The pancakes are very good

On this beautiful morning, I went to supposedly eat a nice meal. Unfortunately, I found some nice steel wool in my pancake. Plus it didnt bother the waitress.

Kid-friendliness: Good menu and patient server Food

Greatly up to par. Everything was good and the service was fast and courteous.

Its a quiet place to go eat with the family. Small joint, so dont expect much. Big windows, so, its bright. But, its breakfast, time to wake up anyway, lol. Coffee is good, food is good. If something is wrong with the order, they make it right. So ,kids and us, we like this place.

Very bad lunch I wont go again

Absolute chaos. After years of satisfactory experiences, will never go there again. Monday June 3rd. Only one experienced waitress and one trainee. Place was packed. Orders not taken, coffee not served, negative energy, increasing frustration and then complaints met with annoyance and anger. Eventually a kitchen staff came out to try to help. After 2 hours still did not have the bill. Felt sorry for the staff up to a point. Poor planning, severely understaffed. Never again

Excellent service. My French vanilla coffee was ultra watered down and my eggs benedict, although fresh and hot, were really not good. **Edit** I returned after more than 2 years, and half of the sausages served (in 2 of the meals) were not well cooked! This is an unacceptable error.

Unfortunately, this was not good for me. Simple order of 2 eggs over medium were overcooked and crisp. Potatoes were dry and were not to my liking. My wife ordered a Crepe with berries inside and asked for all sauces on the side. (Nutella, Coulice, Chocolate, and English Cream). It showed up with all inside except chocolate sauce which you dribble on top anyways. They did immediately correct the order and she said hers was very good afterwards. I found Coffee tasted a little like beans were burnt ? Ill try them again next time in the area as I feel you have to give 2 chances to an establishment. By 9:30 Saturday AM, they were at 75 % capacity and seemed like regulars so Im sure my bad experience was just by chance. Waitress Line was very pleasant and apologetic about wifes incorrect order.

Eggs, bacon and sausage were good, home fries/potatoes were dry, flavorless and some were rock hard. The toast was more like warmed up soggy bread, definitely not toasted. We were practically finished our food before we got coffee refills.

We had brunch at Tutti Frutti Vaudreuil today for the first time. The food was good and our server Caroline was exceptional. Friendly, courteous service with a smile. A rare gem in the customer service industry. Thank you Caroline for the warm hospitality.

I really enjoyed my lunch at tutti frutti. The waitress was attentive to our needs and gave excellent service. Bad point: the coffee was very weak, the water tasted like coffee. On the other hand, the lunch was excellent, the fruit in the pancake was fresh and ripe. The potatoes are delicious! I liked the seasoning. Definitely a good place for lunch despite the coffee.

In February, some bacon happened that made me vomit. We got a reduction in the price of bacon. And today the glass of water that my husband drank half before the inside of the glass and the remaining water was filled with waste floating in the water. A big grimace and an apology from the waitress, nothing more. 2 bad experiences in 2023 are too many for us

I went solo this morning; nothing complicated. Waitress busy ignoring me for no reason. Only 5 tables occupied but 15 minutes pass before I choose to go and beg the little usher for a coffee myself. Another 7 minutes for the waitress to finally come and take my order. A customer arrived 10 minutes later than me and was already eating before he could even order. It was unfair and without justification.

Great service with Frédérique who was exceptional this morning, her good humor is contagious. Without forgetting the speed of cooking wow!!!! The best restaurant outing weve had in the last 3 years.

The staff was really very nice and friendly. The kitchen made a mistake with my eggs but it was quickly rectified. The coffee is delicious, generous portions of fruit. Its not noisy and its all around a great place to come!

I would like to thank Caroline for her exceptional service, Wow!. We were about to leave, as the restaurant was very busy. We were afraid we would run out of time for a prom date. Caroline therefore made sure to take our order immediately and that we ate and paid before the deadline, in addition to being smiling. The food was excellent. She completely made our day! Thank you so much for the excellent service!

This place is underrated! Out of all the breakfast places in Vaudreuil, this is always my go-to, and I don t understand why it s not always super busy like the others. Their food is fresh and tasty, with great portions and prices. I would even say they have the best blueberry pancakes! Super friendly service!

We went for Fathers Day and had to wait 1 hour before getting a table for 6 people. We realized there were reservations but I didnt think we could reserve a place for lunch, especially on a special occasion like Fathers Day. If I had known, I would have taken the time to book too. I advise you to identify that you can reserve 365 days a year, as your restaurant manager mentioned to me today when I explained to her my dissatisfaction with the waiting time.

Pas épaté par la qualité de nos déjeuners.... des oeufs bénédictines assez simplistes. Ma femme a commandée un combo. Un peu trop salé à notre goût. Serveuse non souriante. Ne reviens pas pour savoir si cest bon. Ne nous dit pas à la prochaine. Le 15% est calculé après taxes! . Vous avez eu un 15% AVANT taxes. Même pas un merci.... On ny retournera pas.

Beautiful place the lunches are very good and the service is great. The 4 star is when it is very busy although lunch, service takes a hit. The prices of the dishes are a little expensive for lunches but they are good.

Good lunch Good service

The portions are huge and delicious. We went during the apple festival and the apple French toast was incredible!! Our waitress was lovely and we were served in a timely fashion (we were there on a Saturday around 10am). This was my first time here (we usually go to Cora) but well be back here for sure.

Waitress staff are pleasant and take order in a timely fashion, however took 45 min to get our food, its breakfast people its not that hard to scramble an egg and make toast. If you cant staff the kitchen dont open. I will not be back.

The food was so fresh they raised and hatched the eggs before my order hit the table. Managemt tip, If youre understaffed dont open all the tables if you cant serve them in a reasonable amount of time.

Professional service and quality food

Beaucoup trop de gens à lintérieur, de la difficulté à se frayer un chemin entre les chaises. Jai commandé un omelette western. Cétait simplement des oeufs avec quelques légumes sautés, quelques lanières de jambon. Aucun goût, même que les piments étaient plutôt defraichis et avaient un goût de terre!! Très déçu. Pris 30 minutes pour avoir deux assiettes!!

As for food, I have to say. But service-wise, quite mediocre, comments moved from at least 2 waitresses. My friend receives the wrong plate (we were a group) and politely says that its not his and is told well, youre going to eat that... Also a curt and stupid response from the main waitress when we asks him for a glass of water. Disappointed with my experience, it will be a long time before I return to this restaurant.

I used to go there allot but after my last experience basically they dont know how to make scrabble eggs it was just terrible and my server agreed with me but she could not do anything about it I would not recommend this place at all owner does not care about customer satisfaction its all about the money

The plates can be quite decadent. The breakfast was so filling that I did not eat afterwards. It tasted great. The service was good. We went at a time when it was quite crowded yet it didn t slow the service down.

For the same price, a lot of other breakfast places will do a much better job. Blend, tasteless, and cheap quality of food.

More takeout adventures: ordered Crepe with Berries, Nutella and creme champetre. Picked it up, NO NUTELLA, no berries. I order crepes for the sake of Nutella. No berries, either: sliced up pieces of melon and pineapple and yes, a few strawberries. You know what, this is effed up. You dont find out until you get home, of course. And I added a 10% tip, when I paid online. Heres a tip: DONT LEAVE THEM TIPS, F they care.

Ordered « Le Gourmand » Didn t receive any sausage or bacon, I call to see if they could help me out. She tells me there is nothing she can do and the cook says he put it.. listen you re customer service is absolutely terrible and you expect me to be ok with that answer? I paid for what I ordered and I didn t receive what I paid for. Terrible experience and the packaging is absolutely trash, you dont mix fruits with eggs and fried potatoes , the fruits will be extremely warm.. Just terrible

Every time I call I am made to wait at least 10 minutes on hold. Afterwards, when I think theyve forgotten me and I finally hang up, I call back and realize that they didnt even notice that there was anyone waiting since the line was busy.

Amazing food

Tutti Frutti gave our 3 kids aged 1, 3 and 6 big glasses of apple juice. We went back with another family so our 4 kids drank juice aged 6, 8, 11 and 13 in tiny cups. They ended up ordering extra juice at an extra charge for each tiny cup for the price of one giant glass from a week before. Its a small deal, but its not right to charge people this way.

Just ordered Le Gourmant plate from Uber Eats and I got to say, this is my favorite breakfast experience so far during pandemic. I have tried many different places, but after this one, I might have found a new favorite. It is rare those days that EVERY single items in the plate tastes awesome and isnt a filler. The sausage, bacon, eggs, baked beans, pancake, potatoes wow. I was so shocked about how good everything tasted that I didnt realize I was missing the cretons! I would usually complain, but the quality and quantity received, I am okay with the mistake. Superb food! 5 stars PS. Your coffee cups for delivery are awesome! Others should take notes from you guys.

5 star service: freshness of food is excellent, fast and impeccable service and what can we say about the country crepe which is incomparable, the best crepe in Quebec and best lunch restaurant of all time I proudly recommend it, thank you Tutti Frutti.... have a good lunch everyone!!

It was a rush because of a power outage but it was not suggested to us that there would be a 1 hour wait. Not impressed that they did not tell us this. Also, cook did not show up.so the owner and his wife took over. All in all it was not a nice experience that day.

Twas the day before Christmas. We decided to order brunch through Uber Eats. To our chagrin, Tutti Frutti was closed. We called, and they were opened. They explained having problems with their wifi and Uber Eats ordering station. Asked us to check again in 10 minutes. 10 minutes passed. Still no Tutti Frutti. We called again, and they fixed the issues. Now, the Christmas kindness happened when our order arrived. They had gifted us with a smoothie and a hot coco for our troubles and a personalized Thank you message on my order of toasts. This is the kind of place you want to go to for food. They truly, genuinely care about the customers! Food was delicious as well.

Good food, too expensive

We go pretty often on Sundays. Since new management took over a few years ago its become a little hit or miss but all in all a pretty good place for breakfast. Great menu.

I go there as often as possible with my daughter...for my part the poutine is superb and a large portion too. I love it, I always bring it back lol.. it would just be missing another egg with the poutine (2) and that would be perfect for it to run (the egg yolk) everywhere!!!!.. the waitress is superb kind and recognizes us every time.. well done and thank you very much

Dirty table, bas service, the decaf was actually sour... We told the server, she switched us table and became defensive about the coffee, the next table was washed in front of us and still dirty after. When we decided to leave, the manager came to see us and became also defensive about the coffee, asked us what we wanted more, we told him we just wanted to leave at this point (even though our snacks were in front of us) and he became arrogant. The servers pants were dirty, like she wipped batter on her hip. We didnt feel safe eating there, so we left. Answer to your comment: The second table was dirty as well, she left food residue on the table she cleaned in front of us while telling us that the traces were left by the rag she used to clean the table. We refused a second coffee because you told us that they came in a bag and that there should be nothing bad about the coffee, basically ignoring our complaint and tossing it asside without an apology. Yet, it was sour. At this point, we absolutely left the food on the table because we didnt feel like eating it for obvious reasons. Her clothes were dirty as well, like she wiped a handful of batter on herself. Unfortunately, you also couldnt qualify the customer properly, because one of us studied hotel management and waitering services as well as bartending. My partner worked in the industry for many years, he does have the expertise to quantify the service we received and was less vocal about it, but as disappointed as I have been. The answers were arrogant, the tone used by the waitress and the manager were not meant to comfort a customer that has been repeatedly unimpressed by the place, lacked professionalism and so on. I wish to thank you for your time and I hope you will take this comment into consideration to offer your next customers a better service than the one we got. A bad review from a customer is oftentimes a good opportunity to up your game.

The male waiter was completly ignoring his clients and talking with 1 table we where there 15min sitting before he even asked our drinks and then forgot our utensils even tho we asked twice after we already had our food and after we were done we waited 20min for machine cause he was talking again to same group

Good food and great service......every time!

I had the staple of eggs, bacon, and ham and it was cooked as requested. My wife had the bagel with brie, bacon, and apples and she enjoyed although there were far too many apples so she had to take some off.

Slow service...it took a good 30 minutes before I could pay. The waitress went to take her cigarette break before making us pay...then no smile, but otherwise, it was really good! At least there are people who know how to do their job well.
