Do not EVER go here. We are vegetarian and ordered the plant-based chicken burger. It came as a meat burger. When I contacted customer service they gave me a $5 credit after they had me send a picture to confirm it was a meatburger. (The burgers $9 but they were only going to credit me $5 which I was fine with )When I got to the store now the woman said it was not a meat burger. It was a veggie burger. She called me a liar. I was placing a $70 order! And she didnt want to give me the $5 credit. She also told me that I had been refunded. When I pulled up the email to show that the customer service said to show this email and it would be applied by my phone number. She then went on to say that was a lie too! I will never ever ever go back to the store ever again. Horrible, embarrassing terrible treatment.

Lately I don t get fast food pizza for my late night cravings but this particular night, I asked myself why not. And usually I go to Pizza Hut but this particular night, I decided to go to Pizza Pizza. I am so glad I chose this Pizza Pizza, because one of their staff, Avneet, was so generous and helpful. Plus the pizza was superb! (My recommendations: spicy bbq chicken pizza, creamy garlic chicken sandwich, or pepperoni pizza + marinara dipping sauce).

Hello, I went to this pizza pizza at Vaudreuil-Dorion station. Theres a new guy who started working here, he went to the bathroom with his gloves (with which he makes pizza). After going to the toilet, he touched the pizza with the same gloves. It was really disgusting and the situation unbelievable.

How to hiccup with the online, the lady at the counter help a lot!

Been in resto industry for 20 years and have opened multiple restos. 1. Why am I being asked to give tip for taking my order? Tip is for someone giving you a service. If taking my order gives you the right to tip then all professions should ask for tip. 2. How the hell did cheese and pep pizza that were both the same price and around 8$ gone up to to the teens. Yes inflation.

Super bad customer service I dont know if its a new owner or the same one But customer service has been super poor recently They treat customer really badly I am not talking about the all staff. But the lady who worked on 20th April Saturday morning shift was so rude and have zero knowledge about how to treat customers.

This was the most expensive pizza I got at any place without a great experience. I spent $40 on a large desi style pizza and no paneer? It was just a regular pizza with olives and pineapple. I was never asked for what toppings I want on pizza and what not. In that much money I was expecting some drink or anything with it, but when I received the pizza I was like huh? Whatever I opened it at home and I was much disappointed to find out what a rip off that place is. I should have just gone to pizza hut if I knew I was to eat that. None of my family member liked that pizza. For four hours, we just talked about how crooked people are these days in restaurant industry.

Why was the cashier so angry?

I went to this pizzeria 2 boulevard de la Gare, I am really disappointed with the service and the experience with the unwelcoming employees, who dont even respect the customers, charge the prices as they want, cant even speak French, to understand your order, in addition to the prices which are not respected, they give you a pizza with a completely burnt crust, and in addition they do not want to change it, and persist with you to pay another time honestly unacceptable.

The pizza is great and so is the poutine. The wings taste good but the breaded ones werent cooked enough.

Delivery man knocks on the door asking for money as a substitute and is not satisfied with the money given even though I asked for contactless delivery. Ordered another time, the pizza was raw and the guy blamed us that it made him late for his orders since he had to make more. If he had done his job like he did to begin with, and made our pizzas WELL DONE, this would never have happened and I wouldnt have had to drive twice to get the damn pizzas. Pizza dough should not stretch like playdough never again

Pizza Pizza is definitely a fast food joint, so I wasnt expecting anything amazing. However, I have had Pizza Pizza from other Canadian locations, and this location is definitely one of the worst. The pizza we got was completely dry like cardboard, with barely any toppings or sauce (a rip-off for the $80 spent on two pizzas). The pizza actually smelled bad and tasted weird, like the toppings had been sitting out for too long. We had placed our order for pick up through the Pizza Pizza website. We got an email saying it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. Knowing how pizza places are usually a bit slow, we got there 30 minutes later and were told the pizza was not ready yet and had to wait another 10 minutes. Then, when they called us over to the counter, they had the order completely wrong and tried to get us to take a small pizza and an xlarge pizza. After some comment exchange and me showing them the online order, they remade the second pizza, obviously causing further delay. The staff were not overly rude about the situation, but definitely not what youd expect for service. When the order was finally ready, they did throw in the extra small mistake pizza as compensation for the delay and mistake, but it was not edible at all.

We went to the Vaudreuil-Dorion branch on May 19, 2023 to get takeout pizzas. The employee present told us in English that she did not understand French. So we had to order in English. When we got home we found that our order was wrong, one of our pizzas didnt have pepperoni. In short, we were poorly received, poorly served and were unable to eat what we had asked for.

Under $10 to $10.91 to $11.49 For a Medium 1 topping pizza, youre better off going to Pizza Hut at this point and getting the daily specials for $10.99 + tax (more toppings and a better pizza). And if you have the pizza saved (under the old price), it will tell you some of your toppings arent available. When you rebuild the exact same pizza, the price has gone up. Because of this, it went from 5/5 to 1/5 stars. Staff, service and good is great! I get delivered and take out there often. Most of the time, I get a good service and good food. Delivery is fast 98% of the time. Staff in the restaurant and delivery people are nice and friendly.

Definitely could use some improvements, the store was very dirty and staff is not the most friendly but do get their job done. Good party pizza but unfortunately the price doesnt seem to increase every 2 or 3 months a little while ago an xl pepperoni cost close to $12 now it went to $20 in not even 2 years with COVID I had to go elsewhere now for less money. Apart from that, the employees are really friendly and kind.

I waited over 1 hour for my pizza. I called customer service to ask where it is. Customer service refused to give me the pizza for free because the driver tried calling me. I did not recognize the name so I did not answer. The time guarantee clearly states at your door or in the lobby in 60 mins. Nobody rang my doorbell. Nobody from PizzaPizza customer service called. I was on hold for 30 mins with customer service, waiting to speak to a supervisor and was hung up on. In the meantime PizzaPizza called me back to confirm my apartment number. I answered because I recognized the name. The driver showed up shortly after 1.5hrs later to deliver the pizza. I told him that it was free. And he refused to give it to me. I called customer service again only to be transferred from one customer service rep to another. Even though I asked for a supervisor! The customer service agent insisted that because the driver called me within the timeframe it is not covered under the guarantee. Then she said that my apartment number was not on the order. I entered it first along with my street address. Their website did not record it. She insisted that customer service called me, but I have no record of anyone from PizzaPizza calling me until 1h24 mins later, to confirm my apartment number. This customer service is disgraceful. The physical restaurant is 10 mins from my house. Their delivery time is one hour or it s free. They DO NOT honour their time guarantee. I will never again order from PizzaPizza. Dominoes will be on my speed dial. Now I m hangry!!!

This store is not honest, I had my order wrong, called pizza pizza and they told me it will be corrected and to drive back and pick it up. They also told me over the phone to keep the other pizza, because of Covid something that comes out can t be brought back, makes sense. WRONG! The owner is rude and aggressive, he didn t want to honour what I was told over the phone and he was asking the wrong order to be brought back to sell it! Gross. So with my family we will never come back here.

Ordered and never received my order had to wait with headquarters for 2 hours to be refunded. When I went to the store they were actually very mean and very dismissive.

Order placed online, 15-20 wait before pickup. I went there (30 minutes later), they never received the order. I look at my bank account, and as luck would have it Im debited for the amount, but they dont have the order... I call customer service as the on-site employee advised me to do (who by the way did not care about my problem and did not seek a solution to the problem). In short, after 40 minutes on the phone, someone told us that we would be refunded. But still nothing mystery... We make a call again, the line hangs up on us. 3rd call and we wait 2 hours on the phone. In short, 0 services, on site and on the phone. Flee this company! there are so many other pizzerias that will provide you with good service as well as a good meal

****Absolutely terrible pizza**** I ordered extra cheese pizza, and it arrived cold with less cheese than I ve ever seen on any pizza I ve ever ordered in my life. They dont know how make pizza

Ordered Sauced & Tossed Chicken Bites and a pizza. The pizza was ok but the chicken had no sauce on it and was cold.

I just ordered a thin crust spinach pizza to take away with the app When I arrived home I found the pizza burnt, the dough swollen, spinach, roasted peppers, thin portion of goat cheese, so lumpy and swollen we cant see the ingredients. It tastes nothing, I threw it away.

When trying to give my order, no way to make myself understood by the young man who has never heard French Very disappointed with the liquor fridge service which was empty and not to mention the price!!!!!!

Waited 10 minutes before we could even order without anyone else in the building. Person taking our order was dismissive when placing our orders and with questions. Ordered a chicken quesadilla. Got a quesadilla with a couple pieces of chicken. Took a couple bites of one slice, realized that all I could taste was the bread. Opened the quesadilla to find there was nothing in that piece.

Pickup was ready 10 minutes after their guaranteed ready time and the customer service refused to honor the free pizza offer. The guys tells me its ready, but 5 minutes later i still dont have my pizza. Why give a guarantee if you wont honor it? UPDATE Sept 2020 - 1 month later. Over 8000 people have seen this, so everyone should know the facts. As per requested from customer service, I emailed a copy of my receipt, but they never apologized for the poor service and never honoured the free pizza guarantee. I added a screenshot of the email and receipt as proof. I like to say A fish stinks from the head.

I went to this branch on rue de la Gare in Vaudreuil-Dorion and no one was able to serve me in French. I speak English but it is completely unacceptable in Quebec. Imagine a resident of Toronto unable to be served in English, imagine a resident of Stockholm unable to be served in Swedish! It doesnt work. I didnt buy anything and I wont be going there again.

They are quite clearly incompetent! They cant even make a simple chicken ceasar salad.... First one I got was just a bowl of lettuce, and the second replacement one was a cup full of lettuce with maybe 3 piece of chicken.. Called for help and there was nothing they could do. Horrible customer service, horrible management. Im so disappointed on how they handled it...

For the third time in a row I ordered pizza online for pick up and each time they forgot certain topings. The last time I went i noticed there were no artichokes in my pizza like i ordered. My girlfriend pointed it out upon pick up and the staff lied to us saying that it was under the cheese. We arrived home and found there were no artichokes under the cheese. We will not be returning to this location ever again. Terrible experience all around.

Basic pizza, but inexpensive and fills the tummy.

I made an order for a pizza with dairy-free cheese and a box of deep fried pickles. Im pretty sure it wasnt the dairy-free cheese as it was very different than normally and much more like real mozzarella. Also upon arriving home, I came to realize I had a box of fries instead of the pickles I ordered. I live 25 minutes from this PizzaPizza and they dont deliver to me, so Im very disappointed after a $40 order and half-hour drive.

Its a Friday night so I expected the order to take 1 hour. 2 and a half hours later and we still havent received our order. Called the pizza pizza Central and I was told its on its way. An hour later I called back and the representative put me on hold. After 15 mins I hung up. No one could give us a straight answer to what happened to our order. Very disappointing.

We arrive there me and my brother. I try to communicate in French with the cashier. A language that seemed unknown to him, right in the middle of Vaudreuil, a predominantly French-speaking city. Long live Law 101! Since I dont speak French, I speak to him in English. He doesnt understand half of what Im asking him. In addition, the staff seemed lost to me. Ten minutes later, I received my order. Subsequently, my brother orders. Wanting to be polite, I waited until he received his order before starting to eat. I couldnt wait for him since he received his order 33 minutes later. This time, it was one of the cooks who spoke to my brother, still in mediocre English, with the excuse that the delivery man had left with his order, even though we had clearly seen that no one was doing anything during all this time. I forgot to say that we were alone in the fast food restaurant and he was the only customer waiting. My brother asks to be reimbursed for the unjustified wait and the employee pretends not to understand anything and smiles. We left because we were late for an appointment since the service was horribly long and while eating in my car, my brother realizes that half of the ingredients in his dish are missing and also finds a long hair hidden in the interior. Needless to say, we had an excellent evening at Pizza Pizza. This is not the first time that the service has been poor and we have regretted it once again. If I had any advice to give, let Pizza Pizza do it and find yourself a real pizzeria.

New ownership really worked out. The quality of food, service is up to the par and you can really tell the difference by tasting it from this store. Will definitely recommend it to all the local community.

Needs better service, food could be better made as well

The pizza I ordered was not that good . I asked them to put olives ,there was non . Very slow and disorganized.
