiabanks customers who need the bathroom? Scotiabank pawns off their customers to Boustan. Boustan should give them hell. Rightfully so. See my 1 star review for their neighbor Scotia. Despite the unfairness, my partner was told he couldnt use their bathroom, which would have been very helpful, as he has a disability (UC) that depends on access to the bathroom, and the only reason I cant give a full 5 stars (it would have been kind). But ultimately blame Scotia. They are the ones who made it sound like going to Boustan was the answer to his request for using the bathroom.
