We went there for lunch with colleagues, the prices are quite high for a small salad sandwich $23 very small salad, more than 30 minutes to take the order in the end we didnt even have time to eat a dessert! a little disappointing for the service

Nachos not hot, cheese not melted, no water, the chicken was not chicken and hairs found in the meal

8:30 pm went just to have a glass of sangria on thé terrasse. Waited 20 min. Nothing. 4 to 5 employees. I canceled the drink and left. Will not be going back soon. Very disappointed in the service

The short guy server with curly hair and a mustache is so slow and doesn t do his job. He stays in the kitchen when we ve obviously been done for like 20 minutes. I have places to be!!!!

Clean, ultra generous portions and very tasty! Just happiness for those with a sweet tooth, with family or friends. Parking: Shopping center: no stress about parking! Kid-friendliness: Suitable for children less for infants

Prior to covid was my fav lil spot for a coffee and pie....BUT and there is a but...i have since been a few times all have been disappointing... I have received very slow service would be an understatement. Many items/alcohol/drinks are unavailable due to we ran out there was no offer of we can do this instead or if you like that you may want to try this... i felt myself asking well what do you have... Server was not helpful at all My coffee came burnt at the end... Tables were left uncleared despite there being only 3 tables in use... staff would hang out behind the bar or disappear instead of clearing cleaning the place.. there were crumbs and napkins on the floor .. it was a disappointing treat to say the least. Havent been back and probably wont be.

Unfortunately, every time I go to Rockaberry in Vaudreuil for take out, I get a mini piece of cake. At the price we pay, it would be necessary to put a piece like when we sit at the tables, really disappointed this has happened several times .

Very disappointed, I had already been there and it was impeccable. The second visit was disappointing... good service certainly, but the fridge was at 15 degrees since the fridge door remained open. Cheesecake served hot when it should be below 4 degrees. I mentioned the problem on site without any real attention from the employees. Maybe just a bad day, shame for such a beautiful establishment

I placed an order online on Tuesday for a friends party and I received a confirmation email. I arrive there on Friday at the counter for my order. The girl checks and she answers me (I dont know if its not my I dont have your order) I disappointed you very much I ask her for another choice of cake she answers me (sorry its reserved ) I really made you angry. In the end I only had three choices of cake. Really not good service

The portions are huge, its really good, the Oreo cheesecake is a real treat

Very poor experience yesterday evening at this location. I arrived at 950 pm, restaurant closes at 1030 pm so more than enough time for pie and coffee, but..... 1. Could not get a coffee because the coffee machine was shut down for the night. Thats 40 minutes before closing time. 2. Could not order an Amaretto because they didnt have any left. 3. Lastly, Bar area with televisions playing habs game was closed off. I get the feeling that the employees are extremely lazy and didnt want to deal with cleaning up after closing, so seems they started before making the seating limited and shutting down the coffee. Quite the joke to be honest. Needless to say I wont be going back.

I want to say a big THANK YOU to the whole team who worked last January 3. My husband decided to place an uber order for my birthday. I received a really nice piece of cake with nice packaging that the team had made: paper bag and glass of hot chocolate full of little drawings. Thank you very much, it made my day

Minus 5 !!! My family and I walked in February 12th around 9:30 pm for some bday desert. They refused to serve us cause we were 7 people without a reservation. Fine, it s the policy I respect that. We told them we didn t mind splitting the groupe up. They said they were short staffed. We replied we don t mind waiting the time it takes to be served. No rush. Manager said now that she knows we re 7 and not 2 groups, she refused to serve us. that excuse sounded petty. We left and spent our money somewhere else. Did she not think of the wait staff who would have profited from the tips of 7 people ordering overpriced slices of cake? Please help me understand the logic behind these decisions?!? Needless to say we re never going to any Rockaberry again and I ll share my experience with everyone I know

Went tonight with a friend for soup and a slice of pie. The young lady that was our waitress was absolutely exceptional. Polite, attentive and just overall such a kind person. This is now our go to spot because of the amazing service.

The food is not bad, apart from the soups. The desserts are stupid. On the other hand, the employees seem to be left without supervision; they joke loudly, play obscene music way too loud and spend as little time as possible serving customers.

Great place for a light lunch and desserts. Set in a large outdoor mall anchored by Costco. Free Wi-Fi. UPDATE: Dropped in again and still very good

Lauren s service as a waitresse was absolutely horrible. She never brought us our food and instead was chit chatting with other people for at least 20 minutes. When these issues were addressed to her, she was very rude and dishonest. In fact, she gave me the middle finger! Will not be returning.

Honestly the pie here is the best Ive ever had! My bf loves the cheese cakes, and Ive tried some and its pretty amazing! Its always quick service when we go there and always a chill in and out experience. I also believe they have wifi Wheelchair accessibility: Pretty standard, there are dips in the sidewalk to allow for wheelchairs, and I believe they have automatic doors

While the people I was with enjoyed the food, there were no vegan options other than potatoes wedges. There were a few vegetarian options but not many. The cakes or pies looked delicious but I cant comment on the taste as there were no vegan options. Friends said they would return but have take out as the service was really slow.

First of all, very ordinary welcome, no smile and refusal to sit down since we are a group of 8 people. Finally we find a free place, they accept that we sit there. Endless service. 55 minutes to receive an order including 4 pieces of cake and 7 drinks which ultimately had not been properly understood. The bills have been hell. Unable to separate the orders into 4 invoices, they had difficulty making just one. Each stage of the evening was long and tedious. The atmosphere was good and the cakes were good. We are aware that it was not entirely the fault of the work team, simply disappointed and discouraged by the errors and the wait.

The staff is all so lovely, the pies are delicious and I m always happy to stop by and see them!

Great dessert pies. Good employees. Only critique they need to know how to make & serve a good espresso. At $3.50/ tazza they should never serve what seems to taste like dark bitter water. Kid-friendliness: I would say yes, to kid friendly. But be prepared for their eyes to out eat their stomachs.

Service is slow

I regret to say that my experience with this service was thoroughly disappointing. The service was incredibly slow 20 minutes for 2 cups of coffee!!!! Plus the overall quality fell far below expectations. A frustrating and unsatisfactory encounter. DO NOT RECOMMEND AND NEVER COMING BACK!

Went to rocka berries on a Sunday in vaudreuil to have lunch, and a coffee, service was terrible one waitress for the whole floor two girls behind the bar doing nothing the cook in the kitchen doing nothing. Ordered the thai wrap with chicken and a salad and a coffee ,took us half an hour to get our food. The chicken wrap came cold and dry. Had to send it back. They put it in a hot press. It came back cold ,tried to eat it but was disgusting Paid our bill and left. Service is completely horrible. Food is disgusting and will never return there again. Do not waste your money at this place.

The pies are excellent and so is the coffee. Be careful, however, when ordering online for pickup on their website. Because even if you dont have table service, there is a 15% tip added automatically (which is nonsense). Its easy to not realize it ( thats my case). Its good to know that there is a way to remove it when paying.

The disgusting thousand leaf cake, not a thousand leaf cake at all apart from the design on the top. Cheap full sweet cream falls on the heart If at least at the price they sell I would have had good whipped cream 35% it would surely have been less worse I called, didnt want to give me another one to my liking, just gave me half a cake Very ordinary service too I strongly recommend this cake

Uber friendly service. Good prices and the chicken quesadilla is two thumbs up. Oh yeah. And they have cake and pie, too. That will put you over the top.

Delicious pies! Certainly the best I have ever eaten. I gave it 4 stars because of the lack of choice. My favorite, Choco hazelnut, is unfortunately often unavailable.

Following a first service which did not go as planned due to an oversight on the part of the staff, I returned 2 days later and I was treated to the best service ever! My waitress feeling bad for leaving me with the bad experience of the last time, she did everything so that I could enjoy my meal in the best possible conditions and she even took the trouble to apologize for the last time. It is with employees like her that we build a solid company! Thank you Megan for proving to me that at Rockaberry, we are received like kings!

Great food but the DESSERTS are awesome!!! Dont forget to order a special coffee (B52/Brazilian/Baileys, etc) with your dessert.

Endless service, food not hot, and not fresh, the coffee must have been a pot bottom and the coffee creamers curdled, I suggest picking up the pie and eating it at home, you for the restaurant very very disappointing.

Pies are so delicious, expensive but so good. Recently got a piece of pie that wasnt to par and I called the restaurant informing them. They told me to throw it out and come pick up a fresh slice. Excellent customer service!

When I pay $8 or $9 for a slice of cake, I expect something exceptional! Well, no....its average, and even mediocre. A cheesecake that doesnt taste like cheesecake.... A key lime pie thats way too sweet... The cakes are better than that at Costco! Lol

My husband went in there roday and asked for an apple crumble pie. When we opened it up after supper, we realized it was NOT an apple crumble. More like a bit of apple with a ton of a cream cheese like filling with crumbles on top and caramel inside. The pie that he pointed to in the showcase was definitely tagged wrong

If you have an allergy do not go here. They cannot tell you what is in their pies.

There is no service at all, They don t even look at you when you place an order. Not even a Thank you when you leave the place, If you ask questions about the desserts they think you are bothering them, Never again, Go somewhere else where you get better cake better service, Provigo and IGA provides better service than this.

Delicious tarts,cake,pie!! Definitely have their uniqueness. Great for picking up a whole tart for dinners or events. Their specialty coffees are amazing to have with a generous slice of any pies when dinning in. The outdoor terrace area is wonderful to have a drink with friends during the summer months. Or grab a couple slices for takeout & delivery.

Service was friendly, the classic Rockaberry Brownie and mousse was superb. Hot chocolate felt it could be better. Prices are $$.

Food experience was terrible. I took one bite and it was horrific in terms of taste. I discussed it with the waitress and asked for a refund, but they refused. I had to leave my almost untouched plate AND pay for it. No sense of customer satisfaction and concern. Will never go back.

I like this Rockaberries alot but sometimes it feels like some of the employees dont want to be there... Its great sitting out on the terrasse in the summer nights with a glass of something in one hand and a fork full of pie in the other. Or snuggled up to the gas fire place with a hot pot of tea and onion soup.

Non-existent service, at least 5 minutes before being placed in a dirty and dusty corner. The atmosphere is chaotic, it looks like a jungle. We left after waiting for many minutes. Our presence was ghostly, I would like to feel that I am important. The customer is king.

Very rude and incompetent staff. The pies are good but their employees arent the smartest and dont take responsibility for their mistakes. I ordered slices of pies through Uber Eats. Twice. One time they sent the wrong ones. The second time, ingredients were missing in my order. They didnt care to fix their own mistakes. Did not apologize when I called to report the issues both times. They told me to call Uber. If youre the one who makes mistakes, you should be the one fixing it. Employees just dont care. A cheesecake apple pie with zero apple in it. Avoid.
