For several months the air conditioning has not worked. This makes the experience much less enjoyable.

Good food, a bit noisy place

We arrive at 12:45 p.m., we look at the menu, the waitress comes for drinks at 1 p.m. I dont know what to have so I say Ill come back, she leaves (before I can say Ill order the meal and come back to the drink afterwards) telling us shell come back later. According to it is -2 listening to the customer is not there. Our meal arrives at 1:11 p.m., it looks really good. It was actually good. The service leaves something to be desired, we dont see the waitress for long. Overall it remains a good and Florentine, I will come back for the food not for the service.

I really enjoyed my meal of crispy French toast with almond and caramel. The atmosphere in the morning around 8am is good. The waiters and waitresses are attentive. The only negative point is that I find the music too loud. So in general everything is a good experience. Ultimately its worth taking advantage of the early bird prices. So I recommend.

Although the food was excellent and the service impeccable I have to remove two stars on average because of the way my reservation was handled. A week earlier I showed up in person to reserve a table for 10 people specifying a quiet corner as it was a special family occasion and there was a presentation as I was promised. When we arrived there was no table for 10 and eventually we were placed in the middle of the place (very noisy). Its disappointing when everything could have been perfect...

The food was delicious, the service was excellent and the staff was polite and nice.

The food is good, well seasoned. The service is still between 4-5 stars in my opinion. I like it when its quiet, so I go early. But last time I was a little later than usual (9 a.m.-9:30 a.m.) and it was noisy.

This event temporarily took away my appetite. However, the professional reaction of Maggy, our waitress, who promptly remedied this situation by offering a new plate, added a note of resilience to this symphony of taste. The Aloha Smoothie brought a note of excellence, creating a refreshing balance. The café, without pretension, was part of a pleasant continuity, attracting no negative criticism. However, the shadow of a dirty menu added a disappointing nuance to the atmosphere. The service, although fast, was supported by Maggys efficiency and kindness, despite her apparent haste due to a significant number of tables to serve. In short, the experience at Ben & Florentine in Vaudreuil was a web of nuances, where delicious flavors and a few unexpected ones intertwined, creating a complex gastronomic symphony.

Its a nice breakfast joint. Easy parking and lots of space. Friendly staff and the food is just right. Coffee is unlimited, so have fun with friends and relax. Love this place.

Absolutely unsanitary. Greasy floor, full of food. Tables, chairs and benches dirtier than dirty and filthy toilets. Tasteless food. To avoid.

Cest vraiment un bel endroit pour aller dejeuner en famille. La nourriture est bonne, les fruits sont variés et le service est rapide. La dernière fois que nous avons bruncher à cet endroit, nous avons laisser 13% de tips. La serveuse a fait un commentaire laissant savoir quelle nétait pas satisfaite du montant. Gros manque de professionnalisme selon moi.

Im leaving a one star rating since the restaurant has fly problems. Lunch with flies flying around us and on our plates is enough to ruin your appetite. When this was told to the waitress, no apology was provided. When we talk about flies were talking about at least ten.

Very poor staff attitude, I am really disappointed to have such poor service and welcome. The food and 6/10 the environment not enough space. I do not recommend this place. Dont ruin your morning.

I love this place. The whole family can find something on the menu theyll love, and youre likely to be taking some home because the portions are generous. The prices are reasonable, and I find their food is consistently good not just from day to day but even across different locations. Overall a really satisfying brunch spot.

Fast and friendly service. The prices are reasonable compared to other lunch restaurants, and the food is very good. I ate a waffle with fresh fruit and my partner ate a plate of salmon tartare. All accompanied by a latte.

I am really disappointed with the response and service, this is the second time my partner has received rotten, inedible avocados. We feel like we are paying for something that ends up in the trash. I call the restaurant and they tell me that its surprising that we havent given this and they will be careful bla-bla-bla. Anything soon I will put the money elsewhere

Im disappointed! The older waitress was not nice and almost laughed at me when i asked if there was a trashcan somewhere, and then ACTUALLY complained when the tip wasnt to her taste!!! Who does that.. *Edit* Ill change my review to 2 stars because i think the food was actually pretty good!

Good place to take a break from a road trip and have breakfast. Hugh portions.

Poached eggs benedict are right in the money. Toasty English muffins. Just very well made in this Vaudreuil franchise. Fruits are well cut, no hassles with the latter. Breakfast potatoes are crispy and delicious. Food was served quickly and warm. Other dishes must be just as delicious as what I ordered today. Though it seemed the bacon was microwaved, which would be a shame if it is considering that the rest of the dish was well received.

We arrived 35 minutes before closing and were told it was closed. Thank you Ben & Florentine, thanks to you we went to eat at Petinos where we arrived 25 minutes before closing and where we ate very well and where the service was impeccable.

Super good lunch lots of choice and the cappuccinos are excellent. We were served by Marilyn, super nice, very good service, we didnt miss anything

Alright. Fast service and hot meal.

The food is good and the staff is nice. However, no waitress came back to ask us if everything was okay, for at least 30 minutes. I had to get up on my own to ask for service. The restaurant wasnt even busy, and the waitresses were talking in their corners. I even saw another customer get up from waiting. I hope the owners pass the message on to the waitresses, thank you.

We went to this Ben&Florentine for lunch several times without ever being disappointed. Food, service, cleanliness: everything is good. For people complaining about filter coffee that tastes nothing, there is a very nice variety of special coffees to discover, but of course, quality has a price :)

Very good service, a very nice diversity of meals and original and very good, the only small drawback which is minor, would be that the tables for two are very small, when we receive our meals it becomes complicated regarding the space. Parking: Large parking lot directly in front of the restaurant.. Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is directly upstairs from the sidewalk...

Im coming to get a takeaway order, I tell them. The 3 ladies at the counter look at me with DISCONTENT. Or with bewilderment, as if I came down from the moon. I then show them the text message from Doordash which confirms its ready for pickup. It didnt work, says the oldest, with the same dissatisfied face, while another goes to check the counter where I CLEARLY SEE a take-out order waiting. Indeed, it happens to be mine. What was their f***ing problem?? It has no meaning, its appalling.

Decent food. Good table service. The menu is designed so that the most expensive dishes are requested first, in pictures! The normal lunch, egg, bacon, potatoes has no pictures, at the end of the menu..... The freshly squeezed orange juice at $6 each adds to the bill quite quickly! Would have liked to know the price before ordering two....

Ive ordered for takeout 4 times in the past 3 months and 3 out of the 4 orders have been wrong or missing items. Get your stuff together, double check, and make sure orders are complete. What a joke!

Service was excellent. Our waitress (Melanie) was the most cheerful person Ive seen in the service industry in a while. For the food, we found it was ok, nothing more. Plates looked kinda thrown together though. Presentation was not what I expected, with everything just piled on top of everything.

I love Ben & Florentines menu. They have things that you dont see elsewhere. The pancakes, waffles and French toast are delicious. The bacon was perfectly crispy. Not to mention the well-seasoned potatoes! Excellent service. I forgot the name of the waitress, but she was very cheerful and very good. She was with an employee in training who did his job very well. 5 stars for food and service. Reasonable price!

comparing to the one in west island it was day and night ..service in vaudreuil was very slow . and the chefs seemed very lost. when we told the waitress about the differnce in west island she told us to go there next time.. we def won t be going back to the branch in vaudreuil

Good little potato but the ham is overcooked!! THE orange juice is okay but seems to be made with concentrate. The eggs cook well!
