Exceptional service from Marie, David and Brian. Also very exceptional DJs who set fire!! Very nice place!

First and last time at this location; $125 thrown out the window.....Quality of the food: 1/5 The ribs were cold with a chemical-tasting sauce. The burger had a funny tasting spice and the fries were limp. Quantity-price ratio which leaves something to be desired. A fish n chips is $28 with only 1 piece of fish and very few fries; I had to eat again once home.

Extremely long service (1h30 for a drink and 2h30 for our starter) and the place was practically empty. We had to return our plates because the entrecôte was not edible. He forgot my order so I had to wait again before receiving my meal. It was my first and last time at this place.

Was there for lunch on a Saturday. Had a western spaghetti it was amazing. David my waiter was very efficient made sure everything was ok. Will be back for that spaghetti again. :)

Very bad service, the waitress was not on duty. She stayed at the bar, didnt come see us to take our orders. She brings us a pitcher of water at our request, but without a glass. If we wanted a drink, we would order ourselves at the bar otherwise we would still be there waiting for it. Invoice error to conclude!

Experience that exceeded my expectations!! I had seen several negative comments! For my part it was very acceptable. It s a restaurant-bar! I think some people expect to eat at Le Toqué but in a pub in Vaudreuil. I appreciated the little touches from the owner during the evening. I think this place has potential. Little tip: for your menu you should offer a meal portion of your tartare starter.

Disaster from the beginning. Took 45mins to simply order while the restaurant was empty, service was rude. Our menus were all sticky. Messed up half the orders at the table. Overpriced menu for the quality and portions. Bathrooms weren t clean. Wouldn t recommend.

I was apprehensive after reading previous reviews, but we have certainly had to rectify the situation since, because ultimately the food was excellent, and I have only heard positive comments from other diners. The friendliest waitresses and very nice interior design.

Phew the comments are quite strong...well honestly those who follow me know that Im going to say the real facts ;) For me and my girlfriend it was really good!! We sat at a table alone last night.. we were kindly served by a barmaid.. My girlfriend ordered beef tartare which she savored and loved. The music was good and the dj was smiling and greeting us. The boss or manager even came to see us at the end of the evening and I even congratulated him for the good service received for the first time at this place. So overall a very good experience at this place..I gave it a 4/5 for the service because the two girls were overwhelmed but the girl who served us was smiling

The restaurant had 5 tables occupied and the food took 40 minutes to come out. Fries and poutine were COLD, the chicken burger was the same as any chicken burger from the grocery store. Very expensive (100$ for 2 people) and the food was not edible.

I dont recommend this restaurant to anyone. The waitresses are nice, but the food is literally terrible. The drinks are overpriced and the food even more so. 3/4 of the people at the tables did not like their dish. Lack of light, very loud music despite the lack of customers. In short, it was my first time and the last. PLUS the toilets were a 1/5 star. No soap in the dispensers, the cabin door does not close and the hand dryer hangs from the wall by the wires.

i wasnt impressed by the service at all and they didnt want to give me the table i wanted because they wanted to fill the tables in front of the windows.. it was 7pm on a Saturday and there was barely any customers, they couldve given me the table instead of sitting me where i didnt feel comfortable. (poorly managed) compared to other jack saloon this one wasnt really good and the atmosphere isnt as nice.. its more the type of place you hang out out a bit and get some beers..

Well, this was definitely an interesting place. I thought it would be playing country music, but it was club music, which I dont mind either. I just figured country bar country music it was kind of strange. The service was a little slow, and they never really cleaned the tables, as in the photo. Also, a fight happened when we were there. Still, it wasnt the worst place. It was certainly an experience.

First off, this place is not for dining. It is for drinking. This is obvious by the scantily clad waitstaff who wear entirely too much perfume and all look like laid-off strippers with zero service etiquette, which was evident ny them standing around talking and one was drinking on the job. We were the only ones in there at around 5:30 pm. on March 16, 2024, so there was no reason for the horrible service we received. The food was terrible. I mean, Terrible. Let me repeat that, the food was TERRIBLE. The poutine gravy was made three days ago. The pulled pork was greasy, flavorless, and made me sick. The fries were bland even with poutine gravy. The burnt ends came with the poutine being made of rubber, made days ago. I did not finish my dish. Atrocious. There was no privacy using the bathroom as well, with the door being wide open right by the kitchen. The silver lining in this place was the artwork and decor. Excellent paintings and nostalgic saloon feel.

The food was excellent, my granddaughter ate the Mac & Cheese and I ate the steak salad. Fast and courteous service. Good atmosphere. Affordable price. I will go back to try the new menu.

Owner not commercial, forces his waitress not to serve his customers normally but rather to make them wait! Disappointing...

The music from Dj GRZN definitely makes the place to have THE VIBE. The variety of rhythms and songs that he plays makes it so enjoyable. I ve been there for birthdays and just to meet up with some friends while sharing a nice meal and drinks, and we always end up dancing and having so much fun. Food

This place attracts wrong crowd, go at your own risk. 15 young savages (males) ganged up on a 60 yr old and his 25yr old son ,beat them really bad,recently Nov 2023. Stabbing a few months ago, Vaudreuil ,we are not in the states, place needs policeman surveillance, stop these cowards that have to be in a gang to look tough and beat innocent people!

Quite an experience no drinks no service no meal ordered no mayo or salad no utensils overcooked meat I have never seen that 1st and last time we go there and there were 7 of us all of the same opinion which It s really a shame because the place is beautiful!

A total flop! The waitress was alone on a Friday evening ? Ill let you imagine, terrible service; we only ordered one round of drinks because the second ordered never arrived... anyway the service was so long we had lost interest.. In addition to the atrocious service, the plates were not set up properly (lack of accompaniment in 4/7 plates...) no salt, condiments, utensils on the table... I saw people leaving the restaurant this evening without being served we should have done the same. The waitress apologized but didnt offer us anything in compensation... totally ruined evening.

I will never go back there. The poor waitress was alone for the entire place, so obviously the service was incredibly long and incomplete! Very bad experience, I sincerely hope that the owner will take the time to review his management and the kind of service he wants to provide in his establishment. If you dont have enough employees, you go home or you close!

Take your time drinking your beer because even after an hour of waiting, nothing...and once my meal arrived, no utensils and still nothing to drink. I really thought about going to the nearby convenience store to get something to drink because probably even if the restaurant was practically empty the waitress ignored our request because she was too busy. First time in my life that I begged to be served.

The atmosphere was good, however for a group of 12 people the service was extremely slow. There was an error in the invoices, no verification of satisfaction, we had to ask for water and constantly look for our waitress as she rarely came to our table. In terms of food, the classic mac & cheese was much too spicy and for those who ate hamburgers, the fries were undercooked.

The problem is that they dont answer my phone. On a Friday, both numbers are answered from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Watch your phone.....not very good for business

Had dinner with friends. The food was very good, but a bit expensive. The service was attentive. We didnt have to wait long for our meals. There was a live band playing. They were good and the music wasnt too loud. We were able to have a conversation without having to shout. The only small criticism is the height of the chairs. My feet were far from the floor and I would have appreciated a cushioned chair.

I rather eat McDonalds, I do not recommend eating here. My friend and I came to eat dinner on a Friday after a busy week. No diet coke, no steak, no sauce for your steak , no nothing , $14.00 for a mixed drink, are we downtown at a classy club? If you like sausage the ratio is in your favor. I rather log in to my oculus and have a virtual drinking party with girls.

Not a great experience. For a Wednesday evening with barely 6 tables occupied the service was extremely slow, not to mention trying to speak English resulted in being ignored. Saw the waitress spend more time standing around doing nothing than serving the tables. The table we sat at was sticky, the cutlery was questionably clean, there were things stuck to the inside of my beer glass I only noticed after I drank half of it, couldnt say anything to the waitress as shed been ignoring me... The food was terrible, the menu claims the burgers are fresh... No way were they fresh, they had that frozen beef texture, tasted like freezer burnt meat, extremely dry and barely cooked. Again we didnt see the waitress until 10 minutes after we finished our meal. Made the mistake of not asking for the bill and we sat there with no food or beer for what felt like 30 minutes before we finally caught the waitresses attention and got the bill. Needless to say, got out and never going back.

Great bar, with some decent food. Karaoke on Wednesday nights is fun too!

This was our first experience at the Jack Saloon and we will definitely be returning. Our waitress Sabrina who was also at the bar was great. Her service was excellent, efficient and she took the time to chat with us. the meals were delicious. Same thing for cocktails. First and certainly not the last time! Looking forward to coming back!

I cant judge the service because I ordered takeout. The pulled pork sandwich was very good. Unfortunately they had forgotten the dip for the cheese sticks and the fries were way too salty. My expectations for the bacon and caramel jack brownie were high, again, disappointment. They forgot the bacon, the caramel had stuck so it tasted burnt and the brownie itself... less than average.

Great DJ. Bar was only 25% full on a Saturday night. But it was still awesome.

Our first time and the last. French onion soup still had ice cream in it. The combo is $55. Its so hard to rise due to lack of cooking and very cold chicken breast. They remade the plate, Cote just passable but with a chicken leg. Sorry but its not worth $55. It was cold, most people had their coats on. There were 5 of us, we wont go back there again. If we could put the 0 star option, thats what I would have put

8 months ago I gave it 5 stars but I just went back and the experience was completely different. Was I in a restaurant or a bar? The drink that was on the menu was not available because they could not make espresso not to mention that there is no red beer on tap. It takes 20 minutes to get our drinks. A diet coke, a 50% beer and a long iced tea. There are less than 15 customers present. The food was subpar. Not very tasty and we forgot half of my whole chicken. It took about 30 minutes to get the 2nd half of the chicken. People come to see us but we have to explain everything each time. A little communication between employees would be appreciated. Not to mention that the light was dimmed 4 times during our meal. We could barely see the food we were eating. I am very disappointed with my experience and the significant decrease in the quality of food and service I received compared to the first time 8 months ago. Has time highlighted the faults of this establishment?

The food was seriously disgusting. We consumed for $300 for 4 people. -The poutine sauce was stiff and cold. -Vegetarian tartare is one of the worst dishes I have tasted in my life. (The 4 people around the table tasted it and found it disgusting. -The burrata starter arrived with only 2 small croutons for a large burrata. -The Jack Classic burger had extremely hard and rubbery meatballs that were impossible to cut with a fork. One of the worst restaurant experiences of my life. We wrote to the restaurant the same evening to follow up on our meal before writing here. They answered us and no customer satisfaction was offered by the restaurant.. in other words they dont care about customer satisfaction.

We had exceptional service! Our waitress Léanne was both very friendly and efficient. Our starters and meals arrived quickly and the dishes were hot. I had the flank steak, and it was by far the best I have eaten. The cooking was perfect, exactly as I requested. Everyone was more than happy with their meal at our table and the portions were plentiful! Definitely to do again!

I went there a month ago with my boyfriend. Very very loud music at 6 p.m. we couldnt hear ourselves talking. The waitress was very friendly and despite a few oversights on her part, she was able to get through it since we were aware that they had like 2 waitresses for the entire restaurant. My beef tartare was excellent, but 3 croutons for a large tartar is not enough. 6 would be ideal. As mentioned in other comments, the size of the margaritas made me fall off my chair $13 for 3 small sips wow! No thanks! Total dinner $150 for two adults is a lot for little. Following this experience I gave it another chance, I went back last week with my sister for the $5 tartar and wine special. Once again the music was so loud, half the restaurant was plunged into darkness. I was eating and I could barely see my plate. Our waitress was new, didnt know much. We knew how to be patient. Too bad we were offered 1 drink for $5 in the entire 2:30 we were there, because she never came back to see us. My sisters starter and her dinner arrived at the same time, and 20 minutes later when she finished eating I received my plate and my starter at the same time. Disappointment! My dinner was not the good deal... return it all and wait again after my dinner. But the beef tartar is good! This is the only reason why I love this place so much! Im not saying that I wont go back, but I think Ill wait a few months until the restaurant is well established :)

The atmosphere of the place is not bad. With some better servers and better management by the owner this place could be a happening spot. Unfortunately its not. The service is terrible we had to get up and go to the bar to find drinks. Waitress would drop off one order and immediately dissappear for 15 minutes while the rest of our groupe (15 people) were waiting for drinks. I was very upset with the disrespect of the owner when I was the DD and I was ordering shots for the table, I even had 2 beers myself throughout the night, but throughout most of the night I was drinking soda water. Well along with all the alcohol I bought for the table I was hit with 4$/soda water i drank throughout the night while the rest if my groupe and myself were spending big money. I had 5 small soda water glasses and was hit with the extra 20$ on my bill which I found completely unacceptable. When speaking to the owner he aggressively yelled back thats just the way we work around here.... So all to say this could be a good spot, but unfortunately its not due to pour management. So when our next group dinner comes around next month I will personally make sure we never come spend 1000$+ in his venue again. Food was terrible aswell. Most if us had burgers and the meat was terrible. Tasted like a piece of rubber. Very disappointed in this new upcoming spot in vaudreuil. We were all hoping something great was coming from a new sports bar opening up in the area, but unfortunately very disappointed. If things dont change I have a feeling they will be out of business within 11 months which is very sad to see.

Jack Saloon, where to begin? I had heard great things and was super excited to spend my friends birthday here. Well needless to say I was very underwhelmed and disappointed. The only positives were the atmosphere and the cleanliness. Everything else fell short. With a staff of about 8 servers for a quaint place you would think even on a busy night service would be reasonably good. Those 8 servers spent most of the night either in the corner gossiping or no where to be found. You may ask how I know they were gossiping well I had to go to our waitress multiple times to ask to place drink and food orders, which then took over 30 minutes to receive (understandable for food but not a couple beers). Quite a few people at our table ordered the Jack burger thinking it should be good since it s a signature menu item. Well, it was not. None of the burgers we received were edible. They were insanely salty and either extremely under cooked or over cooked. The birthday girl enjoyed her tartar, but nothing else on the menu seemed to be any good either. Also quick question, why are the bathroom doors wide open? Maybe it s just me, but I don t particularly like being stared at by all the kitchen staff while I m washing my hands and fixing my hair. Super simple solution to that one at least. At the end of the night we had a small issue with our bill and decided to speak directly to the manager who greeted the issue with much disrespect and little care. Safe to say there s no way to rectify these issues we had other than to never return.

We decided to go there to celebrate my nephew s birthday. We were very pleased with our time spent there. The food is delicious and our waitress was very nice and attentive. The owner surprised my nephew with a bottle of champagne for his birthday. I would definitely recommend. Will be going back again for sure.

Great place for drinks and dancing on a Thursday. Chantal the manager was great when we had a problem with our fries. She rocks. one of the reasons why I d go back for sure.

Amazing service! Everything was great, food was good, but the one thing that was unbelievable was the awesome service Mrs. Charlotte gave to us, you know, her smile and nice eyes made our night! Definitely going there at least once a week! Did i mention the burger they serve? Believe me when i say this, Jack Salloon s burger is undoubtedly marvellous !

Éviter de manger le poulet sur charcoal. On m a servi un poulet froid que j ai retourné aux cuisines. Ils sont revenus avec un 2 ieme poulet froid avec des bouts tièdes. Retourné aux cuisines. Je suspecte que c est un poulet microondes mal réchauffé. Absolument rien de charcoal là-dedans. Mauvaise bouffe mais merci au service qui était excellent !

All the dishes we were served were cold, tasteless and not even edible as far as the Mac & Cheese was concerned, which in fact wasnt one! The wings were good but cold unfortunately! I will not return to eat at this restaurant, much too expensive for the poor quality.

I recommend this restaurant to anyone! Poor service and horrible meal. We were a group of 30 and I didnt eat... seasoned tartare to an impossible to eat point. I told the waitress. 45 minutes later I was still waiting. So I didnt eat all evening and the manager doesnt care about customer loyalty. He had no excuses or answers to give. Too bad jack saloon never again.

Really disappointed with the service. When you have a reservation at 6 p.m. for your Christmas dinner, ask you to choose your meal a day in advance. You think great, they are well organized and in the end it took at least 1 hour to get something to drink and it was our boss who did the service. Our starter was served to us around 8 p.m. (after the other customers who arrived after us had been served) our main course was also slow and the last person in the group to be served was told that the meal they had chosen there are more and he is asked to choose something else phew Ill spare you all the other details. One thing is certain, it s the first time I went to this place and the last time.

They didnt serve what was discribed on the menu. They didnt offer to exchange. It took me 90 minutes to get my meal.

Very long having food, only 6 customers in the establishment. Caesar salad lacks dressing and overcooked chicken. Smoke meat too dry. Inadequate quantity versus price.

DON T GO THERE! As soon as we arrived, the waitress showed an attitude towards our requests for our drinks, then when ordering our dishes I mentioned to her my SEVERE allergies to dairy products (with epipen) and I asked her if there was no risk in the dish of half-ribs she tells me that she is going to ask the cook but after about twenty minutes she never comes back. So, I wave him over, and I ask him if everything is okay with the meal. She answers me very stupidly, Well, if I havent come back, then everything is fine. The meal arrives, I start eating quietly and a few minutes later, I feel like Im having a reaction. I mentioned it to the waitress and contradicted myself by saying that there was no trace of milk in this dish and that it was impossible and she was really defensive. Truly unacceptable behavior in the situation. I am consistent that there cannot be any risk when I go to eat in restaurants and that he can have cross contact, but when a situation like this happens, apologize AT LEAST thats the least you can do. . My reaction could have been more serious, luckily I didnt eat my entire meal. A lot of people trivialize allergies and it seems like Im bothering them with my questions SO NOT TO DIE. Big lack of respect, dont encourage this place. THANKS

Went 1 hr drive and not open in afternoon. Not even a sign to tell when open hours are. Not impressed
